i remember when the only choice u had in baldur's gate was to play a human or dwarf. i played Dark Alliance on the Xbox when I was younger. Game scared the crap outta me. It was getting hard to play too so we didn't get past a certain point. We were still in the sewers? cellars? with the rats and the ice block things. Those ice block monsters scared me so bad I couldn't go any further

#ngl they still creep me out now as an adult #ramblings #it IS cool to see games have more options though #but there is something nice about the simplicity of jumping into a game and playing it straight away #especially when u had the game loaded onto a disc or hard drive and you could just. open it #no downloading or internet required #god i miss those days #well technically downloading with our xbox. all our og xboxes are modded/chipped #our original og one was. too bad it died years ago. we lost everything and im still sad about it #games. saves. the whole thing. just gone. those damn capacitors exploded or some shite and #ruined the motherboard or something. very sad
