I'm really curious soo yahh
I'm short (I fucking hate it). I love dying my hair (it's purple right now)I'm really socially awkward I love animals. I tend to get kinda loud without relising, I love reading and swimming, and one of my favorite things is being around people and doing different things just being next to them
Friend or ship I don't mind either
Everything in me is so tempted to say Ice because why not and also because I wanna give him some attention. But he doesn't really have a set personality and he's dead so I'm not going with ice.
Again, Slush was tempting but he's too much of an asshole for me to even think of suggesting him! But then I thought "what about his two batchmates?"
So starting off with Fuze, he's not particularly social to begin with so you being socially awkward isn't really a problem. He'd much rather sit with his experiments then socialise, Bubbles typically drags him away. I don't think he'd have much of a problem with you getting kinda loud without realising, he may not even bring it up. If he's not messing around with his experiments, he'd probably love to sit down and read so that's always a bonus. Even though he's awkward around people and doesn't enjoy being around people if he doesn't have to. However, he doesn't mind just sitting in silence with those he's actually comfortable with as long as he's doing something. I feel like he could work as friend or ship, whatever you'd prefer.
Bubbles is an option but he's loud, super social he's a mess honestly. Think of Glowstick but a little more hyperactive. He's loud too, he isn't always aware of this. Just tell him to be quiet and he'll listen so don't worry too much. But I don't want to repeat what I said about Fuze in his section.
Bubbles would definitely find it really cool that you dye your hair. And I don't think your height would bother either of them. Ice would find it adorable!
#i might do another oc ship ask game?#oc: ice#oc: fuze#oc: bubbles#blue posts#blue's ocs#blue's oc rambles#blue's asks#blue answers#from the galaxy

I've threatened in the past to write a post about Spahr's passive narrative role, and I'm finally getting around to it because I've been talking to several folks about him and that passivity recently. I've covered this topic in broad level and as a specific element regarding Spahr in 1.18: A Good Man and in 2.11: Inside. I recommend reading that post as a companion piece to this, though you'll recognize a lot of quoting here of that post.
His passivity (as a narrative role) can be broadly divided into two categories: him not taking action for various reasons, and his mere presence being something that incites reaction.
The latter is a smaller category. Lark and Fuze see his ship arrive on Midst, then scramble to move and change the circumstances of the situation before he has time to do anything: Fuze by promptly writing a letter to arrange a meeting, Lark by murdering Fuze. Phineas reacts to his arrival at the cabaret before he does anything at all. Spahr's presence is, on its own, powerful. It's noteworthy that all three of these instances do not react to Spahr as a person, really. He's simply a looming concept. The Prime Consector Jonas Spahr, a concept of a man. While this is a smaller category, it does create a problem of a lack of agency for Spahr. (Put a pin in the concept of agency for a moment.) In these moments, Spahr is less an active agent within the narrative and more simply an inciting incident. He does not really ACT when he arrives on Midst (setting Fuze and Lark to act) or when he arrives in the cabaret (setting Phineas to act), he simply exists in the space. Jonas Spahr arrives, and others drive the plot in reaction, but he does not get to act. The event happens in reaction to him but without his input, and it goes on without waiting for him to do anything at all.
The former, him not taking action, is a much larger category, and it collects a lot of different things. But, at the heart of it, it is about Spahr's own inaction or failure to take action. This happens for a variety of reasons, ranging from purposefully ignoring what is happening in front of him to a failure to commit including out of fear, concern for his position, or other inability to speak up. As a result, his role in the narrative is a generally passive one that largely centers on watching and observing. It's the first thing he does as a player in this story. He steps back and watches how Phineas handles the Ginsberg situation, and the narrators remind us four separate times in 1.03: Mica:
Thing is, Spahr does a lot of watching but, until more recently, doesn't really SEE all that often. He is for a long time a passive, immovable, unreadable observer to events as the eyes of God the Trust. He is that witness for much of events he's involved in, for... well, worse. After Phineas attacks Sherman, Spahr himself is quick to identify this problem with himself in 2.02: Ascendancy, that he is watching and looking but he is, perhaps intentionally, not seeing and noticing:
Worse than simply watching: he ALLOWS. He ignores the signs of Phineas's desperation, so that he doesn't need to do anything. He allows Imelda to convince him to leave Phineas behind on Midst. He allows Imelda to push him into making a statement about how fine things are on Midst. He allows Hieronymous to pressure him into bending the rules. He allows Imelda to torture Weepe (he allows Imelda to do a lot of things), and he feels like he's allowed the circumstances for Weepe to become Tripotentiary. He doesn't defend himself at his court-martial. He allows Costigan talk to him however she wants. He allowed the Upper Trust to conclude that Phineas should be fired if he didn't immediately improve.
That last one is contentious, and having to explain why I interpret it that way is useful to unpacking the crux of Spahr's central flaw here. (A case study, if you will.) Many interpret that it is Spahr's idea to threaten to fire Phineas as a motivator, but given the pattern created by every other incident in the list, I don't agree. Spahr deeply struggles with disagreeing with those in positions of power and influence over him. He carries out, dutifully and without complaint, the orders given to him because he lacks the will to resist or to refuse. (Again, he doesn't even fight for himself against the Upper Trust.) I think of Spahr casually mentioning he was ordered not to help and his stumbling panic when Phineas is fearful. Because of this, it doesn't track for me the idea that Spahr formulated this idea to fire Phineas.
It feels much more in keeping with his character and the details of his behavior during the scene—and with his established shortcomings and timidity and his tendency to quietly allow and carry out what he does not want—that the Upper Trust decided this and Spahr could not bring himself to fight it and instead chose to carry out his orders against Phineas. For me, it more coheres if he abdicated the responsibility onto Phineas and asked him to do the impossible, shifting the burden from himself to Phineas, all because he couldn't summon conviction, because he lacked the courage to disagree and the spine to stand for what he believes or wants. Case in point toward this interpretation: the scene in the Arca.
Season two is about Spahr realizing that he allows. We see it as he begins to process having abandoned Phineas and having not stopped Imelda:
Spahr is someone whose role is largely passive, both within the Trust systems and within the narrative. Just as much as he is to be seen, he is also very much here to see—and to refuse to see. He makes himself a passive witness to these horrors and allows them, silent and impassive and watching. He can try to intervene, last minute, but he's already facilitated this. The cabaret, the Arca. Even Sherman feeling he needed to take Weepe's deal, with Spahr moving after it is all said and done, is a lighter echo of these two scenes. To quote myself: "it's been asked of him: What are you refusing to see, Jonas? What horrors and brutalities are you allowing to happen? Will you always be intervening much too late?"
Ultimately, Spahr struggles with agency. In the interest of space, I refer to this post collecting episode quotes on the topic. He chafes against the idea that he doesn't have his own authority and is being maneuvered around by the political players in the Trust—but at the same time, he defers his own agency and maintains his own inaction and passivity. It's an incredibly interesting contradiction. He is afraid to fight, to resist, to intervene, and he is unable to find the conviction or the mettle or the spine. He's stood by, he's pushed it onto others like Phineas, he's ignored the signs, he's arrived too late, he's remained silent, he's paralyzed with fear, he's refused to refuse. He, well, does as he is told because he can't bring himself to defy his orders. He yields, every time. His role in this narrative thus far is defined by the fact that he does not act, that he chooses not to act or see, that he is frozen in place by fear or status, that even when he does try to act he cannot complete the action for some reason, that events are passing him by. He has yet to successfully take an effective, decisive, active action because he is locked in place—by circumstance, by more active agents, most of all by his constant decision to aquiesce. He always chooses not to muster the courage to do something hard, difficult, and costly for what he believes is right while the fight still means something, before it is too little, too late. Weepe is right: the Trust had him on a leash, and he was very willing to heel.
Spahr's greatest sin is that he has repeatedly allowed all this. Hopefully, before this is all over, he'll find the strength to refuse to keep doing so. Dig in his heels and refuse to do as told.
#Spahr learn to say “no” or “fuck off” or “I won't” or any variant of that challenge. I am begging. Sir. Stop allowing and enabling things.#I've been writing this over the weekend after convos with several people and I'm :/ about it but I'm traveling so it is what it is.#I have to hit post to free up mental bandwidth for other stuff. I have a new Spahr post inspired by a conversation last night to write.#Jonas Spahr#Midst#Midst podcast#Midst things#Midst Cosmos

Welcome back, nonnie!
OKay, so, you asked for some of my Glaz/Kapkan favorites, so here they are. Mind you, that doesn't mean these people don't have more glazkan fics, or that you can't find more good stuff searching on the AO3 tag, just that these are some of my all time faves. Also, I didn't rec any of mine cause I cannot chose, I love all of mine since they were written especifically about what I enjoy, lmao.
Okay, enough yapping, here are the recs:

Found this in my drafts, and I maybe meant to do more with it, but:
Talking to my friend who's caught up to Midst now, and thinking about Lark's story of how and why she killed Maximilian Loxlee.
In S1 E13 "Loose Ends", when she kills Fuze:
Narrator 1: (Fuze) “Well…” he says to her, his voice going quieter, “I suppose… it’s nice of you, at least… not to bludgeon ME to death…” Narrator 2: (Lark) “I would never do that… to YOU.” Narrator 1: (Fuze) “You know, I always did used to think… you seemed like such a nice young kid…”
And then in S3 E4 "Foundation" when she's talking of the factory they worked at (trimmed):
..."[Loxlee] was a regular visitor to the manufacturing islet. He liked to strut around and watch the assembly lines, the fuse braiding stations, the glass blowers. He really liked to visit testing, though. My mom and I worked in testing" .... "Whenever Mr. Loxlee showed up, he’d send everyone else away except my mom. Sometimes I’d sneak up on the catwalk above the testing vats and watch them, but most of the time I was happy to get out of there. Mr. Loxlee… scared me. He scared most of us there. He loved talking to my mom though. That’s the real reason he came to visit testing so much: just to talk to her."
Then:
"At some point I realized there were people, a few people watching from the doorway. I don’t know exactly when they showed up, but… I knew they saw what I did. They were kind of frozen and seemed just as scared of me as I was of them. I knew who some of them were, there was this nice guy from the… fuse assembly department."
And:
"We just kind of stared at each other for a moment, and then they all ran off, and I knew I had to go. I ran out the back way to shipping, I grabbed some of my mom’s things, and I got inside one of the lightbulb crates that was about to ship out."
Everyone in the factory knew Maximilian. Everyone knew his temper. Everyone was scared of him. Everyone knew he spent time alone with Clara's mother.
Why did no one stop her from escaping? There was plenty of time and opportunity, if she went to get her mother's belongings first.
And when it was over, where was Mom during and after all this? What would make nice little Clara do such a thing? Oh no...
They absolutely knew Loxlee had done something terrible--and that none of them would be believed. Clara was probably terrifying in her rage and grief, sure--but still also a 13 year old girl who'd gotten the jump on Loxlee. Also: that's Lark's assumption of their reactions, filtered through 50 years of memory.
And those others perhaps feared what would happen to her, even if her reaction was justified. What would the Trust to do them, for not stopping her from killing the Most Valorous Mr. Loxlee, from standing there watching this kid kill the man they feared?
So what do you do? Let the terrifying child who just killed your terrifying boss escape. Play dumb. Pin it on the missing woman and/or her daughter, and pray they don't drown everyone in more Caenum--or worse.
50 years later, Fuze knew if it came down to it, Lark would kill him to survive--and he always understood why. In the end, his fear of the Trust was stronger, as it had been that day in their youths in the factory.

The idea that "no man is an island" seems to be one of the central thematic ideas of Midst. Ideas of how individuals impact society and society impacts individuals, the need of individuals for community, and the strength people can get from togetherness and support are all major themes across the work.
To the first point, how individuals impact society is something the Trust obsessively tries to enumerate and quantify. Ideally, prosocial actions will accrue Valor and asocial actions will accrue Caenum but we've seen how the Trust's definition of "asocial actions" includes anything that places any amount of burden on society like buying food or accepting help. We've also seen how the Trust has effected the individuals that live within it. Phineas' desperation that eventually drove him to torture Sherman Guthrie and Spahr's obsessive perfectionism are both the result of how the Trust constantly pushes individuals to keep working and keep working to accrue Valor and to avoid Caenum by any means necessary. Even Lark, who left the Trust 50 years ago, still frames the morality of actions in terms of objective good and objective bad, of Valor and Caenum, only she believes they cannot ever cancel each other out as a result of her experience living on the run after murdering Maximilian Loxlee.
On the topic of Lark, and coming to the second point, as much as she tries to deny that she desires genuine human connection even she eventually comes to realize that it was this desire and need that lead her to murder Fuze Peabody. She'd built connections in Midst; with Sherman, with Tzila, even with Landlord. And even as she kept them at a distance these connections were valuable enough to her to kill for. Likewise, Phineas and Spahr were/are so miserable in the Trust because their social situation and relentless pursuit of Valor has resulted in them lacking in significant social relationships outside of each other and even that relationship is heavily mediated by the Upper Trust. Weepe, despite being generally extremely self-centred and having gleefully sold everyone in the Black Candle Cabaret to the Trust for a payday still calls out to Saskia as he's being tortured by Imelda Goldfinch, because despite everything he was willing to do to her she's still someone he had a genuine connection to.
And these connections are shown to give the characters of Midst a strength they wouldn't have on their own. Phineas and Spahr are experiencing parallel character arcs but as of the last time we saw each of them Phineas was doing better than ever and Spahr was doing worse than ever. Something which is in no small part due to the fact that Phineas was able to get support and help in leaving the Trust and navigating morality beyond the Trust's teachings from the Mothers, Baron Kozma Lazlo, and Lark while Spahr has been left to get increasingly uncomfortable with the Trust on his own. Lark's attempts to evade capture by the Trust and rescue Sherman from it would not be progressing nearly so well (or really at all) if she hadn't listened to her precognitive abilities when they told her to stick with Phineas. He was the reason she was able to get off Midst before the Consectors came looking for her and remain informed and fed on Kozma's ship; now in the Highest Light he's her source of supplies and disguise. And Phineas for his part needs Lark, too. She constantly challenges him on his stance and convictions and as a result he's becoming ever more certain in his choices.
Midst as a work is focused on the individual within a collective and the importance of that collective to the individual. It is any wonder, then, that the most significant antagonistic force in the piece is one which uses the fact that individuals exist in societies and impact each other as a way to create such a horrific system as the Trust.

These are my personal headcanons for all of them <3. Most are just based on feel so... there won't be much elaboration or reasoning
Starting with the attackers...
Sledge- Bi/Pan.
Thatcher- Omni? I mean, Thermtcher, but i feel like otherwise he's straight.
Ash- Aromantic lesbian. Didn't get into the Lesbian post bc I hate (most) Ash mains.
Thermite- Gay/Bi. I definitely ship Thermtcher, more because I find it funny than anything else.
Montange- Straight.
Twitch- Not sure? Like, I don't get Aro or Ace vibes from her, I'm not sure she'd be a lesbian, and I'm not sure she'd be straight, either. Maybe Demi...

IQ- Lesbian, possibly aromantic.

Karui!
favorite thing about them
That she has a tint of anxiety. It’s not nearly as bad as Omoi but girl almost lost her mind thinking she destroyed Konoha and it was amazing
least favorite thing about them
Ummm, not sure we see her enough to have a least favorite. Might be her short temper but that’s a problem of kishi writting almost all his female characters with short tempers. At least with Karui when we meet her i can understand why she’s on such a short fuze (she thinks her sensei is dead. That’s gonna upset a person)
favorite line
‘Hmoh, it’s just war. No worries no worries’
Girl please 😭😭😭
brOTP
Karui and Omoi. More of them please
OTP
Karui/Choji. Do i care that they didn’t get a lot of build up (or any) no. They’re ADORABLE
nOTP
Ohhh tough choice cuz i haven’t seen one i dislike. Maybe Omoi/Karui cuz i’m tired of every teammate being shipped just cuz they’re teammates.
random headcanon
Karui gets along the best with Hinata out of all of the Konoha girls. Her and Ino clash a lot on how they think their kids should be trained, but Hinata reminds her a bit of Omoi (but obv diffrent in her own ways) and is super chill to hang out with.
Karui also loves to go out to the field to pick flowers.
unpopular opinion
I think her beating up Naruto was warrented. She went to Konoha for info and while i understand why Naruto refused to give up that info, i also understand why that upset Karui so much that she took his offer to take her anger out on him.
song i associate with them
Missing an angel by Johnny Reid
favorite picture of them
Shems gorgeous and i love her

⚠️New orbimite!!!⚠️
His name is Fuze, and he's mosquito based 🦟
He lived on a planet with a very large mosquito-orbi population. Big fight for survival type of place. He took off as soon as he could find a way to, and the Bug Jug picked him up from a pitt-stop planet. Only drinks from red-blooded creatures, and for the most part, orbimites don't have red blood. Possible cannibal but nobody knows for sure. He is also Opal's medical assistant on the ship!

Cursed Ocean
(Pt. 3)
Tonight's Dinner got prepared quickly and swiftly thanks to Elvira, the men left her to her divides alone in the kitchen while they stayed up deck. All she could think for dinner was a German dish from her home country, to make up for the fact that now she was beginning to feel homesick. How could she be so arrogant? She should've listened to Klaus, and become more vigilant while in the Ocean. But at this point… It was all inevitable, the men were waiting rather impatiently in the dining room. The doors opened and Elvira finally arrived with the large pot in hand, luckily the chains on her feet were long around so she could move around with ease.
The Flying Dutchman had a pretty large crew; The ship had; Jackal, Knight, Naga, Fuze, and other notable members. Including those who had joined long before the main four arrived. All together the ship had seventeen crew members and a lot of mouths to feed.
"Finally, you've arrived." Naga simply commented, he was far too hungry. It was a long day for everyone. And the thought of food was already in mind.
Elvira didn't say anything to Naga, she placed the large pot down and began to pour the stew into the bowls for everyone. She handed the first bowl to the Captain, before handing it out to the others.
"What the hell is this?" One of the crew mates commented looking down at the bowl in complete disgust.
"It's a German dish from my home, enjoy." Elvira said to the men turning to walk away leaving the pot there so they could have as many portions as they wanted.
"I'm not eating this piece of shit." The bowl was smashed to the ground along with the stew going everywhere, a few crew members followed the same gesture too.
As Elvira was about to leave she heard the bowls drop to the floor, biting her tongue and refusing to say anything out of line. She went over to the bowls that were on the floor, beginning to pick them up. Animals. Was the only word that was running through her mind.
"You should've just killed her." One commented from the table to Stitch as he ate his food, which earned a few chuckles here and there.
Elvira knew this would happen, which is shy she already had other food already prepared. After a couple of minutes she returned with a different plate of food this time, placing it down in front of those who threw their food on the floor like children.
"Will this finally satisfy you now?" Elvira questioned them, she watched the rest of them eat their food. They still ate, even if they didn't like it at all. She remained in the room with them, cleaning the mess on the floor making sure there were no traces of food, and that the men had plenty to drink.
One by one the men finished eating and went back to the docks, at some point Stitch left to go back to his Cabin. Soon enough, Elvira was alone. She cleaned the mess on the table, and by stacks she took the cups, bowls, the plates and cutlery down to the kitchen to clean up. The stew she cooked earlier had just enough for a small bowl, and that was her dinner for tonight.
At that point Elvira was alone in the kitchen, while everyone was up on the main part of the ship. She had a lot of cleaning to do, an upset stomach, mixed emotions and her feeling weak as ever. She wasn't hungry but she knew she had to eat, her ankles started to ache because of the chains around them.
Elvira felt alone. Even if she was in a shop full of other people, nothing would ever mount to her own crew members. Seeing them killed like a pack of wild dogs right in front of her own eyes, she promised… She promised Ulrich that she herself would be the best of the best. Well it didn't end so well.
Throughout the night Elvira eavesdropped on a few conversations, at least now she knew what the crew liked and what they didn't like in terms of food. If only they would've told her upfront, instead of being childish about it.
The next day went on much smoothly now she knew what they liked and didn't like. Elvira didn't know where they were going at sea, she didn't even bother to ask. They were somewhere in the Pacific, to her… They could be going anywhere in the world. Breakfast went smoothly, so did lunch and now it was dinner time.
Elvira got a request from the Captain himself to have food brought to him to his Cabin this time, something small and light since he was feeling a little bit peckish for dinner. Doing so she made a small plate of food for him approaching over to his Cabin, knocking on the door waiting for a reply.
"Enter." Stitch spoke from the otherside, when Elvira heard his voice she entered through the door and closed it behind her. Approaching over to the table, placing the plate of food down. "For you Captain." From the corner of her eye, she could see the key resting upon the desk. The exact same key that could open his chest… As tempting as it was to take it, yet she saw no satisfaction from it. The so called adventure she craves to get that key, it didn't mean anything anymore.
"Thank you." Stitch simply replied, he stayed silent momentarily before finally looking up at her. "Surely you must have a name right?" He was a little curious about their new cook he barely knew about.
"It's Elvira, Captain. Elvira Wolff." Elvira introduced herself to him, she easily assumed the back hair and green eyes weren't obvious enough.
"The name is familiar to me, Dietrich, the little kid that Ulrich took in." Stitch commented and began to eat his dinner.
Elvira nodded to his words. "He was my godfather. We are one of the most feared names of the seven seas." She replied to him, slightly proud of her family's accomplishments. Despite the many flaws.
"Hm, that may be, but it's just you now. And I do not fear you. Just so you know well." Stitch commented back to her, looking at Elvira seriously.
Elvira nodded to him in agreement. "That it is sir, it's just me…" She replied, she still couldn't believe Ulrich had already been dead for a month, tike does really fly by.
Elvira left Stitch alone in his Cabin so he could eat, she already had food cooking in the pot. That was already done, she gathered everyone so they could sit down and began to dish up everyone's bowl for dinner.
"Tell us your name, girl since you're gonna be stuck with us." One of the pirates asked, looking up at Elvira.
"Elvira Wolff." Elvira replied and served the bowls to everyone, placing all of them down individually before turning to leave.
"The offspring of Dietrich Wolff, no wonder why he abandoned you. I too would rather die, than have a daughter." He commented, everyone laughed at what he said.
Elvira didn't say anything and took the pot back before leaving the room, she became bitter and angry. Trying to keep all of her emotions at bay so she wouldn't lash out at them, she managed to contain herself and headed down to the kitchen. It was becoming more difficult trying to control her emotions by the hour, it had only been a day since everything that happened after all. Things like this would take months to even get used to.
She took the time to compose herself while the others ate, she took the time to eat herself before beginning to clean up from the mess in the dining room and to collect Stitch's plate too. Elvira spent an hour down in the kitchen cleaning everything up, from up on the shop she heard someone singing, men laughing and having fun.
At that point Elvira overheard that they were in need of more beer, since the keg was already empty. Seeing that there was another keg of beer, she managed to bring it over to the others.
"I heard you all wanted more beer so here you go." Elvira said standing beside the keg looking at the others.
"You should smile more, love hate seeing ya angry." Knight smiled sheepishly at her, it was clear he was extremely drunk already wreaking alcohol.
Elvira glared at him with utter disgust. "I won't smile for you" She turned and walked away but Knight grabbed her wrist firmly, not wanting to let her go.
"I'm not going to take an-" Knight then got punched in the face, so much force that it sent him down onto the ground. His nose began to bleed because of it, he groaned in pain and the others helped him up.
"Speak to me like that again, I'll throw you over the deck." Elvira pointed down to Knight with anger and fury in her eyes, she then looked to the others. "That goes for all of you, dare to disrespect me again… I'll kill you in your sleep." She then walked back to the kitchen.
Soon enough Stitch heard about the commotion and headed down to the kitchen approaching towards to Elvira. "What the hell happened back there? You have no right attacking my crew mates." He grabbed her by the arms firmly.
"And maybe that crew mates of yours should learn some manners first, he grabbed me first and I retaliated." Elvira glared up at him before shoving him away from her. "It doesn't give you the right to do the same thing as well." She sighed in frustration.
"Tomorrow we're going to attack a ship, and you're going to join us. And maybe, we'll find someone else to join the kitchen so you'll feel less lonely." He commented, Elvira didn't know whether he was joking or not, but either way she didn't care. Yearing his heels turned on his boots as he headed back up to the ship.
Elvira simply nodded to his words, not even wanting to speak to him anymore. When she was finally alone she placed her hand over her face, sighing softly before laying her head down upon the table. It was another long night for Elvira.
The thunderstorm was harsh that very next evening, The Flying Dutchman was waiting for the opportunity to strike the very ship they saw in the distance the rain violently pouting down. Beneath the waters was Stitch's beloved pet, Kraken. Attacking the ship that was just ahead of them. Ripping the woods of the ship to shreds, their cannons firing non stop to kill the Kraken to no avail. It didn't work.
Stitch's men laughed at how they saw the ship and it's poor sailors struggle, however Elvira didn't laugh. All she could think about was how it happened to her too. She shook her head a little and looked away.
"Here." Stitch handed over Elvira's pistols she had before she got captured, he waited for her to take them.
"Danke…" Elvira spoke softly, she gently took the pistols from him and held them. She looked down at her beloved pistols before seeing the Kraken had done its job and the Shop was no longer moving.
The Flying Dutchman approached over to the wreckage, his crew were the first ones to get off immediately, Elvira followed after and so did Stitch. His men grabbed the remaining sailors who had unfortunately survived from the Kraken, and aligned them up in a line for Stitch.
While others began to steal supplies, treasure to take them back up on the ship. A loud gunshot had been heard, and Stitch grunting in pain a little, after that there was a moment of pure silence. Stitch grabbed Elvira and took her over to the sailors who were lined up; There were only four survivors left.
"Kill one of them, Wolff." Stitch gestured to the sailors who were right in front of her, clearly begging for his life. He didn't want to die. "Kill him." Stitch ordered.
"Please… Don't do this…" The sailor begged looking up to Elvira, hoping that she would give him the chance.
"I'm sorry, it's better this way..." Elvira responded, she realised her pistol at the man. Closing her eyes she pulled the trigger and his body dropped dead.
"Well done." Stitch laughed. "The rest of you are coming with me!" And with that the three survivors got taken back onto the Flying Dutchman, where they would begin their work.
As they got back up on the ship, watching it sink into the sea. Elvira saw that Stitch was bleeding from his side. "You're bleeding." She said softly.
"It happens, the man who you killed did this to me. He didn't deserve to live." Stitch didn't seem phased to the fact he had been shot.
"I can remove the bullet for you Captain?" Elvira offered to Stitch, he simply nodded to her. She got the medical kit that had all the supplies she needed, before heading into the Cabin. Seeing that he was taking his jacket and top off, Elvira felt her blush heating up her cheeks, simply clearing her throat.
Sitting herself down near Stitch seeing the many scars he had endured in the past, Elvira kept her head down and began to clean and stitch up the wound so it wouldn't bleed anymore. Soon enough Elvira finished mending his wound, cleaning her hands and throwing the bullet away.
"Thank you, Elvira." It was all Stitch said, gently he put his shirt back on along with his jacket, he raised sitting down to treat a little.
"You're welcome, Captain." Elvira closed the box that had the medical supplies, standing up from her seat and headed over to the door and exited the Cabin.
Meanwhile . . .
"Sir… A dire situation needs your attention, I just got word that Elvira's ship had never arrived at the docks. I can only assume the worst that she may be lost at sea. Or…"
"Or?" The man questioned back, waiting for his answer. He stared out the window with his back against the sailor.
"Or captured by the flying Dutchman, sir."
The man in question, being Adler himself took a moment to let it all sink in he turned and looked at his sailor, he nodded in understandment. This was a dire situation indeed. "Gather the men, go out there and search for her. No matter how long it takes." He spoke with a matter of urgency.

Short Kapkan ramble because I know I shitpost about him, but he's genuinely one of my favorite characters. As are most of the foundational members of Rainbow, but LISTEN THIS IS ABOUT KAPKAN-
The fact he's a natural mentor is fucking delightful to me, and I love to think that he and Montagne share stories and teaching methods. His fascination with the mind and how people become leaders or followers is just Neat and it makes me wonder how he settled into the team and if he prefers a leadership role or if he prefers to sit back and observe others
He and Bandit are also really neat because they've both been undercover to take down organized crime, and Kapkan was YOUNG when he did that.
I also find it really neat how he and Glaz go hand in hand even in a non-ship sense. Like, yes, absolutely they're husbands, but the fact that they're both voices of reason and level-headed patient people makes me really happy for some reason? Especially when Tachanka has such a loud personality and Fuze is outright quiet outside of his CTU ( Glaz specifically ). They're both excellent at hostage rescue and I just want more content of them in general-
I don't know, the fact Kapkan is just. Canonly such a curious man who ENJOYS solving problems and exploring the mind is delightful to me. He seems like someone who would be fantastic to learn from.

for Midst: 💜 (😌) and also 📖 specifically cuz I wanna know which episode of this incredibly economical show you think is least load-bearing
unpopular opinion ask game
💜: Which character is way hotter than everyone else seems to think?
To quote Sara: Imogen Loxlee is a CATCH.
Now, because I know you sent this on purpose after our exchange on the post where I said Imogen CritRole is NOT as hot as everyone seems to think, I'll also say that the women in purple and yellow in Imelda's brunch group, presumably Desiree (fancy shoes) and Lucille (process of elimination) are also hot.
📖: If you had to remove one book episode from the series, which would you choose?
I'm taking this as wholesale removal, cannot transfer or shift any of its contents into another episode, but subsequent episodes are altered slightly to account for stuff like "so it's been mentioned before that—" to properly accommodate that the information is NOW brand new. This is tough because the series is still ongoing, and things are being continuously revisited and paid off all the time.
I'd go with 1.09: Convert. The episode establishes Concord confirming the cabaret is the center of the Breach via the arrival of the stealth ship, how Valor accounts work, and Imelda REALLY pressuring Weepe to open an account. I do think that losing Concord and Imelda here would fuck the pacing a little bit, but I don't think it'll fuck things TOO much because Concord recaps everything in 1.12: Coda only a couple of episodes later (after a brief appearance in 1.10: Trust) and we do see Imelda in 1.05: Missions and 1.15: Accounting (Convert being the halfway point between there to remind us that this subplot is ongoing) and she's already laying it on THICK and Weepe is very much considering it already in Missions. The pacing and tension will be a little uneven if you remove Convert, but I think it's manageable and not as much of a hurdle compared to taking out other episodes. We'd very much lose something in terms of pacing and rhythm and tension and you'd definitely feel it missing, but I don't think it's insurmountable.
I did also almost consider 1.04: Fold, but we lose the Lark and Fuze tension and the Fuze and Tzila relationship, and those are much bigger hits to the pacing and emotional continuity.

Hey Kiki would you be interested in Kapkan x Lion hentai with Russian folk song-themed nipple manipulation and baguette roleplay?
There are not enough words in any language to convey my knee-jerk hell no reaction, nonnie, sorry 😅
I'm afraid I'm only interested in Kapkan bottoming for Glaz and/or Tachanka, and that's it. I accept Fuze in the mix for poly!spetsnaz but I don't really even ship him with Kapkan (same as I don't ship Glaz and Tachanka either). I'm picky as hell with my ships 🤷
I'll confess I'm curious about what "baguette roleplay" entails... Do they pretend to be bread? Is it a subgenre of vore kink?? 😂

The SC 1800 (Sprengbombe Cylindrisch 1800) or cylindrical explosive bomb was a general-purpose bomb used by the Luftwaffe during World War II.
The SC 1800 had a single piece forged and machined steel body and was similar to the preceding SC 1200 in construction.
The bomb was usually filled with a mixture of 40% amatol and 60% Trotyl, but when used as an anti-shipping bomb it was filled with Trialen 105, a mixture of 15% hexogen, 70% Trotyl and 15% aluminium powder.
The SC 1800 had a single transverse fuze unlike the central fuze of the SC 1200. The SC 1800 tail assembly had four diagonally braced tail fins while the SC 1800B had a circular braced tail ring.
Inside the bomb casing there was a reinforced H-type suspension lug and it could be horizontally suspended in a bomb bay or horizontally mounted on a fuselage hardpoint.
