g3 core seven! This was one of those other old g5 concept styles at first but now ive made it my own >w< Many of these designs ive done for them can be found here!

This blog is exactly what I need, because I’ve been trying to find this one toy I used to own for ages. I think she came in a Happy Meal a lil before G4 started, and I always called her Lily Blossom but I’m unsure if this was a name I made up or not. She was two tones of purple, one for her body and a lighter(?) one for her mane, and her cutie mark was, naturally, a lily. Does this line up with any existing toys? I’ve grown worried I just wildly misremembered her, but I’m also just not great at finding things haha

With all of these factors I want to say we're looking at Cheerilee from the G3.5 Mcdonald's toyline in 2009 as that would be the last line before G4 released. She has a purple coat and a lighter purple/pink colour for her mane, but a darker purple for her tail, green eyes and her cutiemark is a flower.

There is also the possibility that the pony you are looking for came out in the 2008 McDonald's line, which featured G3 versions of Wisteria (below);

and Cheerilee (below) ; both having purple coats and pink/purpley manes and flowers for cutie marks. Although Cheerilee's mane is a darker purple in this line with a light pink streak.

The Mane 6 designs I did previously were too much fun so I decided to do it with G3 ponies as well, featuring the Core 7. 

Hell I’m even planning to do a G5 version next as I write

looking back at it I think it's kind of funny how much I managed to misinterpret G3 Rarity's role

for the longest time I thought she was an actual princess of Unicornia, with Cheerilee being the queen of it, but in reality she was just a princess for one event (as in the entire "first rainbow of the season" shabang)

won't stop me from headcanoning that Cheerilee is in charge of the Crystal Rainbow Castle tho :3
