i think I’m getting old or too into bad music but any time I see any artist using a full name ie Billy eiliesh, Olivia rodrigos, Chappel roam etc blowing up, i instantly assume they’re producing viral tiktok music that has a very distinct marketable “pop but with a quirk that makes it unique and unlike OTHER pop music” vibe. does anyone else get what i mean. 🫥

I thought I was about to be attacked for a second. I just read the beginning too quickly but I'm good now so don't worry.

5 Characters from different Genres that make up my personality...this is a great question to ask daaaamn.

1. Ethan Landry from Scream, Horror: I'm sure there could have been a better character but I chose Ethan because he's shy, dorky, and awkward because if you can meet me in person I'm like that...without the tendency to kill the Core 4 of course. There would have to be a pretty good reason for me to kill someone and have the energy to do so.😂

2. Enid Sinclair from Wednesday, ??Comedy??: I chose Enid because she's a werewolf who has a bubbly personality shes also seems very loving towards Wens and is very loyal to the people she cares about. I get golden retriever energy from this character.

(Fun Fact: My childhood nickname is Wolfie because I used to run around the house like a wolf because I watched the animation Balto when I was a toddler.)

3. Lara Croft from Tomb Raider, Adventure: Because she's intelligent, strong, fearless, and independent. Give me a chance and I can show you how fearless I am with a hint of caution.

4. Lily Okamura from Pitch Perfect, Comedy/Romance: The Weird, quirky, and quiet girl who makes unhinged statements. I have realized just now with my brother's help that I say some wild shit.

5. Enola Holmes from Enola Holmes, Mystery/Crime: Shows Maturity and sometimes immaturity she's determined. I love to figure stuff out and puzzles are fine sometimes.

Okay, Im gonna say it.

I dont really like Goncharov.

Ik ik, let me explain myself here. Its not that I hate it, I just don't think it's as good as everyone's makeing it out to be. I saw it all over tumbler and people where describing it like some kinda cinematic masterpiece so I actually sat down with it and it's just...its not that good.

Alot of the symbolism is blatant, most of the characters are kinda one dimensional-

I think the fan base gose so crazy over katya because she's the only one given any breathing space in the story. Even then, she's still pretty standered femm fetal for alot of the movie.

The entire story behaves like it has this really nuanced point when the morel could be boiled down to 'don't kill people'.

Don't get me wrong! Like I said, it's not bad. It's a well made movie with some pretty steller performances from some excellent actors and alot of what makes the story feel rushed and cluttered is fixed in the directors cut. I just don't think it's this amazing marvel of cinema people are makeing it out to be :1

it's very similar for me!! i also don't listen to much brazilian music because of the same thing i think. like if the lyrics are too "shallow" or has some annoying cliche it's easier to tune out when it isn't in portuguese. but now that i'm a taylor girlie i've been focusing more on lyrics a lot

interesting 🤔 I wonder if it's more universal experience. I literally listen to polish songs that are also poems that are good because they annoy me so often.

Izuku had been pulled aside by his yellow haired friend and somehow was forced into his schemes to finally confess. Apparently it’s a crime now to admire someone from far away, and keeping your feelings secret.

“I’ve never actually used the move in front of anyone but you!! I don’t wanna hurt anyone.” Deku was passed his teen years or being shy or so he thought. At least he’s actually had conversations with you instead of running away from you, unlike back at UA High he couldn’t get his voice to work.

“Try not to, because you’re on lover boy!” Denki shouted and gave one grand push before the green haired hero was beyond the corner of the wall. Deku wanted to protest before you saw him, and thankful Ochako was talking to you.

“Yo! Y/n! Deku has something he wants to say.” Your attention was drawn away quickly by the shouting and your name being called and so was Ochako.

Deku wanted to back out and run but he swore to himself that he would stick to it. That he wouldn’t be a coward anymore.

You watch as blackwhip flows into the air and starts to move around to make a heart above Izuku’s head. It’s precious really. You didn’t know he could make shapes with his quirk.

“Will you go on a date with me?” He shouts.

Like here's the thing.

Colt blaming his creation for his problems is such a literary refrence. It's Frankenstein. And Félix is aware of the literary framing that takes on his life. Just as he is aware that Colt isn't. Colt both despises and doesn’t understand the creature he made.

But Adrien? Adrien is missing so many chapters to understand the tragady he's captured in. If Félix is Frankenstein, then Adrien is the wife in Jane Erye trapped in the attic, he's the miserable child brougut to keep Mrs. Havershem company as she mourns a wedding that never was, he's Rapunzel trapped in the tower, a prisoner for a crime he didn't commit.

But he doesn't know! The bars of his cage are clad in gold.

Félix is genra savvy enough to know the part he plays in the story. His goal is simple, to survive. To defy the expectations. To end his story better than those that shared his narrative role.

Adrien doesn’t know.

They're both tragic, but Félix *knows*.
