“Flaming Magician of Hermes!”

“Raise thy blade! The enemy--”

Within seconds, an aggressive shadow came sprinting towards them. A fierce spin of Anghel’s spear sent them flying through the window of a shop nearby. The sound of glass shattering didn’t seem to phase him.

“Heed my words, Magician!” Anghel looked at the street ahead of them, watching an onslaught of shadowed npcs spill out from the corner of the block. “We must not allow these enemies to breach the Gates of the Sacred Jungle!” He cast a quick look over his shoulder, showing Junpei the entrance to District Zeta. “You must join my Holy Battalion, for the cause of protecting the wounded within. Will you accept this destiny?”

Eyes locked with Junpei’s, he spoke firmly and with all the conviction of a true, hot-blooded protagonist.

“Will you join me in this Holy Crusade?!”
