A/N: That mid-end part hurt to write… I was literally crying…
National City was beautiful as the seasons changed. Winter turned to spring, snow turned to water and the thriving plants underneath began to bloom. As soon as the rising sun fell onto your skin, you sank further into the bed and subsequently, the arms that fell over your torso.
“Hey Y/N?” That raspy morning voice always made you pay attention.
“Mm.” You hummed, acknowledging what you knew would become an odd question.
“How does it feel to burn sunlight?”
Your eyes opened properly and quickly adjusted to the bright sun on your face, turning slowly to bury your head into the redhead’s neck. You felt the hairs tickling your skin but didn’t bother to move them, simply letting her arms lace around you.
“It feels… warm. Fuzzy. I feel it in my toes first. Why do you ask?”
She sighed and her hand tickled up your bare back, the skin-to-skin contact calming her. “Call me curious.”
“Okay, George.”
She chuckled at your quip before pulling back, seeing your brilliant but tired eyes staring up at her. She lowered down and pressed her forehead against yours before she kissed your nose softly, moving back on the bed.
“No, Tasha…” You groaned as she stepped out from under the covers and shivered slightly.
“Come back to bed.”
“We have work, dorogaya (darling).” She snickered, moving to her cupboard whilst you reached for your duffle bag.
“Why can’t we just tell everyone we’re dating? It’s not that hard.” You grumbled to yourself.
“But noooo - Alex doesn’t approve of anyone I date. What does Alex know? She just got a bomb-ass wife, who is Kara’s ex’s sister, and we haven’t seen James in forever- Where is my freaking bra?!”
“Over in the corner, Y/N/N.” Natasha chuckled at your short ramble, tucking in behind you as you picked it up.
“I distinctly remember throwing it there blindly.”
You rolled your eyes as you slipped it on. “You’re lucky I’m the submissive one - you had some fun last night with my bulletproof skin.”
“I just want one mark, just one.” She begged, but you chuckled.
“Gotta juice me up with Kryptonite for that.”
You sped the rest of your clothes into your duffle bag before Natasha eyed you up and down in your suit. Like Kara’s, your cape was red and the main body of your suit was that royal blue, but instead of gold linings, you had silver.
She grinned at you as you bowed before her, offering your hand. “Shall we?”
“We shall.” She took your hand and you whisked her into your arms, kissing her softly before you shot the two of you into the air.

As you landed in the DEO with Natasha hooked around your waist, you were glad you woke up early as practically nobody was in, not even your sisters. You sped yourself and Natasha into the locker room before you kissed her softly, tidying up her suit and zipping it up to her neck.
“Today, we are Natasha Romanoff and Warrior, co-workers within the branches of SHIELD and DEO, respectively. It’s nice to see you again, Agent Romanoff.”
“It’s nice to see you too, Warrior.” She grinned at you, caressing her thumb over your cheek before leaning in to kiss you once more.
“No no no, I don’t think so.” You teased, pulling back to see her pout.
“But… But… Please? It’s just me and you.” She whispered, loud enough for you to sigh and give in.
“One kiss, a peck.”
“On the lips.”
“On the cheek.”
“One peck, on the lips, and then nothing until tonight.” She offered and you raised an eyebrow at her.
“You, Natasha Romanoff, are gonna keep your hands to yourself until tonight?”
“Yes.” She promised, making you grin and lean towards her.
She grabbed your cheeks and pulled you in roughly, smashing your lips together for a second before pulling away and watching you stumble to catch yourself.
“You didn’t say a human peck. I thought you meant a Kryptonian one.” She mumbled to herself, which was plenty of volume for you.
*You sly little minx.* You snickered before speeding out of the locker room to grin at the sight of your sisters.
“Oh, finally!” Kara scuffled up to you and spun, moving her hair out of the way.
“Please scratch my back, Alex refuses.”
You looked at your other sister and she shook her head, making you pout at her and raise your hand to Kara’s back.
“Y/N, no…” Alex warned you but you speedily scratched Kara’s back and she sighed in relief.
“She was in a full-body cast!” You excused yourself as Kara hugged you.
“My favourite little sister.”
“I’m your only little sister.” You rolled your eyes before you saw Natasha come through the hallway with Wanda and Steve.
“...So we have to hit them tomorrow night otherwise they’ll take the shipment elsewhere in the morning.”
“Ooh, where are you going?” You grinned as you jumped in front of the trio.
“Y/N, you aren’t part of our division.” Wanda chuckled, watching you pout.
“Please?! They can handle a mission without me! And there’s literally nothing for me to do!”
“J’onn?” Steve turned to see the man shrug from the round table in the middle of the sector.
“She’s right - there’s practically nothing for her to do since Supergirl is here as well.”
A smile beamed across your lips as you looked at Wanda and Steve, avoiding Natasha for the first time ever.
“Alright - meet us back here tomorrow morning and we can strategise.” Wanda sighed, walking past you with Steve whilst Natasha stayed still.
“Oh, Y/N!”
You turned at the sound of your name to Kara and Alex. “We have game night tonight! Maybe you can bring your secret lovergirl with you.” The older Kryptonian teased, watching you blush.
“Lovergirl?” Natasha questioned, but Alex answered it for you.
“She’s got a contact in her phone - we have no idea who it is, but we’ve been begging for her to bring her around. Seems like a fun girl to add to the Three Musketeers and their partners.”
Natasha turned and scoffed at you playfully when she saw your lips open but no words came out. Instead, she walked away, knowing you were listening to her.
“Guess I’m coming to game night.”
You turned around and glared at her. ‘You don’t know where I live.’ You mouthed, but a flicked up eyebrow told you otherwise.
“Don’t I?”
You sped over to Kara and Alex after Natasha left and saw how the brunette looked at the door the Widow left.
“I don’t like you hanging around her.” She sighed.
“What?” You asked, alarmed.
“Don’t you know about her history? She was fighting against us for a long time.”
“Yeah, but she’s made up for it. What about T-800 in your ‘favourite movie of all time’? He was a villain and then became a hero.”
“She’s got you there.” Kara looked at Alex, who scoffed as you walked away.
“But- Wha- No!”
“I’m getting doughnuts!”
“Ooh, I’m coming!” Kara yelled, following you to the balcony before you shot off.
⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖
Looking down at your phone, you watched it ping with your favourite person.
Lovergirl❤🕷 -I’m parking rn-
You looked between Kara and Alex before a knock came at the door, with the brunette opening it to Lena, Kelly, Nia and Esme, who immediately ran to you.
“Auntie Y/N!”
“Hey, you!” You grinned, catching her as she dove on top of you.
“How was school?”
“School rocks!” She smiled warmly.
“No, literally - she painted a rock today at school.” Kelly explained, making laughter spread through the apartment.
Until a knock came at the door.
Kara looked through it and her eyes widened, looking at you. “Rriv rrip wuz?! (Do you lie?!)” She hissed at you in Kryptonese, shocked.
You sped to the door, already having looked through it, and you couldn’t help but smile at the sight of Natasha. Her hair was neatly curled, just reaching beyond her shoulders, and she wore your favourite leather jacket of hers whilst wearing an easy top and pair of jeans, a motorcycle helmet in her left hand and a bunch of flowers in the other.
“Hi.” She murmured.
“H-Hi.” You stammered, turning around to see Alex’s eyes train on you.
“Guys, this is Natasha. My…”
“Lovergirl.” She finished your sentence and Kara laughed out loud, the only one happy about the inside joke.
“It’s nice to finally meet the winner of Y/N’s affection! Well, we knew you, but not like this!” The Kryptonian hugged Natasha as she stepped in before eyeing the flowers in hand.
“No way! Plumerias!” She gasped, taking them gently and placing them in a vase.
“Yes way. Y/N told me you liked them.” Natasha grinned, hooking an arm around your waist.
“Is it okay if I…?” She held up her helmet.
“I’ll put it in my room.” You answered quickly, taking Natasha’s helmet and speedily placing it in your room.
“Thanks.” She smirked at your nerves.
“Is there anything I can help with? Dinner, maybe?”
“Uh…” Kara looked at her watch before another knock at the door came, a pizza delivery man with a large key chain at his hip lighting up your x-ray vision.
“There it is!”
Whilst she answered the door, you noticed Alex push Esme further into Kelly’s arms, even though the young child protested about sitting with you.
“Hey. You okay?” Natasha’s voice pulled you out of your thoughts and you hummed, nodding.
“Yeah. I-I’m fine, love.”
“You sure?” She cupped your cheeks and brushed your skin with her thumb, bringing your attention solely on her. “It’s just me and you here.” She whispered, reassuring you.
You nodded softly. “I’m okay.”
She wanted to press but this was also her first impression on your family, making nerves of her own flare up. She had worried about saying the wrong thing the entire way over - what if she brought up her own family? What about Kara, Alex? What if they didn’t like her?
“Dinner’s ready!” Kara grinned, dishing out boxes to everyone before handing yours over.
“I got a half and half.” You murmured, sitting down next to her on the couch with her half facing her.
“So, Natasha, is it?” Nia asked, the Widow nodding.
“I have to admit… It was really cool to see you fighting in New York against the Chitauri as the only woman in the team.”
Natasha chuckled softly, her raspy voice setting in for the night. “Well thank you. And yeah, it was hard to keep my cool in a room full of men.”
Laughter came from everyone but you and Alex, her eyes never leaving you whilst you didn’t lift yours from your pizza. Natasha noticed - when did she not? - and placed her knee against yours whilst she ‘adjusted’ the pizza box.
“So, I don’t know about you guys, but game night surely involves games, right?” The Widow teased, causing more laughter before Kara broke out the Monopoly box.
“I’m on Auntie Y/N’s team!” Esme exclaimed, crawling into your lap.
Esme didn’t really participate, but she found enjoyment in talking with Natasha whilst playing with your hands and the rings that decorated each finger. Soon, she fell asleep, and Kelly’s offer to take her home had the others spurring to do the same.
Soon, it was just you, Kara, Alex and Natasha, but you were nodding off as you rested on Natasha’s shoulder.
“Y/N…” Alex started, making you yawn.
“You have a mission tomorrow. I suggest you get some rest - you too, Natasha.”
You sighed and grumbled incoherently, nuzzling further into Natasha which brought out a small chuckle from Kara and silence from Alex.
“I’ll go so you can have a nice sleep, malyshka (baby girl).” Natasha picked you up and carried you into your bed, grabbing the opportunity to kiss your lips softly whilst she took her helmet.
“I’ll see you tomorrow.” She murmured, moving a stray hair out of your face before tucking you into the blankets.
“Goodnight, my sweet.”
“G’night.” You mumbled, humming happily as she kissed your cheek and left.
⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖⧖
You woke up early the next day, hoping to catch a few minutes with Natasha and talk to her. You sped on your suit and stepped into the kitchen to grab some cash, but the stern older brunette stood next to the middle blonde.
“Y/N, I’m not gonna sugarcoat this - you should break up with Natasha.” Alex stated.
You gave her a short smile and chuckle. “Uh, no.”
“I’m not joking, Y/N.”
“Neither am I.” You shot back, taking a spoon of Nutella and holding it in your mouth.
“Y/N, workplace relationships are rough. Schedules are never aligned, there’s no time for you to be together. You’re just gonna drift apart.” Alex scoffed when you tilted your head at her and narrowed your eyes.
You swallowed the thick spread. “And why do you think I’m going to listen to you? You’re not my mom, or Eliza, for that matter.”
“Well then, are you a part of this family? A family that doesn’t live with child murderers, that doesn’t love people who kill for a living?!”
“Natasha was trapped! She had to fight her way out of there, she had no choice!”
“She could have done something else! She didn’t have to kill the people she did!”
“That’s in the past, Alex! My Natasha is not her, she’s changed!” You growled, your tone signalling the end of the conversation.
“People don’t change, Y/N. They put on a mask, they hide, but they don’t change.” Alex huffed as you walked towards your bedroom window, opening it.
“Natasha makes me a better Warrior. I have something to fight for, so if you want to get rid of her… then you’re getting rid of me too.”
You turned away and ignored the next few words that came out of her mouth as the wind howled in your ears, giving you a few seconds of relief before you landed on the balcony.
Great - Alex’s joust at your relationship made you on time, seeing Natasha in her suit yet unable to do anything but look like the others.
“Y/N, great! Now we can really start.” Wanda smiled warmly, watching you speed to the spot in-between her brother and herself.
“What’s up, Piet?” You smiled weakly, fist-bumping him.
You looked up at Natasha and you could tell she saw your emotions, but she didn’t address them. She couldn’t, no matter what - she was stuck, trapped.
You heard two sets of boots fall onto the balcony but you didn’t turn, hearing Kara’s plea as Alex walked to her biochemistry division upstairs. After the debrief, you inevitably came to a standstill as you stood in the training room, slumping against the wall before you felt a familiar hand fall onto your shoulder.
“Y/N…” Kara sighed, sitting in front of you.
“El fidh ehrosh daevae. El kheth rrehkh Raogrhys.” You muttered softly, tears streaming down your face, making Kara pull you into her arms.
“She’ll come around, I know it. You just gotta keep showing her this side of Natasha.”
“We both know that once Alex sets her mind on something, it’s going to take a lot to convince her. She doesn’t just... change her mind.” You sniffled, shuddering through your sobs.
“Do you want to train and get your mind off of it? Let you get your anger out?” Kara offered, pulling you off of her shoulder.
“Um… no. I should save it for the mission.” You chuckled, wiping your tears away.
You looked up at the clock and quickly jumped up. “Shit! I’m leaving in like, half an hour!”
“Y/N, language!” Kara hissed as you sped out of the room, chuckling as she saw Natasha stop and smile softly at your antics.
“Such a cutie.” The Widow’s mutter entered her ears before she moved on, making Kara smile.
*If only Alex saw these things.*

You stood in the Quinjet with Wanda, Steve, Natasha and Pietro as ‘Team Stealth’. You and Pietro would team up to beat everyone down, Wanda and Steve would extract information whilst Natasha would stay back as pilot. It was a toss-up between Steve and herself, but with you on the team, she wanted to be in charge of getting you home quickly.
She’d never admit why to her team.
“Let’s get it!” Pietro grinned, taking your hand and kissing the back of it before he sped out.
“Get back here, idiot.” You sped after him, your detachable cape laying on the back of your chair whilst you held an extendable staff in your pocket, a gift from your parents before their deaths.
You found Pietro taking down some agents, quickly punching their lights out before he sped you and himself into the shadows.
“I’ve got three. How many do you have…? Oh, right - none.”
“So far.” You jeered, speeding away.
You came to a group of five and worked quickly without your speed, smacking some back with your staff whilst others were stabbed with the sharp ends. You followed the path of most resistance to find a locked room, only to have Pietro speed in next to you.
“Count?”
“28.” You answered, looking at the handle.
“Damn, 22.” He mumbled, watching you tuck your staff into your pocket whilst you gripped the handle of the safe-like door.
With a groan, the handle turned and it opened to reveal a large, empty warehouse. You both stepped inside and looked around, but your specialised vision allowed you to see what Pietro could not.
“Pietro, get down!” You sped in front of him and blocked the bullets with your body, keeping him shielded as the magazine ran out.
You looked down at him and saw no internal bleeding, sighing relief before you stood. You narrowed your eyes to use your x-ray vision but a bright light came back at you, blinding you momentarily.
“Y/N?” Pietro asked.
“Yeah, I’m good, just give me a second.” You blinked widely for a few seconds before you sped to the door…
Or what you thought was a door.
The lead-lined glass shattered to reveal two guns lit up with a green hue, making you hiss and take a few steps back before your legs failed you.
“Kryptonian DNA detected.” A robotic voice echoed out and the guns aimed at you.
“Y/N!” Pietro ran for you and snatched you up, taking you outside but there was no sun to help you.
“Are you alright?”
You nodded slowly as you climbed into the jet, sighing in relief as the cold metal eased your pain-filled skin. “Just need to catch my breath.”
“Okay, yeah. Let’s catch our breath.” Pietro offered his hand and you placed yours in his, feeling his lungs inflate and deflate as he breathed.
“In… and out.” He smiled, sitting next to you before he grabbed your cape.
“Are you a bit cold?”
“Y-Yeah. Just need some solar lamps when we get back.” You stammered.
“Y/N?” Natasha knelt in front of you, smiling warmly when you looked at her.
“Pietro, go help Wanda and Steve.” She ordered, the speedster leaving quickly as explosions went off in the distance.
“Hi, dorogaya (darling). You want me to hold you?”
“Just… Just need to catch my breath.” You murmured, smiling softly at her.
“Okay. Can I hold your hand?” She asked, not getting a response as you instantly placed yours in her hand.
You nuzzled further into your cape which caused Natasha to chuckle. “Are you still cold, detka (baby)?”
You nodded and she wrapped her arms around you, holding you close as she waited for the others. “Better?” She asked, a single nod coming from you.
“Just…” You adjusted, sighing when you heard her heartbeat.
She pressed a light kiss to your forehead before she felt something wet on your cape. She would’ve guessed melting snow, but it hadn’t gone outside…
“Y/N, what’s your cape made of?”
“Oh… Just my blanket from home. I dyed it red because it was originally white.” You explained, her head nodding against yours.
“Can the dye leak?”
“I don’t think so. You might have to ask Wands.”
As if you summoned her, the witch landed expertly with her magic outside before coming in, Steve and Pietro jogging behind her.
“Hey, Wands? Does dye leak?” You asked, her eyebrows furrowing as she shook her head.
“Not after a few years. Why?”
“Y/N’s cape feels wet… and a bit… sticky.” Natasha’s words slowed down before she ripped the cape off of you.
She placed her hand relatively on the same spot as the cape and pulled her hand away, seeing red blotches along her fingers.
“Steve, get the jet in the air.” Wanda ordered the super soldier as he raced to get into the cockpit and start the engine.
You looked up at Natasha and saw an emotion you hadn’t seen before on her face. Her eyebrows scrunched slightly whilst her eyes were wide open, revealing those lovely little emeralds you could stare at all day. Her jaw was tight and you wanted to loosen it with a small kiss, but your body wouldn’t listen to you.
“You okay?” You asked hazily, her eyes darting between yours.
She looked at Pietro. *Get me the first aid kit.* She spoke into their private connection, your mind too cloudy to hear it.
“What happened?” You muttered softly, nuzzling into her hand as it rested against your temple.
“Nothing, darling. You’re okay, you’re okay.” She sniffled, smiling at you before she felt Pietro place the kit by her legs.
“Yeah. Just have… to catch… my breath.” You murmured between breaths, watching her nod.
“Yeah, yeah, of course. I’m here, I’m right here, I’m not leaving you, okay? We’re gonna do some breathing together, okay?”
You nodded and moved to look at your abdomen but you felt her fingers take your chin like normal, her head shaking slightly. “Don’t look there, look at me.”
“Okay.” You answered.
“We’re okay. It’s just me and you.” She murmured, kissing your cheek softly as she unravelled a bandage.
“Who’s here, malen’kaya (little girl)?”
“It’s just… me and you.” You echoed, smiling whilst not noticing how Natasha was slowly stitching you up.
“Yeah. Just me and you.” She kissed you softly, alarming her teammates but her arms worked around your waist.
“Okay, baby, breathe in…” She did it and watched you do it shakily, a sob threatening her lungs.
“And out…” She sighed and watched you do it, wiping away the blood from your lips.
“Ah, Tasha…” You winced, looking down at your abdomen to see the white bandage being rolled around your torso to cover your stitches.
“Hey. I said don’t look there.” Her voice held a soft but stern tone, bringing your attention back to her.
“ ‘M sorry.”
“Shh, shh, shh, it’s okay, baby girl. Tasha’s here, okay? I’m not gonna leave your side, baby girl.”
Finally, she tied the bandage semi-tightly and placed a hand on your cheek to stop you from looking down, brushing your skin softly like she always did.
“I love you.”
Your eyes widened and she chuckled. “I do. I really do. I love you, Y/N Zor-El.”
“I… I lo…” You trailed off, feeling your eyes get heavy.
“Hey, hey, hey. Stay here with me, my love.” She murmured, lightly pinching your cheek and she swore to herself that it would be the only time she’d choose to hurt you.
“Tasha… I love you too…” You squeezed the words out of your constricted throat, feeling a thick, slimy liquid bubble in it.
“Steve, distance check?” Natasha asked softly, not taking her eyes off of you.
“Landing now.” He replied.
“You hear that, baby? We’re back home.” She smiled tearily, kissing your forehead.
“You wanna come sleep at mine tonight?”
“Yeah… Yeah, p’ease…” You muttered, feeling your mind haze over.
“Okay. We’ll watch some Transformers too. I know you love those as much as Alex and Kara like T2 and Wizard of Oz. Which one do you want to watch, baby?” She asked, keeping your mind off of the way that Wanda’s magic carried you quickly through the halls.
“Mmm… Bumblebee.”
“Yeah? You wanna watch Bumblebee? You like it when he talks with the radio?” She smiled, helping attach the oxygen mask onto your face.
“Yeah…” You smiled giddily.
“Alright, beautiful, we’ll watch it when you wake up.” She kissed your temple softly, watching your eyes close before she stepped out of the room and finally let go of the sob in her throat.

Natasha stood idly outside of your infirmary room, still in her suit whilst the blood on your cape hadn’t been washed off - she didn’t want to lose the scent of you in it.
“Agent Romanoff, why aren’t you at your station-”
Alex cut herself off as she saw you lying in the infirmary bed, dead still as surgeons worked on you. All the colour drained from her face and her right hand moved to press on her belt, your other sister landing behind her.
“What’s the emergency-” She too was cut off by her own voice, fear consuming her eyes as she saw a green-capped bullet held between the forceps of a surgeon.
Kara turned to see Natasha standing there, your cape bundled in her hands whilst her eyes were reddened with tears, a few escaping her carefully-put-together shell.
“Please, please, please, please…” She heard the Widow repeat over and over, just waiting.
“Natasha…” The Kryptonian moved to place a hand on her shoulder, only to pull it off as Natasha jumped.
“Oh. Hi, Kara.” She murmured, not taking her eyes off of you.
“Do you want to tell us what happened to our little sister?”
As Natasha was about to speak, Alex stepped in. “Why weren’t we informed?! Where’s the mission report, where’s the data you were supposed to steal?!”
“Alex, stop! Enough!” Kara stepped between the two and glared at her sister.
“Pietro was with her. They’re probably writing up their reports. I was the pilot.” Natasha murmured again, still focused on you.
“Go, Alex.” Kara spoke sternly, not moving until she left.
“What happened, Natasha?” She asked softly, standing next to her as she looked to see another bullet being removed but from higher up on your abdomen.
“I don’t know. When she left the jet, she was fine. She was happily chasing after Pietro and on comms, they were counting their take-downs. But then they went silent for a few minutes and Pietro brought her to the jet with green veins. I thought she’d just been exposed to it, and that she needed some solar on her when we got back, but then…” She trailed off, another lump forming in her throat.
“Then she got cold. She never gets cold, she’s my personal heater. I pulled her cape onto her but it soon felt wet, which didn’t make sense because-”
“Y/N doesn’t wear her cape when she’s on a stealth mission.” Kara finished her sentence.
“Yeah. So, when I pulled it off of her, I immediately got to work. It’s shitty, I know, but I was trying to keep her distracted. I told her we could watch Transformers when we got home, and that she was okay, she just needed to catch her breath. It was just us, me and her, together…” Natasha let a sob loose.
“She’s strong. She’s stronger than me.” Kara tried to reassure her.
“I didn’t protect her. I could have gone and protected her but I didn’t.” The Widow continued, her legs wobbly as she saw the third and final bullet leave your stomach.
“Natasha, you can’t let this guilt eat you from the inside out.”
She didn’t hear Kara and instead walked straight into the room, pushing some solar lamps on either side of you, on top of you and switching the lamp on beneath your bed. She cleaned up the blood on the side of your face and took your hand softly, another pair of boots coming in.
“Alex, if you’re gonna yell at me-”
“You really love her, don’t you?” The agent cut her off, the first one ever to do so.
“Agent Romanoff, yes or no?”
“Yes.” She answered quickly, sure of it.
“Good.” Alex nodded, looking at your still form.
“She’s new to love. Break her heart and I will break you until you die a slow and painful death.”
Natasha nodded. “Of course. She’s the best thing that ever happened to me.”
Alex sighed and placed a hand on her shoulder. “I’m sorry for judging you on your past.”
“Thank you.” Natasha murmured, holding your hand as she looked down at you, smiling softly as she kissed your palm.
“I love you.”

You woke two days later, something that had concerned everyone but mostly Natasha and your sisters. Every time someone would try to enter, Natasha would whip out her gun and aim it at the door, only to slow down and see it was your family or a friend.
As you woke slowly, you felt the weight of Natasha’s head on your shoulder, making you turn and admire her sleeping form. You looked down and saw her hand laced in yours, giving it a small squeeze to wake her sharply.
“Hey, hey, hey.” You calmed her, taking the gun from her and crunching it into bits.
“That was my favourite gun.” She whined, making you chuckle.
“I’ll buy you a new one.”
She looked at your abdomen before looking up at you, her hands moving to trace the spots where you were shot. She’s sewn them originally, and she didn’t think she’d forget it.
“Look at me.” You murmured, her head turning to you and revealing the tear stains tracking down her cheeks.
“It’s just me and you, my love. Talk to me.”
You watched her face contort before she kissed you, holding you by the base of your jaw as her eyebrows furrowed with the intensity of the kiss. You placed your hands on top of hers and brushed the skin of her wrists, smiling softly as she pulled away.
“If you ever do that again, I will kill you myself.” She whispered, making you chuckle again.
“My love, you are too funny. Come here.”
You opened your cocoon of warmth underneath your blanket and she sighed in relief after being cold for the days you slept. She had of course showered, knowing you’d want her to, but for now she just wanted your warmth and not some silly hot water.
She leaned back against your chest and you kissed her temple, sighing into the comforting familiarity until your silent peace was disturbed.
“Auntie Y/N!”
You let out a soft ‘ooft’ as Esme tackled you and Natasha, making the newcomers laugh as they found chairs to sit in.
“Hiya, little Esme.” You grinned, watching her confusion at the sight of Natasha.
“Are you two together or somefing? ‘Cause you seem to be around each other. Like a lot.”
Esme’s blunt truth made more chuckles come, but you eyed the newbie sitting in the main seat of Kara’s chair, the Kryptonian herself sitting on the arm of it.
“Hi, Lena.” You smirked.
“Hi, Y/N.” The Luthor grinned at you, but you eyed the translucent packets on the ground.
“Is that… Takeaway?”
Kara grinned and threw you a bag, your reflexes being tested. “Potstickers for everyone!”
You threw your head back as you laughed, opening the packet with three boxes of potstickers and two sets of chopsticks. “Did you use your Supergirl charm to get these?”
“Y/N, you do realise they know Kara’s normal order?” Alex jeered, making all of you laugh.
“Would you like a potsticker, Esme?” You offered her one but she scrambled off of the bed and towards her moms, leaving you with your other little one.
“Did you eat whilst I was dead?”
Natasha slapped your thigh. “Too soon, malen’kaya. But yes, I did eat.”
“More potstickers for me.” You teased until she stole the one between your chopsticks.
“Rude!”
“Wha’?” Natasha asked innocently with her mouth full, making you roll your eyes.
“Alright, lovebirds, there’s a child around.” Kelly snickered, helping Esme use chopsticks whilst laughter echoed in the room.
Natasha looked up at you and leaned in to whisper by your ear. “Are you still weak?”
“A little, why?” You answered.
“Just…”
You felt her lips against your neck for a brief moment until they detached, a proud smirk on her face. You looked up and saw everyone blushing except for Lena and Alex, the two smirking.
“Nice hickey, Y/N. Don’t see those often on a Kryptonian.”
“Well, she’s still a bit weak.” Natasha grinned at Alex.
“How much longer will she be like this?”
“I’d say until tomorrow.” The brunette grinned back.
The Widow tilted back against your chest again, nipping your ear lobe before she whispered. “We have a lot to make up for tonight then.”

First Journal Entry.
I wrote this today but on another platform. Just making this to keep track of my life.Just going to paste it here.
“ I want to leave some sort of trail to look back on in a few years. Ill just sum up the last few years. From 2014-now 2018. In 8th grade I really started to make lifelong friends. It was one of my favorite years of school with Ms. Cooper as my ela teacher. My friend Diego also became one of my best that year and he still is. Same with Bryan. I am much closer with Bryan today. I also was really good friends with both Zachs. Although I have compeltely lost contact with them. Havent talked to either of them since 9th grade. That year kinda sucked. I barley had any good classes or classes with friends. I did start talking to my other really good friend Tyler that year. Also my friend nick who I havent really seen recently. Nothing eventful happened that year. Skip forward to the end of 9th grade and I started talking to kara. I was so fucking happy that a girl actually liked me and wanted to date. I was super nervous but we went out on a date and it went really well. I felt on top of the world. I always had a weird vibe about her. She a few months in became controlling and abusive. Made me bleed a few times. My whole family hated her. And her own family were mean to her. After all she did to me, I still felt bad for her and I still do in some ways. When she was nice she was the nicest girl in the world. When she was mean, she was evil. I dated her from the end of 9th grade to the end of 10th grade to almost the start of 11th. She broke up with me after a year and 2 months. August 8th. When she did I has a panic attack and almost fainted. But being the cruel person she is, she led me on for another month or so making me think she was going to get back with me, I had my hoped up so high and I missed her so much. Eventually she just said its over for real, but always left a little hope by saying "one day". It had me fucked up for months after. I should have cut ties sooner. It only hurts more. That is one big lesson I learned. Do not keep in touch with your ex if you want to get over them. Then in may I made the mistake of going to see her at the mall. Which only ended terrible. She made me pay for her food and tried to kiss me. i wanted to so bad but i didnt. I dont know why. She got mad. I forget why. She left and i was alone in the mall crying in the corner bench where bestbuy used to be. Rewind a bit. Start of 11th grade I started a band with bryan. it was called out of breath and it was me, bryan, diego and george. Diego was only in for a day. I love diego but he just was so bad and didnt practice the songs at all. He isnt as into music as me and bryan are. Which is ok. one whole year later we finally got our first show. By that time we had made about 30 songs. Only of which 5 actually made it onto the demo we are proud of. So now its 12th grade. In the july before 12th started, This girl jessica messaged me. She said I was cute and she wanted to keep talking to me. She was In florida at the time with her dad. I waited a whole month for her to get back. But just before we went on a date I got really sick after spending a few nights at jimny peak for my grandpas birthday. My throat hurt so bad. I didnt eat for 5 days. barley drank. I finally got better and ate and drank as much as i could. When i went to the hispital i had dreams about drinking apple juice and soda. It was the worst. I probably lost 5 pounds. Finally I went on the date with jess. i really did like her. She was only 15 however. We saw anabelle or something. I forget. I had a realy nice time and the feeling of someone else laying on me and holding me was something i really really missed. I was so happy. She was just really immature. She had depression and lots of problems. We broke up after she got drunk with a bunch of 20 something year olds. I cant stand drinking, smoking or drugs. And I am so fucking serious. I am done with that after what she did. A few days about a week before that happened. This girl krystal had moved back from florida. In 9th grade I would always see her. apprently we used to talk in homeroom but i dont remember that at all. She was one of those girls i just didnt think i was allowed to talk to. There are still those fucking people. The ones you cant talk to. You know what i mean. Thats all she talked to too. All the girls i had been friends with and now i wasnt. For the better honestly. They turned into druggies and whores. But she moved back after a few years in florida. i didnt think much of it. The she liked all my pics on ig and i did the same. She also sent me a pic on christmas eve. I almost replied. i didnt tho. The next night she actually messaged me. She sent a heart face to my snap story. we started talking and i really started to like her even tho I had a girlfriend. Within 5 days of the breakup we started dating. We saw insideous. I was beyond happy and had never felt this before ever. Its also sad and tragic that the week leading up to that all my friend just roasted the shit out of her and called her a whore and said i shouldnt feel bad if i just ignored her. That made me a little sad but whatever. She then explained that she used to party get drunk and did xanax. Talk about a fucking turnoff. It still bothers me and sometimes i cant sleep. Why the fuck would you want to drink poison? I swear people who drink are fucking retarded. When you all have liver failure youll see whos right. And she claims that her step dad is dope for giving her weed money. Parents who love their fucking kids dont give them weed money. Literally fuck off with that shit. Weed is also the drug of choice for many LOSERS. I guess she doesnt anymore. But still the fact that she was a fuck up partier whore who slept with 2 people she wasnt in a relationship with. pisses me the fuck off. If you dont wanna almost get pregnant dont take xanax when youre drunk you fucking cunt. Sorry. i love her. And i feel like shes fading from me honestly. Yesterday at lunch we just didnt talk. And we barley have since then. we used to all the time. Shed leave me paragraphs. None of that anymore. She also always has a fucking attitude when I ask anything any boyfriend would. And she never comforts me when Im sad. She never fucking talks things through or tries to see my side of the fucking story. My feelings dont matter when we argue. If shes mad, im wrong. If shes sad, im wrong. It hurts me beyond belief and we never accomplish anything. When you argue you need to see each others side. Maybe just both say sorry and move on so you both feel like you win. When she cries i hug and kiss her and say its all gonna be ok. When i cry. She looks away. When im sad she doesnt do anything. She said she sucks at comforting people. How hard is it to kiss me or hug me when im sad? you dont need to say anything. She really hurts me sometimes and makes me feel like i dont mean as much as i did. i also really dont want her to leave for the navy. Because if that happens. you know what happens. You grow apart. You fall out of love. Thats the sad truth. I dont want that. I also still feel like shes cheating or shes goig to cheat on me with someone when she goes to florida during break. With one of her guy "friends". Or smoke weed or drink. if i find out she smoked or got drunk. i am leaving her. no trace. "sober eyes are the truest ones" and i refuse to be with someone who smokes or drinks for fun. Poison. Ok thats allup until now. Im sitting her and have been writing for 30 min. Today was weird. But I still feel sad. She doesnt seem into me at all. She doesnt ask to see me. She never even messages me first. I know its dumb, but it hurts me.”
