Started my 2020 art with a quick warmup pic of my current Galarian Pokemon team; featuring Tsareena, Sylveon, Alcremie, Chandelure, Frillish, Sinistea, and Rapidash (further reinforcing my pastel gothiness).

I’m enjoying Shield; though I do miss the interactions afforded in Sun/Moon, like petting and feeding them beans and malasada... I was hoping there would be some lolita style outfits for trainers too, but eh, I’ll make due with the Fairy and Ghost leggings and the ruffly skirts. That being said, I am having a good time with it so far, and I’m obsessed with getting the different flavors of Alcremie (who has an adorable design that I wouldn’t mind making a Gajinka cosplay of... ). I also love Ponyta and Rapidash’s Galarian forms. I was delighted to get my first one.
