They are everything to each other. Now, Donut is telling Bea that she loves Carl more and she always has. Because Carl was the one fighting for her, Carl was even willing to go as far as kidnap her to keep her and Bea would never. Bea was planning on selling her because she had outlived her use. Thet literally mean everything to me.
