This 2017 Galić Graševina delivers the characteristic gentle aromatics of this varietal and the use of 100% stainless steel for fermentation and aging delivers a crisp, dry wine on the palate. ———————————————————- Tasting Notes: Fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks, this wine is crisp, dry and refreshing. On the nose, gentle fruity aromas of pineapples, green apples and vineyard peaches, as well as spicy aromas of chamomile and dry hay, dominate.
