thinks about Fukase ships...(LOTS OF RANTING AHEAD)

like I could yell about him and IA forever but as I keep saying they're just birds of a feather that learn to feel better about themselves and about how they go about life because of each other, they were both people who felt a bit shut out because they were different and so they felt really lucky that they both found someone who really feels like a home to go to

in hindsight I don't think Fukase and Rin would work out in the end but Rin would bring out the parts of him that are silly but genuinely earnest (especially since she’d probably be his first crush), and Rin would recognize that in him....probably enough that even if they dated and broke up she’d end up pushing past her tsun attitude and gain a soft spot for him, like this kid's weird but he's not that bad at the end of the day

Fukase and Nemu are Weird Kiddos together and like IA I can see Nemu looking at Fukase's oddities and appreciating them rather than being repelled by them (though in a different way than IA), and Fukase would find Nemu a comfortable person to just be goofy with?? I could see them goofing off together a lot even with Nemu still being lethargic (he’d also admittedly look at someone like Nemu and go “oh....cute.....”)

Fukase and Merli would bicker and fight and pick at each other but I think they'd be drawn to each other's quirks despite themselves, like Fukase's too unorthodox and improper for Merli NOT to take interest in because he’s so utterly not like anyone else and she's too prissy for Fukase to not want to tease and get cute reactions out of

AND THEN FUKASE AND FLOWER ARE REALLY INTERESTING because while I think Flower WOULD be weirded out by Fukase at first, she wouldn't turn him away because...well...she doesn’t want to be rude?? like she wouldn’t really get why he bothers hanging around her but I feel like over time she’d get used and even really enjoy his prescence?? she’s not someone who laughs easily but he could probably make her do that, and on the other hand Fukase would want to get to the bottom of her stoicism but he would like her a lot, she’s quiet but she listens and there’d probably be something about her that would compel him to ease up on how jokey he is with her

and Miku and Fukase are more BroTP than actual ship but I still really like the idea that he would be really,,,idk,,,intrigued/touched by her??? not just in that he roots for her simply by virtue of that she’s kinda liked by everyone but also in that Miku’s always been a really naturally accepting person who is aware of her own quirks as much as she is everyone else’s, so she’d probably be one of the few to look at Fukase and be like oh!!! you’re cool!!! which would surprise him a lot because even his relationship with IA kinda had a rocky beginning so her being so friendly and sweet to him would make him want to return the sentiment (I only say ship because...she’s lowkey someone he’d have a dork crush on)
