Words. Words. Words. They are always so much more than just words, especially when an artist formulates them into an astounding novel. The most crucial part of words is what you use them for and that is your job as an artist. My most recent #workinprogress has me very excited and has made me think about my other work, as well as made me think about what has been recently coming into the light in the entertainment industry. My work has always been and now, more than ever, will always be to inspire girls, to celebrate girls, to protect girls, to respect girls, and to show girls that they are loved and capable of amazing things no matter what. As I continue to write this month, I am constantly reminded of my past self - even who I was as an artist. I was always a very patient person with everybody in my life but myself, but my art. I’ve came to realize what I want to use my voice for, who I am, what I want to use my words for, and what makes me happy. Now, I’m patient with myself, with my work. Art takes time. Figuring out who you are takes time. It’s perfectly normal to take time for yourself - just like it’s perfectly normal to chose who you surround yourself by, and who you don’t want around you. Know that you are enough - love yourself and everything will fall into place beautifully. ♥️ . . P.S.
