got a loaf of banana bread in the oven with. get this. brown butter and buttermilk AND dark chocolate AND craisins AND!! toasted almonds. fair to say im pretty hype

#the crumb is exactly how i want my banana bread to be <333 #crumb so soft and moist it almost melts in ur mouth #the flavors play very nicely in this too. the toasted flavor throughline of the brown butter and toasted almonds with the bitterness #from the dark chocolate set against the sweet creamy banana & tangy fruity craisin power team #and of course my beloved cinnamon and nutmeg sprinkle pulling it all together into a lovely sort of november weekend sort of vibe #some of the concepts i just mentioned are normal things to think about baked goods right
