that was literally what i envisioned his chest would be all fluffy and frizzy n shit... i feel like when he was younger he trimmed it shorter and maintained it like that to make himself look more presentable or whatever idk but after he got older kinda just went ah fuck it and let it grow out. i kinda made all that up just neow but it works i think. sigh guy who can't button his shirt to the collar
