Thank you! I read all the WBN comics I could dig up as a kid, well into the early 2000s, but I'm not up to date on the current stuff. (Please tell me what you find that's good!) I do love Jack, though. I love how the special made him so much kinder and more awkward, and how it emphasized a kind of monster solidarity between Jack and Ted that Jack immediately extended to Elsa. And making Jack Mexican and so much older works so well on so many levels even before you get to the specific casting of Gael. I had given the special a pass at first because I was so burned out after Endgame, but I saw a YouTube retrospective on it a year after it aired and was like ummmm I think I need this. I've been going through a hard time personally, so getting to escape into Monster Mash has been a real blessing for me.

There is more Monster Mash coming, I promise! I'm working on the next installment, which will feature the gang investigating a supposedly haunted house.

Also, I'm hoping to start doing some free writing seminars/jam sessions on Twitch soonish, with a focus on lessons that are fun and helpful for fanfic writers as well as original fiction writers. I have a master's degree in writing and have taught it for 15 years or so, and it annoys me that people are using AI to write fic, so I'm hoping to be the change. If you're interested in writing or know anyone who is, feel free to invite them! And of course I'm always happy to get suggestions for lesson topics.

Gen. 1:

𝑻𝒐𝒑 𝒍𝒆𝒇𝒕: Björn Out and Cecilia Kang; the founders of my legacy, when they were still young and even before they got married.

Gen. 3:

𝑻𝒐𝒑 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕: Gael and Emilia Out. Their children are supposed to be the main characters of my soon starting Gen. 4. They are both spellcasters.

𝑩𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒎 𝒍𝒆𝒇𝒕: Evangeline and Nathanael Out. Nathanael is Emilia's twin brother and they're grandchildren of Björn. Nathanael and Evangeline are both human.

𝑩𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒎 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕: Tristan and Alice Kingsleigh. Tristan is the older brother of Evangeline and the siblings are children of Caleb Vatore. So they were both vampires but Evangeline surrendered being a vampire for Nathanael whereas Tristan might never do so. Alice is a witch just like the Kingsleigh women before her.

𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝘄𝗼:

Gen. 2

𝑻𝒐𝒑 𝒍𝒆𝒇𝒕: Takumi Holland and Runa Out. Runa's story was the common thread of Gen. 2. Runa and Takumi are the parents of Nathanael and Emilia and the adoptive parents of Gael. Runa was my first spellcaster within the story and that was by chance - that's at least what is known so far ...

𝑩𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒎 𝒍𝒆𝒇𝒕: Mamoru and Siri Out. Mamoru is Takumi's twin whereas Siri is Runa's. Siri and Runa are the biological children of Björn, but not of Cecilia. Björn had a fling with the mother of the girls shortly before he met Cecilia. But since their mother couldn't take care of them, they grew up with Björn and Cecilia from early age on.

𝑻𝒐𝒑 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕: Tarje and Fiona Out. Tarje is Siri's and Runa's younger brother. Especially Fiona had to struggle a lot until she got her happily ever after with Tarje.

𝑴𝒊𝒅𝒅𝒍𝒆 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕: Eilin Out and Anjuli Watson. Eilin is Tarje's twin (yes, a lot of twins here 🤭) and they're children of Björn and Cecilia. Eilin had a fling with Anjuli's older brother Kiran and fell in love with Anjuli later on. Anjuli and Kiran are grandchildren of EA premade family Watson.

𝑩𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒎 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕: Hayate and Brianna Holland. Hayate is the younger brother of Takumi and Mamoru and he's also a twin. But I never played his twin sister Yukiko much, so 👀🤷🏻‍♀️ ... Brianna is Fionas older sister, she's a bit aloof and intellectual but fell in love with Hayate after a longer time of penpalship and after Hayate discovered her love for music. Hayate is concert pianist and violinist.

𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲:

Just a bonus, because I like it 🙂 And because the other one is a bit too small and dark. Again Runa, Takumi and Runa's familiar Brân.

Btw if someone needs such a pose for the cauldron, just take one for a counter. I did that in this case and as you can see it fits perfectly 🙂

I debated sharing this, but it's too good not to share. Doing it in one post seems best too...

Anyways...

I was working with my nephew the day before Thanksgiving. My nephew is nonverbal (as far as words. He communicates through sounds) with cerebral palsy. I was feeling some type of way (comfort seeking) and I asked my nephew, "Do you want to watch baby girl Jack Russell with me?"

The smile on that child's face I swear! (He's 7 btw)

Of course I'm dying like, oh my god he wants to watch that for the thousandth time with me I'm so happy, sort of situation.

But it prompted me to ask my nephew, "Do you like it when I call Jack Russell baby girl? Baby girl Jack Russell."

My nephew's reaction:

I'm about to be on the floor like...

My heart is so happy!!!! 😩

So we did watch the movie and my nephew ABSOLUTELY LOVES JACK AND TED. He loves that they're my new comfort characters too haha.

Okay next subject.

The day after Thanksgiving, per usual, my family and I are celebrating Thanksgiving.

My great aunt's apparently are asking DEEP questions to my mom and cousin. I just returned from the bathroom when I'm informed of the question by my mom.

The question: "If you could invite anyone to Thanksgiving, who would you invite?"

Me personally... That's A LOADED QUESTION. Because based on what I answer I know I'll get dumped on with questions and teasing.

My cousin asks, "Do they have to be alive?"

My great aunt, "yes."

I'm freaking out internally like shit... Shit... Shit... Shit... Shit... Shit!! Hahaha

Tell me why my brain IMMEDIATELY said:

The short King.

My brain refused to think of anyone else!!

After ten minutes (roughly) of avoiding giving an answer.

My mom looks at me and asks, "So? Bucky Barnes?"

Yes the man I love and ruined my life first.

NOPE DIDN'T THINK ABOUT HIM ONCE!

Me (a little embarrassed): "Uh actually I thought of the short King..."

My mom "which short King? THE SHORT KING?"

I'm sorry what other short King!? We only know ONE SHORT KING MA'AM...

My great aunt's and my cousin: "Who is that?"

Me: "Uh it's..."

My mom (already about to Google him): "how do you spell his name?"

Me: (spelling it out from memory 😅😅)

My mom: "HE'S SO CUTE!!" (passing her phone around)

My cousin says, "Oh yeah he is cute. But I expected her to say Namor."

Me: *internally dying* "Oh..."

(when did that happen!? Because I sent y'all Tiktoks of him being fucking hilarious and cute!? Damn I got a new man suddenly... News to me! 😂)

I ALMOST FORGOT (yes this is worth shouting) MY COUSIN ABSOLUTELY LOVES GAEL'S EYES!! SHE IMMEDIATELY GUSHED, "HIS EYES ARE SO PRETTY!"

Me across the table happily says, "I KNOW!!" 😍😍

My mom sitting between us says, "RIGHT!?"

Hey! Im really glad you like it. I think the dance of the dragons, its inevitable, so all of my fics in that series do lead up to that :( They are all one-shots, but I never discard the idea of writing maybe two/three parts

These are my headcanons for Samwell and Rhaenyra's marriage:

-They have their first daughter Visella, way too early. Rhaenyra gets pregnant on their wedding night, and Visella is a premature baby, leading to rumors that Rhaenyra is not a maiden and that Visella is technically a bastard.

-Rhaenyra realizes she does love Samwell, when she goes to take Visella on her first ride on Syrax, mere days after her birth and he does not protest. He just replies that he knows she will never put their child in danger and she has his full trust in knowing what is best, and Rhaenyra just goes "shit, I love him"

-Samwell has loved her ever since she defended him to the court. It "he fell first, she fell harder"

-They put out having their second child, just because they get really into having their own time together and managing politics in court. They have their second child, Rhaegal, five years after Visella.

-Visella is a very serious and dutiful child. Viserys says she resembles his aunt Gael, in the sense that she is pale and small, but she has big dark eyes like her paternal grandmother. Really into the weirdwood, so there are some rumors that she is a witch. Hatches Vermax. She wants to be like her aunt Alyssanne when she grows up.

-Rhaegal is the king's favorite, Rhaenyra even believes she loves him, more than her. He is very sensible, and is nicknamed around the court as "little shadow" because he is always silent and trailing behind Viserys . They spent most of their time reading about Valyria, and building the model. There are rumors, that he will be placed above his sister regarding inheritance, but that never happens. He does not hatch a dragon, and instead claims one.

-They have a third child, I have not decided on a name, but he/she is born around the time that Laena passes away, and we get to driftmark
