MSNBC Banned From Kyle Rittenhouse Courthouse
Tumblr media
MSNBC Banned From Kyle Rittenhouse Courthouse The judge overseeing Kyle Rittenhouse’s trial banned MSNBC from the courthouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin; on Thursday when a freelance producer working for the network, accused of following a bus carrying jurors the previous night.  “I have instructed that nobody from MSNBC news be permitted in this building for the duration of this trial,” Judge Bruce Schroeder said during a hearing. The judge added that he would think “long and hard” about allowing cameras for live coverage of future trials.  The Kenosha Police Department said in a statement Thursday afternoon; "that a person alleging to be affiliated with a national media outlet” was briefly taken into custody and issued several traffic citations. The department noted that “no breach of security” took place and the person did not take any photos. The trial deliberated for a third full day without reaching a verdict on Thursday. The jury members will return on Today to resume their work. Unlike on previous days, they had no questions & no requests to review any evidence Thursday in the politically and racially fraught case. Rittenhouse, then 17 years old and a former police youth cadet; shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26. He wounded Gaige Grosskreutz, now 28. Rittenhouse, as well as those shot, are white.  He could get life in prison if convicted of first-degree intentional homicide. The most serious of the five charges against him. Rittenhouse testified that he acted in self-defence. On Wednesday, Rittenhouse’s attorneys asked the judge to declare a mistrial as the jury was deliberating. They claimed the defense received an inferior copy of a potentially crucial video from prosecutors. Read the full article

Who is Gaige Grosskreutz? Wiki, Biography, Age, Family, Fast Facts You Need to Know
Tumblr media
Gaige Grosskreutz Wiki - Gaige Grosskreutz Biography
Gaige Grosskreutz is the only man shot by Kyle rittenhouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin, who lived to tell the tale. In the week of November 8, 2021, Grosskreutz is expected to take the witness stand at the trial of Rittenhouse, who is charged with murder and felony charges for the shooting deaths of Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum and for Grosskreutz's injuries. Rittenhouse's attorneys argue that he shot the three men in self-defense after arriving in Kenosha to help protect businesses after others were burned in a series of arson when riots rocked the Wisconsin city following the police shooting of Jacob. Blake. The Kenosha County district attorney later refused to charge that officer, but an assistant district attorney in his office is handling the Rittenhouse case, which has just completed the first week. Watch videos in the case here. One captures the moment when Rittenhouse shot Grosskreutz.
Grosskreutz approached Rittenhouse with a loaded gun
Vivid and graphic photographs captured the scene that night in August 2020. Grosskreutz was participating in the protests in Kenosha that night when Rittenhouse shot and killed Rosenbaum. Video and testimony at trial show that Rosenbaum was chasing Rittenhouse, cornering him near cars in a parking lot. Witness Richie McGinniss, a video editor for the Daily Caller, previously testified that Rosenbaum was jumping in and trying to get Rittenhouse's gun when Rittenhouse shot him and killed him. Rosenbaum was unarmed, but the Rittenhouse team is trying to convince jurors that he posed a threat to Rittenhouse because he was seeking to disarm him. Prosecutors tried to establish that it was possible that Rosenbaum was shot, not thrown, but McGinniss rejected that characterization. Rittenhouse then ran down the street in the direction of the police. At that moment, a man jumped on him and kicked him. He shot that yet unidentified man and missed. The second man to shoot, Anthony Huber, lunged at Rittenhouse and hit him with a skateboard. The defense presented a photo in court that they say shows Huber touching Rittenhouse's gun. Gaige Grosskreutz enters the scene. He then moved toward Rittenhouse, raised his hands, and then stepped back in Rittenhouse's direction, while holding a gun in one hand, the defense says and is shown on video. Rittenhouse then shot him. The defense attorney said in court that Grosskreutz told police that he lost his gun before the shooting; He is shown holding it in video and photos when Rittenhouse shot him. "He had a gun in his hand," defense attorney Mark Richards said in court. He told police he was trying to stop Huber from "hitting Kyle" with a skateboard, Richards said.
Grosskreutz has committed a firearms crime before, but is not a criminal
It was widely and falsely reported on social media that Gaige Grosskreutz is a criminal and therefore had no legal right to possess a gun. That is false. He is not a criminal. However, he has a prior misdemeanor conviction for using a firearm while intoxicated in Wisconsin, online records show. He was paroled in that 2015 case, records reveal. In January 2021, was accused of Driving while intoxicated for a second offense, but the case was dismissed by motion of the prosecutor. Was found guilty of a 2019 forfeiture for obedience to officers and loud noises in Ashland, Wisconsin. Play WATCH: Kenosha shooting survivor speaks for the first timeclip by upLynk2020-09-11T23: 40: 37Z A police report in West Allis, Wisconsin, accused him of "lurking" in an area where police from that suburban Milwaukee community keep their private vehicles and videotape them. Heavy contacted the West Allis Municipal Court to obtain disposition of that fine. That information was obtained through an open records request. Here is part of the police report: “Gaige had no reason to be there and he had no vehicles in the parking lot. He was previously arrested for loitering in the same area and released, ”says the report in the loitering case. “Gaige appeared to be filming personal vehicles in the rear police parking lot. Gaige made clear his views against law enforcement. Gaige was arrested for loitering, booked, cited and released. "
Grosskreutz's pistol had a bullet in the chamber; He is affiliated with a protest group called the Popular Revolution and is a doctor
Court testimony indicated that the gun was loaded. Jason Lackowski, a Navy veteran who went to Kenosha to protect businesses, testified that he picked up Grosskreutz's gun after the shooting and discovered it had a bullet in the chamber. Grosskreutz was photographed with an arm injury from the shooting. "Based on your training and experience, were you ready to fire that gun?" a defense attorney for Rittenhouse asked Lackowski about Grosskreutz's gun. "Yes," Lackowski replied. He said he emptied the chamber and helped apply a tourniquet to the injured Grosskreutz. Grosskreutz has joined the People's Revolution protest group, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. That group was involved in the physical attack of a police officer named Joseph Mensah at his girlfriend's home in Wauwatosa, leading to felony charges, but Grosskreutz is not alleged to have been at that scene. Grosskreutz, of West Allis, a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was 26 years old at the time of the shooting. The Chicago Tribune reported that Grosskreutz is certified as an EMT and describes him as "a trained paramedic from the Milwaukee suburbs" who "had traveled to Kenosha to provide medical assistance to people protesting the Jacob Blake shooting." Rittenhouse was also acting as a doctor that night, although he was not a certified EMT at 17. He worked as a lifeguard. The Tribune reported that Grosskreutz "provided first aid to people injured during the demonstrations." During testimony, a police officer testified that the police decided not to search Grosskreutz's phone even though they had a search warrant to do so due to Marsy's Law, which is the legislation on victims' rights. He also testified that Grosskreutz indicated that he did not have the weapon. They also did not record their interview with him. “Why did you shoot him?” Rittenhouse is asked as Gaige Grosskreutz runs alongside him in a video played by the prosecution in court. its Facebook cover photo says Reflect & Resist and told a comment writer that he was "not a hero."
Grosskreutz, who lost 90% of his right biceps, issuing Kenosha
However, Rittenhouse's defense attorney denies that he was part of an organized militia and said in court that Rittenhouse did not know most of the other men who were present in Kenosha that day. “It was no mistake that Kyle Rittenhouse killed two people and maimed a third that night. It was a natural consequence of the actions of the Kenosha Police Department and the Kenosha Sheriff's Office in delegating a roving militia to 'protect property' and 'help maintain order,' "the lawsuit says. The lawsuit alleges: “Upon seeing this murder (of Huber), Gaige Grosskreutz approached a still seated Rittenhouse. Grosskreutz raised his hands in an effort to show that he was not attacking Rittenhouse. Instead, Rittenhouse shot him, luckily missing his head and center mass, but unfortunately hitting Grosskreutz in the arm. Grosskreutz suffered serious injuries and lost 90% of his right biceps. Like a real doctor and not someone running around with an AR15 claiming to be a doctor, Grosskreutz had a tourniquet in his medical bag. But for his training as an EMT, Grosskreutz would likely have been Rittenhouse's third murder. However, Grosskreutz's life has changed enormously. " Rittenhouse's attorney said in court that Grosskreutz returned to Rittenhouse after raising his hands and before Rittenhouse shot him.
Grosskreutz described it all as "too much to process"
Play 'I left with my life that night': wounded Kenosha doctor Gaige Grosskreutz tells his storyGaige Grosskreutz was one of three people shot on the third night of protests after Kenosha police shot a black man, Jacob Blake, seven times in the back. The other two victims of the August 25 triple shooting, Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber, did not survive. The shooter, Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, of Antioch, Ill., Considered himself ...2020-09-11T13: 37: 20Z Grosskreutz resurfaced at other protest marches after the shooting, and his friends told WTMJ-TV that he acted as a doctor at the protests. "Words are difficult at the moment, it is a lot to process," Grosskreutz told the television station. "At no time, regardless of the issue, whether you are for or against the issue being protested, should no one fear for their safety," Grosskreutz said. "No one. Regardless of their opinions. No one should lose their life for expressing their opinion." In another interview, said he started his EMT training in 2012 and worked like a pandemic. He said he thought he was "helping people in the community ... people are suffering." He said he wanted to "amplify the voices of brothers and sisters." He added: “In Kenosha it was different… it felt like a war zone. There are militarized weapons everywhere In another interview, Grosskreutz said he went to Kenosha to protest and also to act as a doctor. "This has not been easy emotionally or physically," he said, adding that he has "excruciating pain that will not go away. On my arm and in my heart. " Read Also: Who was Axel Acosta? So, I really wanted to reply to this idiot rant on YouTube, but unfortunately I am not getting a response from my own replies on this moronic hillbilly liberal named Trae Crowder. This was related to the Kyle Rittenhouse trial and is using every idiotic overly emotional response in the book to justify putting Kyle Rittenhouse in prison for the rest of his life.
"He shouldn't have been there" "He carried a gun illegally!" "He doesn't live there!" "He's a white supremacists!" "He should have just taken the beating!" And my favorite one was...
"He crossed state lines with an assault rifle!!!"
And the best part was they refused to watch the video evidence of the trial and feel like they don't have to.
I'm sorry, does that mean we should just lock people up because... feelings?
How am I supposed to take your opinions seriously if you don't even pay attention to the evidence of the trial that was presented!? NEWS FLASH, LIBERALS! YOUR FEELINGS DON'T MATTER!!!
People are twisted and corrupt and nothing will change their minds because their brains are mush, nevermind that Judge Schroeder gave the Prosecutor a lot of chances to prove that Kyle Rittenhouse didn't kill in self-defense. And failed miserably. 99 out of 100 Prosecutors said that they would not charged Kyle Rittenhouse because they don't have a good case against him.
For anyone wanting to know this, I have a friend that went to Highschool with Gaige Grosskreutz and told me that he was a piece of sh*t and a nasty person. Everyone hated him at school.
I'm just glad a lot of people have woken up to this and are seeing the lies that had been fed to them.
