MY BELLIZZI
#O1— INTRODUCTION. Fusion Spectrum
Nicole, where does the creative sense as an aspiring fashion designer start?
The spark can come from so many places—a book that inspires you, a feeling that lingers, a particular state of mind, or even the essence of a character. It’s a bit like putting together a small, intricate puzzle. There isn’t just one starting point; instead, it’s like gathering pebbles along the way, each one adding a small piece to the bigger picture. As you delve deeper into the creative process, you start to understand why those initial fragments were important. They weren’t just random—they were the foundation of something more significant. My goal is to translate these pieces into a visual language through clothes and shoes. Each of those pebbles becomes a tool that helps me express the message I want to convey.
‎And then, as if by magic, everything begins to fall into place.
What captivates me most about fashion is its power to transform. For many people, fashion represents the opportunity to become the person they’ve always dreamed of being or to step into a role they’ve never inhabited before. It’s like the story of Cinderella—through fashion, someone can completely escape their everyday life, even if just for a moment, and become someone else entirely. This transformative power is something I constantly remind myself of, especially when the fashion industry can feel overwhelming or superficial. It’s this very idea that drives me, that makes me excited to wake up each morning and create. It’s not about fitting into the mold; it’s about offering people the chance to explore new versions of themselves through what they wear.

Thank you #CognizantPh for inviting us to GooglePh's #fusionspectrum year end party. It's fun and enjoyable & the staff (shout out to Sir Joshua!) was super accommodating & they were really nice. We really appreciated the recognition you've given us. Just a small pep talk would do but you've gone this far to tell us that our act mean something for the company. Proud to be part of a company that cares for its employees & let them feel special. :-) (at Valkyrie Nightclub at The Palace)
