In the background is Una as a tribute to the fact that today was her anniversary, Gumi because she would be next to Gakupo and clearly Luka was not going to be missing, being her precious princess to protect !! (⁠｡⁠ﾉ⁠ω⁠＼⁠｡⁠) 💜💜💖💖

Theme Announcement for the July 2023 Vocaloid Song Tournament

It is close to time for another Vocaloid song tournament, and so it is time to announce the theme. To commemorate the 15th anniversary of his initial release, the theme will be Kamui Gakupo songs! Unfortunately, since he does not have as many popular songs as GUMI or the other Vocaloids do, there will be only 48 songs in the tournament.

The songs will consist largely of obscure Gakupo songs that I found on the Vocaloid Wiki as well as some of his more popular hits. I made sure that they garnered at least 20k-100k views either on niconico or on YouTube in original or reuploaded form. That way, there's a chance that you may have heard of these songs. Because of this, though, I am begging you guys to give the songs a listen before you cast your vote.

I recognize how easy it is to select "See results" when the options consist of things you have no opinion on. However, I post the links to YouTube uploads of the Vocaloid songs so that you guys can listen to them and form an opinion on them. I don't wanna see "See results" blow less popular Gakupo songs out of the water, and I don't think other Gakupo fans wanna see that either. As such, if you can listen then vote like I said, I would greatly appreciate it though I won't force you.

With everything said, look forward to the Kamui Gakupo song tournament starting July 17th at 3 PM CT. Until then, the last of the off-season Vocaloid song polls will continue to be posted daily. As per usual, please vote, reblog, and have fun!
