I’ve read about @southwestair in business books... How it’s such an efficient, profitable and a remarkable company. First time to try it and seems pretty accurate. The Captain had us give the gas tanker driver a round of applause. BUMMER! Atlanta Airport is temperarily closed down due to weather. Plane was diverted to Chattanooga. Very pretty city from what I saw in the air. Of course people are lined up for the bathroom. The Captain was trying to get by and he said, "Excuse me folks, I need to get back there to meet with the gas truck." I said to him, "That's very important. You definitely have to get through." He turned around and said to me, "Yes I need to get out the credit card and pay for some gas." He had everyone laughing! That's what I LOVE about Delta.
