Hello:) I read the endless war too, but unfortunately I couldn’t find the part DJ once said on IG:
„Would‘ve Aren still get to Lara if she wouldn’t have showed up at the end of the battle“
She answered: „Aren and Keris discuss this very question in Endless War“
I couldn’t find this part in the book? As in, did Aren say he would have gotten back to Lara to Gamire no matter what?
Thanks so much being so friendly and putting effort in answering questions!:)
I'm so sorry, I can't say I remember exactly. I am horrible at remembering details since I read so much. I'm one of those people who read really quickly and can tell you if I liked a book or not, but I am horrible at recalling exact details. I'm so sorry I can't be more helpful.

I should explain why this cosplayer pretending to be a Jewish racist chose to use a derisive UK slang word for people from South Asia by calling me 'a shill for the p----'.
The cosplayer has repeatedly seen "Kahanist" misspelled(/autocorrected/typo'd) as "Khanist."
So they confuse Meir Kahane with Imran Khan, read that Khan was Prime Minister of Pakistan, and decide to use an ugly word one might throw at a Pakistani if one wanted to be offensive.
It is both sad and hilarious.
To be clear:
I despise Meir Kahane's views. I loathe Itmar Ben-Gamir. Kahanism isn't, imo, compatible with Jewish ethics. I find Otzma Yehudit's ultra nationalism repellant.
I have been fortunate to know many people from South Asia or of South Asian heritage. They've overwhelmingly been amazing human beings. Slurs which are offensive to them are not ever okay with me, but are particularly awful recently.
Your opinions mean nothing because you aren’t an actual Zionist, you’re a self hating Jew who refuses to admit that Khanism is the only way for Israel to continue to have a future. You’re a shill for the pakis and nothing more, and I’d love to rip the Magen David off your neck for making a mockery of Jews everywhere.
Okay, THIS is hilarious. Every single Jew who reads this will recognize immediately your antisemitic cosplay. You're Jewish like I'm Yahya Sinwar.
You're roleplaying either what you think a Zionist is, or what you want people to believe a Zionist is.
The tells are glaring, my dude. Not a single Red Sea Pedestrian will buy this act.

The Traitor Queen (The Bridge Kingdom | #2) [Danielle L. Jensen]
started: May 08, 2021 finished: May 08, 2021 rating: 4.5/5
review:
so we got the utter heart break of Aren finding out about Lara's betrayal in the first book and we get the impact of it here.
i'll start from the beginning, which is where i partially have issue with. the book begins with Lara having fled Ithicana and Aren captured by Lara's father and in his compound in Maridrina. we get a brief kind of recount of what happened in the world between The Bridge Kingdom and The Traitor Queen, but just like how i was still kinda confused about how the world was set up in the first book, i was still a little confused about all the events that happened between the books. to be fair Jensen does a solid job of making me forget that i was confused in the first place. the couple time characters either reflected on the 'past' or were informed about the events that happened after Lara left Ithicana (or Maridrina at very beginning) it wasn’t the clearest explanations?? not the best way to phrase it but idk how else. like the writing was fine and understandable but i didn’t feel like there was enough explanation of the events between books to make me fully understand what happened. that's not to say there was nothing to fill in what happened, maybe im just (which is highly likely) because i just wanted more. ahh ok so i think the best way i can describe it is that there was a surface level explanation of the events that supposedly occurred between the first and second book but not anything more in depth in detail. which considering im a very detail person, i want to know everything there can be known, i want everyone's full history and actions and rationales and intentions and everything else about all the main characters. and i don’t think that it’s actually a fault of Jensen in this or the first book but it’s just what i ideally want out of a perfect book.
anyway other than me being a picky bitch and just wanting more when i like a book, broooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo it’s so good.
i mcfucking loved the tension between Lara and Aren after she organizes his rescue. but before that --
THE REST OF THE SISTERS.
one of the first things i said to my roommate when i was reading the first book was "i cannot wait until all the sisters come back and completely fuck up their father" anD GUESS WHAT??!?!?!?!
THEY FUCKING DELIVERED SO GODDAMN HARD
it was perfect that there was one sister who was super against what Lara did and came to Ithicana to murder the King and Queen (but ultimately failed and was killed by our Queen Lara). the rest of them living in small groups but never too far apart from each other - perfection, just perfection. them being 100% down to infiltrate their father's compound - beautiful. them willing to rescue the man they were all trained to hate and want to kill because Lara loved him??????? THE LOVE BETWEEN THE SISTERS - THE SHARED PAIN - THE RIDE OR DIE MOTHERFUCKERS THAT THEY ALL (minus the one Lara kills lol) FUCKING ARE -- I LOVED IT SO MUCH AND I WAS SO HAPPY IT PLAYED OUT PRETTY MUCH EXACTLY HOW I WANTED IT TO
i loved Lara sailing to Ithicana's island of Eranahl to talk to Ahnna about freeing Aren and her actually sailing there all by herself proved how dedicated she was to saving him. i just loved how the first book drives home just how terrified Lara is of the open sea and how it is the only thing that scares her and the only time she sails be herself in the second book (bc we know she fled from Ithicana by island jumping) is to save Aren.... and Ithicana but mostly Aren. its shown time and time again how much Lara came to love Aren and how much she was willing to risk or give up just to save him. TEH FUCKING ANGST      I LOVE IT  !!!!!!!
so yeah i just really love the dynamic between Lara and Aren in this book. they both know that they cannot continue to be together after Ithicana is free but they desperately want to. they've grown to love each other and despite Lara's betrayal, they both trust each other. but like for his country, Aren cannot recognize Lara as the Queen of Ithicana or his wife anymore. bro that scene broke me. it came right after Lara tried to leave Aren and he was essentially like "no it’s not safe here for you to go now, im keeping you with me". so yeah Aren having to admit that he doesn't recognize Lara as anything anymore HURT. and i loved how Lara was also hurt by that. they love each other so much but their situation and the world want to rip them apart :(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((
the final battle was confusing and seemed a bit fast but ultimately so satisfying. i guess it kinda started with the battle on Gamire Island when Lara got injured saving the life of Taryn, Aren's cousin she has befriended in the first book when she was Queen. also Lara saving her was just big proof to the rest of the Ithicana that she was there to fight to right her wrong and get their freedom back.
anyway so Lara gets injured and it was so sad to see how she knew she was seriously wounded but didn't believe that she was allowed to ask for help from the people whose lives she helped destroy and ended up going off on her own. it was so heartbreaking when Aren went to go patch up Lara and end up caving into sleeping with each other. he promised her that they were leaving in the morning and that she could rest then he went back to camp and realized that he could never leave her if he didnt in that moment and told them to get ready to leave - i started crying so much. bc when Lara woke up to everyone gone she thought that that was the plan the whole time and that Aren lied to her to leave her and then she was hit with the fact that it was Eranahl that was being attacked, and put away all her heartbreak and was determined to sail there to help against the Maridrina navy.
how she realized that it was her father on one of the ships and dueled him - so god damn hot. her swimming through the shark infested water to get to Aren????? ughhhhhh im crying. her up against the portcullis telling Aren to leave so he would live??? im crying even more. Aren desperately trying to save her bc he knows he cant live without her???????????? im bawling. her waking up in the bed she's familiar with?? im hopeful. Aren telling her about the trial by sea (and sharks) method used in Ithicana and how she passed so the sea has determined Lara is innocent and loyal to Ithicana????? IM BAWLING AGAIN  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i mcfucking knew that it had to end with Lara and Aren ending up together but i didnt know how it was going to happen. and while i wish the trial by shark thing was mentioned in the first book -- like the game they play at snake island with the running through the snakes and climbing up to the bridge and how that was called back to in the second book where Lara had to do the challenge to help free Ithicana. like that little game was a significant scene in the first book with Lara kind revealing her abilities with a bow and arrow and a little bit of Aren's recklessness, want to show off to Lara and how he was as a child. point it is served a purpose and it was a great scene and situation to call back to in the second book, but with more at stake this time. so i would have liked to see someone in Ithicana just mention the trial by sea idea in the first book. i mean when it was revealed i still teared up bc like yeah but i think it could have been a cool thing that was not quite foreshadowed but referenced at an earlier point.
tl;dr - the love between the sisters? perfection. the love between Lara & Aren? heartbreakingly beautiful and such a satisfying arc <3

@an-endless-saga asked:
Fenris had had five pups, Hati, Skoll, Geri, Freki, and little Lupa. Lupa wasn't doing as well as her bgger siblings. Gamir had stayed behind with the pups while Fenris picked up baby Lupa and deposited it at little Kara's feet. She gave a low growl when Aleksander or Ludamilla tried to take the pup. ~For Kara, not you.~ Her voice sounded in the Grisha's heads around her. She licked at Kara's face and padded back to the den a few yards away. She laid down, letting the older pups suckle. Gamir sat in the entrance watching to make sure Kara would be a good fit for his daughter. //oh god, tell me Fen and Gam didn't give Kara's siblings wolves too and lost them along with the kids! Aw!!//
Kara had barely left Fenris alone, ever since she had heard about the pups. Then they had been born, and she had fallen in love with the smallest one. Something about Lupa called to her, as if they had some sort of kinship.
The little girl had been polite for the most part, she hadn't invaded the den...not for lack of trying of course. But her parents had kept her on a tight leash, telling her it was rude, and trying to stop her from staring. The moment Fenris brought the pup out to her Kara lit up, bowing as a thanks, though all decorum was soon lost in giggles as the wolf licked her face. This was everything Kara had dreamed of, from the moment she had found out that there would be puppies.
It only took a second for Kara to be on the ground, lying down so that she could put the little puppy on her chest. Chubby fingers buried themselves into dark fur, one hand running along Lupa's spine, moving as if she was feeling the little pup's energy. After all that felt right, it had even been her first memory, something Luda had done for her when she was small. That and the song, the same one that she now hummed to her new best friend.
With Lupa's thick black fur it was almost impossible to notice the thin tendrils of shadows that reached out from Kara's fingertips, a darkness that melted into the fur like cotton candy in water. However the response was not so hidden, as the pup seemed to perk up, nosing at Kara's hand with great enthusiasm.
Toothless mouth nudged at Kara’s fingers, as if seeking milk, before latching on to one of the tiny cuts that always seemed to be found on the child’s hands. It only gave the pup a few drops of blood, but that was enough to get a delighted giggle from Kara, who would have fed the creature far more had she ever asked. This little one was hers to take care of, and she would never let her go.

Imagine Gamirs crying when you watch your team disintegrate:
Tumblr media
One by one, they disappeared, turning to ash. The looks on their faces - horrified, scared, terrified - would be something she'd never be able to forget. They cried out, looking to others for safety and reassurance. Whatever was going on, it was taking them out, your team. You tried to hold them together, pleading for them hot to go, falling on your hands and knees, begging to burn as well. Gamora didn't know you very well, nor your teammates, but she knew that feeling of everything and everyone in the world being ripped away from you. That was all too familiar. All she could do was stand there and watch beside her team, thankful they were still beside her, and watch it all.

Technological Literacy
After I study this week’s lesson, I have a better understanding in the technology literacy, it is a big words which means it involve a lot of meanings. From the start of this class, I reckon in this world and this age, the most important ability that we need to learn is the digital literacy, which is the ability to fairly use the digital technology. However, the term technology literacy is more developed. In the report “Defining Technology Literacy” post by Gamire, E. & Pearson, G point out that technology literacy is similar to the concepts of scientific literacy, mathematical literacy and historical literacy, but I reckon the technology literacy is more inclusive with the literacy that prior context mentioned. In the report, they defining the technology literacy basically as the ability of understanding in technology with knowledge, critical thinking and decision making. In my words, technological literacy refers to the basic knowledge and abilities necessary to evaluate science and technology and make appropriate decisions. In the report, the author divided our life into three parts, nature, social and designed, the designed world is what human making and developing. In this world, the technology plays an important role in both constructing and advancing. Also I believe the technology is the link in connecting the three world, for example, the author mentions the Hurricane Katrina which is not only the kind of dependence between human and technology,  but also shows the role that technology plays between the three worlds. So, the technology literacy is important.
After this course end, I will doing more critical thinking like the report say: weighs relevant technologies in a systematic way when I face new problems, informations and technologies. Before I study this class, my understanding of technology literacy is facial, I reckon the technology literacy and digital technology and so on is like a role in moral to limit you action in digital world, however, after I study this class, I know it is more than moral, like design thinking, I will consider a question with more perspectives in order to design a fair, healthy app or products. The most impressive aspects in this class for me is the new understanding of the digital technology. When I first came into the course, I reckon this class is talking about moral things, however, after this class, digital technology and technology literacy is deep down into my heart. It is nor only about moral, it is about literacy, education, critical thinking, design and understanding. So it is far way with my imagination. The thing I learn will certainly influence what I do in the future, because after this course, the design thinking lesson and technology literacy lesson has change my logic frame. A lot of time, when I using technology I was enjoying the benefit of the convenience, however I will chronically decrease a lot of thing time of the technology. But after I learn this class I will pay more attention in think wether the technology bring me more benefit or more lose, it is the component of technology literacy.

heroismdreams replied to your post “((…considering just taking Grima out of the Fell Dragon role for a...”
( just spell Grima backwards and they can be Amirg- oh or like mix around the letters and Agmir or Ragmir or something - totally normal name, right? )
((Maybe Gamir if I go that route?? it’s apparently a name but like... idk how I feel about these. I’ll have to think on it.
worst case scenario I kinda make them entirely alternate from their original self and have a different name entirely but I’ll think on it~ I mean I guess if I did that I’d have a name to work with for modern verses too. I just want my angry birb to be applicable wherever I want her~ xD))

¿Podemos tener prosperidad en tiempos de crisis?
Tumblr media
Tener actitud positiva ayuda: a visualizar nuevas oportunidades.
