The sad truth is that I vomit so frequently I keep these ER-pilfered vomit bags stashed everywhere - even in my purse. I'm prescribed (and I use) 30 anti-nausea pills every WEEK to reduce the frequency and severity of my vomiting, though despite this I still have multiple hernias and have even had to have surgery to repair hernias that strangulated from the constant vomiting. PSA: this is one of the numerous rare complications I live with as a result of having surgical weight loss. I don't regret my decision, because overall I'm the better for it, but it's not an easy path to make my weigh (get it?) on. I wish I would know about it before my bad bariatric surgery
