I know everyone (myself included) loves Ru Girls, but can we all just remember the importance of supporting our local queens! Or fucking RESPECT them at least. When I was at the Katya & Ginger show in London, we had the AMAZING Divina De Campo as support (who does most if not all of the Holy Trannity gigs), she sings live and loves her musical theatre and the audience was LIVING for her, but then while Divina is speaking some white teenage girls start chanting for Katya. I get it, you want to see your fave, but that doesn’t mean you need to be a twat about it. (Fortunately Divina handled it great and all of the rest of the audience was on her side but still, it was gross behaviour).

They may not have been on the show but that doesn’t mean they’re not amazingly talented performers. Go to bars even if your Drag Race fave isn’t performing. Follow local girls on social media. LOVE LOCAL QUEENS.
