Hey, I'm just really curious as to why you HC John Silver adopt Evie and the others?

So, this is a hc I've shared with @caisjunlis and @sorrytodistract since we've been friends hehe.

It first seamed from our love of the movie Treasure Planet and how we thought Silver and Jim fit into the Descendants world. Silver being a big ol' softie and ending up taking in these kids because they all remind him of Jim. Evie being his biggest soft spot (because of course she's our favorite character).

Silver then became our favorite little safe haven for the kids. He's the one they can go to when their home life was too rough. He wasn't too thrilled about it in the beginning, but they've warmed up to him.

This is why he sometimes pops in things I've written or was planned to show up in wips.

I still have the beginnings of a Jayvie oneshot of them going back to the Isle to get him after the barrier is taken down so they can reunite him with Jim.

This one is a personal headcanon, but I also hc that he's actually Evie's father from a one night stand that EQ is very embarrassed about.

Hey! Just wanted to check in and see how things are going. What did you think of Rise of Red??

Hey hun! Doing good! On a staycation with ends come Monday when I have to go back to work. Been catching up on shows and writing haha.

Ooo Rise of Red, huh? I've been meaning to pick up the prequel novel but I haven't gotten around to it yet. Anyway, I thought it was pretty cute! A little messy, but still cute. Absolutely loved Rita Ora as the Queen of Hearts and it was so nice to see Brandy and Pablo back as Cinderella and Charming (even if that may have retconned some things. Spoilers ahead.

Bridget was absolutely adorable and I definitely came out of it shipping her and Hook XD. I was telling a friend on discord how young Bridget gave me plenty of pink Evie vibes. So it shouldn't be too much of a surprise that I'd like her with Hook and Uliana (since I do love Evie/Harry, Evie/Uma). Bridget/Ella is also adorable as is Red/Chloe.

Chloe's hair constant hair change had me on the floor though. Poor bb, they really didn't know what they hell they were doing with her hair. Would have thought she was Rapunzel with how often he hair went from shoulder length to middle to super long.

They kind of missed the mark with teh Bridget vs Ella plotline. It seemed pretty obvious that there was something there. Ella possibly being the one to read the spell that would have turned Bridget into a monster at Castlecoming, right? Movie made it clear Uliana and her team would not have been able to touch the book without getting themselves frozen in place. Figured they tricked Ella into for them since Bridget was so very much hurt by the actions...but what they did just seemed so flat? Cause we don't really know the truth on what happened.

I definitely want a sequel to see what all is going to happen with the timey wimey repercussions.

MCU Spiderwitch(Peter x Wanda) headcanon:

One time, Wanda walked in on Peter, to inform him of an avengers meeting, only to be surprised at seeing his shirtless, toned body.

Wanda definitely has one of those moments, where she freezes and stares. Peter is just blushing from head to toe and scrambling to put his shirt back one. She doesn't say a word but closes the door as Peter's spewing out apologies. Her own face is probably just as red as her hair as she leans against the door and trying to figure out what to do now.

Hehehe, oh course! Okay so I had to add a cut for this because I realized it was starting to get longer then I intended XD. Can you tell I may have missed talking about some of my faves from Descendants?

I know I've mentioned this in the past, but one of my favorite head canons is Gil helping Evie with her business.

Evie asks Gil to help after a mishap with one of her models and needs a fill in since he's the exact match for the outfit. Gil is surprisingly good at it, being the little friendly charmer that he is. And Gil had fun doing it. It was simple and just has the sweetest and best smile. Evie continues to ask him for help after.

Gil likes to hang around while Evie is sewing, asking questions about it and keeping her company even though he's definitely not needed it. Evie thinks its cute that he's genuinely interested in what she's doing.

She shows him some simple technics and while he won't be designing any dresses with his skills, he's amazing at repairs. Any rip or tear is given to Gil, who happily has the piece of clothing looking as good as new. He also sits with Dizzy, helping make accessories to go with Evie's designs.

Another head canon ties in with Speaking with the Enemy, with Evie and Gil having been friends before the Mal vs Uma rivalry.

Gil never hated Evie for turning her back on him. He gets it. Mal was basically her escape from the Isle, one she deserved. He always thought she was too good for the likes of Isle. But this doesn't stop Evie from apologizing to him now that the dust has been cleared.

She's grown so much and Gil hadn't deserved to be pushed away like some toy just because she got new friends. When he was always trying to be a good friend to her.

They start over (even though Gil 100% has already been seeing them as friends once again since D3.) She invites him for walks around Auradon or the woods around her castle.

Now that the barrier is down and they can go back and forth between homes, Gil takes Evie back to the Isle. They revisit old haunts. Gil even gives her back a little beaten up rabbit she'd given to him that he never got rid of.

They visit Silver (one of my all time favorite head canon is Silver from Treasure Planet begrudgingly adopting Evie, Jay and Carlos and a few others who love to bother him) who's happy to see the pair back together.

Evie loves listening to Gil prattle on about all the things that excite him. His happiness just so contagious.

They get teased often by their friends, who joke whenever one is with out the other since most days they are always seen together.

When Gil goes off with Jay for a few months to explore the what they can is when Evie realizes she may have started catching feelings for him.

She's become so use to the Gil's presence in her new life, that he's missed when he's gone. The months away are torture, even if Gil is sending her letters and calls every now and then, its not the same.

Evie talks to Uma about it after dropping off a letter for her that Gil had sent with Evie's. Uma laughs, pointing out how obvious it was and asking if Evie had plans to do something about it.

She isn't sure at first and Uma reminds her to not play games with Gil again because this time Uma will do something about it.

When Gil finally comes back, Evie's made up her mind. Jumping into his arm when he's visits her for one of his bone crashing hugs. She tells him everything, even if she's no sure how he feels, but it's nice to get it off her chest.

She's never seen him happier at her words. Gil swings her around and kisses her cheek, the feelings being mutual.

Hello there! Indeed I do! XD

Oh EviexDoug...I'm sorry to disappoint you Anony. But I really don't like them, like at all. I never really liked Doug's character...and I honestly probably could go on a little rant about why he's such a bad character. Yeah, so sadly I don't like them. He's just one of the few people I can't bring myself to ship Evie with. They are one of my NOTPs.

Gilvie, on the other hand! Haha, love it. They are just to adorable. I know I started liking them after I got into Hevie (HarryxEvie), who is one of those 'I think they'd just look cute together eventhough i haven't seen them interact yet. Pre-watching the movie loves.' Then D2 happened and I just fell in love with Gil. He's just an adorable character and one that has fun potential! So it was only natural that I'd start shipping him with my favorite girl.

I think Evie would be good for him, not treating him dumb like so many others and help him with things, you know?

I like the idea of them being friends prior to everything, even wrote a little thing inspired on that little headcanon called Speaking with the Enemy.

They're just sweet, what more can I say? XD

Idk if you actually ship this or not, or if you're still taking writing requests, but I was wondering if you'd be willing to write something about Scarletamerica (Steve/Wanda)? Maybe Steve coming to rescue Wanda & the others on the Raft, or when Wanda is snapped in Wakanda?

I do and I do! Granted first time officially writing something Scarletamerica related, but I’ve wanted to and I enjoy receiving requests. So here you go my little Scarletamerica anony! A little drabble reworking Wanda’s snap scene into something more Scarletamerica friendly! I do hope you enjoy it! And yes the some of the dialog remains from the Snap scene in Infinity War because I wanted to keep it. It’s Infinity War. So angst ahead.

There were multiple ways Steve imagined the battle with Thanos to go. He had imagined both the victories and the losses. He knew it wasn’t going to be easy. Things in their line of work never were. But this...this isn’t one outcome he had expected. 

Thanos disappeared into his portal and away from Thor’s axe, leaving behind a very confused and terrified God of Thunder. Thor breathed heavily, staring at the spot where the mad titan once stood. 

“Where’d he go?” Steve called, his voice barely containing his worry and disbelief. “Thor?” The god could do nothing more than to look up, eyes filled with horror as Steve once again asked, “Where’d he go?”

“Steve?” Bucky’s voice called from behind. 

Turning to his childhood friend, Steve watched in muted horror as Bucky walked towards him. Bucky stared down at his left hand, watching as it slowly disintegrated with each step. He stopped a short distance away, gun falling where he stood as his body vanished into particles in the wind. 

Steve hurried forward, falling down to one knee beside what was left of his friend. He met Thor’s gaze, before touching the ground. 

“He...He’s gone.” Steve muttered under his breath, returning to his feet and looking around. “Thor, the others.”

Thor nodded, brushing past him in silence in hopes the others had not met the same fate. He could hear Natasha in the distance with Bruce, leaving them to be met by Thor. Rhodes was looking for Sam and T’challa had just found his general. That left Wanda. 

Steve made his way back to where he’d left her to mourn the loss of her friend. He couldn’t help the breath of relief he released at the sight of her. She had remained at Vision’s side, her hand resting over where Vision’s heart could have been, the darkened exo-structure remaining dormant beneath her touch.  

“Wanda?”

Wanda gave Vision’s chest a gentle pat before moving away and getting to her feet. The young woman looked up with a tear-stained face, sadness in those beautiful eyes of hers. The fear he’d felt previously returned as he watched her.

“He won. The wind, it’s changed.” she whispered sadly. “We’ve lost,” the defeat in her voice was enough for him to surge forward as fresh tears sprung from her eyes.

His arms wrapped around her as he closed the distance.  Her forehead fell against his chest as she cried, her emotions gaining the better of her. 

“Shhh, Wanda, it’s okay. We can...we’ll-,” Steve swallowed tightly as he cut himself off, holding her tighter. He wanted to comfort her, to ease the pain he knew she felt. She shook her head no and Steve the fear that gripped him amplify. 

This all felt so wrong. 

“I love you,” he barely heard the words muffled against his suit. 

“I love you too,” he whispered back. His eyes squeezed shut as his arms fell to his side, refusing to watch Wanda’s body disintegrate like he had watched Bucky. 

Steve’s hands clenched tightly at his side, knees finally giving out as he fell back on his rear. He didn’t know how long he’d sat there feeling lost, horrified and heartbroken. Nor could he say when the others had arrived to find him silently mourning his best friend and the woman he was growing to love. 

Natasha rushed to his side and Steve took a moment to take in the worn out sight of the others. Bruce stood farthest in the Hulkbuster. The raccoon, Rocket, sat alone on a fallen log. Thor stood silently off to Rhodes' side as the older man approached. 

“What is this? What the hell is happening?” Rhodes asked, breaking the heavy silence. 

Steve had no answer for him. This wasn’t how things were supposed to be. He never imagined a clean one. Losses were expected. As his hand fell into the dust that was once Wanda, he realized those losses weren’t meant like this. 

He couldn’t help but wonder if it was all worth the cost.
