Caves, Wind, and Water: An Invigorating Adventure

Welcome back to our Bonaire trip! Final episode 4, In this episode share all the things you can do outside of scuba diving on this tiny island. Be sure to make time on your vacation to kayak through the mangroves and learn from a naturalist the important role this environment plays in protecting Bonaire's shoreline. Join us on our visit to the freshwater caves, that serve as a home to the island's many bats (who with cactus play a crucial role in maintaining life on the island). Everyone has success windsurfing and we would highly recommend it to all beginners as there is not a more ideal place to learn. However, please do not miss the opportunity to try out land sailing. It was by far everyone's favorite activity, so much so that we did it 2x! My son was even trying to figure out how to get a setup going in Park City, Utah. A trip to Bonaire is not complete without visiting Luciano's Gelato. We went at least 1x a day and the kids still talk about it. Bonaire was a double thumbs up by the entire family! You definitely want to add this island to your next adventure vacation.
