Any experience in dealing with RERA & a bad landlord?
I've recently moved into a new apartment and we have a very difficult landlord. We have several repairs which urgently need to be made in the apartment and the landlord will not answer his phone or respond to any messages. Even the agency is directing us to the landlord. RERA are charging a fee of 3.5% of the annual tenancy contract, before doing anything and will only refund this if we "win". Would you suggest dealing with RERA or will it be a lost cause?
