Just saw SOD and I’m a mess! 😭 Found your tumbler and you obviously have seen the movie so can I just scream about how even after the blood troth was broken they still chose to lower their wands because they still felt their bond even without it and Albus had to walk away and knew Gellert wouldn’t kill him even if technically he could. OMG Then him sitting on the bench watching the wedding but couldn’t stay cause it hurt too much and the pain on his face as he left because he knew he would never be in love with another and would never have that. I couldn’t help but remember him in the last Potter movie telling Harry “Don’t pity the dead, Harry, pity the living, and above all those who live without love.” I know he had love in general sense, but I can’t help thinking, in my head, that he was thinking of he and Gellert even then. Sorry for this rant but I just had to talk to someone or my chest will explode!
