bad opinion or whatever . i don’t give a FUUUUUCKKKKKK about azaelia banks being hateful in any way. she’s been every single type of “bad person” in the book; racist, homophobic, misogynistic……but imo she really isn’t any of those things. she speaks with intent to shock and upset people. she chooses her language very carefully to illicit responses and evoke strong feelings. honestly it’s not that deep probably but she knows how to make people understand what she’s saying by doing that, and because people are so obsessed with being perceived as being “good” or virtuous, they recoil because they’re uncomfortable. like all that shit she said to lil nas was maybe unnecessary and hostile but her message was very much true. her delivery upsets people because she’s black and a woman. that’s it. so people pathologize her and punish her. that white lady who got huge off tiktok for her “rages” was received way more warmly, and she was similarly “hateful”. but unhinged angry womanhood is wayyyy more benign in white women i guess????? i like them both. So. It has come to my attention that @nobordersonlybuttcheeks/ @heavymetalivneedle has accused me of grooming children. Yes, you read that right. It was brought to me by a user who yes is a minor, because I am an adult they trust. All this because they share my opinions on censorship in fiction.

Let me get some things straight: I have N E V E R discussed ANYTHING of a sexual nature with a minor. I have never encouraged them to believe that any of the things I was accused of (supporting "pedophilic age gaps" for one) are normal or acceptable. I have never discussed fanfiction or it's content outside of encouraging them to write whatever the heck they feel like exploring, because fiction is a safe way to explore feelings and situations that you are curious about. My THERAPIST has said this. MANY PEOPLE'S THERAPISTS HAVE SAID THIS. Because it's TRUE. I have never told a minor to include objectionable content in their fiction, or ANY content. I've advised on exactly one fic, and that was GRAMMAR. Me making my stance on the censorship of degenerate art/objectionable content public is not a crime, and I cannot control who reads and agrees with this, much like how I cannot control who reads my work on ao3. All i can do is advise appropriately if asked, which i always do. APPROPRIATELY.

What you have accused me of is libellous, and i would be well within my rights to pursue legal action if i felt like taking that step. Instead, what I'll do is point out that minors having adults to speak to whom they trust is NOT a bad thing. Adults should guide children WHEN ASKED TO to an extent, and that's all i ever aim to do. I treat every minor i interact with as if they were my fifteen year old nephew. Your accusation does nothing but dilute the severity of TRUE grooming, much like how your constant labelling of people as "pedos" weakens the very concept. Not one thing i have ever said could constitute grooming.

And don't you DARE even think about going back to the user who told me to give them shit for telling me. Leave this kid alone. Do NOT HARASS MINORS. They told me because they trust me and KNOW I'm not doing or saying anything untoward. Let me repeat YOU HAVE ACCUSED ME OF GROOMING CHILDREN. THAT IS A SERIOUS ACCUSATION TO MAKE WITH ZERO PROOF.
