i very stupidly forgot to ingest liquids for a few days last week and my throat has been so dry ever since is there a workable solution to this beyond “just drink a gallon of water right now”
#there was no water in the filter pitcher and i didn’t bother to refill it#and then i did. but then it was running low so i put it off and stretched what was already there anyway i’m dehydrated.#ftr do not drink a gallon of water all at once
