01.06.30 - tatooine-level rizz

Now that the holidays are over, Mom and Dad are back at work, and Rey is back in class.

I’m in charge of taking Rey to and from school. Force knows I ain’t got nothin’ else to do.

And I’m starting to think middle schoolers might be an alien race, because I can’t understand what the kriff they’re saying anymore. The hell’s a skibidi? Why do they keep talking about Tatooine?

I know what “rizz” is, at least—and I think “Tatooine” has evolved into some sort of pejorative term. I overheard one thirteen-year-old boy brutally accuse another thirteen-year-old boy of having “Tatooine-level rizz,” which, I think, means being bad with girls.

I told Uncle Luke about the new meaning of “Tatooine” when I saw him last weekend—Tatooine’s his homeworld, you know. I kind of thought he'd be offended...but according to him, Tatooine really is the buttcrack of our galaxy.

…I paraphrase, of course.

So my next question is: the hell’s a “gyat”? And why do Rey’s friends keep saying I’m “gyatted-up”?

Summary: Excerpts from the journal of Jedi Master Norran Kelm, Crechemaster and Instructor of the Alderaanian Enclave (destroyed circa 11 ATC during the Alderaanian Civil War) as are pertinent to the history and development of Jedi Battlemaster Corrain Gealai, Hero of Tython. Agents should be cognizant of extensive reference to internal Jedi affairs and policy, to include esoteric uses of the mysterious "Force Abilities" many Jedi inexplicably possess. Author Notes: This is the prequel to my other fic, Crescent Moon Rising, which focuses primarily on Corrain as a budding Jedi (and will continue through the Nathema Conspiracy, if all goes well). I'm mostly writing this because of some EXCELLENT tumblr posts about Jedi Padawan Chopped edition: Lightsaber cooking, and how horribly wrong that always goes. Also levitating toddlers. Basically I wanted background infodumping with lighthearted kidfic nonsense.

Phasing; Due to her phantom genetics Rosemarie can phase through solid objects at will.

Forbidden Ancient black magic; Her magic is inherited from he mother, Polyxena. She is quite skilled at using it.

Heightened sense of smell; Due to her Vampiric and dragon blood as well as being a lion shifter her sense of smell is increased significantly.

Superhuman hearing; Due to her blood linage and being a lion shifter her hearing is heightened.

Inhuman speed; Rosemarie was by far one of the swiftest of the Hypëřbøřiän's.

Night vision; her vampiric blood allows her to see in the dark. The only downside is that her eyes glow.

Aura sight; Rosemarie can see the auras of those around her and can single out a single aura for tracking purposes.

Afflictions-

Blood rage; is a variation of bloodlust. Due to her vampiric blood, Rosemarie doesn't need to consume blood like her father but she does need to consume raw flesh at least once a month.

Black rose curse; this curse makes her very bitter and jealous of those who have mates. It appeared when she was quite young. Its appearance is that of black vines with black roses along the vines all over her body and there are a few that a visible on her face.

Appearance-

Rosemarie is a woman of above-average height with long wavy black hair, glowing bright green eyes, slightly pointed ears, and sharp teeth. She has a scar that goes over the bridge of her nose, one on her cheek, and one over he left eye.

Info-

Rosemarie is a loving and protective mother and mate. The fathers of her two sets of twins(Lucy/Lumír and Chara/Neith) are unknown due to them ditching her while she was pregnant with their newlings.

She is one of the five surviving souls of the empire's fall. The others being Jørgan, Reidar, Restus, and Azura. This was due to her, Reidar, and Jørgan being on the mainland doing other things.

At some point centuries before the fall of the empire, Rosemarie and Jørgan were mates. During that time they conceived a son, Wolfe.

The reason for their marriage ending was due to Jørgen getting more and more protective to the point where the wolves under his command were ordered to keep Rosemarie and Wolfe in their den and not let them leave. This was due to a threat from enemies who threatened to kidnap young Wolfe and kill him. To Jørgan, this threat extended to Rosemarie as well. She was worried that her mother, father, and brother were going to hurt Jørgan if he got any worse.

Rosemarie still cares greatly for Jørgan as proven by the fact that she hunted down and killed Zora shortly after he stole Ulfric and Lana from her in 1570. Saying that he didn't even remember sleeping with her nor would he ever due to Zora being an enemy.

The fight with Zora ended with Zora dying and Rosemarie getting wounds that weakened her drastically. She got worse during the stressful pregnancy and birth of Chara and Neith on October 3rd, 1600.

Sometime in the late 1640's Rosemarie passed due to those wounds she received in the 1570s fighting Zora. Then she ascended to the Hypëřbøřiän Váił where she became the goddess of lions.
