#fuck this winter weater

Guess who decided it would be a bright idea to leave the house and go get some thing that she forgot at the store before the ice storm hits.

 Also, why don’t I own a single pair of sweatpants? I’m legitimately rocking leggings underneath my jeans and it’s doing nothing. My upper half and face are great but my poor legs are freezing in this car as I’m waiting for it to heat up.

What is it with cold weather that makes you crave ice cream? It’s the most contradictory craving. Also holy shit Oreos cookies and cream ice cream is absolute garbage. How did you manage to make your chocolate that GRAINY. I know it’s supposed to be crunch chocolate but that was the worst ice cream bar I think I’ve ever eaten or definitely one of the top five worst. 😞

I feel like autumn other places than it is in Denmark, because I fucking hate autumn like

- it's somewhere around 10°C all the time

- it rains all the fucking time, rendering it very not fun to go literally everywhere by bike

- at some point it starts getting dark at like 5 o'clock

- our landscape is not that impressive at the best of times. in late autumn and throughout the winter it's very brown and grey

- oh you wanted to go for a walk? well, actually now it's raining and it's almost dark.

- god it's just so wet

- does it not rain other places or what

- or do you just not like going outside regardless of the weater

- does everyone own a car

- I don't get it

Also it just doesn't pass occam razor : wildfires are a natural occourance since you know dry leaves and wood in dry air , you just need a lighting strike , spontaneus combustion or rock falls ...

or really not much wikipedia even lists spontaneus combustion , wich can appen statistically if you have enough combustive material exposed to oxigen ...

Also several ecosystems have plants that make wild fires more easy because they rely on them to spread : pines and eucaliptus spread needles , leaves and oils to create more combustible material , while being fire resistent

This to weed out competition that is less adapted to wildfires , also their seeds need to get their exterior burned before sprouting ...

So it can be entirely plausible to have wildfires that start from nowhere , no need for human cause there ,

What is human caused is the severity of these wildfires : if it wheren't sooo fucking hot and dry , wich let's not kid ourselves in the past months it fucking was ,

Wildfires would be much less severe ,

Also winter is quickly turning from the season in wich liquid water is hard to come by , to the season in wich it rains always , soo the woodlands that relied on wildfires may risk to burn themselves out in the future , creating grasslands and if we are unlucky grasslands may become deserts due to lack of water ( it's all in the atmosphere , where it can't rain down because it's too hot for that ) and lack of water retention ( wetlands aren't economically productive , so in the past we foolishly dried them up )

So in short , we can use the occam razor and exclude a human cause to the wildfires ...

Seriusly , pepole will ignore the fossil fuel corporations that release more CO2 than some countries , and chalk it up to "the weater changing" ,

But when they see the weater changing they immediatly need to scape goat some imaginary person ...

Some pepole disgust me for how dumb they are ...

One day it rain (as in like poured) then it cleared up then about an hour later IT STARTS RAINING H A R D E R (this happens alot) and also, days go from its 45 degree to 100, and sometimes, the weater just does not make sense (NC Facts)

Fun fact: one Florida “winter” is was 80° one day, 40° the next, and 80° again the day after :^)Another fun fact: we had a tropical storm about 5 years ago now and it’s fucking poured. Like I walked home in water above my hips. People were paddling down the goddamn street in boats to check to see if people needed anything like it was insane. Next fucking day it didn’t even look like it rained. THERE WASNT EVEN ANY PUDDLES ???????
