There was a quick hitch of his eyebrow as he looks up towards Billy, "Oh is that so?" Steve muses as he leans himself backwards, using his palms to hold himself up, his heels digging into his backside. Is he being a little bit of a shithead? Yeah - does he care, no. He lost caring years ago. "Then maybe I should get up then, huh?" Said as though he's not making a move to get up, just being a shit with his words.

If you would have told Steve years ago, that he would be in this kind of position and that he would like it, he probably would have laughed at you. It was far from his thoughts back then due to things but, honestly Steve probably wouldn't change it as this whole thing has helped him figuring himself out in ways he hadn't thought too. Steve gave a small nod of his head, indicating that he is listening. He rubs a hand over the front of Billy's jeans a couple of times, before unzipping Billy's jeans - taking a bit of his time. But not too slow that it seems on purpose.

When they first started hooking up Billy didn't have the patience to handle Steve's teasing, but now that they'd settled into some kind of routine with one another Billy knows Steve always manages to make it worth his while. "No time like the present, pretty boy." He never dropped the nickname, only adapted a new tone when he uses it. Because Steve really is pretty. With his stupidly perfect hair and puppy dog eyes he's too pretty for a place like Hawkins.

Sighing Eddie puts his head in his hands, before running his hands through his hair. The idea of anyone taking on his burdens has never been a good thought - he doesn't like it, feels as if he is annoying them or they would hate him in the future, so he tries to always take it all on his own. "You don't need to worry about me, okay. I've made it this far..." Barley. Honestly surprised he's made it this far in life with half the shit he does in his life. - but that isn't for today. "Not like I'm going to go far in life anyway," He says it so nonchalantly, as if his dream isn't to be playing along side his favourite bands - but, Eddie's not stupid - he, knows coming from where he's come from it's going to be a hell of a battle to even get their in the first place unless you're very lucky, of which Eddie never really had been in his life. "You probably have better things that you could be worrying about compared to dear old little me."

Being handled the way he is currently being handled is honestly really doing things for him, "Hmmm," Steve hums a little, moving his hands to Billy's hips - running them down the sides of his legs as if he is in a position to be doing something like that. "Starting now?" It's a last teasing question, as he moves his hands to the front of Billy's jeans.

Billy scoffs at him and his futile attempt at getting smart. "You can be plenty useful when you want to be," he says. His tone somewhere between praise and teasing. He tightens his grip on Steve's hair just a little to angle his face just to Billy's liking as he steps closer, almost close enough for Steve's face to press into the front of Billy's jeans. "How about you start by putting those pretty lips to work. And not by talking."

Now, should Steve probably not continue on with this behaviour? Most people probably would stop, but Steve isn't most people, and is honestly enjoying the reactions and what they result in, "Never really been good at being useful," Playing it out just to see what else could happen, and how far he can push this. "How useful do you want me to be?"

Steve's teasing only has Billy smirking and quickly reaching out and grabbing a fistful of his obnoxiously perfect hair. He's a little harsh with it, but he knows Steve can halve it or he wouldn't have been wearing such a shit eating grin. "Not so fast, pretty boy," Billy says with a tsk of his tongue. "Don't you wanna make yourself useful while you're down there?"
