I like that both Yuki and Kyo offer Tohru their hands at the same time and then immediately begin fighting about it because a) it shows how far they've come in terms of opening up to people and also b) shows that despite such progress they both have quite a long ways to go considering Tohru has TWO hands and could have held both their hands, and c) also shows that while they’re fighting about it they’re not high key fighting about it so at least there’s been some improvement on that front too

The age gap aside a sec, Kureno is kind of relatable because he's falling into a trap I myself have to be aware of in my own life. Like Uo is probably the first person to show him genuine concern, to actively seek him out with good intent, and to care about him. That's really REALLY tempting when you've been isolated and experience psychological trauma that makes you feel like no one will love you. However, you can't just fall for the first person to give a shit about you because a) that's not love, that's just relief, and b) you're not in a health psychological place and this person does not deserve such baggage. Like Kureno really needs to temper himself a bit here in general because whether Uo was seventeen like she is here or a more appropriate age, it’s too easy to take advantage of her and the situation at the moment and that’s not love.
