omg so like,,, i had a birthday party (idk what birthday it was lol but i think around og fearless era??) my best friend at the time just like was singing the chorus to “you belong with me” i guess and she taught me the lyrics and i think that caused me to look up the music video and stuff and be obsessed with the song lol 

it probably wasn’t the first time i’d heard a taylor song bc i grew up in country music land and we played country radio in the car 😂 but yeah i’d say that was my introduction to her and then i like watched all her music videos and behind the scenes videos religiously and i didn’t know how albums worked until like 2012 or something lmao and then i got back into her (a lot more like,, “fully” with albums and stuff idk lol) when my mom showed me her amas blank space performance 🤪
