This is just *cute.* Seeing the two gals navigate introducing Bethany to being hypnotized in-person, the way they use it, the reaffirming the ability to use red if needed... it's one of those stories that just feels perfectly real in ways that Jukebox is so good at capturing. There's a bit more sex to it than I personally prefer, but even with that it's asweet story with a heck of a power dynamic in play. 9/10 spirals

Galen has solid technique here, though I'm not fond of his approach here. And it feels beyond risky - who might call and hear that voicemail recording and ask questions? That all said, it's a clever way to tell a story, though it misses out on the parts I enjoy most - seeing the reaction to the hypnosis and the changes it causes. 6/10 spirals

This one doesn't do much for me - my distaste of psychologists abusing their authority has been stated already in these reviews, so that should come as no surprise. If that's a trope you like, though, you'll probably enjoy this one pretty well. 4/10 spirals

Oh, that got *creepy* in a way the Girls(tm) just haven't been yet. Probably the abuse of tech that is - in however warped a way - designed to help people, turning it into just another way to make people buy things. It's creepy and ick and I just don't like it. Even if the control part is pretty dang good. I hope the Girls(tm) can find a way to stop the Boys from doing what they're doing, whatever exactly it is. 5/10 spirals

Another clever induction, this one designed to keep your brain busy while his words slip inside the reader's (listener's, I assume?) brain. It's a lovely concept, and I'm sure useful for folk working on developing skill with amnesia. 8/10 spirals

This falls in the same sort of space as a psychologist abusing their authority to me, so maybe it's less therapist and more "person in a position of authority"? Either way, if I set that authority to the side it's a good story full of darkly haunting concepts, as she's slowly being trained to be more and more susceptible to the very things she thinks she's trying to learn to resist. Seeing her following suggestions she can't remember, without even realizing she's following them? It's quite well executed. 7/10 spirals

Well, that's a clever use of optical illusions. I really don't like MIriam, she just puts my hackles up, but it's still clever! More visual than works well for me in a story, but the descriptions make it evocative anyway. If you like somewhat coldly dominating women using social convention? Give this one a go. 7/10 spirals

There's so much heat in this one. Her narration, knowing exactly what's happening to her, embracing it, and riding the pleasure and heat of all of it, is just so so good. The joy with which she surrenders to the changes her Master is making to her thoughts, to not remembering what he tells her she's not allowed to remember? It's hot AF, even if it isn't something I'd want to play with outside of strictly controlled circumstances. 9/10 spirals.

I don't know if this would be easier or harder to read if I understood more legalese.I don't think it would make any more sense - the prose feels intentionally dense and hard to read. And I dislike any sort of X gender is inherently superior premise, such as what we see here. These elements combine into a story that's not hot to me. But if you like the sort of "all men are inherently inferior" tone in your erotica, you might like this one? 4/10 spirals

This is such a powerful story of love and therapy applications (kinda) and using hypnotic brainwashing to make someone's life better.  The idea of using hypnokink to make a medical procedure easier is a good one, though my impulse is that it's close enough to therapy that it should only be done with proper training. Still, the deep love and care shown in this story, the use of his control to help her make it through the procedure, all of it's just really good. Not quite hot to me, it just hits a sweet and tender chord for me. 9/10 spirals.

Rogue One Bowling AU

Galen owns a bowling alley. He’s great at bowling but spends most of his time running the place. Has calculate a formula to throw a perfect game every time but won’t share it with anyone.

Jyn works there with her dad and is thus very good at bowling with scores in the 200s. She spends most of her time in the diner section cooking and monopolizes the jukebox.

Of all her friends that come to hang out with her there Bodhi is the next best and this surprises the hell out of everyone cause he’s usually so flustered and scatterbrained but he’s a beast on the lane and don’t you dare break his concentration he will end you.

Casian isn’t very good at it but get a couple of drinks in him or at least buy him a burger and he’s happy to participate. He is also the most prone to tripping and sliding in bowling shoes. He gets very embarrassed when he does.

Baze hates bowling but goes because Chirrut enjoys it. He’s constantly grumbling and complaining because this would be so much better if I could just shoot the pins down instead….

Chirrut likes to stand by the lane and correct Baze’s stance and giggles whenever he hears the other man’s ball go into the gutter. Once was asked by a different staff member if he required the bumpers and almost fought them, decided to throw a force guided strike instead.

Kay also works at the alley and is the mechanic among other things and whenever the machines jam or there’s something wrong he makes a big dramatic show about complaining that he has to go fix it for these ridiculous people he chooses to associate with.
