#freeze them hard then thaw them in warm water. Skins slide right off. Nice.

Made a pot of chili from a 2 lb. chunk of clearance bottom round roast and a gallon-bag of frozen tomatoes from a friend's mom's garden and y'all. It slaps.
#I WILL BE DOING THIS AGAIN#I chopped up the bottom round real small but it's pretty lean so I didn't need to drain the fat off like with ground beef#the tomatoes made. A lot of broth#also protip if you need to peel tomatoes for sauce/soup/salsa#freeze them hard then thaw them in warm water. Skins slide right off. Nice.
