sucking and fucking everyone else who's torrenting the non-remastered original star wars trilogy with me
#fuck the remastered version#fuck its ugly ass color palette and poor upscaling#fuck its ugly ass 3d effects and extra bullshit footage to connect it to the prequels#fuck remaking a classic 1970s space adventure film with some of the most charming and well done puppetry and practical effects youve ever#seen into some butt fucking ugly cash grab#they didnt 'fix' the movies by editing over some of the more obvious effects#they ruined the entire charm and artistry of the original#literally its like painting over classic art with your own interpretation cuz you dont like how the colors look#ITS NOT YOUR FUCKING PAINTING#I wouldnt care if disney also wasnt actively trying to erase any version besides their dogshit remasatered version#there isnt any way to legally stream or purchase or watch the original films as they were shown in theaters#its a fucking joke#and a historical travesty#its not revisionism but it is fucking tasteless and infuriating#.txt#i dont even like star wars that much#i just like film history and it makes me sad thinking we might lose the originals and the mastery on display#star wars#yeah star wars fandom get pissed at this with me
