Although she's never stop missing Christmastime in Chicago, Phoebe does have a special place in her heart for L.A.'s holiday season. The hustle and bustle is truly unmatched. She'd given herself an extra long lunchbreak to finish up her gift list, needing to make sure everything was just right. In one hand she has a still-steaming peppermint hot chocolate, while the other held onto a soft blue sweater that would look wonderful on her sister. Maybe she could get one for herself to match like when they were kids? It is by complete chance that she looked up, eyes locking on Stephanie just a few feet away. Phoebe instantly beams – oh how she misses her company. "Sugarplum!" She waves a hand, careful not to spill any of her drink. "What a pleasant surprise! Are you helping Santa with his list too?"
