Recently Fukumitsuya Sake Brewery received the grand award at the Kanazawa National Taxation Bureau Sake Award of 2017 BY among Hokuriku region. The award ceremony was held on 18th April 2018, our president, Mr. Matsutaro Fukumitsu and our Toji, Mr. Kazuhiko Itaya received the prize as a representative of Ishikawa Prefecture. Proudly we have been making sake using only high-quality sake rice and mineral water from Holy Mount Hakusan since 1625.
