OMG OMG OMG, reread 265 and Yuji says he cried because his SLIME TOY was lost, foreshadowing for him to keep slime sukuna?
omg, anon. i love the way you think <3
Tumblr media
i just wanted to mention: one of the craziest things about this chapter is just how relaxed and indulgent sukuna is being with yuuji. i almost thought it was a dream when i first read this because sukuna is going along with all of this.
he's listening to yuuji ramble and actually paying attention to it all. he corrects yuuji, makes fun of him, even threatens him in the end - all things he usually does to yuuji, but this time the insults almost seem casual and sukuna's anger is somehow even more personal. it's like sukuna lets down his mask for a bit and is being drawn in by yuuji but he refuses to accept it, like it's a surprise attack on him that usually he wouldn't let anyone get even close enough to do it. he lashes out with all that has, screaming that he'll make yuuji suffer for pitying him. typical sukuna style.
but something that's really been on my mind is how yuuji responds to sukuna not caring about what yuuji is trying to show to him.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
yuuji admits he lost this time. "just as i expected... it's no use."
if he really expected this all not to work, then why even bother? and, if he knows sukuna will just keep rejecting him, why does he keep offering for sukuna to come back to him? why does he want to offer mercy to this monster that still threatens to kill everyone yuuji cares about??
Tumblr media Tumblr media
yuuji knows that sukuna is a lost cause.... but he's still not giving up. just like he never gave up on his grandfather whenever he told yuuji to stop coming and to stay at his club, or whenever wasuke pushed his own grandson away despite yuuji caring for him even on his deathbed.
yuuji also says that he's willing to fight for sukuna, to keep him alive. "even if no one accepts it/you." the fact that yuuji's fighting so hard just for sukuna's sake while sukuna is fighting against yuuji's compassion just as hard....
they drive me insane.
but honestly, i really think you're on to something here. gege loves detailed foreshadowing and twists that go against all expectations, so i have hope yuuji won't let sukuna get away from him that easily and will hold onto him.
or, better yet but even more unlikely, if sukuna comes back to yuuji on his own.
(also, it would be so cute if yuuji would keep little blobkuna in his pocket so that he won't make the mistake of losing his slime toy this time <3)

House of Alphas
Summary: Waking up in a world that was not your own was problematic enough. Being the villainess was another. However, the possessive alphas might take the cake.
~Angsty but I ainā€™t GeGe ~
~ Omega!Reader x Alpha!Sukuna x Alpha!Toji x Alpha!Suguru x Alpha!Satoru~
Chapter 25: Do It For Me
~
ā€¦
Toji thumbed the band of his pants over his cock, using your panties as a makeshift cock sleeve. He groaned as he gave himself a few lazy strokes. ā€œTengen I love seeing you like this.ā€Ā
You hummed looking up at Toji, he looked so ethereal in the soft glow of his office. Muscles ripped with scars of his many battles. He was so undeniably handsome and sweet to you, it made him so much more attractive. Like a gentle god. Merciful and kind. You wanted to please him, show him how much you appreciated him. Something you are starting to realize was important for the safety of your very obsessed alphas.Ā
You reach for him, pulling him by his pants so he is in front of you. He seemed a bit surprised at first but then eager to have your pretty lips wrapped around him. You knew you wouldn't be able to get all of him down your throat but he enjoyed it none the less. He let out a hiss when you licked him into your mouth. You hummed exploring this new flavor on your tongue. He tasted like a delicious honey. Oh, he was so good. You took more of him, allowing the weight of him to sit heavy on your tongue.Ā
He gasped for air with open-mouth pants, and red cheeks. It made you feel powerful to make this marvelous man weak in the knees with just your mouth. You were so lost in his pleasure you had forgotten there was another alpha with you.Ā
ā€œHm~.ā€ you felt the hot tip of Sukunaā€™s cock press on your ass, while his second cock touched your pussy. For a split second, you were afraid he was going to push them both in. You pulled away from Toji to give the alpha your pleading gaze.Ā
ā€œRelax omega, I won't make you take both this time.ā€Ā Sukuna soothed you with his words. He pressed into your ass making your toes curl, he was a tight fit. ā€œNgh-ā€ He growled grabbing your waist as he pushed his way inside.Ā
ā€œAh-!ā€ You let out a small whine. Fingers slid in your mouth as Toji turned your head back to him. He spread his precum on your lips like lip gloss.Ā
ā€œFocus here sweet girl.ā€Ā
ā€¦

This is Part 2. Part 1 here šŸ˜˜
(on my page, we do not throw hatred towards Mahito. Heā€™s a character, he did his job, if you wanna throw hatred at him, hate on Gege, not him.) (or me)
Sukuna Ryomen (sadomasochism, power play, vocal commands/dirty talk)
oh my me, Sukuna. i honestly feel he has more than 3 šŸ˜©so firstly, he definitely would receive pleasure from inflicting pain on his partner. when you're holding back your cries and scream, he'll be jacking off with a smug look on his face WHILE trying to cause you more pain. There's never enough. He wants his partner to be at his mercy and to worship him.
He IS the king of curses and he thrives on dominance and control. Sukuna loves to enjoy scenarios where he can exert his authority and command over you. And in return, you receive a spank on your ass šŸ˜‰
Another dirty talker. Sukuna can make you orgasm with his words. Have you heard his voice? *shivers* He would use explicit dirty talk to remind his partner who is in charge. He's the type of person who would edge you.........hours on end. You would never even dare to do it to him, valuing your life. ā€œwhat a little slut of mineā€¦already so wet. you donā€™t get to cum yet.ā€
Shiu Kong (sensory deprivation, mind games, public degradation and humiliation)
Shiu loooooves using blindfolds, gags, masks/hoods to minimise your visual and hearing input. The Korean man loves how as he deprives each of your senses, it would amplify the remaining ones.
As a man with a strategic mind and his desire for control, Shiu loves it when he could fuck your mind. His favourite would be teasing and denial where he builds up your anticipation and expectation without allowing immediate or no gratification. Your pleasure derives from his mood.
A thrilling and risky kink would be him carefully selecting the place/places for your degradation and humiliation. Shiu loves it when your cheeks flush in embarrassment in public. Heard about the power bullet vibrator? It can be controlled by a single person, the person being Shiu. He wants you to beg for him to touch you to cum and also permission to cum. All in public, baby,.
Naoya Zenin (verbal belittlment and humiliation, orgasm control, bondage and restraint)
Now, this is tricky, because to the naked eye it can be seen as him trying to oppress you. But Naoya lives on power dynamics. He gets turned on the most when he sees you being derived from his touch and humiliation. If Naoya could, he would have you on a leash in public, reminding you whoā€™s in charge. He would be smirking and enjoying the whispers and shocked looks from onlookers. He owns you, doesnā€™t he?
There are lots of perverse thrills that this man longs to do to you but the one suited for Naoya would be the delicate art of orgasm control. His thick broad palms and fingers that are long and muscular would bring you to the brink of ecstasy only to deny you the release you longed for. For a couple times. Scratch that, umpteenth times. You get so tired after spending the night with him you usually call in sick to work/university the next day.
Last but not least for Naoya, he found satisfaction in the sight of you bound and restrained. He would get you to bind yourself, starting with your tummy, ankles and he would assist you with your hands. All tied to a wooden crucifix. Naoya loooves seeing you vulnerable and your helplessness which only heightens his arousal. Circling around you with a paddle in hand, ready to strike at any minute, you only knew that you belonged to him.
Aoi Todo (care giver/little dynamics. edging, oral fixation)
Todo's character is typically portrayed as a confident, loving brother (besto friendo) so he loooves showing you his protectiveness despite his dominant stature. Todo would create a different relationship dynamic with you where he asserts dominance but still nurtures you with care and support.
We can't forget about his strong and athletic build. He would use his physical strength to enhance the intensity of his edging session with you. Along with that, he would use his strong commanding voice to heighten the anticipation and intensity.
He LOVES your mouth, sometimes too much. Starring at you when you lick your lips, when you're plucking the dead skin from your lips. He knows you yearn to cram his cock in your mouth everyday, filling it up with his cum in the end šŸ˜‰.
Mahito (control of other's body, masochism, degradation)
He's lucky to be able to control and manipulate bodies of others. Mahito would use his cursed technique to immobilize his partner in sexual positions. Because of his ability to manipulate their movements, he would be able to enhance his or his partner's pleasure. I also don't feel he is loyal to one partner so sometimes maybe orgies?
Mahito is sadistic. Periodt. He would manipulate and control his partner. If you're his ideal partner, you would be alright with him bringing you to the edge of your orgasm repeatedly, only for him to deny your release at the last moment. He also won't bother if you cry, he's a cursed spirit. He likes causing you pain.
Similar to Naoya, he has a sadistic nature that never goes away. It turns him the fuck on when he humiliates you as he knows all your insecurities and vulnerabilities. He would say sentences like, "Shut your dirty whore mouth," when you try to say anything or "Did you forget? It's because your hole is tight, I have no emotions towards you"

[SHIBUYA INCIDENT SPOILERS(?)]
Lmao i havent posted in so long but i got some silly little Yuji Itadori x Reader thoughts
Imagine being childhood best friends with Yuji until one day he bid farewell to you as he told you he was moving to another school. You were suspicious on why he was being so secretive about it, but you chose to brush it off. Maybe he needed some time after his grandfather's death.
Though, he only told you one word; Tokyo.
When you and Yuji lived in Sendai, neither of you had phones (confirmed by gege on yuuji's part) so you had planned to send him a handwritten letter multiple times, but it was no use. Especially with the fact that you have no idea where his new address lies. (Even when you've gotten a phone, you can't find his accounts on social media, somehow.)
So you lost touch with him completely after his departure.
After months of those lonely and agonizing thoughts, you've decided to seek answers, or perhaps closure if he had decided that he doesn't want to interact with you anymore.
One day, you've finally arrived at Tokyo with a list of possible highschools Yuji could've been in.
But then shit happens, you get lost and you somehow encounter a strong, cursed spirit that wanted to devour you.
But then, you were 'saved' by Mahito and 'Geto'. Who had beaten the shit out of the curse (Mahito) while the other just... you know, ate it. ('Geto')
You felt like you were in debt towards the two. So you repeatedly thank them while asking about your best friend's whereabouts. Yuji was a bright person that's always remembered by people. They should know or atleast had seen him once, right?
Of course, seeing pictures of Yuji you shown, Mahito wanted to laugh. But he shouldn't, yet. He has plans in store for you upon hearing this information about your relationship with Yuji.
And he tells you that Yuji is familiar with this world of curses while twisting the story. Telling you that he was working for a group of sorcerers that nutured curses and will soon dominate the world. Sounds exaggerating, but when it comes to Yuji, you'd do anything to help him, free him from darkness while unknowingly threading upon the path of darkness yourself.
You joined Mahito and his group. Your mind was set to save the kind Yuji from corruption, while Mahito slowly corrupts your kindness.
Were you fully human, or half-curse? You couldn't remember.
A few months later, you and the rest of the group had successfully sealed Gojo Satoru on October 31, at Shibuya Station.
Hanami and Dagon were destroyed, and you didn't know where Choso, Jogo and Geto went. You were paired with Mahito as he kills a blonde-haired, half-burnt man with no ounce of mercy.
But before the said man died, he turned towards another direction. You've got it from here. Those were his last words.
Realizing that he might've said that to his ally, you ready yourself to destroy the opponent that had just arrived, looking at his direction.
You did not expect that.
You did not expect...
No... Nononononono...
You didn't...
Why does it have to be you?
You didn't expect...
Yuji Itadori
to be your opponent this time.
...
Dun-dun-dun... Ta-da! What do you guys think of the concept? Will this make Yuji suffer? Yep. Will the reader die? Who knows? Not sure if i'll make this a full oneshot one day but i'll keep this in mind i guess. Stay tuned!

JJK 265
This chapter felt like a reward to me who after 214 abandoned the siblings/ twins agenda ( it's not that I don't like it but I didn't want the rage ,hatred whatever feelings they share to be mellowed down simply because they are brothers) and decided to put my stocks in yuji and sukuna's ideological clash alone.. I wanted to see how yuuji and sukuna challenge each other's beliefs, personality, ideals/ reasons they stand for.. Ngl i was fed good ..... I loved everything about this chapter.
Yuuji from thinking himself as cog to realizing that people aren't supposed to be tools shows how much he has evolved and is evolving.. One of the reasons I was never worried about him thinking himself of cog because in my opinion it was his way of coping through the grief and pain and at that moment he needed something to hold on.. But yuuji by nature can't be a cog, he is the type to break the wheel through his sheer will plus I see it as something that was significant for yuuji's growth.
I have always believed yuuji will be the only one who will truly understand sukuna. The fact that it was him who wanted to talk to sukuna , showed him parts of his life which probably no one has seen , tried to show him / convince him that people's lives do have value no matter how much insignificant it looks from outside... tells me that there is something yuuji knows about sukuna which prompted him to do all these things in first place....
He never did this for mahito, it was the same for sukuna so what changed???? Why does he suddenly want to show compassion to sukuna ?? I do have some ideas but I will wait for gege's explanation.
For some reason Yuji pities sukuna and wanted to show that life has value with or without strength unlike others who valued sukuna only for his strength and sympathize with him and sukuna rejected them but he's enraged with yuuji coz he's just a brat, weak and isn't supposed to give mercy to him which sukuna clearly isn't used to.
I really enjoyed their interaction.. One minute they are going for each other's throats and the next moment they are fighting over crayfishes. I remember once I talked about in one of my posts who annoys sukuna more yorozu or yuuji which I think yuuji wins easily, sukuna being disappointed over yuuji not being angry enough from him kinda made me proud that yuuji is more emotionally mature than sukuna...
Last but not the least yuuji asking sukuna to come back to him with eyes like that was really cold.. Those eyes promised sukuna that yuuji isn't one to back off... He is merciful but not an idiot or delusional... He is ready to trade but megumi isn't the price.

Lanuary 2024 - Day 12, Sizhui's Birthday
The gentians in his mother's garden grow late into the season, as if her spirit still tends to them. A-Yuan's laughter flutters on wings toward where Lan Wangji sits on the wooden deck and watches.
"He's doing well, Wangji," Xichen says.
Lan Wangji nods, the corners of his eyes softening despite himself.
He is. A-Yuan has come a long way in the long months that have passed sinceā€¦sinceā€¦
His fingers clench tight and he hides them in his sleeves.
"Soon he'll be of age to join the little ones' class. He'll be a bit behind in core formation, but with diligent study and practice I am certain he will catch up in no time."
Xichen smiles, as if he has no memory of why A-Yuan is so behind his peers. Why he will be starting late.
Lan Wangji's back itches. The bandages stick uncomfortably to his skin. He'd split the stitches open again the other night. He hadn't even done anything this time. His scars just tear open and blood spills from them afresh, uninterested in healing and moving on.
Lan Wangji cannot blame them.
Xichen continues speaking, unaware as always. Lan Wangji knows his brother has other responsibilities and his concerns about the Nie sect leader's growing sickness have recently taken precedence. But sometimes he wonders what sort of world Brother resides in. It cannot be the same world Lan Wangji inhabits.
"He will need a courtesy name soon," he says as his gaze drifts to the ribbon A-Yuan is still getting used to.
He'd marveled over the cloud pattern when Lan Wangji first presented it to him, delighted in being able to match his gege.
Again, his thoughts stray to another caregiver with a different colored ribbon. He wonders, not for the first time, what A-Yuan would have said if Wei Ying gifted him a red ribbon.
A-Yuan has not mentioned his Xian-gege once since he'd arrived. The masters say his memory has been altered forever. How mournful a life never knowing Wei Ying would be. Or would it be a mercy? Lan Wangji still does not know.
His brother gently tugs him away from his thoughts. "Have you thought of a courtesy name yet? If he is to be your heir thenā€”"
"He is already my heir."
Rule number 24. Do not interrupt. Let them add another scar to his back, if they so choose.
Xichen sighs. "Yes. As a Lan heir, normally his name would be chosen by the elders, but I suspect you would disagree."
"Mn." He will, when the time comes.
The boy already has a name, though Lan Wangji will not share it with Xichen or Uncle or anyone.
The only one who's heard it are ghosts lingering at night by his bedside, when Lan Wangji is weak and whispering that name alongside another.
No one else will know the name until it's time. And they will have no say in it. Bitterness swells rotten and tired on his tongue, poison in his teeth. After all, why should they?
The person who should have given A-Yuan his name is no longer here. Why would anyone else ever deserve that privilege?
Eventually, Xichen stops his patient waiting, shaking his head and pretending Lan Wangji can't see. They spend a few more moments watch A-Yuan chase after a bunny, giggling as he trips over his ribbon. The garden is awash in color as red and golden leaves fall to join their brethren in the small pond. Curious carp swim to the surface for a nibble, dashing away once satisfied.
"What about a birthday?" Xichen asks. "You have not yet given one. Will you choose the day you brought him back?"
The day Lan Wangji found A-Yuan and brought him back? The day he learned of Wei Ying's death? The day he spent hours and hours scouring a barren wasteland for a ghost, for a body? The day he found only bones and misery, and one small sickly boy breath so sallow he'd been afraid to take a step lest he hurt him?
No. Nothing on that dark, horrible day. If he could, Lan Wangji would wipe that date off the calendar forever.
But his brother is right. A-Yuan deserves a day to celebrate.
"Mn. I will think of one," he tells Xichen, then says nothing as he waits for his brother to leave. Sometimes Xichen refuses to budge. Other times, he leaves Lan Wangji in peace, and Lan Wangji can let himself feel the fury that spikes in his veins at the sight of him.
This time, Xichen leaves quickly, blessedly. But simmering fury does not flow through his veins. How can it, when A-Yuan's laughter is music that lifts his spirits and fills this quiet space with life it hasn't had in decades.
A breeze scatters leaves into a whirlwind, spinning around A-Yuan as he yelps and holds his prized ribbon to his head. A red leaf gets caught in his hair, nestling unnoticed near his small ponytail.
This time of yearā€¦soon it will be Wei Ying's birthday. It would be fitting for A-Yuan to share that date with his Xian-gege.
It could also become a curse.
Lan Wangji swallows down the rising shame at his cowardice. How can he claim that day for A-Yuan when he cannot even speak Wei Ying's name to him? How can he pretend he has any right to that day, to anything belonging to Wei Ying.
No. That day will stay Wei Ying's. It will remain as Lan Wangji's day to repent.
But then, what else? Lan Wangji had so little time with A-Yuan and the Wens, he wouldn't know where to start. Should he seek out a fortune teller for an auspicious date. Another person assigning them their fate?
The idea sours low in his stomach and he casts it away. Whatever else, he wants A-Yuan to live a life freer than his predecessors. He wants him to have more than they ever had.
But he still needs a birthday.
A memory whispers along a winter's wind, carrying a chill from long ago.
"Zhanzhan, come, come. Let's eat cake."
In his memories, his mother's voice sounds like wind chimes and glass. Beautiful, yet breakable. So fragile, and so precious, something to handle with care and polish as needed.
"Mama. We have not yet eaten dinner," he'd said, already following rules that sought to bind.
"Mhm, but that's okay, little one. We can keep it a secret. Come, come. I want to celebrate your birthday early this year."
"But why? Won't I see you next month to celebrate?"
In his memories, his mother's smile is sweet and sad, but stubbornly sticks to her face.
He cannot remember what the cake tasted like, time becoming a chasm he cannot cross. But he remembers his mother's joy as she ate, how she dabbed frosting on his nose, how she laughed at the face he made, how she kissed it off with tenderness.
He remembers how a month later, long after her body had turned to ash, he refused to eat the cake set out for his birthday for years to come.
Eventually, he grew to love the taste anew, finding his mother in every sweet. Sugary syrups and fluffy dough, the same as her laughing cheeks. Honey eyes and candied laughter. Powdery warmth that cradled his back when she'd press him to her heart.
Now, he's grateful they were able to share one last cake between them, the memory better than any treat.
"Gege, look at this pretty flower!" A-Yuan's voice wraps warm around his thoughts, a hug that gently lifts him from his memory.
Lan Wangji blinks down at the purple-blue gentian sitting in his lap as A-Yuan's strokes gentle fingers over soft petals.
"There's so many. Can we keep them? I want to put them in my bed."
Lan Wangji's hand drifts to the stem, hesitant to touch the petals lest he break them.
"No, little one. We cannot."
A-Yuan pouts and whines, "But whyyyy? I want to make them my friendsā€¦" His bottom lip sticks out and trembles dangerously. He doesn't often throw tantrums, too well-behaved to try. But Lan Wangji has held him through silent tears after nightmares. It is not any better.
He swallows, wishing again for Wei Ying's guidance. The boy would never shed a tear if he were here. His eyes drift towards the flower bed where the buds drift in the wind.
"The flowers," he start haltingly, "need to rest in their bed. The way A-Yuan must rest in his."
A-Yuan tilts his head, "Really?"
Lan Wangji nods, anxiously on the lookout for any tears gathering in the corner's of big brown eyes.
A-Yuan's faces scrunches up as he thinks. "They have to stay in the soilā€¦ so they can grow big and strong? And make lots of friends?"
Lan Wangji nods in a hurry, not sure what else to say. Where did A-Yuan learn this?
But the rain does not pass, and churns into a storm.
"Thenā€”then," A-Yuan quietly sniffles as he stares at the flower in his hand. "Then, then then when Iā€” when I pickedā€”picked the flower, did Iā€”did I take it away from, from, fromā€¦its family?"
His tears slip like morning dew, with not a sound like there's no one there to notice. Lan Wangji helplessly cradles A-Yuan's face and tries to wipe them away before the can fall.
"I, I, I," A-Yuan whispers, "I did a bad."
"No, no little one." Lan Wangji repeats desperately. "You did not." He casts his glance around as he tries to think of something to salvage this.
There. An empty tea cup. He rises swiftly and fills with with water from the pond. Then, he holds A-Yuan's hand and guides him back to the flower bed.
He thinks of what Wei Ying would say. The story he'd tell.
"Your flower went on a little trip," he says. He digs a small hole in the ground and with gentle, slow movements shows A-Yuan how to plant the stem back in the ground.
"It went on a trip to see its friend, and now it's back home." He gestures for A-Yuan to pour water over the soil. "And now, it's been fed and it will be with its family."
A-Yuan sniffles and stares at the patch of disturbed ground. "It's having dinner with its family now?"
"Mn."
"Is it loud? Are they laughing? Are they eating soup?"
"ā€¦Mn." Water is technically soup.
"ā€¦I don't like soupā€¦"
"ā€¦Plants enjoy soup. Water soup."
A-Yuan accepts his answer with a nod before smashing his face in Lan Wangji's robes. Lan Wangji gently brushes back his hair and straightens his ribbon, letting A-Yuan have a moment as long as he needs.
Eventually, A-Yuan lifts his head and pulls back, wearing a sheepish look. Lan Wangji crouches down to eye level and waits.
"Sorry gege, A-Yuan will get you another presentā€¦sorryā€¦."
Lan Wangji shakes his head as he wipes away the remaining tear tracks. "No need."
"Gege doesn't like presents?"
"No, I like presents," he says, thinking of rabbits and fruit and pink flowers. "But I do not need one."
"Not right now?"
"Mn. Not right now." He tickles A-Yuan and his giggles sing across the garden.
Sugary syrup and fluffy dough cheeks, honey eyes and candied laughter. Powdery warmth that settles in his heart as he cradles the boy to his chest.
Gentians that bloom late into the season, petal soft and vibrant against red and yellow trees. Alive well after they should be, as if cared for by spirits unseen.
Gifts that have no end, that do not fade with time. That stay soft and sweet in his memories.
"A-Yuan, would you like a birthday?"
A-Yuan hiccups around a giggle. "What's a birthday?"
Lan Wangji's lips twitch, just a tiny bit.
"A day where we will celebrate A-Yuan."
"Hmm," A-Yuan ponders as he taps his nose in an achingly familiar gesture. "Does gege have a birthday?"
Lan Wangji blinks mist from his eyes and nods.
"Then A-Yuan wants a birthday too!" His cheers echo against the walls until stopping instantly. "How does A-Yuan get a birthday?"
Lan Wangji lifts A-Yuan into his arms, holding him close. He steps along the garden path winding through his mother's flowers and over the bridge that looks out into the small pond.
For a long time, after his mother's death, nothing seemed to grow in this garden. For a long time, Lan Wangji took satisfaction in it. Nothing should grow here where death festers.
But despite his past wishes, death begets life, and one year the gentians bloomed as if they had every year, and the next year again and the next year again. Year after year, stubbornly clinging to life.
His mother, he thinks, was probably the same.
The day she died, he vowed he'd never celebrate another birthday. They'd remain quiet days for reflection. After all, he never learned his mother's birthday. The elders never saw it fit and mother had never mentioned it.
But Lan Wangji has grown tired of choices being made for him. Perhaps he should make more choices of his own.
Although he won't ever learn his mother's birthday, he can celebrate her life over the memory of her death. He can give new meaning to the day, give new meaning to all the days.
"Your birthday," he tells A-Yuan, who resettles after attempted to grab the carp from so high up. " will be several days before mine, on a very important day."
"Yay!" A-Yuan cheers. "How will we celebrate? Do we celebrate together? Will we get presents?"
"Mn. A-Yuan will have many presents." He will make sure of that.
"What about gege?"
"No need."
He doesn't need them, he thinks. The gifts he'd wish for are impossible to receive.
But there are gifts he has, right in his arms. Gift that life in memories, close to his heart, polished to a shine.
(threadfic here)
(A/N My headcanon is that Sizhui's birthday is the day Mama Lan passed, but because he can't properly mourn her, this way he can celebrate her life alongside this boy who was his gift from another loved lost one.)

Your answer about us having to make up fanfiction to square YUuji going from wrath after Chosoā€™s death to offering Sukuna mercy got me thinking. Now I admit I may be too gojobrained, but right after Choso and that moment of YUuji clawing out Sukunaā€™s heart, Yuuji saw Yugo. Saw Gojo willingly desecrating his own corpse out of love. Soon after the domain expansion. In the very last chapter Gege chose to show Yuuji remembering Gojoā€™s hope and faith in Yuuji, ā€œa murdererā€ as Yuuji thought then
Same anon / now Yuuji has always had this innate quality of connecting and finding good in evil- Choso. So the bulk of it is Yuujiā€™s own innate goodness reaching Sukuna and turning a curse into a blessing. But it seems Gojoā€™s habit of offering mercy & chance of redemption to condemned people (cursed children, curse users, even being morally agnostic towards evil like Geto and Sukuna) is very important to Gege as a societal critique Yuuji remembered this & offered it to Sukuna (& incel boy šŸ¤£)
You know, this is one of the sweetest and kindest ways I've seen the possession of Gojou's corpse framed. I like your brain, anon. And I mean that very genuinely. It's a very soft way to look at what's essentially corpse desecration.
And I like the way you've connected Gojou passing on his dreams to Yuuji with Yuuji's kindness towards Sukuna at the end. Yes, the core of it is still Yuuji's own compassion and empathy, but there's a gap in between that requires us to sort out how he got from Point A to Point B, and Gojou's possessed body appears during that gap. We never see Yuuji really react to it, but I've theorized before that he did briefly believe Gojou's back before realising the truth. And I'd say he knows Yuuta well enough to assume that he wouldn't have taken Gojou's corpse without his permission. He doesn't get a lot of time to digest and process everything, but given his relationship with Gojou, it stands to reason that it'd have made him reassess and reframe some things, at least subconsciously.
Seriously, I love this theory. Headcanon accepted and incorporated ā¤ļø
I also like to consider the concept of resonance to sort out how Yuuji was so sure that he and Sukuna were alike enough that their distinct paths in life came down to luck and nurture more than nature. Resonance itself is teased but never realized, but man, it's so emphasized there toward the end of the fight that I can't not imagine the implications of Yuuji's and Sukuna's souls having been one for a little while.

Hello!
I've seen you like JJK and was wondering if you've seen this Sukuna meta it's pretty interesting.
https://www.tumblr.com/zuzu-draws/748361728295927808/so-after-the-spoilers-for-chap-257-dropped-i-saw?source=share
Hi anon šŸ‘‹
Thank you so much for recommending this meta for me it was really eye opening. I have always noticed that gege used this idea of hunger and consumption as an extended metaphor for sukuna throughout the story but that meta highlighted and explained it so beautifully.
Sukuna's habits are his flaws and also the whole hunger and consumption metaphor is Hella ironic and contradicts sukunas character in an interesting way. Sukuna has long given up on the idea of wanting to be human or trying to mimick them. However, during his fight with jogo in shibuya he did admit that he saw and understood the appeal, however he came to the conclusion that strength and true power can only be gained through solidarity. Sukuna believed that he can only grow by burning everything that opposes him or he doesn't like but that doesn't mean that sukuna doesn't crave human interaction. Oh he totally does but he receives human interaction in odd ways like torturing and eating them.
I find it very interesting how one thing sukuna cant get really bored of us humans. They always manage to suprise him from the way they act to the way they taste. Sukuna has stated that every human tastes different. Gege again using the extended metaphor of hunger and consumption makes sukuna say this to show sukunas quite unhealthy way of interacting with things and how he honestly has come to mirror the childhood he lived. In all honesty sukuna may see consuming a human as the most merciful thing he could do to someone and it may be true considering that he doesn't actually hate his twin (he has never expressed dislike to him).
However, what really caught my eye was the op's talk about how sukuna probably experienced what true starvation and powerlessness is so every time he talks to yuji about giving up and powerlessness it's almost as if something in him is being irritated without him knowing why. This could be because he has genuinely forgot his powerlessness by burning it all away so the feeling has become foreign to him until he ended up sharing a body with yuji that is.
Also the idea of sukuna rising from ashes and becoming a fully extinguished monster that has abandoned love kind of reminds me of maki.

JJK Manga leaks - Heavy spoilers ahead.
Please do not read below the cut if you do not wish to be spoiled.
These are for chapter 237.
I repeat do not read below the cut if you do not wish to be spoiled.
Tumblr media
The pacing of this arc has got me so anxious tbh. It's gotten to a point where people cannot even predict where the plot would head towards and I like it to be honest. It's refreshing (traumatizing) that something isn't predictable even though it follows certain Shonen manga tropes. JJK is such an outlier Shonen. This is a long read, I apologize in advance.
After reading the leaks, I have some thoughts and I have listed them below -
1. Gojoā€™s death seems kinda pointless right now with Sukuna's reincarnation and reverting to his true form. He literally healed all the damage done by the Hollow Purple. Gojo probably is gone for good and I have slowly come to terms with that. But I need to know what Sukuna's reincarnation to his true form implies for Megumi. From how Twitter and Reddit is reacting, it seems like Megumi also is gone for good now. Everyone clowns on Gojo for being hated by Gege but I truly think Gege hates Megumi the most. Poor baby cannot seem to be catching a break.
2. The fact that we don't see Gojo's body anymore worries me. The fact that we still haven't seen any of our remaining characters react/process Gojo's death also worries me. Worries me because it is giving me copium again and I just have started to accept Gojo's death šŸ™ƒ
3. We now know Kashimo is going to die when he runs out of CE because he yeeted his human form to fight Sukuna. So Kashimo is not making it out alive in Kashimo vs Sukuna. I atleast hope he damages Sukuna enough for the rest to jump on Sukuna but I doubt that will happen (explained more in detail towards the end)
4. We finally get crumbs of Sukuna's backstory. He was an unwanted child (if the fan translation is believed to be right. I am still going to wait for an official translation because last time the fan translation made us all hope about Gojo's revival way more than it was hinted.). Knowing Gege, I think this is the maximum we will get to know about Sukuna before he became the king of curses. Gege once mentioned in an interview that Sukuna was beyond help and was pure evil. I mean this dude has Uruame cook humans for him. So I don't think Gege is going to give us a tragic backstory for Sukuna.
5. Also Kashimo's line about Sukuna's strength reminds me of Geto and Gojo's KFC breakup line.
6. Hakari vs Uruame. Let's fucking gooooooooo! Beat their ass Hakari!!! I am betting on Hakari winning this. The good guys desperately need this win. Please Gege, just be merciful on us for once.
7. We still don't know what Kenjaku is up to (stay the fuck away from Gojo's body you slimy fiend).
I honestly still do find it weird that Gege chose this route of let's kill the strongest character because he is a roadblock by creating an almost omnipotent character that is absolutely insane and a master strategist. At this point someone will have to turn into Buddha themselves to take Sukuna down. I think the last win we had (if we do not consider Gojo unboxing as a win and the culling games win) was with Yuji and Todo. And Todo retired/left? (I don't blame him though. STAY SAFE MY BOY).
But to summarize the good guys roster right now - Nanami is dead, Nobara is MIA, Yaga is dead, Yuki is dead, Todo has retired, Megumi is likely a goner, Gojo is dead and since we don't know what happened in the 1 month (because we didn't get a training arc), Yuji only has black flash, stamina and super strength right now. The higher ups were probably kiiled/dismanted by Gojo. Zenin clan got KO'd by Maki. Yuta is the only special grade in Japan that is alive. Mei Mei will switch sides like it is nobody's business. Maki is one of the only people who's had an insane shonen level power creep since Shibuya arc. Shoko and Utahime are not fighters.
Whereas the bad guys roster - Uruame with their icy powers, Kenjaku with literally all the curses that Geto had plus several more that he acquired and Sukuna. The fact that Sukuna has a binding vow with Kenny and Sukuna is almost omnipotent rn.
Sukuna abilities :
1) Can make himself immortal by putting his soul into cursed objects(fingers)
2) Can take over others bodies by making them ingest his finger
3) Can use the taken over body's CT proficiently with minimal training
4) Has twice higher CE than the next highest person (Yuta)
5) Has the best RCT on par with Gojo
6) Has a way to revive himself without RCT (such a possibility was not even considered possible in the power system uptil now )
7) Has/Had the 2nd best cursed technique (ten shadows)
8) Has a cursed tool that can shoot lightning
9) Has a flame arrow than can insta kill a special grade curse
10) A way to transfer damage he sustains ,to the soul of the body he inhabits
11) A way to enlarge his body parts (when he tries to eat angel)
12) Has the best durability (sustained 2 purples (probably the technique with the highest damage in the series besides the space-time cleave) a blue infused black flash punch, and unlimited void)
13) An unexplained CT that hasn't been revealed yet.
14) Crazy learning rate able to reproduce anything by seeing it only once
15) Has 4 arms and multiple eyes
16) A barrier less domain - idk if his reincarnation can now do DE
17) Cleave and dismantle for which he can modify the cursed energy output however he wishes.
18) No moral compass or emotional attachments that can be exploited against him.
19) probably has 2nd highest IQ (after kenjaku ) and easily highest battle IQ. Mans not only planned for Gojo but also for after Gojo.
Realistically our protagonists (Right now only Yuji and Yuta) need a dues ex machina moment to take down just Sukuna. And after Sukuna is dealt with, they need to plan for Kenjaku.
The odds aren't looking too good :(
I miss the goofiness that this Manga had lol.

Desert Rose 47/47 Chapters (Complete)
Toji Fushiguro finds you during one of his hitman jobs. With no idea what to do with you he decides to bring you home to his house of misfits. They werenā€™t picture perfect but neither were you.
Foreign!Reader x JJKCharacters
Disclaimer: *Angsty but I ainā€™t Gege*
Chapters 1-42 here
Chapters 43-47 here
~
ā€¦
Toji finished with his work in record time. This had to be the easiest hit. What a Christmas miracle.
As he got done he heard a soft noise. It was barely audible but Toji had wicked senses. He wasnā€™t a pro at what he did for no reason. Waiting silently for the noise to occur again, Toji slowly dragged out his hunting knife, crouching low to the ground. He crept forward taking a small sniff of the air, searching for a hint of an animal but there was none. He heard the soft noise again, his gaze moving toward the closet door. Grabbing hold of the knob, he gripped it tightly before snatching it open lunging forward with his knife.
Wide fearful eyes looked up at him, as he pressed the knife to a small neck. A soft whimper left your gagged lips, your body was trembling. You were filthy absolutely filthy and chained up like an animal. The shirt you were wearing barely passed your hips and it looked like it had not seen a drop of water within weeks. Looking upon your battered and dirty body made his stomach flip. He could barely register anything else besides the horrible state you were in but once you closed your eyes and seemed to accept your fate it made him realize you thought he was going to kill you. A lone tear raced down your battered cheek.
ā€œFuck.ā€ Toji hissed, pulling back his knife.
This was not part of the plan. You were not part of the plan. But now you were. You were now a witness. The question is should he kill you? He had to kill witnesses before, only because he had to. It was important that he left no evidence. Witnesses included. It wasnā€™t his favorite part of his line of work but all jobs have their pros and cons, right? He hated having to get innocent people involved, always at the wrong place at the wrong time but he tried his best to make sure there were never any witnesses. That's why he carefully plans where and when to kill, silent and swift. He didnā€™t know there was anyone else in this apartment room besides his target. He hadnā€™t seen anyone else leave or enter, meaning he didnā€™t know how long you had been here. Hell, the guy barely brought that much food with him. Making him believe there was only one person here. Shit - that would explain why you looked so skinny. You opened your eyes to stare into space silently as he tried to think of what to do. Your eyes seemed to be soulless, a ghost of what they used to be. You barely moved and you didnā€™t try to plea, you were at his mercy and you didnā€™t make a peep. Thatā€™s what probably made this the most difficult, you seemed so broken. It would be merciful if he killed you right?
Toji scratched at the back of his neck as he pondered each scenario. Maybe you would be grateful he killed your captorā€¦ or ā€¦ maybe he could make it look like you did it. No one would blame you it would have been self-defense. Yeah, that could probably work. Getting up he patted the guy's pockets down finding a key ring. Returning to you he tried each key until he found the one that released you. You rubbed at your wrist and as he slipped the gag off your face you breathed a sigh of relief.
You still looked fearful of him despite him setting you free. You had every right to be, he was a big man that just killed someone with no sweat of guilt. Even if that man was a monster. ā€œOkayā€¦ listen upā€¦ā€ Toji began, but then he trailed off. "Look at me." Your eyes had been lowered but when he told you to look at him you did. As soon as you did his heart stopped. Your eyes were something beautiful. Shattered but still beautiful in their own way. You waited patiently for what he had to say, unmoving from his gaze. ā€œHm-ā€œ He coughed a bit. ā€œIā€™m going to call the police and you-ā€œ
Your orbs widened and you began to shake your head frantically, it was like you had seen a ghost. You began to talk in your native tongue begging him and pleading with him. Grasping his biceps for dear life. Your lip wobbling as more tears rushed from your eyes, shaking your head left and right.
ā€œOkay okay!ā€ He tried to calm you down as best as he could. He didnā€™t really know what you were saying but he got the idea. You didn't want the police involved. ā€œI wonā€™t call them relax.ā€
It took you a few seconds to finally stabilize somewhat. You were still trembling a bit but you weren't talking frantically. Why didnā€™t you want him to call the police? Was it because you were into something you shouldnā€™t be? How did you get here? Clearly against your will but if that were the case he could have the cops here ready to handle this and take you away. Or maybe you didnā€™t want this to stain your name? Toji wouldnā€™t be able to understand why especially with the language barrier, but he heard in some cases the victim would rather stay quiet about the whole thing.
ā€œWhere do you live?ā€
ā€œā€¦ā€ You didnā€™t say anything staring at him curiously.
He spoke a lot slower this time. ā€œWhereā€¦ do you liveā€¦ā€
It took you a moment to understand before you spoke your country.
Oh fuck you are far away from home. Toji took the time to look you over. From your mangled hair to your dirty legs and your chipped toenail. You were a foreigner who was... at the wrong place at the wrong time... Thatā€™s what you were. Probably a starry-eyed girl who couldnā€™t wait to come to Japan, only for this to be your fate. He felt really bad for you, his heart sort of ached for the first time. It was a small ache, but it was something. ā€œCome.ā€ He stood holding his hand out to you. You took it timidly, his big hand twice your hand size. Standing up you had to lean on him a bit to walk out of the closet.
Your gaze locked onto the man on the floor, your body tense, your arms wrapping around his midsection as best as they could, despite the man being obviously dead you trembled against him.
ā€œItā€™s okay...He can't hurt you anymore." He patted your head gently, liking how you relaxed a little.

did you read 264 and 265 chapter's of jjk? if so what are you thoughts? you don't have to answer i'm just curious about what you think because i feel like you have really unique observations
(love you writing, thank you in advance if you end up answering)
oh shit anon let me write you an essay. and by essay i mean a disjointed series of long ass bulletpoints. also im gonna be focusing mostly on 265 because as my friends put it i am "ceo of itadori yuuji" or the proprietor of the "itadori cinematic universe" so you could say. that i am biased
okay. one. as an overall thing. i wish that for pretty much everything . that they would just lean into it more. theres a lot of concepts im into but everything lately seems to be presented without exploration or followup. like im about to analyze this to shit but i feel like im gluing meat to a skeleton. help me out here gege
FOR EXAMPLE yuuji's ultimatum to sukuna. i wish. i wish there was more here. like in theory this is really cool to me. yuuji says You Choose Whether I Eat You Or Kill You. Will You Live With Me? Or Will You Die Alone?
I lay my Body down as a Sacrifice
but more so as a Prison
but most of all as a Mercy
the first to my Friend, the second to my Curse, and the third to the Person i hope is buried deep down inside that evil.
aaaaand then this is kinda undercut by sukuna's reaction to me. not that i need him to go full on mahito quaking rabbit ass on us tbc. but the stubborn non-engagement with the premise just makes me roll my eyes and groan. i wish gege had found a way to let this reveal SOME new or unexplored aspect of sukuna's character? one chink in the armour. one stray thought that we wouldn't expect to hear from him. something. something to latch onto.
this may be unreasonable also given that gege is writing in literally a different language but i hope we find our way somehow to the double meaning of the phrase "flesh and blood" btw. like. sukuna is yuuji's uncle and they shared a body. yuuji is trying to make sukuna come back to that body. theres something there i swear it.
sukuna, come home. we're family. you're my flesh and blood.
(while beating his ass)
like make it scary. god PLEASE put some metamorphosis stank on it. gimme that I Am You flavourrrrr
okay now also. yuuji's domain. i want to talk about yuuji's domain so bad. one thing i noticed was that he doesn't name it. at first i was pretty disappointed because im a weirdo and i love their weird word salad names, i love that e.g. fushiguro and mahito just bust out full poems on i guess instinct when they use their domains for the first time!! so the fact that yuuji didn't get one felt at first like he was being... slighted by the convention almost? but.
this is again a thing i think could have been cool if leaned into, in a few ways. ive just been having these ideas about how yuuji's domain is different from other domains, one of those ways being in its lack of a name.
first of all from a character perspective - yuuji's whole persona in battle is like warpath, tunnel vision, beat your ass shit, so it does kinda make sense that his domain would be just as no muss no fuss just get it the fuck done, in a way. once again. lean into this!!
but also, i started thinking about what we saw with characters like gojo and sukuna, and the idea of jujutsu as the art of elision. when those characters wanted to juice their big moves, they reverted rituals that included vocal incantations. that exact word salad shit. i started thinking - those word salad domain names are like, that, you know? maybe this is explicit and i just missed it somewhere. or i forgor. but perhaps invoking a domain's name makes it more powerful, or easier to establish, or something
(i so much dont want to reread to figure this out. RIP)
if this is the case, yuuji not using a domain name would say a darn something about his power huh???
LEAN INTO THIS. LIKE SUKUNA COMMENT ON IT FOR FUCK SAKE i know you are allergic to acknolwedging your nephew but its for the AUDIENCE'S SAKE NOT YOURS
gege i am fucking inventing lore for you to make it cooler. why wont you. come back here
but anyway. what IS yuuji's domain and what does it do. he learned from kusakabe, so it's at least somewhat akin to a simple domain, but we also know yuuji's body holds the memory of malevolent shrine - does that have any influence on how the domain turned out? it seems pretty... big, for lack of a better way of describing a mental projection. no other simple domain really HAD projections. are there no techniques imbued in it? what about vows, like sukuna with his whatever barrier bullshit? yuuji's forces sukuna back into the yuukuna body. why? how? we've seen how domains can make its targets abide by rules, what rule is this? sukuna also acts nonviolently for as long as yuuji strings him through illusory sendai, and i dont know if this is a choice by sukuna (which idk whether i do or do not understand as a character choice at this point) or if it's enforced by the domain somehow.
(I feel like, these things either need to be More or even Less clear. like i understand just enough to have burning questions. if this were more obtuse and symbolic, i would probably be content to ride the vibes, actually. BUT IM NOT. ANSWER ME GEGE. YOU'VE TOLD ME SO MUCH LORE I DONT CARE ABOUT!!! WHAT OF MY SON!)
anyway closing thoughts wrt 266 you may be able to tell from my Fucking Fanfiction but i have literally been waiting for yuuji's own fingers to become cursed objects for EVER. i was imagining scenarios while watching season 1. im crazy stupid about it. i hope i hope i hope this finger shakes out into something WORTHWHILE. and sorry again this is entirely yuuji centred my only thoughts about the characters who were in 264 is the frustration of the way they got sidelined so carelessly RIP

holy fuck, this gives the zenin so much more lore than what we got in the manga. like the potential is right there to have this great inter-clan generational dispute and cold war but gege just breezes past it and then gets rid of it completely.
with all this cool new shut weā€™re getting about them, im almost glad that megumi was born a boy. like could you imagine just how much worse the zenin would have been to him if he was a girl? they already have the whole misogyny thing going for them and then their version of jesus pops up and it turns out that itā€™s a girl who wields their prized technique?
god, i canā€™t imagine just how much more controlling they would be towards megs, although im still not sure if the whole training until ur bones fall off would still happen. i feel like naoya would be different towards megs but we also know that the zenin are totally okay with incest so i hate where that would go.
It would have been bad.
See, I think the entire training until your bones fall off thing would still happen, but there would be an added layer of cruelty towards it. Because megumi was a little boy who was being trained in a way that even adults couldnā€™t have handled, so of course he spent a lot of time getting hit and a lot of time crumpling under the pressure and exhaustion. There are very, very few instances where he remembers actually leaving the training room on his own two feet. He usually was pushed until he collapsed and woke up later in the room they kept for him. But if he was a little girl in the same circumstances? Theyā€™d make every ā€œfailingā€ about her sex. Theyā€™d blame her being a girl for it and constantly use it as a source of sneering superiority.
It would also be bad because she would very much be seen as a source of descendants. Boy Megumi wouldnā€™t necessarily be exempt from that, but it would happen sooner for girl Megumi.
Bloodline is very important to the Zenin. Inheriting power, techniquesā€”they want to continue the flow of power through the generations. And most of the Zenin clan (and the wider jujutsu world) believe that Megumi is the most powerful Zenin alive right now, if not Gojoā€™s equal, and the only reason why hes being graded as a Grade Two sorcerer is because gojoā€™s purposefully sabotaging his development. Like. Mindset is a huge amount of jujutsu ability. Yuuta went from getting beaten up by normal high schoolers to having some combat ability but needing inumaki to handle a semi grade one to being the second most powerful person alive in the span of a few months. He absolutely blitzed the previous second most powerful person alive when he would have lost that same fight a few hours previous. Thereā€™s a lot of people convinced Megumiā€™s on Gojoā€™s level but heā€™s been keeping him on a leash since childhood. But the powers still there in his blood.
Thatā€™s power the Zenin want to pass on, regardless of gender. But as a boy, Megumiā€™s got a little bit more leewayā€”men are accepted as warriors first in the clan, and age wonā€™t affect his ability to procreate. If megumi was a girl? Sheā€™s got that goddamn biological clock ticking down. As the ten shadows, I think the Zenin would still expect her as a warrior, but theyā€™d also have a fucking quota she needs to fill before the clock hits zero. And theyā€™d have some very proprietary concerns about making sure no one outside of the clan has a chance to become involved with her. Theyā€™d want her to stay within the clan with her partners. And theyā€™d be absolutely creepy and weird about how they went about it. Itā€™s a little bit of a mercy that Megumiā€™s a boy.
#sea glass gardens#the Zenin already see boy megumi as their property#girl megumi? sheā€™d be doomed#they already see women as property#theyā€™d take a fucking hit out on yuuji I can tell you that#Iā€™m a shameless itafushi shipper and while I donā€™t really write genderbend I donā€™t see a reason to change shipping them if I did#yuuji has this angry scary pretty girl who for some reason is down to hold his hand and then her fucking cousins hire a sniper#editing tags because I have more to say itā€™s one of my flaws#thereā€™s so much of Megumiā€™s situation as a kid that was just horrible and miserable and full of pain#there were so many times he woke up in that stupid room too beaten up and bruised and exhausted to move#he was too tired to summon his dogs for comfort#and the Zenin hated when he treated his shikigami as pets anyway#I like to think megumi was actually scared of the dark when he was a kid#he was a child who saw monsters and didnā€™t have an explanation for them#they terrified him#his sister had a monster in the hall closet that wanted to eat her and he tried to be brave but he shook every time it came out#and it only came out at night#he was six. he was afraid of the dark.#he never told the Zenin but he could tell they somehow knew#his room was always kept so dark and there was never a nightlight permitted#heā€™d just wake up in the pitch and never know if anything was in there with him#he was hurt. he couldnā€™t move. and he was afraid of the dark#and sometimes megumi feels like heā€™s still that fucking six year old who got lugged from the training room unconscious and dumped in#the dark alone
