Hi! I just wanted to say a little something I took note of in your bio. You said that "All Cops Are Bastards" which I totally understand man! A lot of cops are really horrendous and horrible people :( They take advantage of their authority and I wish they didn't. But actually I'm a cop, and no, I promise I'm not some gross 50 year old on tumblr. I'm actually 25, and I've been a cop for 4 years. I also promise I'm not just gonna bother your inbox with me defending the horrible acts some cops do, or other nonsense like that. I just wanted you to maybe take a step back and realize that not all cops are bad. I don't think I'm bad? In fact, I wanted to be a cop, to prove that there can be good cops out there, and to maybe start a change. I've never killed anyone of darker color, and I actually avoid using my gun as much as possible, and revert to my tazer if absolutely necessary. I just thought maybe this was something I should say, because your bio says "All Cops" meaning I'd be apart of that, I just wanted to clerify that yes, a lot of cops really are bad, and it gives us a really bad image, but not every cop is bad, like me. It's okay if you don't want to listen to this, get angry, or even find ways to tell me I'm wrong, I just wanted to get this out to you. Have a good day <3

oh yeah no. k so ACAB is supposed to be an eyecatching term that isnt literal bc it encourages ppl to remember and learn abt it. theres a specific term but like i had school today and its 1am and we are a puddle of dissociative goop so my brain is fuckin fried. anyways im not gonna change it because like even if i do believe you are a good cop, which, yknow, i kinda do? i wanna believe some of yall are trying. but i really think you should look more into it. im assuming youre white and probably cishet: PLEASE ASK ME MORE QUESTIONS OR FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LEARN THINGS!!!! if you really are trying to make a change: LEARN about defund the police, LEARN about acab, LEARN about why we do this, why we say these things, the history of it- like, for example, did you know cops started out to keep slaves in place? they didnt ever begin with "law enforcement" other than enforcement black peoples enslavement. that beginning is never, EVER, going away. that is the beginning of all cops. and anyways: 1. i dont believe you outweigh the bad and 2. i want that eyecatching phrase to CATCH. EYES. and make people ask questions. i want people to ask "why are they saying that? what the hell? what did cops do?" because then they might learn something! you asked a question, sort of, today, and i hope you learned a bit from this. have a nice night my guy.
