My ocs as milgram songs!

I'm doing this based on backstory and which one of my oc(s) would kin the milgram character, so whoever gets assigned to these sad songs...Rip.

Weakness: Aurora

The words I tried to say was “You’re unfair” And those words thought how pitiful I am

As told before in my Aurora analysis, they long for a love that only children receive. That is to say, they want to be protected and pampered (simply for existing?). The same goes for Haruka, who desperately wants to be loved and seems to be still stuck in a childish sort of mindset, and this sentiment shines through strongly in this song. I want to be a pitied and loved weakling. Children are "weak", and yet they are often treated with such love and care. Since that is so, Aurora never wants to grow up.

Another thing is, Haruka seems to have had this sort of sibling rivalry with his sister, where his mother would pay more if not all of her attention to his sister instead (as hinted in all knowing and all agony). Aurora feels this way towards their own sister, Alanna, who is the youngest and more ambitious to excel. Though not to such a serious degree as Haruka of course.

All jokes aside, Gaius is the one most likely to tweak his personality in order to appeal to someone he likes out of all my ocs. He's also secretly really lonely, and that's why he's the most sociable out of the seven brothers. He'd probably be the first one to have a crush on someone and get into a relationship out of the seven of them.

None of my ocs would go on a manhunt on social media and bully someone until they cancel their life subscription, so I just chose my most morally outspoken oc for this song. Even she's not that aggressive, damn. Fuuta needs to chill.

After pain: Xenon

I don't think I've ever revealed Xenon's backstory before, but at the rate my creative writing juices are filling up, I don't think I'll be able to write something more serious for him anytime soon. So here it is!

His family used to be happy, attending the annual moon festival together and all. But somewhere along the line, his parents started to drift apart and argue a lot more. The divorce was messy, fireballs were thrown. Of course, any child would feel miserable throughout this entire process. Xenon felt like it was his fault somehow, as if he was a burden to his parents because both of them didn't seem eager to take custody of him.

Throw down: Emile

“Throw down” emotions with no color I wonder if I can die with it still left

To be honest, this might be the hardest milgram song to decipher. The lyrics and even the music video are so vague, no one really knows what Shidou did. But if I were to throw all of my ocs at this song, Emile would probably stick best.

He's going to do something that he thinks is terribly wrong, and feel incredibly guilty for it. But the damage has been done. Let's see if I ever get the motivation to write it out.

Oh my goodness, Violet is on a roll in this post. All I can say is that her mother was very overbearing and overprotective towards her and Iris. And while Iris often rebelled, Violet was the one that obeyed. Even she gets curious and wants to explore sometimes, but she doesn't want to be scolded! She doesn't want to be a bad girl!

MeMe: Elio

Ahhh, it’s the same anywhere I go It’s like what’s wrong isn’t wrong

He was bullied physically quite a bit as a kid, and Duran often had to step in and fight off the bullies. (It took Duran a while to learn how to fight though, so before that, Fleda would take on most of the beatings. I already have an idea for a scenario to convey this.)

That's what motivated Elio to learn how to fight on his own, and that's why he's so aggressive now. He only fights people he deems deserving of a throw down, and doesn't think it's fair that he's punished along with whoever he fought with afterwards. He especially doesn't like how Luka scolds him without asking for the full picture after hearing about the incident.

Aurora feels as if their mom is always comparing to someone else. Even if their mom mentions a family member being an honor's student, or accomplishing a great feat in sports, it already sours Aurora's mood. It's hard being the eldest child, eh?

𝟏. 𝐆𝐚𝐢𝐮𝐬

Character development: He hasn't changed much actually. He has been able to let go of his obsessive desire for love though. He's still friendly and helpful, but he's better at letting friends go now.

Job: No one was surprised when he decided to pursue a career as a makeup artist (he takes appointments as a nail technician too!). He also runs a successful Magicam account where he shares makeup tips and creative design ideas. He's living his best life.

Address: It was always a dream of his to live in the Rose Kingdom. He worked and stayed with his brothers in the Isle of Lamentation for a few years before searching for a nice place to stay in the Rose Kingdom. Once he had a rough plan in mind, his first priority was to sit Fleda down for a talk. Serious talks with Fleda are uncommon and nerve-wracking, and when Fleda insisted on moving with him, he didn't know how to feel.

He currently shares an apartment with Fleda in a bustling city just the way he likes it. Fleda pays for most of the rent while he takes care of the groceries. As expected, he has to remind his brother to do the chores most of the time.

𝟐. 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐚

Character development: He's just the slightest bit less anxious now, and has successfully learnt how to talk to people when necessary (though he still does everything he can to ensure he doesn't have to talk to people). He finds it harder to say no to invitations now for some reason, and tends to end up getting dragged to parties by Gaius or his friends one way or another to his great despair.

Job: He's a programmer working from home. Gaius laments that his job location doesn't help his already near non-existent social life, but he doesn't care. He's fine with working in his pajamas most of the time, but will put in the effort to wear a button up shirt and tie for (zoom) meetings.

Address: He shares an apartment with Gaius in the Rose Kingdom. His job brings in a bigger income so he pays for most of the rent. He found it hard to adjust at first without any maids to clean, but he managed eventually (after lots of reminders from Gaius).

𝟑. 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐨

Character development: For starters, he doesn't get into fights anymore (unless someone is getting attacked or provokes him first), as the thought of being arrested doesn't appeal to him much. He's more mature now and takes his responsibilities as an adult seriously, much to Luka's relief. He's still the youngest child of the family no matter how old he grows though, and will never pass up the opportunity to piss off his brothers.

Job: For someone who seems to really like fighting and causing trouble now as a first year, everyone was surprised to see him become a news journalist. It was a rather obvious choice for him though! He wants to make the world a better place, and what better way to do so than expose cheating hypocrites and draw attention to communities in need? He got his ears pierced at some point and still gets hurt easily (requiring bandages to patch up), so he tends to look rather intimidating in his well-ironed formal work clothes.

Address: He's often travelling because of his job, but it's safe to say his home is still the mansion where most of his brothers decided to stay. He tries to come back for any family reunions if he can, and on the days he working on something locally, he's more than happy to come home and annoy his dear brothers.

A/n: I don't know what possessed me to write this little scenario, but here it is!

The sun beats down mercilessly, shining upon everything with a cheery leer. It's sweltering. Fleda swears he can see heat waves rise from the pavement before him. He could fry an egg on a rock in this weather. But he's not going to do that, because it's unsanitary.

The only things protecting him from the deadly rays are a layer of clothing and Gaius' parasol. As they walk down the streets, eyes follow along, fixed on the flowery abomination above them. Sweat drips down his brow. He considers braving the sun rays instead.

"People are staring." He whispers.

"Hm?" was Gaius' reply, acting oblivious to the whole situation.

"Your parasol." He whispers again, more aggressively this time.

"It's pretty, isn't it?"

"Why didn't we just go with sunscreen?" He bemoans. He'd rather face the full brunt of the sun than this embarrassment.

"It's bad for the environment." Gaius chides. "And it'll be used up eventually. Then we'd have to buy another bottle, then another. This parasol is much more practical."

"In exchange for being stared at?" He hisses exasperatedly.

"You're complaining so much, yet you still walk under my parasol?" Gaius says after a moment of silence, raising an eyebrow teasingly.

Game over. He had nothing to counter that.

Gaius' laughter was like a soft breeze among the insufferable heat.

Trivia

All of the brothers are named Latin names. Some of them may overlap with Italian words or other languages, but the meaning of the names are supposed to be Latin overall. The brothers' family name, Amias, means 'loved'. Gaius means 'to rejoice' and Antoine means 'highly praise-worthy'.

Gaius' MBTI type is ENFJ, and his enneagram type is 2w3 sx/sp.

He once asked his older brothers how they would like to be called and has been addressing them as such ever since. Luka is a given, demanding to be addressed as 'お兄様 (onii-sama)' from all of his brothers. Duran told him to just stick to 'お兄さん (onii-san)' but Gaius, being the cheek that he is, decided to call him 'お兄ちゃん (onii-chan)' instead. Alma, after some thought, responded with '兄上 (ani-ue)'. Emlyn declared '兄貴 (aniki)' with a confidant nod.

He likes to pail his nails in his free time, and often offers to do Alma's nails as well (since Alma is the only one of his brothers that agrees without a fuss). Fleda protests a lot, but will give in eventually if he flashes his infamous puppy eyes.
