I have to say I had extreme delight doing this that I put two more on my blouse yesterday and I was so happy even if it was subtle

When I was running out earlier I realized I had a button missing on my shirt and the first thing I grabbed was a pokemon gym badge pin and used it as a replacement

ok i rly like the pokego community in my part of the city but i get such bad vibes from one guy like he’s the ‘weird guy whos...too nice in a weird way’ type hjdfhnddfkhfld 

grdkgfhlkfd like??? idk the first time i saw him he offered to walk me part way back home from a raid, which...tbh fair enough bc the week before, some random guy flashed his dick at me in a local park and i warned the pokego community, so it’d make sense for people to offer that to me???

but like hkdfh the stuff he said was too....curious too forward since i just met him he was all ‘i remember seeing you at a groudon raid a while back’ which uhh alarm bells a lil bc i sure as hell ddnt remeber him and it was AGES ago why did he remember that??? either way then he gotdamn asks where i live and ofc i said i’d rather not ay and the whole time he was doing that thing weird guys do to cover their asses by being like ‘hahah not to be weird’ ‘oh hah fair enough’ ‘dw im not one of those weird guys im just askin to be nice’ and stuff like that and 

i’ve seen him every now and again since always in a group setting luckily (he sometime travels with a group who tbh i trust more than him, mainly bc 2 peopel in said group are a couple with a 6 year old kid’) and like.....idk here’s some fun lines/things he’s said/done 

‘oh i dont like those guys you should stick with me’ (nothing abt said guys seemed...that bad)

we should hang out/go on pokewalks together! 

(i mention i need an item storage upgrade in game) ‘i’d give you a £10 if you wanted’ (i politely refused) 

called me “sweetcheeks” today, didnt appreciate that 

came up behnd me and did that thing friends do where they jab someone’s waist with both of their hands to surprise the person, but sicne i see this guy as like....a pokemon go acquaintance i wasnt pleased, and since a lot of the other pokego community were there, i had the confidence to go ‘do NOT do that again’ and ofc i had to make it a lil lighthearted so i didnt seem mean to on lookers but i was very clear lol 

i just....i know not all of these things seem creepy out of context but i just.....bad vibes there’s somethin abt how he speaks to me thats a bit too forward like...it feels like he’s got an ulterior motive, but i cant rly call him out on it bc he hasnt...done anythin rly and like...im NOT gonna start drama in our pokego community like i know people reading this will tell me to say something but!!! i haven’t been left alone with him since that first time, so whilst i’ve felt a a lil uncomfortable nd skittish, i can usually??? deal with it im just kinda ranting bc lbr a lot of us have had to deal with the ‘creepy kid in ur class’ type like idk it feels like he’s trna get something from me or trying to to get close/relate to me but in a bad way???

on the upside my best pokemon go friend is a delight! nd im gonna ramble abt him now bc he's super cool! his name is dave instead of ‘creepy kid in ur class vibes’ this guy is COMPLETE cool uncle vibes, like utterly non threatening, rly fun, if we run into each other playing pokego we always have a nice walk down the park!! he’s like 37ish?? walks w/ a cane bc he used to do wrestling but got injured, and he’s super cool! he also used to help run conventions (big nerd type) and he is/was (im not sure which) friends with jeremy bulloch! nd like??? idk i feel way more comfortable hanging with him bc like..creepy guy is that smidge too forward and talks less abt the game and asks more abt me which has me skittish, but cool uncle guy never imposes on me! we talk about pokemon go, he talks about some of his fun nerd stuff and recommends stuff to me, and like....idk instead of asking personal stuff, he kinda gives me the opportunity TO talk about myself and my interests, and then he listens?? instead of tryna get answers y’know, like he has zero ulterior motives, we just walk abt the park and catch pokemon together and talk about stuff and sometimes ourselves! its rly cool! he’s had a lotta cool life experiences which are fun to heat abt, plus he’s traded me a slaking, an alolan marowak AND a tauros so he’s the true mvp! when we get to best friends level he’s gonna give me a latias and im gonna give him a shiny roselia! (we both have spares lmao)

anyway the moral of this is you should try to be like dave not like creepy guy; cool uncle vibes are way more fun to be around

8. How did you get involved in your latest fandom?

Well, Voltron I saw pretty art on my Tumblr, asked a friend if it was worth watching and got the green light. No regrets.

PokeGo I stumbled into Surfi’s comics, stuck around. Then I picked up on some D/s undertones and stalked Surfi enough to know writing my fic would be well received. I haven’t left. I don’t think anyone minds that though.

9. What are the best things about your current fandom?

Voltron: It’s popular, so there’s a ton of shit going on? (This fandom is a shitshow. Antis everywhere. Tread lightly.)

Pokemon Go: Chill peeps. I love all of you. Never leave me.

Current fandom, probably Spark/Blanche? I do try to spread the love but this dynamic is easy.

All time? Probably Tseng/Rufus. 

23. Name a fic you’ve written that you’re especially fond of & explain why you like it.

For pokego, probably Injured Heart which surprisingly isn’t smut? I just really am fond of angst and It really was nice to write this plot bunny.

For Voltron, Sating the Galra was fun. A good smutty time.

27. What do you hate more: Coming up with titles or writing summaries?

I feel like my summaries are worse than my titles. They lack the ability to grab attention the way I’d like.

31. What’s the nicest thing someone has ever said about your writing?

Most people compliment my style. I know my writing needs work to get it where I want it to be. 

Just I have an old memory to share I suppose. One of having my regents essay opening read allowed in front of my class because I decided to fuck around with the test in a good way and make my teachers laugh. I was never the funny kid, but that moment, no matter how embarrassed I was, I knew I had written something good and done something nice for someone else with my writing and that feeling stuck with me. I was in high school, it was a long time ago, but events like that shape people.

32. Do you listen to music when you write or does music inspire you? If so, which band or genre of music does it for you?

Music rarely influences my writing. I prefer having netflix marathoning something I’ve already seen in the background.

46. If someone was to read one of your fanfics, which fic would you recommend to them and why?

Depends on if they’re an innocent bean or not. What are their kinks? I prefer to recommend fics based on what they’d most enjoy.

The lack of feedback is killer. I understand I write smut, but let’s look at some stats here. This is for the Voltron fandom here:

Hits: 1291 Kudos: 63 Comment Threads: 1 Bookmarks: 7

Recent Pokego fic:

Hits: 99 Kudos: 14 Comment Threads: 1 [The comment is Chibi’s fyi, who comments on all of my pokego stuff p much.]

My most popular pokego fic:

Even if half of those hits are rereads, why are there so few Kudos? You don’t have to be signed in. Hitting that one little button when you’ve finished a fic might not seem like much but it really makes a difference. You can sort fics by Kudos count on ao3. I’m not going to ask for a ton here. I know most of you here do leave kudos and a bunch of you personally tell me things. Here’s the thing: ao3 does have the option to sort fics by comments and kudos.

Now, for as small of a fandom pokego is, it doesn’t matter much on ao3 for me. By sheer smut volume I outproduce anyone else. It is relevant with my other fic though.
