Horror Convention || No. 9 Gloryhole w/ Horror Characters x Fem! Reader
Kinktober Masterlist
Word Count: 1995
Warnings: gloryhole, free use, exhibition, overstimulation, large cock, vaginal sex, gangbang if you squint, vagianl fingering, mask kink, stranger sex, cosplaying oral sex, blow jobs, hand job, spit as lube, multiple orgasms,
You were going to a horror convention, it was your first one and you couldn't be more excited to go. You were wearing a slutty freddy krueger outfit excluding the knife coves because they sold out at the spirit halloween. It was too late to buy any online. You were wearing a ripped up black and red cropped top, a jean mini skirt, some stressed thigh-highs and wedges.
When you finally got inside the convention center, there were a lot of things going on with an unsettling low amount of security personnel around. It was a bit overwhelming but you were going to push through it just fine. It was full of cosplaying horror characters, new and old, popular and niche. Even horror shorts films, tv shows and games.
“Can I take a picture with you? I really like the freddy outfit,” the muffled voice of a guy said behind an old respirator.
Oh yeah sure, I like your outfit too. It's from my bloody valentine right?” you lean into the guy so he could take the photo. The guy pulls you close to him for the picture, then he turns to face you.
“Yeah I've had this for a while now.” he laughs and crosses his arm.
“Well it's super cool, practically identical to the movie.” you look him up and down, he was a carbon copy of the original.
“A bunch of my buddies and staff are hosting an event on the west wing in an hour. You should totally go. “ The Harry warden cosplayer handed a pass for the event. ‘Glory Horror’ printed on the card.
“Yeah I will be there.” you nod and take the pass. You can't believe you got an event pass for free.
=========================================================================
An hour had passed, you had bought a scream poster, a friday the 13th shirt and the regret of your shoe choices. You push past the last part and make your way to the event. It was a ways away from everything else which was a bit suspicious but not enough for you to turn around. You show the bouncer guy your pass and ID, because you guess this is an 18 plus event.
You take a seat in the front, the seats were really comfortable. The lights were dim and the walls around the panel looked sound proof. This was super fancy for a panel. It makes you wonder what's going to happen, especially with how fast the room is getting filled with horror fans such as yourself. Most of them were wearing masks from what you can see in the dark space.
A bright red stage light hits the middle of the stage. The familiar guy from earlier that gave you your pass to this event walks to the center. Two other people dragged something onto the stage behind him, also dressed up, one looked like Amanda the pig from the jigsaw moves or the dead by daylight game. The other person was dressed like the monster from Jeepers creepers. There was a large box with a set of holes of different sizes, odd but you find the tv and cameras placed inside and outside the box.
“Welcome to this year's Glory Horror event. Many of you who know about this event already know what's up, but for our virgin Marys let me explain what’s up.” Harry warden cosplayer says through the microphone, his mask muffling his words.
“We’re going to pick a lucky Slasher Slut in the audience to go into the box.” The man snickered as the crowd went wild. Harry looked into the group of seated people, presumably to find someone to put in the box.
“Anything goes when you're behind the veil.” he points to the closed door.
You look around the audience that you were in and they all seemed excited to either be picked or see who was going to end up being picked. You just stare at everyone in confusion.
“You, are you willing to take a dive into carnal pleasures and try out the box?” He points to you from the crowd, when you point to yourself he nods. You stand up, nerves run down your spine as you walk onto the stage. You were surprised with how excited every person in the audience seemed to be that you got picked.
“What am I supposed to do?” you asked while looking at the box.
“It's pretty self explanatory, but you get in the box, the cameras are already set up, we gave you a screen to see the reactions you're giving people.” You nod at him and step into the box, it was large and you could stand up right without being seen by anyone, not counting the screen that was broadcasting you to the outside.
You can strip down any point and if you want out of the box just push the button to unlock the door.
“You want me to do what now.” you asked from behind the wall, your voice muffled mostly.
“Strip, take off those slutty clothes and either open that pretty mouth or a hole. Prepared to get stuffed in whichever you choose and you can switch at whatever time doll.
You think for a moment, you could back out right now but a part of you wanted to see what happened. With a shaky breath you take off your freddy krueger fit and finally take off your dreadful shoes. You were just in your bra and underwear, taking a seat on your knees in the middle. The bigger hole was covered with a black sheet.
A knock on one of the sides catches your attention, you turn your head and your eyes widen. A veiny cock filled the hole, making it look smaller than it was and it makes your mouth water. You looked over at your screen to see what you're working with, a guy wearing a Michael Myers mask. Your lip quivers as you wrap your fingers around his length.
His balls twitch as you tighten the grip on this stranger’s cock. You use your saliva to wet the tip of his dick. You hear the faint groan of the Myers look alike, it was hot and a turn on for sure. You take his cock deeper in your mouth, almost gagging on it, using your hand to massage his balls and or stroke the rest of his meaty meat.
Another knock from the others size makes you pull your lips off Myer’s member. Someone else had slid their dick into the other hole, the screen splits so you can see the masked figure. It was Brahms, down to the black messy hair, even matches the drapes decorating the base of this man’s uncut dick.
You take your other hand and start to rub at his cute dick. Both of your hands were being filled with their cocks. You were soaking wet from how hot this was and if your hands went filled you would be touching yourself right now. You placed licks on both the dicks one after the other. Even the thought that there were a bunch of people on the other side of this box, watching and listening or maybe even waiting to take a turn with you.
It was hot, you felt hot and you wanted more of all of it. You squeeze the guys dicks as you jerk them both off with determination. Michael myers’ dick twitching was the only short warning you get before he shoots a hot load onto your chest. Your bra ruined with cum makes you pout for a moment before you take the thing off. You put your mouth onto the remaining man and take him down your throat. Brahms cums down your esophagus, his seed tasting weirdly sweet on your tastebuds.
You lick your lips after pulling away the dicks both gone from the holes, making you sigh. You slide off your panties and just as you thought you dripped in arousal. You rub yourself and let out short moans, a guy that was looking like Jason Voorhees pushed his phat cock through the hole. It looked heavy, craving your touch. You touch yourself with one hand while sucking off this fat dick. Even if you couldn’t fit all or even most of it into your mouth you sure as hell tried. You moan against the length of this Jason.
Your fingers thrust into yourself at a similar pace as you sucked and stroked his dick. You come to a stand and turn around, your wet cunt fluttering with horniness. Lining your slit with a guy who looked like a slasher’s dick. You let out a hearty moan as this fat cock stretches you out. You could feel his dick twitch and the man moan from the intrusion. He bottoms out in you, your walls clench around him and then he starts to move slowly in and out of you. You rub your clit as your hole gets pounded into. Another dick pops into the hole in front of you and wraps your hand around it with hesitation. Peaking at the screen in the box you see that it's a guy dressed up in a ghostface outfit.
“Ohshit ohshit ohfucking hell.” you were on the verge of coming and the mix of a Jason hitting all your spots with his girth was making it harder to focus on stroking the guy in front of you.
You try your best to get the other guy to completion but your own impending orgasm was a bit of a distraction to say the least. This Jason guy’s thrust was getting relentless and it was super hot to say the least. You hold on for as long as you could but when you feel the man’s load start to pool down your leg sends you down the edge. Before you could complain about how fast the guy pulled out another guy pushed into you, somehow even thicker and longer than the Jason guy.
You squeeze the hell out of the ghostface and your thumb pushes on his slit. It makes the guy come all over you and hand it a messy gush. The new masked covered hottie was fast enough to work you past that previous orgasm but Jason had given you but now you were getting a bit overstimulated. The faint tapping of the man's pyramid helmet on the box wall makes you giggle. Yet the humor in all of this was cut short from the brutal thrust this pyramid head was giving you.
You were already about to fall into another climax, you couldn't help but scream out a moan that you're sure everyone in the panel heard. Maybe even people outside nearby could hear your whorish moans and whales. This massive curved dick was rubbing your insides just right and your lower half couldn't take much more of it, not standing up like you are right now at least. You reach another chaotic mind altering, pussy spasming, leg trembling, back arching, toe curling climax that almost gives you whiplash an.
You feel the sticky seed fill your cunt and pull out with lackluster pace, almost like he didn’t want to leave your warmth so it takes a minute or so before he actually does . When the pyramid head finally pulls out, your body drops to the stage ground with a thud. You were panting like a dog, cum was dripping out of you and sticking to your thighs. Your heart is pounding in your chest as you try to catch your breath.
“This is the best Horror con ever.” you say breathlessly, as you look at another dick slipping into one of the holes. Checking your provided inside the box you see who it is, the host of this event… it’s Harry warden.

She calls me Freddie (Pt. 3)
Pairing: Fred Weasley x Fem!Gryffindor!Reader
Warnings: Fluff, banter, my portrayal of Charlie Weasley, underage drinking, Ron and Harry aren’t fighting for as long (sorry not sorry)
Summary: The competitors are selected and the first task approaches quickly. After Harry succeeds the twins put together a party for Gryffindor
Word count: 5.2k
(Part 3 - Find all other parts here!)
༺═────────────═༻
A good few weeks passed before your hair fully returned to normal and even though you considered it, you didn’t make Fred dye his again. But you did need to go through a couple more boxes on yourself. After the third cycle, the dye finally faded away to its normal color rather than red, which you welcomed back gratefully.
Even after all the time that had passed, the competitors still weren’t chosen. You all tried to go about your day as normal, but anticipation and excitement quickly began to spread through the school. Everyone, student and staff, was eager to start the tournament. Although everyone had entered within the first few days of the year, the selection wouldn’t be made until tonight, weeks later.
After dinner everyone gathered in the great hall, chatting on about their guesses on who would be the three students. Some of the tables had been set aside and replaced with the wood bleachers, situated so that the goblet was in the center of the room and everyone would have a good view of it. You sat on these bleachers just one seat in front of Fred, leaning back to let his knees support you.
Dumbledore stepped up to the cup and instructed everyone to sit, waiting until they did so to begin speaking. “Now the moment you’ve all been waiting for, the champion selection!” He announced to the now quiet room. Every single one of you were paying attention. The professor waved a hand across the room, dimming the torches until the blue flame was the main source of light.
He stepped toward the cup, staring at it as if willing it to do something. On cue, the blue fire suddenly turned red and spit out a small piece of paper, which Dumbledore caught. “The Durmstrang champion is,” he started, reading off the name. “Viktor Krum!” Cheers came from their table and everyone clapped him on the back. Viktor stood and walked down to the headmaster, shaking his hand.
With no warning, the goblet presented another name, this time written on an elegant piece of parchment lined with gold. “The champion for Beauxbatons is Fleur Delacor!” Fleur stood with a smile, walking towards Dumbledore with applause following her. She shook his hand as well and then off to the next competitor.
“The Hogwarts champion, Cedric Diggory!” The room erupted into cheers as his name was called, being a popular choice amongst the Hogwarts entries. Cedric wore a proud smile, accepting every congratulations he was given on the way up to the rest of the champions. He shook Dumbledore’s hand before joining them.
“I still think I should’ve been able to enter.” Fred complained as the applause died out. You put a hand on his knee sympathetically.
“If only you were a year older.” You told him, still using his legs as the back of a chair. He absentmindedly began to twirl a piece of your hair.
“Excellent! We now have our three champions!” Dumbledore announced. “But in the end, only one will go down in history. Only one will hoist this chalice of champions. This vessel of victory. The Tri-wizard cup!” Everyone’s attention was directed to the end of the hall where the cover was lifted off the trophy. It was a blue and silver cup, decorated elegantly and giving off a bright glow. The entire room applauded once more.
The celebration was suddenly put on hold, heads turning back to the stone goblet. The flame danced again in preparation of a fourth name. It turned red and another piece of paper was shot into the air, falling slowly into the headmaster’s hands.
“Harry Potter,” he read quietly. The entire room turned towards Harry, who sat on your right side. You glanced at him and he met your eyes nervously before looking back in Dumbledore’s direction. “Harry Potter?” He called, scanning the room for the boy.
Harry tried sinking further into his seat and you could feel the dread coming off of him. “Harry Potter!” Dumbledore yelled, finally spotting him.
“For goodness sake, Harry.” Hermione said, reaching down and grabbing his shoulder, pushing him in the right direction. The entire room was silent enough that you could hear the crackling of the fire. Harry reluctantly made his way to the professor, each slow step bringing more tension to the room.
The boy was handed his name and then headed toward the rest of the champions, his eyes moving between all the whispering students around him. The whispers soon turned into protests. “He’s a cheat!” “He’s not even seventeen yet!” Harry slouched, making him look smaller than normal. He passed the teachers, receiving looks from every one of them except for McGonagall who put a hand on his shoulder.
With all four students selected, the flame in the goblet died out until it was extinguished, leaving the room quiet and dark again. Dumbledore seemed to come back to his senses. “You’re all dismissed!” He yelled, hurrying everyone out of the hall so he could attend to the new situation. You gave Harry a sympathetic look, which he didn’t see because he was staring down at the floor, confused. You stood, taking Fred’s hand when he offered and letting him hold yours while you stepped off the bleachers.
“How do you supposed he did it?” Ron asked out in the hallway, now that the crowd dispersed.
“It doesn’t look like he did anything.” You replied. “He looked more confused than we were.”
“You don’t think he figured out a way to enter illegally?” Fred added, walking beside you.
“I don’t think there is a way to enter illegally. And definitely not a way that a fourth-year could figure out. Even Harry.” You responded and Hermione agreed with you. But there wasn’t any way to know for sure what happened until you were told straight from Harry.
─────────────────────────
Time passed in anticipation as everyone waited for the first task to be announced. You were told a couple of days after the champions were chosen that Harry didn’t put his name in the goblet and he would be competing just like the other three. Most people didn’t believe him and were even mad at him for being a competitor, but you stood by your belief. There’s no way he entered on his own.
As far as the first task goes, there would be no telling when or what it would be. It could be days from now or weeks. The one thing this tournament was good at is secrecy.
You sat on the couch in the currently quiet common room, reading one of the books you picked up from the library. During this time of day, most students were out and about, except for you and now Fred. He was silent entering the room until he jumped down onto the couch next to you, making you jump. “God, Fred.” You shook your head, ignoring him and drawing your gaze back down to your book.
He took it from you, setting it down on the table in a way to make sure you wouldn’t lose your page. You crossed your arms, glancing back up at him. “I have a secret.” He crossed his legs, facing you with a dorky smile.
“Oh yeah?” You replied, shifting so that you sat against the arm of the couch.
“But you can’t tell anyone because I’m not really supposed to know.”
“I can’t make any promises.”
“Well, then I can’t tell you, love.” He shrugged, acting like he was getting ready to stand and leave. But even if you were going to tell someone— which you weren’t— he would probably share it with you anyway.
“Fine,” You set a hand on his leg to keep him there. “I won’t tell anyone.”
He looked around him as if there were anyone else in the common room and leaned in close to you, brushing your hair out of the way so he could whisper in your ear. You contained a shiver as his fingers brushed against your neck. “I know what the first task is. “He said, boasting.
You sat back to look him in the eyes, raising an eyebrow. “How?” You asked him skeptically. “No offense, but you’re the last person they would tell.”
“Ok well, I don’t know exactly what it is but I do know what’s in it.” He admitted, his gaze briefly drifting to whatever was near the floor.
“And what is that?”
“Dragons,” he announced, waiting for your reaction. You sat up a little.
“Dragons?”
“Dragons.” He repeated. “And for your information, I said I wasn’t supposed to know. They only told me because my brother—”
“Charlie?” You interrupted, causing Fred to abandon the rest of his sentence.
He sighed, rolling his eyes. “Yes, Charlie’s coming.” He said, already knowing your reaction. You grinned at the news.
“I haven’t seen him since Christmas! When’s he getting here?” You asked, speaking quickly. You had first met Charlie back in your first year and he immediately became an older brother to you. Even after he graduated, you still saw him during the holidays.
“We’re supposed to help him unload the dragons tonight.” Fred explained. “And he specifically instructed us to bring you.” Fred tilted his head toward you, amused at your excitement.
“Of course he did,” You told him, resting an arm on the back of the couch. “Otherwise he’d have to wait to see his favorite sibling again until Christmas.”
Fred shook his head. It was a running joke between you all and after the first few times it was told, it stopped bothering him. “Well, lucky for you. You get to see your favorite Weasley every day.”
You tilted your head, making a face that suggested Fred wasn’t your favorite. Even though evidence would prove otherwise. He scoffed and grabbed you from your spot on the couch, pulling you toward him to tickle you. “I know I didn’t just see you make that face.”
You laughed against your will, squirming to get out of his arms. “Fred, you’re torturing me!” You got out between giggles. You escaped his tickling but he still locked his arms around you, trapping you there.
“Freddie, Let me go!” You begged, using your hands to try and pry his arms off, clearly unsuccessful.
“Not until you take it back,”
“I didn’t even say anything!”
“You know what you did, y/n l/n.” He pouted exaggeratedly, loosening his grip a little when you stopped wiggling.
“Fine. You’re my favorite,” You admitted with a sigh.
“Your favorite what?”
“Freddie!”
“Your favorite what?” He teased you, squeezing you tightly. You turned around in his arms so that you were facing him.
“Okay, you’re my favorite person in the entire world.” you told him, making a stupid face at him. He paused for a split second. That wasn’t the answer he expected. But just as every other time, he snapped out of it quickly.
“Well, I’m flattered.” He replied, letting his hand slide to your shoulders and then down your arms to hold your hands. “And you’ll be happy to hear that you’re my favorite person too.” Fred booped your nose, putting a little smile on your face.
“That’s wonderful news.” You stated simply, taking in the details of the boy you were looking at. God, he really was attractive. And it was a mystery why it took you so long to realize it.
─────────────────────────
After dark, you all had to take a walk through the woods to get to the spot where the dragons were brought in. You, Fred, George, and Ron all came to see Charlie, each of you with a little light at the tip of your wands that acted as a flashlight.
“Where’s Ginny?” You asked, using your wand to see where you were walking.
“Dunno,” George replied with a shrug. “She said she’d see Charlie tomorrow.”
Despite the light he held, Ron tripped over a root and stumbled a few feet before catching himself and standing again. “I mean this with no offense,” He started, brushing himself off. “But why are you here? I mean he’s our brother—” He was cut off by Fred jabbing him with his elbow, sending him a brotherly glare.
“Because clearly he likes me better.” You returned, not bothered by his question. The sound of dragons growling in the distance was now becoming more audible.
“What, that’s ridiculous—” Ron was cut off again by George.
“No, she’s right. He said specifically in his owl that he likes her better than all three of us combined. And he wants her help with the dragons.” He explained to his younger brother.
“And anyway, she was invited. So why don’t you close that big mouth of yours, Ronnie.” Fred said, shoving his brother’s shoulder.
You came up on the spot, first seeing the four huge cages, all covered so that you couldn’t see what was in them. However, you did see a tall red-haired man climbing down from one of them. He beamed when he saw your group.
“Charlie doesn’t prefer her over his own brothers.” Ron mumbled. Fred glanced down at his brother and then gestured to you, who was already greeting Charlie.
“There she is!” He said, pulling you into a huge bear hug. It felt like he waited until you couldn’t breathe to let go of you. Charlie had a grin on his face, which was painted in a thin layer of ash. It spread even into his long red hair he had tied up, revealing the assortment of rings he wore in his ears. “How’s my favorite sibling?”
This was clearly meant to piss of Ron, which worked flawlessly. “She’s not even your sister,” He complained, crossing his arms. You shot him a look.
Charlie glanced at Ron and then Fred, eyeing him with a smirk. “Well, not yet.” He responded, sending a wink in your direction. You felt heat move to your cheeks, even more so at the look on Fred’s face.
“Nice to see you too, Charlie.” Fred responded sarcastically, doing his best to quickly shake off his previous expression.
Once Charlie properly greeted his brothers, he handed out hard leathery coats, gloves, and boots. “What are these for?” Ron asked, putting on the garments. You slipped yours on, letting it fall around you. It was long enough to reach your boots, making it so your whole body was covered.
“That’s to keep you from burning to death when we get a look at these guys,” Charlie responded, patting the cage. “They’re definitely not happy after such a long trip in such a small cage.” Ron visibly gulped and made sure to button up the coat completely.
“That’s small?” George asked, watching his older brother make his way to the first cage. He nodded casually.
“For them, it is.” Charlie added. He was around dragons long enough that he could forget none of this was normal for everyone else. Most people have never even seen one in person.
On each corner of the cage, the cover was held in place by thick chains, which carried a lock just as impressive in size. “Put your hoods on,” Charlie instructed, kneeling down to the first lock. “And make sure you don’t get your face melted. That coat is completely fireproof but anything uncovered is gonna get burned.” He pointed out a little flap on the inside of your coat that you could lift over your face if needed.
Charlie flicked his wand, unlocking the first corner. The chain fell and allowed its portion of the cover to flap a little. The dragon inside rumbled at the movement. “Get ready!” He called, walking over to the next lock where you stood.
He unlocked it and as soon as the chain fell, the cover lifted and fell toward the other side of the cage, revealing the dragon inside. There was absolutely no warning but Charlie somehow grabbed you quickly enough, covering your face and turning you so your back was toward the dragon. Within part of a second, fire surrounded you two, simply bouncing off of your jackets. You felt nothing more than a a sudden wave of heat.
Once it ended, Charlie brushed any remaining flames off of you and turned toward the creature. He spoke firmly to it in a dialect you didn’t recognize, which settled the dragon.
You glanced over at Fred, who stared back at you with wide eyes and his mouth slightly agape. “Bloody hell.” He said quietly, putting a hand to his chest so he could start breathing again.
Charlie spoke like this for a minute until the dragon sat contently in its cage. That’s when you finally got a good look at it. It was absolutely huge, with sharp horns running across its back and down its tail, covering the majority of its body. Charlie wasn’t joking when he said the cage was too small. “A horntail?” You asked, beyond impressed. You received a proud grin from him, as if he was showing you his child.
“Isn’t he beautiful?” He replied, pulling off the rest of the cover. Fred walked to your side reluctantly, not quite trusting that it was done breathing fire.
“I’ve never seen one in person,” you said in absolute awe. It’s huge head turned toward you, eyes focusing on your face for a few moments before losing interest. The dragon turned around in its cage, getting a good look at its new surroundings.
Charlie had you all split up and take a section of the remaining cages at a time. “These ones won’t be so aggressive.” He assured. “The horntail was the hardest of all of them.” You and Charlie walked ahead to get to the next cage, which was parked farther away to avoid conflict between the dragons.
“So, when are you going to start dating my little brother?” Charlie asked suddenly, gesturing to Fred who walked a little ways behind. You snapped your head up to him.
“What are you talking about, Charlie? We’re not dating.” You replied to him, taken aback by his forward question.
“Oh please, y/n.” He said, wiping a bit of ash off his face, which smudged black against his pale skin. “We’ve all been taking bets since your first year.”
You stuttered, clearly not knowing how to respond. He laughed at this, stopping at the corner of the cage.
“If you say you don’t like him even a little then you’re lying.” He said, kneeling down and unlocking the first lock. “And I need you to hurry up and get with him or I’ll lose money to Bill.” Charlie has always been one to say exactly what he was thinking but this was the first time it caught you so off guard. Ron was on the other side and undid the second lock, unveiling a smaller green dragon. This one was quite vocal but didn’t attempt to roast you.
“I’m so glad you know how I feel about him, Charlie.” You replied, crossing your arms. He shrugged and smiled, turning to remove the cover completely.
You noticed George struggling with a cage by himself so you walked over to help him, trying to avoid any further interrogation from his older brother.
“Oi, Fred. Help me with this one!” Charlie called, heading to the last cage. Fred passed you on the way over, nudging you playfully with his elbow. You made a face at him, brining out his wonderful laugh.
You made it to George, shaking your head and sighing as you kneeled down beside him. “God, does everyone think I’m in love with Fred?” You asked sarcastically. George paused for a moment and glanced at you, then returned to his work.
“Yes,” he responded simply. “But to be fair, most of us have a filter. Unlike Charlie” He nodded to the next lock and you moved there.
“I don’t know why everyone assumes that.” You muttered, lifting your wand to the lock in front of you.
“Well, are you?” George questioned, his eyes still focused on his corner of the cage.
“No!” You snapped defensively. But then your eyes drifted to Fred and you weren’t so sure. The sight of him made you feel like melting right there. He looked like he was actually starting to enjoy this, smiling as a smaller red dragon pressed its nose against the cage to greet him. He looked different to you lately. Just looking at him started to make your stomach flip.
George caught your stare. “You sure?”
You sighed, letting your face soften as you watched him. “No,” You said quietly. George looked up at you, surprised that you admitted it.
Do you even know how you feel about him? So much has change since the summer, but maybe that’s exactly why. Maybe you were proving everyone right after all. You paused for a minute before continuing on, looking down at George. “You can’t tell Fred.”
He glanced at his twin and then at you, probably considering wether or not to agree. After a brief moment, he gave you a soft smile. “I won’t, I promise.”
“Thank you, George.” You said, relieved. Charlie came over to your cage and helped you lift the cover completely to reveal a Swedish short snout, which was already fairly calm.
─────────────────────────
It was late when you finally finished since Charlie wanted every dragon to be settled perfectly into their temporary enclosures. “When is the task?” You asked him.
“Two days from now.” He answered casually, giving each dragon a once over.
“And how long are you staying?”
“I’ll be leaving with them once they’re done.” He told you and shoved your shoulder playfully. “But I’ll still see you for Christmas. You’re coming to the burrow, right?”
“I don’t think I have a choice, Charlie.” You said with a chuckle. Fred appeared by your side, resting an arm around your shoulder. “Fred is going to drag me there wether I like it or not.”
“Absolutely correct.” He responded, booping your nose and giving you a stupid perfect smile. Your eyes were stuck on his for a moment, mimicking his soft expression until you thought about your conversation with George. Your gaze drifted to him briefly, only to see his smirk.
Once Charlie was satisfied and absolutely sure all four dragons were taken care of, he let you go. The walk back was long and dark and the woods seemed to be endless. Fred offered an arm to you until you exited the forest, which you took and didn’t let go of even when you reached the castle.
A certain tension hung in the air between you two, there because both of you wanted to say something you couldn’t. Fred broke this with whatever thought was on his mind. “Glad we got to see Charlie.” He said sarcastically, coaxing a quiet laugh out of you.
“I imagine he had the same conversation with you, then?” You inquired, glancing down at the stone floor beneath your feet. The castle was dimly lit but still much brighter than the pitch black of the forest.
“That depends on if we’re thinking of the same conversation.” He responded, avoiding saying the words directly.
“I think we are.”
“I think we are too.”
Out of all your years of knowing Fred, this was the first time your talking flowed almost awkwardly. Normally it came so naturally to you two.
There was a long pause before you spoke again. “He’s just being Charlie though. Just ridiculous.” When you said it, you weren’t sure you meant it as much as before. Honestly, Charlie was likely not being ridiculous at all.
“Yeah, ridiculous.” Fred replied. Was there disappointment in his voice? God, the awkwardness made you want to squirm. That awkwardness was exactly why you didn’t want Fred to know what you said to George. It would ruin the dynamic between you, which was years in the making.
─────────────────────────
The next two days went by quickly and after that night you both seemed to forget about what happened with Charlie. Or at least pretended it didn’t happen. Regardless, both of you were back to normal. That morning the task was finally announced, giving only a couple of hours notice to the spectators.
The stadium, which would hold the event, was already occupied by nearly every student and teacher. You had managed to find and keep three sits for you and the twins, who had decided to hold betting. Once they had gone through every row twice, they finally arrived at your seats. “Look at this! I’m not even mad they canceled Quidditch this year!” Fred yelled over the crowd. You gave him a look, feeling the opposite about the situation.
“Well, I am.” You replied, still irritated that your sport had been put on hold for the year. Fred stopped beside you, letting George move to your other side.
“You’re always mad, Y/n.” George added, leaning over the wood barrier in front of you. Down below on the stadium floor were sharp jagged rocks, crowding the arena. On one end was a large golden egg, sitting just in front of a huge opening where each dragon would enter.
The objective of the task was to capture the egg, which was protected by the dragon. You imagined the type of dragon would be paired to each champion at random. But some would have a harder time than others, given that the horntail for example is much more aggressive than the welsh green and will guard his egg much more fiercely.
Suddenly the canon went off, sending the crowd roaring with more applause. The first competitor was Cedric, who took on the Swedish short snout. He collected his egg and made it out unscathed. Cedric was followed by Viktor Krum with the Chinese fireball and Fleur with the Welsh green.
“Harry has the horntail.” You said, barely audible over the yelling. “That seems hardly fair considering he’s only fourteen!”
“I don’t think they chose it for Harry on purpose.” Fred replied, clearly not as concerned as you were. You sighed and leaned down on the barrier.
Harry was introduced and then entered the stadium and reluctantly, taking in the sight. Everyone cheered when he entered, except for Hermione below you who looked far more worried.
The crowd went still in anticipation. The stadium below you suddenly looked abandoned, showing absolutely no sign of the dragon. You watched Harry make up his mind and make a start toward the egg, only to be stopped immediately by a huge tail swinging and hitting the rock just above his head. The crowd gasped as Harry rolled to the side, barely avoiding it.
The dragon, which you had seen calm only a few nights ago, now climbed the rocks with a huge growl and turned back to Harry. You gripped the wood tightly, Fred taking your hand off it to keep you from getting splintered.
The creature spotted the boy and sent fire in his direction, once again barely missing Harry. He made a run for the egg, followed closely by his opponent. The dragon gave Harry several more blows, swinging its tail and sending him flying. The crowd gasped and you grabbed Fred’s sleeve, clasping a hand over your mouth. It was a miracle he wasn’t just impaled.
Harry ducked behind a rock, just in time to avoid being burned. “Your wand, Harry!” Hermione yelled. “Your wand!” As if he heard her, he lifted his want, shouting a spell you couldn’t hear over the noise.
A few seconds later, a broom came speeding overhead, heading in Harry’s direction. He managed to jump onto it before more of the dragon’s fire reached him. Everyone applauded, Hermione probably the loudest.
Harry flew toward the egg, reaching down and just missing it. “Ooh” came from the crowd as he rose again to turn around, followed by the dragon. Everyone paused, hearing the crunch of metal breaking and seeing the chain falling to the ground, removing the only thing keeping the creature in the stadium.
The pattern in the audience continued with gasps this time as the dragon was freed from the area, forcing Harry to fly out and away from it. They left destruction in their path, nearly taking out the professors.
“Yes!” George cheered.
“Well done, dragon!” Fred followed. Harry and the dragon quickly ducked out of sight, leaving everyone else to wait for their return. It was several minutes before this happened.
Harry appeared over the rocks, his broom sturggling to take him back to the stadium. He ducked down and this time succeeded in taking ahold of the egg, which immediately sent the crowd into shouts and cheers.
─────────────────────────
Everyone met Harry on the walk back, taking turns clapping him on the back. Hermione, who had zero faith in his survival, jumped into his arms. “Well done, Harry!” You congratulated. The boy was still out of breath and covered in dirt and a little blood.
Ron grabbed his shoulders, taking the egg out of his hands and examining it. “Well, how are we going to celebrate?”
“We’ll take care of that, mate.” Fred chimed in, slapping his brother on the back. You could already see a plan forming in the twins’ head. And take care of it, they did.
It was late at night when you finally made it back to the common room, which you entered with Hermione. You were quickly hit with loud music, traveling effortlessly through your ears. The sound made your heart seem to hop right out of your chest, and the sight of the Gryffindors crowded in the common room increased that feeling. It was a miracle McGonagall hadn’t found out about this yet.
“Oh god, what did they do?” Hermione muttered as you stepped into the room. You two were exact opposites in your reaction.
Right through the door, you were grabbed by Fred, who placed a hand carefully on both of your arms. “I was wondering when you would get here, darling.” He told you. Hermione gave you a smirk as he dragged you away, leading you through the sea of Gryffindors.
“Are you drunk, Freddie?” You asked him, knowing full well he acted similar drunk as he did normally, but he wasn’t drunk very often.
“Not yet, love.” He told you with a smile and a wink. You shook your head at him, able to tell by his voice he was sober. “Dance with me, will you?” You obliged, letting him move you with the music. The beat pounded in your ears, syncing with your heart and thumping in your chest.
How they managed to bring in firewhisky was beyond you, but it only took a few drinks to bring you much closer to Fred. You were far from drunk but definitely tipsy. And you could say the same for him. The room around you faded as you pulled him closer to you, his face only inches away. His green eyes were fixed on yours making your heart double its pace. “You’re beautiful,” He said suddenly. His expression was soft and his eyes admiring you.
“What?” You whispered, your hands lifting to his neck. Fred had complimented you before but it sounded like he meant it differently this time. He leaned closer to you, his lips brushing yours delicately. It sent a shock through your body and in that moment all you wanted was to close the space. You could have kissed him, but there were too many drinks involved.
“Fred,” you mumbled, ghosting his lips with his name.
“Hm?”
“We’re drunk.” You told him. Neither of you were really drunk but you were still worried he— you too for that matter— was acting off of the firewhisky. He responded by pulling his face back from yours, respecting your decision without a second question.
“If we’re going to kiss, we’re going to do it sober.” You decided, making him chuckle. The sound made you long for him even more and you were sure if he asked to kiss you, you would let him. But of course, being Fred Weasley, he wasn’t going to ask you again after you told him no.
“I’m going to hold you to that.” He said, gently pressing a long kiss to your forehead. You were grateful he was still holding you because you could’ve melted right there if he wasn’t.
George made his way over, grabbing onto his brother. “Come on, Freddie!” He said and you could immediately tell he was much farther gone. “Sing a song for your girlfriend!” You didn’t even notice what he said since he started to drag Fred away. It was colder now without his warm body beside you.
Fred didn’t need any drinks to oblige in his brother’s request. The music changed and suddenly Fred was on the common room table, singing— more like shouting— the words to you, using his wand as a microphone.
You giggled at the sight, utterly taken by the boy, who blew you an exaggerated kiss. George, Charlie, and everyone else were right this whole time, you were absolutely in love with Fred Weasley.

Going Back: Ch. 6
~Coauthored by @zeitghest~
Fandom(s): Five Nights At Freddy’s: Security Breach
Description: Things are looking up for Gregory. After putting the soul of a formerly-immortal killer to rest, he and his new family can finally begin their lives anew. Sure, Gregory might have been cursed with mysterious Remnant in exchange for being involved in this mess—not to mention his caretakers consist of sentient robots and ghosts… But there’s no doubt that the bond they share is unbreakable. They love him, and he in turn.
All in all, life is finally starting to go right for once.
…Unfortunately, true peace is a hard-won battle. There are other things to contend with besides William’s decrepit soul, and Gregory will learn that his role in the lives of the Aftons and Emilys is far greater than anyone could’ve imagined.

Michael’s heart dropped to his stomach. Out of all the missing children, it had to be Gregory’s parents that came calling?
The image on the poster was unmistakable—the spitting image of Evan, Gregory’s smiling face stared out at them with his formerly deep brown eyes. Although, Mike noted he seemed to have a little more baby fat in this picture than he did in real life. It was a small detail and certainly didn’t prevent anyone from recognizing the boy, but Mike wondered why they’d used a clearly out of date image for such a thing.
Based on everything Gregory had said or implied about his foster family, Michael didn’t trust this woman’s intentions one bit.
Samuel swallowed the lump in his throat. Yep, he’d seen this missing kid alright—the only one still alive, and who’d already been adopted by one of his formerly Glamrock stars. Sam glanced from the paper up to Rita, meeting her gaze with a practiced smile.
“Not to my recollection, no—however, my staff and I can review our footage from… Uh, when did you say he went missing?” Sammy asked, trying his best to be thorough with the lie. He’d learned how to craft a good poker face from his friend Michael as they grew up. Though Sammy didn’t feel good about lying to this woman, he had no choice at the moment. He passed the poster with the information to Charlie, who studied the page intently.
Gregory Smith
DOB: 08/08/2010
Last seen on wandering south side Hurricane. Any information regarding the case can be referenced with the local police department’s number listed below.
Leaning over, Charlie let Michael see the poster, unsure of how well she was hiding her true volatile emotions when thinking about Gregory being taken away from them.
There was a slight downwards twitch of Rita’s mouth at Sammy’s question. Her gaze shifted to the floor for only a second before returning to his face while she answered.
“July 5th. The last time the family saw him, he was walking with these twins from down the street.” She huffed a sigh, looking away again and shaking her head. “They’ve gone missing, too. I can only guess what trouble they led my sweet boy into…”
Michael clenched his jaw to keep from verbally lashing out. July 5th?! The date had just crept its way into August! No way they could’ve been looking for Gregory almost a month and not checked the mega mall every kid and their cousin hung out in whenever they could… Something just wasn’t adding up.
“We’ll be sure to keep an eye out, Mrs. Smith,” Mike managed to say eventually with a wry, bright-eyed look of barely-contained fury. It was an expression that said Michael was not to be trifled with, and anyone who dared risked his immediate wrath. Hopefully, Rita would take this as empathy for her lost child and determination to locate him.
“Ah, thank… thank you,” she said, almost flinching back at Michael’s face. Looking to Sammy again, she pulled out a folded-over sticky note from her jacket pocket and handed it to him. “You can keep the poster; here’s my personal number. If you find any information, please give me a call. We just want our boy home safe as soon as possible.”
Sammy and Michael pulling off their good cop, bad cop routine seemed to keep the mom from asking too many questions. Charlie was simply trying to hold back from asking how she knew her “sweet boy” wasn’t dead by now?
To not sound the alarm for the better part of four weeks… Were they just hoping Gregory fell off the face of the planet?
Charlie was willing to bet they were asking questions around town now in light of the random Pizzaplex shutdown. That inevitably brought the conversation of missing kids to the forefront, and surely people were curious as to where the twins had gone—where nine damn children disappeared to. With the security cameras having been “faulty” or completely turned off from their scheduled recording thanks to a glitch in the system, there would thankfully be no proof that the children, including Gregory, were ever here.
Samuel carefully took the note, committing the number to memory before folding it back up to set inside his own jacket pocket. “Yes, Mrs. Smith—and on behalf of the company, I give you our condolences. I'm sure you'll find your son soon; boys run away all the time...”
He downplayed the situation's severity, feeling somewhat sick as he lied. It felt wrong to just tell someone they would find their "missing" kid eventually when Sam knew where he was at that very moment.
Is this how William felt when he spoke to these distraught parents face to face?
No, Samuel thought, swallowing the bile in his throat. If that monster felt this way, he wouldn't have done what he did in the first place.
“Thank you,” Rita said, offering Sammy a smile that didn’t reach her eyes. She looked to Charlie and Michael with the same sad expression, then to everyone’s relief turned to leave. “We’ll be in touch.”
To Michael’s credit, he waited until the woman made it out the front doors before losing his cool.
“Almost a fucking month he’s been gone?!” he hissed, turning to the Emilys with fire in his eyes. “What the hell have they been doing this whole damn time?!”
They’d been neglectful to the kid—that had been obvious from his appearance and the little details Gregory let slip out. But this was a whole other level. To not sound the alarm that your child was missing after a day was suspicious enough, let alone randomly kicking up the search after all this time. And so close to Gregory’s birthday, too… It made Michael queasy to think about what Gregory must’ve gone through at the hands of these people.
“We can’t let them take him, Sammy. That woman is bad news—I just know it.” Deflating slightly, he thought aloud: “Shit, what are we going to tell him and Freddy? They’re going to be upset…”
“That lady's a stone cold bitch,” Charlie snapped, glaring at the door after Rita’s departure. Though she liked to believe the best in people at heart, there was something wicked about her that Charlie could practically smell. Maybe it was the way Rita withheld information about Gregory, or how she never thought to check or call the Pizzaplex the weeks her son had been missing. “There's no way you're going to rat on him, right?”
“No—absolutely not. Gregory's not going back with her. God, she doesn't even care. You can tell...” Sam spoke with a manner of disgust in his voice, not entirely able to believe his own words. “Can you imagine what’d happen if we sent that poor kid back with her? He could wind up on drugs, or out on the street! Or, god forbid—”
Dead. For good.
Rita was the kind of mom that didn't care when you scrapped your knee, or whether you had a mysteriously dry cough. Ironically, Gregory would be worse off in the care of a mother who had no maternal instincts than the mechanical bear designed to be a rockstar...
“We'll be gentle and assure them we have a plan,” Charlie said, squeezing Michael’s hand and making Samuel tilt his head curiously at his sister.
“We have a plan?” he asked, making his twin shrug in turn.
“No,” Charlie replied with a lopsided grin. “But we'll think of one! We just can't have either of them stressing about it. Alright?”
“Agreed,” Mike said with a nod, returning the hand squeeze. He spared one last look at Rita as she hopped in her car and drove off, sneering at her back. Then he took a deep breath, gathering himself before heading back to the Daycare.
Once everyone had composed themselves, they returned to the cheerful, rainbow-studded room. The irony they’d have to deliver such unpleasant news in this place didn’t escape Michael. Of course, Sun spotted them as soon as they entered, always attuned to the sound of the door and the arrival of new guests.
“They’re back!” the cheery animatronic announced, waving to the trio. He was quick to make his way over to the door, eagerly wanting to spend as much time with his new friends and his good pal Sammy as he could. Freddy, Gregory, and Ennard weren’t far behind, soon crowded around Sun just in time for Michael and the Emilys to walk into the play area.
“Wow—did you guys really miss us that much?” Michael joked, ruffling Gregory’s hair while taking in the sight of the little crowd. He’d managed to plaster on a semi-convincing smile—at least enough not to immediately alert the others of anything amiss.
Mike may be able to fool people, but where Samuel could lie out of his ass to strangers, just like his sister he wore his emotions on his sleeve to those he was close to. Unable to help the frown settling in, Sam kept his head turned from the kid who seemed to stare right into his soul.
“OF COURSE WE MISSED YOU,” Ennard remarked, closing in as Gregory scrutinized the group. Charlie gingerly patted Ennard’s mask as they leaned towards her and Mike.
Gregory stood with his arms crossed. The mood was off. He didn't know why, but the group was hiding something. It was becoming increasingly obvious as Samuel rubbed his neck and cleared his throat.
“So—gang, uh... I have some news to break to you all. Just know that it's no cause for alarm.” He started off gently, as per Charlie's advice. This sent a shiver of worry down Gregory's spine, only looking fully panicked once Samuel asked him directly: “Son, tell me... Do you know a Rita Smith?”
For all they knew, this could be a total stranger trying to cash in on a payout of finding their “lost kid.” It was a disgusting tactic, but unfortunately wouldn’t be the first time the old CEO had seen it. Only in this case, Sam was hoping this was true.
Now it was Gregory's turn to lie.
“Huh? Rita who? Pft. I don't... know anyone named that. Dumb name if you ask me...” Gregory scoffed, pushing his emotions under the figurative bed with the mention of that dreaded, loathsome person. He suddenly turned on his heel, facing the Pizzaplex that’d become his new home with all its fun attractions. Now that he made it safe in here, there was no reason to face the danger out there.
“This conversation’s boring; let's play more, guys!” Gregory urged, starting off for the jungle gym.
“Gregory, wait.” Freddy's tone was soft but commanding as he expertly snagged the collar of Gregory's shirt, holding him in place. His gaze swiveled between the boy and his surrogate siblings, a distinct crease of worry between his brows. Rather than chiding him for lying about a topic that was obviously distressing, Freddy turned his attention to the adults. “What is going on?”
“Well... like Sam said, don't worry,” Michael began, trying to quell the rising tension. Even Sun seemed nervous, wringing his hands together and somehow already knowing this conversation was beyond his current level of understanding. “But that woman Vanessa mentioned? That was Rita Smith. She's looking for her kid.” At this, his gaze flickered to Gregory, and suddenly Freddy understood.
“Gregory's mother?” Freddy questioned, his voice straining ever-so-slightly. He shifted his grasp from the boy's shirt to his shoulders, pulling Gregory in to lean against his leg. It was a poignantly protective gesture, clearly showing Freddy's need to keep him safe at all times. Looking down at the boy in question, Freddy asked gently: “Is she really your foster mother? Please, superstar, you can tell us the truth—you know we only want to protect you.”
As all eyes watched Gregory with pleading stares to open up, he glanced away. He was soothed by Freddy's gesture of protection, keeping him caged in by his arms where he felt it was safest to tell the truth.
“…Fine. Yeah, I lived in her house with her husband and their kids. She’s got two of her own, but I’m the only adopted one. She's no mother,” Gregory said with a look of distain and hatred that Charlie certainly never saw before. At Gregory's ankles the Puppet imparted a hug, as she could tell that the poor kid really didn't care to speak on it. It was painful, but they needed to know what was happening. Gregory took in a deep breath and continued.
“I lived there for, like... two years now? No one else wanted me from the foster home; the Smiths were the only people that kept me for more than a few months. I can't—c-can’t even remember my stupid birth parents... Just them. Their ugly faces—” Gregory sniffled, hands clenching at his sides until his knuckles were an icy white, nails digging deep into his palms to ground himself as he felt anger rising. “Their stupid real kids and that ugly fucking house—”
The poor boy was shaking now. He was submitted to neglect and heartache there that no child should have to endure.
“Gregory...,” Charlie chided gently, knowing he was upset but that those words would distress Sun in turn. Ennard already had them covered by folding their hands over where Sun should have ears, were he a real person. “We won't let her get you. I—we promise you that.”
Sun had let out a little gasp at Gregory's harsh curses, but to everyone's surprise otherwise kept his mouth shut. His protocol to protect and comfort the child far outweighed any coding that would make him lecture the boy for swearing. However, despite his intense desire to pick Gregory up and hug him close, he reasoned it best to step back and let the others discuss. To keep himself from reaching out he wrapped his arms around Ennard, keeping a tight grip on the amalgamation as he watched the others with a worried tilt of his head.
“She, nor anyone from that household will ever lay a finger on you, Gregory,” Freddy said with resolute determination. The mere thought of a child being mistreated was enough to enrage the normally-docile bear, so the fact this was his boy who'd suffered at the hands of these horrendous people made him want to march right to them and give him a piece of his mind. Instead, he lifted Gregory into his arms and hugged him close. “You are my son and nothing is going to change that. I will always keep you safe, and so will everyone in this room.”
Were his words a bit possessive? Maybe... but no one was in a position to knock Freddy for wanting to protect Gregory with every fiber of his being.
It was a fierce sensation, to love someone so much you'd risk everything to keep them safe—but to Michael, it was also a familiar one. It's what he'd been doing for decades after all, spurred on by the desire to right his wrongs and make up for the protection he couldn't provide before.
This case was no different. Rita and her family might not be possessed animatronics or murderous, British mechanics, but they meant Gregory harm... and that was something Michael absolutely couldn't stand.
“We'll figure something out,” he reassured, stepping closer to wrap his arms around the embracing pair. “You're safe with us.”
Charlie saw how frightening Freddy could be at the mere thought of someone taking his son away. As perturbed as that made her, she understood the obligation and love the animatronics had for children in the first place when programmed correctly. Her Puppet for example: it was designed with its first default function to protect anyone with a green bracelet should its facial recognition fail. In the event that she might be hurt, the robot was designed to even ruin itself to keep Charlotte safe.
“I already have a plan,” Gregory murmured, his thoughts becoming sharper with his anger. Even so, Gregory could get himself to stop shaking as floods of awful memories attacked his psyche. “And... I’ll need Cassidy's and the other ghosts’ help. We’re gonna scare Rita and Terry so hard they’ll crap blood.”
Charlie made a face at the crass wording, though she supposed it was par for the course for boys his age. She'd certainly heard Michael say way, way worse by the time they were teenagers.
“Gross—but so far, I'm loving the plan,” she answered with a laugh.
“Me too,” Michael said, fully on board with anything that involved scaring horrendous parents. “We'll get them off your tail for sure.”
“Let us not be too hasty,” Freddy warned gently, his own spike of anger fading in light of the shift in tone. It was all well and good for the adults to make the threat go away, but when it came to children—even immortal and undead ones—Freddy was hesitant to put them in the potential line of fire. Still, he had to reason that their help might not just be beneficial, but necessary for such a monumental task as making foster parents go away.
“Come on, Freddy,” Michael couldn't help but groan, looking at the former bear imploringly. “Having them all help out would be super useful!”
“Oh no, do not misunderstand—I am not opposed to the idea,” Freddy clarified, his bright eyes meeting Michael's. “I simply meant that we need to discuss things in depth before we put any plan into action.”
Mike patted his back warmly, pleasantly surprised the former animatronic had been so easily convinced to do something that involved messing with humans in a non-friendly way. He couldn't help but wonder if there was still a little bit of his rebellious disposition snagged in Freddy's personality chip, even after moving to a new body...
“Um, I... I'm sorry to say I don't think I can help much with this situation,” Sun piped up in an unusually soft voice. He'd let go of Ennard to clasp his hands in front of his chest, looking between the humans. “But I still want to do something! So... feel free to use the Daycare as a safe space to rest, or regroup, or plan, or... whatever you need! Oh—as long as Sammy's okay with that, of course.”
He tilted his head, static eyes fixed on the rather gaunt CEO. “Are you okay, Sammy?”
“C... Cassidy?” The crew turned to Samuel, who seemed to shake at the thought of more than just the Afton children and his father haunting the Pizzaplex. “You all never told me—how many kids are...? Oh man...”
A clammy hand clasped over Samuel's mouth as the bile rose through the pit that formed in his stomach. Sam wobbled a little, but Ennard was fast in helping the CEO to sit on the floor. Charlie bit at her nails, hurrying to her brother’s side. She hadn’t yet tried to explain what had happened in that nearly inaccessible backroom.
“Hey,” Charlie reached out for him “It's fine—”
Flinching away, Samuel looked to Charlie and asked his sister “—Fine? Charlie there's more dead children I didn't know about and you're telling me things are fine? I mean—fuck, I guess I knew deep down but—”
His voice never raised, but wobbled with sadness as Charlie fretted over her mistake of not telling him right away. Samuel tried to square his breathing before speaking again.
“I... I don't know. Sure, if those ghosts want to help—let them help Gregory. The poor kid needs it,” he conceded, merely needing to come to terms with the idea that there were plenty of ghosts haunting this place that prevented him from truly escaping the past.
Gregory could see why the man was upset, and told him: “It's going to be okay, Sam. Trust me—I mean, Charlie and Mike are ghosts, and they're pretty happy people. Right, guys?”
“God, Sam, I... I'm sorry,” Michael apologized, sinking down to the floor next to his old friend. To everyone but Samuel the concept of ghost children running around was merely a sad but inevitable fact. Mike was so used to the idea that he'd forgotten poor Sammy had only become aware of the true horror of Fazbear Entertainment's past the day prior... Honestly, Michael was amazed this latest revelation hadn't caused a full-on breakdown. His friend had gotten so strong over the years, despite everything.
“We should've told you sooner,” he admitted, placing a hesitant hand on Sammy's back, almost afraid he might reject the gesture. When he wasn't shoved off, Michael gave his friend a little smile and shook him gently. “But Gregory's got a point—Charlie and I are technically ghosts too, but we're okay. And what about your dad? You wouldn't even know he's one; he's just like his old self!”
There was a pause in which Michael's expression shifted to something unintelligible, and then he added in a soft voice: “Look, I've been chasing after ghosts since I was a kid. I know which ones are happy and which ones are vengeful, and trust me—the ones we've encountered in the Pizzaplex so far definitely lean towards the nicer side of spirits... Everything's going to be okay. We'll figure it out.”
We'll figure it out...
It was the mantra of his childhood. For a moment, Sam was transported somewhere far and distant. A time passed so long ago it felt like he was watching it inside of an old analogue television set. With every tragedy Samuel faced, he was met with the same philosophy.
Things never exactly turned out fine. Far from it, actually. Sam was so tired of all the cursed blood attached to the Fazbear IP. Tragedy was sure to follow whatever establishment bore the franchise name.
“I'm not mad, you guys. Or scared... I'm sad. It's not right what he did. I... I think I need to sleep. Yeah... Sun? Be a doll and lower the lights?” Samuel could feel a migraine coming on, and thought he should rest. “Know that the Pizzaplex is at your disposal however you need, guys. And the kids? As long as they're good, they’re free to visit, too.”
It clearly bummed Samuel out to think of them as dead. The survivor’s guilt triggering once again, and feeling like he had unintentionally trapped these children by making another death trap for William to build around.
Before completely falling into unconsciousness, Sam had enough wherewithal to lift his walkie and murmur into the mic: "Vanessa? Can you hang tight for another hour or so? I got a little held up."
"I don't really have anywhere else to go, so sure," the former night guard crackled back through the static.
Luckily, Gregory's little pillow cloud hadn't yet been disassembled. Sun cared for all the employees at the Pizzaplex, but he had a soft spot for the ever-tired CEO and was always glad to let Sam rest in his protective care. He was at the light switch in a few long strides, flipping it down with deft fingertips that would soon shift from white to blue as he instinctually ducked behind the desk to hide his transformation. Michael couldn't help but let out a soft huff at this, curious as ever to see what exactly happened to the Daycare attendant when darkness fell. For the moment though, he was content to let Sammy rest against him, rubbing his upper arm soothingly as he held him in a side hug.
“I'll take him from here,” Moon's low voice rasped. The second Michael released Sam, Moon was quick to lift him up to cradle him like a child, ignoring whatever protests the CEO might make as he was carried over to the fluffy cloud of comfort. He placed Sammy directly in the center, giving his head the gentlest of pats before stepping back. Moon's faintly-glowing eyes settled on the rest of the group as he told them: “I'll watch over Sammy, don't worry—you all should rest as well. We'll see you tomorrow, after all, ehehehe...”
“...Right,” Mike replied, getting to his feet with a sigh. He hated leaving Sammy in such a state, but it was getting late and he wanted to make a good impression tomorrow morning.
“Thank you, Moon—we greatly appreciate it. Have a good night,” Freddy said, still carrying Gregory as he gave the attendant a gentle smile, then made his way for the door with the others not far behind.
“Night, guys,” called out Sammy. Despite his chagrin, Moon was quick to put Samuel to bed. Sam didn't know if he’d have pleasant dreams, however—so tonight he was more inclined to talk with Moon until he grew too tired to speak.
When Gregory went to walk away with his family, Puppet's protective arms seemed to tangle up the kid's legs. She didn't want Gregory to go—what if that lady they were talking about found him? She was going to hurt Gregory, Puppet knew it. Unfortunately she couldn't communicate any of this, and Gregory bent at the waist to hug her.
“I'll be back tomorrow, Puppet.” Gregory smiled before easily relocating the Marionette, making her wring her hands together nervously.
Gregory hadn't realized the same was happening to Michael; Ennard practically breathed down the back of their “friend’s” neck as they followed him across the playground floor. As Gregory trailed after his dad, he was pretty sure he overheard Sam asking if Ennard was made out of ripped up carpeting and old endos, hoping his friend the Moon would know. Gregory snickered to himself at Sam's confusion, the only thing that could cheer him up in the moment.
“Ennard, stop,” Michael said upon realizing the animatronic was not going to back off on their own.
Even after all the time they'd spend together, it would be a lie to say Mike was at peace with Ennard—or frankly even that he was fully comfortable in their presence. That wasn't going to happen for quite a while, if ever, though it certainly wasn't for lack of trying on Ennard's part. There was simply too much residual trauma lurking in the depths of Michael's mind to process that the creature could truly not be a threat to him in some capacity.
Still, the fact that the rest of his family seemed content enough in Ennard's presence did ease Mike a little. He was able to resist the urge to lash out as he used to, even managing to lower his voice into a normal, almost understanding tone as he added: “I'll be fine. So will everyone else, okay? Just chill and stay out of people's sight while we're gone.”
Instead of turning on his heel and leaving immediately, Michael crossed his arms over his chest and waited for a response. Coupled with his raised eyebrow and stern expression, it looked like he was trying to explain object permanence to a child who hadn't grasped the concept yet, instead of telling a years-old conglomeration of metallic wires and AI that their friends would return to play another night.
It made sense in theory. And Ennard knew they could easily overpower Michael and keep him there with them if they really wanted to. It would be easy. Though that wasn't the type of person Michael could stand to be around, it seemed.
Sometimes doing things the right way was worth it in the long run, they'd learned.
“GOODBYE, EGG,” they said like a secret joke between the two of them. Maybe one day Mike could appreciate the typo as much as they could. Ennard opened their arms, waiting for a hug—though, as Sun explained it once, sometimes people just don’t want to be touched. Ennard wouldn't hold it against Michael should he choose to just leave—they never really blamed the former night guard anyway.
“Oh, for fu—” Michael caught himself just in time to avoid activating Moon and Freddy's swearing protocols at once. With a heavy roll of his eyes, Mike uncrossed his arms to let them hang loosely at his sides. He looked up at Ennard with a scathing expression, surprised they even thought Michael would hug them at this point.
The pair stared each other down before Michael oh-so-slowly raised a hand. It looked like he was about to smack the robot, but he simply gave the back of Ennard's left hand one single, swift pat.
“Alright, let's go,” he said quickly, turning his back on the amalgamation and leading the charge out of the Daycare.
To Ennard, there was no way of misinterpreting that response: he and Mike were indeed “besties,” as Sun would say. In Ennard’s twisted head, that was undisputed.
As they reached the exit Gregory squinted through the tinted glass doors, concerned people he knew would be waiting for him outside. There was no convincing him that the outside was totally safe, so Charlie lifted Gregory up and held him in a way that made it easier to bury his face away in her shoulder. Gregory had voiced that hiding his features made him feel a little more hidden as the family traveled onward back to their paid room. As Charlie hauled their precious cargo back to their temporary home, she asked Gregory what he wanted for dinner.
“Pizza…,” he replied in a forlorn fashion.
Charlie would shake her head and suggested gently: “Maybe something different? You ate a lot of pizza recently, kiddo.”
It was clear Gregory needed variety in his diet. Who knows how they used to feed him at his old house anyway judging by his eating habits…
“How about a salad?” Freddy offered, though he had a feeling this option wouldn't go over well. Sure enough, Michael scoffed at the very notion.
“Geez, Freddy, I thought you were supposed to be a nice robot—don't torture the kid!” he griped, shoving his hands in his pockets.
“I am doing no such thing,” Freddy replied with slightly narrowed eyes. “Vegetables are a healthy part of a balanced diet, and Gregory certainly needs one.”
“Yeah, but a salad?” Michael shook his head, then looked to Gregory and Charlie for their opinions. “What do you guys think? Salads for everyone, yay or nay?”
Charlie would probably agree with Freddy, even if she could stand to eat anything unhealthy for days at a time considering it would never affect her health. Gregory answered first shrugging it off.
“Salads are fine—as long as they have grilled chicken or those ham and cheese wheel things!” he said, hoisted up better into Charlie’s arms as she chuckled at him.
“Little carnivore... I’m sure we can find something good on the menu,” she added as they entered the parking lot area of the tourist trap hotel.
Despite Michael’s earlier protestations, he made no qualms when it actually came time to order—like Charlie, he realized the value of getting something green in Gregory’s system that wasn’t Monty-themed Fizzy Faz. While Charlie was on the phone, Michael took the opportunity to snatch Gregory up the second his feet touched the ground and toss him onto the couch, eliciting a surprised laugh.
“So, Freddy,” Michael began. “You never actually told us what Henry said about us eating.”
“To be frank… Henry does not quite understand what is happening either," Freddy replied, perching on the couch as well.
Michael tilted his head with a downturn of his lips. “…What do you mean?”
“He and Samuel opened up my body and looked around, but there was no evidence of me having eaten anything,” Freddy explained. “It was as if the food simply disappeared into thin air. I brought up the concept of converting it to energy like normal humans do, which Henry said made sense… if he designed that capability, which he did not.”
Freddy gave a little shrug, bright eyes filled with wonder and mirth. “Henry said, and please excuse my language as this is a direct quote: ‘Whatever is happening is a freaking supernatural miracle!’”
Hearing Freddy say something considered crude by the animatronics standards left Charlie in a fit of giggles. She held her stomach as Gregory burst into laughter as well—though he did have to force it some even if he was genuinely happy. When he'd heard Rita’s name, Gregory felt as though he was slipping back into the notion he wouldn’t be safe anywhere. Wherever he went, it was as if people were out to get him. The fact his foster parents even noticed that he was gone both astonished and scared him.
“That’s good, though! You can still eat burgers and try a bunch of new stuff!” Gregory would encourage, reclining back with his big brother.
Charlie was a little more skeptical. “It’s just gone? Inexplicably?”
It was just so peculiar to her. And yes, Charlie could definitely see how the supernatural murder victim thinking their robot vessel strange was a pot calling a kettle black, but her point still stood.
“Like your dad said—it’s a miracle! Nothing’s wrong so there’s no need to worry. Maybe it’s like… Magic, you know?” Gregory suggested. It wasn’t unlikely, given this crew’s eclectic circumstances.
“I would like to think so,” Freddy said with a smile, never one to quash a child’s imagination.
Besides—what else could it be, really? He used to be a huge, animatronic bear that worked from a knowledge bank of databases and logical thinking. Now, his consciousness had been transferred into a scarily humanlike android that reflected his scarily humanlike personality... Plus, his son was immortal and his other surrogate children were literal ghosts in their machines. Who’s to say there wasn’t a bit of magic floating around in the universe as well?
***
The night was blissfully uneventful, at least by their standards. To work off Gregory's burst of adrenaline and food-fueled energy, the group visited the arcade and spent a good while facing off against each other in various games. Even Freddy joined in on some, though his AI gave him a weird knack for being almost too good, making him step back in deference to letting the others enjoy the games in his stead. He much preferred to keep a watchful eye on his family anyway.
Once returned to the room, the group showered and prepared for bed, then chatted a while longer about happy plans for the future until Gregory drifted off to sleep, followed shortly thereafter by Michael and Charlie. Freddy still hadn't gotten used to the concept, but even he managed to doze for a few minutes here and there.
At some point during the day Michael slipped out to meet Sammy, leaving a note on the kitchen table to let the others know where he'd gone. He suggested it best for them to wait until nightfall to join him due to the recent development with Gregory's foster parents, and no one put up a fight to this. When darkness fell over the town the group set out, one of Gregory's hands in Freddy's while Charlie held the other.
“Hey!” Michael greeted them just inside the front doors of the Pizzaplex, seeming rather chipper. He was still dressed in casual clothes, although the disheveled state of his hair and grease-stains on his shirt and face indicated he'd been hard at work helping Sammy fix up some animatronics. “I missed you guys! How was life without me for a day?”
“Charlie and me hung out at the arcade and we built a pillow fort with Freddy!” Gregory recalled, abandoning his father’s and Charlie’s hand to give Michael a hug. Ushering them further inside, almost for fear of someone recognizing Gregory from the many more missing children posters she’d noticed now that she was allowed outside, Charlie agreed with a nod.
“We left it up—mostly because there’s a back to back marathon of Immortal and the Restless on later and I wanted Gregory to see the first episode,” she planned. It was weird but welcomed to see Michael back at it with the mechanic work.
Down one of the staircases Samuel jogged with a shopping bag in hand. He looked a lot happier than when they left; he’d really needed that nap after the horrible news he'd received.
“Gather ‘round, you guys. It’s present time!” he called enthusiastically, barely able to contain the surprise he had in store for them. “I went out and thought I’d get you guys something useful. I think you’re going to like the colors I picked out.”
“That is very kind of you, Samuel,” Freddy responded, settling himself at the man's side and giving the CEO a warm smile. “You have already done so much for us...”
“And we're eternally grateful for everything,” Michael added quickly, flashing his old friend a grin. “So what's in the bag?”
“Check it out! I got us a family plan!” From the white shopper’s bag Sam produced a dark green rectangle, first presenting it to Charlie. She gladly took the gift, looking happy—even though she was completely lost on what it was, exactly. It looked expensive though.
“You get one—here Michael, I got you the black one, and Freddy gets a red one!” Samuel had taken the liberty to plugging in the SIM cards, but left the personalization up them. “We should have each other’s numbers already synced, too. So now we can always be in touch.”
Looking up to Sam, Gregory pulled on his shirt with a bullishly bright stare. “What color’s mine?”
“Uh… Sorry, kid, you’re still a little too young,” Sam said, silently breaking Gregory’s heart. Though he dug inside the bag anyway with an air of excitement. “Aw, don’t look so sad—of course I didn’t forget to get you something, too. Here’s your present!”
Into Gregory’s hands, a little digital drawing tablet in a bright blue case was entrusted. It wasn’t a phone, but Gregory was still appreciative as he flashed Sam another bright smile. “Thank you!”
“Holy crap!” Michael exclaimed, not even feeling Freddy's quick glare due to the shock of receiving such a gift. “Sam, these are like... are these the latest models?!” Upon Sammy's nod, Mike blinked a few times, before reverently pressing the phone to his chest and pulling his friend in for a brief but meaningful hug.
Freddy was turning his own device over in his hand, letting out a little “oh!” as the screen suddenly lit up, nearly blinding him with its brightness. Unsure of how to make it stop, he simply flipped the phone over so the display faced the floor, where it turned off a few seconds later. When Freddy tentatively raised it back up, he was blinded yet again. Sure, he'd seen a million of these things during his time as a rockstar, but handling one himself was a new experience.
“Freddy, you can adjust that!” Michael laughed, quickly moving over to help as he saw the former bear's confusion. Slipping his own phone in a pants pocket for the time being, he took Freddy's and began walking him through how to set up his account profile, then adjust the light and sound settings. He spared a quick glance at Charlie, but by the look on her face Michael knew she'd require a lot more time and guidance to get her up to speed...
With a start, Mike realized that while he'd been gallivanting about the real world and keeping up with the times, all Charlie's exposure to technology had been confined to the Pizzerias—more specifically, the animatronics within. The last time she'd really interacted with a cell phone had been the 80s... No wonder she looked completely lost. God, Evan and Lizzie's eyes were going to bug out of their heads when they saw these things, too.
“Oh! Mine’s lighting up when I move it…,” Charlie said, confused when she touched the screen, only to have the screen say hello. Wondering about the capabilities of this square robot’s AI, she greeted with a cheerful: “Oh… Hi! My name’s Charlie.”
Gregory snickered, shaking his head. “Nooo, Charlie it can’t really understand you. It’s AI can only remember stuff you tell it to remember.”
Charlie would shrug, hugging her brother as repayment for the gift. “Thank you for the… The uh—” Charlie had to admit now that she didn’t know what exactly her brother gave to her, but it was pretty and green—her favorite color.
“It’s a cellphone, you goof!” Samuel laughed, patting his sister’s back as he knew she really did mean that she loved her gift, despite ignorance on what it really did. “I figured they'd work better than walkie talkies. Plus, Mike deserves it for helping me go the extra mile today—Freddy, I know I promised you I’d find Bonnie and fix him up…” Samuel began, though the look on Freddy’s face made it apparent that he knew just what the man was going to tell him.
“You did not...,” Freddy whispered, looking to Michael for confirmation. After all they'd been through, he thought Mike would want to avoid any contact with Bonnie for the foreseeable future.
Though they all knew it was William's soul controlling the normally-friendly rabbit to make him say and do such horrible things, Freddy would've been completely understanding if Michael never wanted to lay eyes on Glamrock Bonnie again. He was already out of the lineup, so while Freddy would've been sad at the confirmation his best friend was well and truly gone, he would have accepted it. But now, Sammy was implying something completely different...
“We did,” Michael replied, expression soft and understanding. As blue eyes met blue, Michael hoped his unspoken feelings would translate to the kind-hearted bear.
He'd been resistant to the idea of recommissioning Bonnie so soon, but Sammy had convinced him that if everyone else could get their old friends back from the dead, Freddy deserved to have his, too. With a smile, Michael clapped a hand on Freddy's shoulder and squeezed. “He's still got to go through a lot of tests before we can consider letting him out on the floor—extra precaution, and all that—but we managed to get him online about an hour before you guys showed up. He's hanging out in the bowling alley as we speak.”
“Oh my goodness... Michael, Samuel, I—I do not know what to say,” Freddy admitted, his last words muffled as he pressed a hand over his mouth, trying to keep his emotions in check. The first and only time he'd ever cried was when he initially left the Pizzaplex, but as his vision blurred with the realization that Bonnie was okay, Freddy wondered if this was about to be his second experience with his own falling tears.
This pure act of love and selflessness had brought tears to Charlie’s eyes as well. When she saw the telltale lip wobble of someone else about to sob, she looked to Michael and pressed back her own. “I can’t believe how fast you guys fixed him!”
Samuel would snort at that, fixing his oil-smudged glasses. “Oh his programming was a mess! Just completely jailbroken—I had to wipe the endo and start over from his last saved data point. Took hours. The body wasn't too damaged, though; just needed some touch-ups and a few replacements. Bon seems fine now, but Michael’s right. Gotta test him before he’s debuted again.”
There was sadly no room for him in rockstar row right at the moment. But Bonnie Bowl was the place that the old bunny happily took up residency for the time being. With a smile, Sam patted Freddy’s shoulder. “Want to go see him, Fredbear?”
Charlie reached out to hold Freddy’s hand, shaking it excitedly and subconsciously encouraging him to shake off the tears. Tonight had started off great, despite the hiccup in their happiness they had the previous day.
Freddy nodded without hesitation, rubbing at his face with a sleeve. Thankfully, Charlie caught him just in time to stop any liquid from escaping, and a bright, eye-crinkling smile settled on Freddy's face.
“Yes, please,” he replied to Sammy, then held out a hand to Gregory. “Superstar, Bonnie is going to love you.”
“Oh yeah, that's for sure,” Michael confirmed, crossing his arms as the group began moving to the bowling alley as one. “He's super friendly—it's no wonder he and Freddy get along so well.”
If Gregory could push the violence that Monty and Moon forced upon him far from his mind, then he was positive that he could get along great with Bonnie, too. This was Freddy’s best friend. There was no other animatronic he could trust Gregory with more now that Bon was in the right mind.
Freddy chuckled, feeling like he was about to overflow with joy. The situation with Gregory's foster parents was a blot of darkness in their lives that they'd need to address sooner rather than later, but at least for the moment he could pretend like everything was alright... Like things were back to normal.
A new normal—and a much better one, in Freddy's opinion.

Continuation from here
@witheredpetalsmses (Gilmore)
" Relived? " Gilmore spits back, how could Warren think of such a thing." I have lost enough already to not want to lose a brother, if anything I expect that you remain a constant in my life if nothing else!" Their frown deepens as Death goes on." I have nothing, I yearn for nothing but at least I could count that you, Freddie and Pestilence would be here, with me in this no matter the circumstances! " It was selfish on their part, to want them to stay even when it was clear that Warren desired for something more, he had always loved too deeply.
" Yes, I would rather!" Gil shakes their head." I thought you knew better than this Warren, after all we have been through but I see now that is not the case." " This one thing? It is never the one thing, you always want more, you desire passion and so you look for it. It's Maya now but it was Barachiel before, who you proclaimed to love so dearly." Gilmore breaths in, this was not how they expected the evening to go." I do not care. You will do as you please as you always have and I'll be there to pick up the pieces of what is left. If you want then do call Pestilence, I'm not sure what they can bring to the table."
Warren was proud of himself for not losing his temper like he usually did. He would have yelled and destroyed things when feeling this cornered and offended but not this time. Not here in their home so he shook his head, taking a deep breath, "Me being a constant in your life doesn't mean it was a good one. We're bonded by our creation and destiny but I'm tired to live like that's all I am. Aren't you?" He asked tiredly, "we can't change what we are or run for it, but at least we can escape it for a little while. I'm sorry. I really am sorry you lost the one thing you ever wanted. I wish you have never had to experience that loss and pain but it was not my fault and you can be angry at the work and at me if you want but you have no right to deny me the one thing that had made me less of a monster. And you can't deny me either to leave this world under my own circumstances, Gilmore. I love you but I'm not changing my mind on this," he said in a final tone. "Are you even listening to yourself? You prefer to have a slaughter to clean up after my rage than letting me go? So all those lives don't matter? Weren't you the one asking me to stop killing indiscriminately millenia ago? Why can you change and not me?" He asked shaking his head because even with his job, Gilmore wasn't really vicious like he and pestilence were. This came out as a big bitter surprise now. Warren huffed and raised his voice this time, "exactly you idiot! Exactly! I don't want you to have to pick up the pieces of anything! I don't want more of yours and the other resentment. I know I'm not gonna be with Maya after we pass but at least I won't be here making everyone's life a hell," he said with a broken tone.
Gilmore stares ahead, they often tried not to think too much about their existence, what they were, an anomaly of sorts and while they could understand where Warren was coming from they could not deal with the truth of the matter." Is that how you see us? Monsters?" Death steps back, hands turning into fists. "You are right, I cannot. You have always made up your mind with little care for others opinions and this will be no different, you are set in your ways." Gil closes their eyes, trying to hold themselves. " That is not what I meant, but you are capable of staying without achieving those things and between the two of us who is the one that has changed. Warren you have allowed yourself to feel things, to live your life with the pain that comes with it and in the end you will do as you please!" Finally Death stares back, they want to tell him there is no resentment from their part but they can't, because there is. " You carry yourself too high Warren."
Warren stood up, holding their glance in challenge, "not you. Me. I am a monster. The things that I've done, the people I've hurt. The pain I've unleash is not short of what a monster would do," he admitted looking uncommonly guilty. It stung that Gilmore threw to his face that he never cared for others and always did as he wanted, "I never thought the price to live this life your so high. Even back with Barachiel. I really tried not to feel things and spent long centuries without feeling anything for anyone until her. Maybe this is how it was supposed to be. Maybe that's why you spare her life," he said with a little hope in his voice, not wanting them to have such a negative conversation when they had managed to be so civil with each other for so long. It hurts to see their sibling so mad at him, "it was never my intention to hurt any of you when I decide to live my own life. Even less when I fell in love," he said apologetically, "life as we had it before playing human wasn't a life at all. I don't want to go back to that. I don't want you to go back to that either. Numb, emotionless, empty. You deserve better, Gil."
Gilmore relaxes for a moment, features softening." You are not a monster Warren. Yes, you have caused a lot of hurt in your path but that, it was then, you feel remorse and that shows change." They grow quiet, Death was still not sure why they had helped Maya on that awful night, they remembered that it would not cause too much of a problem to lend her a hand. They weren't sure if they believed in faith. " I'm not asking you to return to it, I wouldn't ask that of you." Gil confesses." But that is not the case for myself Warren, there is no better for me." And they truly thought it was the case, Uriel had been an expected surprise one that would not come again.
Warren's expression softened when Gilmore said he wasn't a monster, "someone once told me I wasn't able to change. That I have a lot of red in my ledge and that won't ever change," he said with a sigh. "I know you might think this is a whim, but it's different than it was with Barachiel. Maya is just too good even with all the bad things she has gone through," he said with a small smile, "I just want to make her happy," he admitted. He moved closer and placed a hand over his sibling's shoulder, "you don't know that. I know it feels like that but you already learned there is something good and some positive things to feel," he said seriously, "I'm still here for you," he assured.
Gilmore gives in, a sigh escaping their lips." I know." They say, deep down they knew the reason for their outburst, they were jealous of Warren to be able to love as he did and to be loved in return." She makes you happy and as much as I hate the thought of you leaving eventually, I know that there is a good reason for it."
Death shakes their head." No, there is not nor do I wish it to be. " But at least they weren't alone, Warren and Freddie were here as well as Trevor." I know that you are, I do appreciate it Warren. I apologize for... My strong reaction."
Warren relaxed a little when Gilmore sounded more understanding of his reasons, “Thank you, Gil. I know I’m stubborn and normally a huge idiot, but I promise this time it’s more than just that,” he assured.
He sighed, “and you dare to call me stubborn uh?” he shook his head, “just try not to close yourself completely,” he almost pleaded. Warren smiled a bit, “No need to apologize, I understand where that came from, I just wanted to explain…” he sighed, “have you considered adopting a pet?” he asked suddenly, wondering if maybe something like that could help his sibling’s heart not to freeze entirely, “Maya adopted a dog before we moved in together and then I adopted two kittens, they’re the cutest thing,” he smiled uncharacteristically, “I realized those little creatures are good incentives.”
" You are stubborn." Gilmore agreed with his statement." As long as you speak to the others as well about your plan, that is all that I ask." They wouldn't want to be the one to deliver the news once the time came, having to deal with whatever questions the other horsemen might have. Gilmore rolls their eyes." Yes and I will make no such promises." Death raises and eyebrow at the question." A pet?" They hadn't really consider it, usually they were satisfied with the ducks but they would never take them from their home. " I see, I'm not sure about myself but I will take it into consideration."
Warren grinned, "I know. It's part of the charm. Sometimes at least," he joked. "Hell no! I'm not telling Pest about it. I don't want to talk to them if I can avoid it. Freddie can deliver the news," he said with a grin knowing Gilmore didn't want to be the one telling them. "fine, make no promises but just remember you're capable to feel more than you allow yourself," he asked softly. He smiled, "If you ever consider it, I can help you pick a pet. I also have a horse cause we have a stable at home so if you like to have one we have the space for it," he offered.
Gilmore sighs." But of course you wouldn't tell them of the news. I'm not sure why you and Freddie avoid Pestilence so much, they can be good company." They joke lightly. " You have a stable?" Gilmore almost wants to sigh again, what didn't Warren have." I will consider it and if needed I will go to you for help but for now I am content with the ducks by the lake."
Warren rolled his eyes, “Cause they’re annoying as fuck. I don’t think Freddie is avoiding them, I think he’s hurt he was sent away,” he shrugged, “only you think Pestilence is a good company,” he huffed. “I do. When I got the house Maya and I live at now, I made sure I had a space for my horse and Freddie’s horse is there too now,” he grinned, “ok, as you want, the ducks do seem to like you a lot,” he smiled.

MultiVillains x Reader || Drabbles
Plot: You try to sacrifice yourself to save the people you love but something goes wrong, and you're caught- and saved- and your saviour is absolutely p i s s e d that you would try something like that and thought he would let you.
Includes: Barbara Kean, Candy Pop, Captain Hook (2003), Cheavy / Classic Heavy, Human!Chucky / Charles Lee Ray, Dark Link, Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers, Peter Hale, Scarecrow / Jonathan Crane.
Warnings: SERIOUS POSESSIVENESS. Like, possibly yandere? I mean, they're already villains so I dunno if its really yandere but... just so you get the idea. Violence and threats, too. Mommy kink in Barbara's sorta (A tiny bit) and Daddy kink in Freddy's, obviously. Michael carves his name into your skin. Clearly some very unhealthy relationships. Also unedited writing cuz the hour is late and I'm too tired.
Barbara Kean:
"I'm here." You say, quietly, leaving the shadows and coming out into the light. Oswald looks pleased to see you, and smug; He never doubted even for a second that you wouldn't come after he sent you that note.
Your friend's cut off, bloody ear is what he thinks, possibly, did the trick.
"Ahh, its good to see you're a good decision maker, Y/N. That'll come in handy working for me- I knew you were a good pick." As he talks, you just stare at the ground. You know this is right decision, to save your friends, and your family, and Barbara.
But that doesn't make it any less terrifying. The Penguin is insane. Yes, he's a little more predictable then, say, The Riddler and that freaky Jerome Valeska from a year ago, but that sure as hell doesn't make him any less violent. You've seen it.
"Now come over here." He suddenly demands, and you're quick to obey- albeit, sloppily due to nerves.
Before you get too far across the floor, though, a new voice rings throughout the building. Shrill, and furious, and present.
"I don't think so!~"
It sends shivers down your spine, as a familiarly fuchsia gloved hand wraps around your upper arm and grips you tight, and realisation of what deep shit you're in now, dawns.
You glance to the side and up, and find Barbara's face quickly- she's not looking at you, but you know damn well that the unhappy look on her pretty face isn't, for Oswald. Your heartbeat starts to rush against your chest, as you look at her, waiting for her to snap. To look at you. The longer you wait, the more seconds that pass as she ignores you, scares you even more.
"Ozzy... " She tilts her head to the side, flashing a fake smile as she adjusts her fingers around your arm. "How dare you try to steal away my little cutie pie, here. They're mine." She rights her head, every bit as perky as a weather girl- one with a loaded handgun, that is.. "Or did you not get the memo?"
Oswald rolls his eyes and sighs. "Y/N came of their own free will, Barbara. I don't know what you want me to say."
For a few moments, Barbara doesn't say anything. This mess clearly, means more to her then to him as her baby blues stew like a raging sea, now. An angry, thunderous, violent, raging sea. "... You're right." She spits out, almost animalistic, through grit teeth. "Nothing. I don't want anything, from you. I got everything I wanted. Get the hell out of here before I change my mind."
As you watch Oswald slowly shrug, figuring this isn't worth the bullets really, and leave along with your chances to save your friend- you consider wriggling from Barbara grip and chasing after him-
But she's always read your mind like an open tab. You feel her breath on your ear before you even know she's noticed your thoughts, and cease up. "Not. You. Baby doll... " Her grip on your arm now tightens to the point that it genuinely hurts, and you squeeze your eyes shut. "You're staying right here, with mommy. And explaining yourself. Got it?!"
Candy Pop:
After Candy Pop throws you back in your room, letting go of your wrist that will surely bruise, now, is when he finally lets out his frustrations. Finally fucking speaks, for the first time since he saved your stupid ass from making, in his opinion, the most imbecilic idea of your dumb little life.
"What the hell were you thinking?!" You just glare back, massaging you wrist with a thumb. "No- no really. Run me through your stupid, little, human thought process here. You give yourself up to the devil- cuz that's what Zalgo is, in case you didn't quite realise... and then what? All is fine? I let you go do something like that peacefully? What!? Seriously, tell me! Because I'm mystified. Let me, the thousand year old being, in on your tiny little human plan, that was apparently so much better, then anything I could've cooked up if you'd come to me. Hm? What was it?!"
"I was thinking, I wanted you- and Cane, and my family, and everyone, safe!" You snap, glowering just as hard back at him. "And Zalgo said, to do that, I needed to give myself up!- "
"Fucking hell." He snaps, running two hands through his hair frustrated beyond belief clearly. "How could you- How- I cant even comprehend- the thought process that lead you- " He takes a deep breath. "You really thought it was that cut and dry? That damn simple?"
"Ultimatums, usually are!" You cry, not understanding what the hell he wasn't understanding. Why he couldn't let you make your own fucking decisions.
For a few good moments, he just stares at you. A thing akin to hatred, burning his eyes. Now, you know he doesn't hate you, and all this is coming somehow from a place of care, but- it truly is a scary thing, to stare back into.
Then he turns around and laves your room, slamming the door closed. "Stay there!" He calls back as he leaves the house. "I'm going to fix the tragic mess that you created! If you move even a fucking inch, out of that room, I will know! And I will come back to drag you kicking and screaming, right fucking back!"
Captain Hook (2003):
As soon as you wake up, you groan straight from the heart and push yourself up into a sitting position, leaning your back against the familiar headboard.
Here you are. Right back where you started.
You failed. And due to the terrible headache plaguing the forefront of your brain right now, you assume you failed badly.
"Oh- you're awake!" And you also figure that you're about find out the specifics of your failure, too, as you take your hand slowly from the back of your head where you were searching for a bump- and to the desk where Hook sits, a cold look on his smiling face.
Immediately you feel fear shoot through you. Oh no.
"Look, Hook, lets just forget it. You would've done the same for me- "
"I assure you, Y/N." Hook's eyes go dark, and the polite smile disappears. A sneer replaces it, the hair on his top lip raising. "I wouldnt've."
Worrying your bottom lip, you wonder what you can say to make this go away. Calm him down. You knew this would piss him off... you just, didn't think you would be alive to see it.
Now you are and you definitely, almost, regret your decision to go off on your own. "I get it... you think what I did was stupid- "
"Immeasurably."
"But I had to."
He sits you with a scary look, turning his head and raising his brows at you- the expression almost reading surprised. He's shocked, that you would think that you had to do something like that. Or that you would dare, say that to him.
Then he slams his hook suddenly right into the wood of his desk, making loud, startling BANG sound that causes you to jump along with all the objects sitting on the desk- and look away from him. "Like HELL you had to!"
Cheavy / Classic Heavy:
Cheavy wrangles you too easily, using his ridiculous, terrifying strength to to twist your body by the wrists- around and back across the field to Blue HQ. On the walk, he says nothing; But you can hear his teeth grinding.
As soon as you get back to your shared bedroom, you try to wrench out his grip but he doesn't let go and causes you to cry out in pain with your yourself too hard. Then he leans down, tightens his grip for a moment so you know he's not fooling around, and you smell his foul breath as he speaks at you: "Now, doll, listen close. If you try some bullshit like that again, I'll break your fucking legs. That'd keep you outta trouble, wouldn't it?"
Groaning and rolling your eyes, you yank yourself away again and this time he lets you go immediately- causing you to fly into the floor. "Argh... asshole." You mumble, pushing yourself up and aching all over, irritation flickering madly deep in your chest.
"Yeah, maybe... " His gruff voice is lower, then usual. Slower. This isn't his usual anger- not loud, and nothing's being smashed, no. This is controlled, as he fights not to scare you with how much fury he's really feeling at what you did. "But at least I'm not acting like a damn twit."
"I was saving your life, dick!"
"I don't want you saving my life, kid. You should really talk to a guy before tryin' something that." Turning your back to him, you go to your dresser and just start absentmindedly fiddling with things- too furious with him to even look at him. "What? Not in a talking mood? Good. I think you've done enough today, huh? Stay in fucking here. I wasn't joking about breaking your legs, sweetheart."
Then the door behind you slams shut so hard your body jumps in surprise, and you wince.
Human!Chucky / Charles Lee Ray:
You could not be more mad right now as you watch Chucky unlock your apartment door, clearly mad himself, and fight yourself not to jerk out of the iron grip he still has on your arm and bolt as fast as you can, as far as you can, away from him. But to do that would be cowardice, so you settle for glaring a hole into the back of his head, planning the fowl things you're going to say to him once he lets you inside and closes the door.
Before the door even clicks closed behind you though, Chucky whips around first and slams you into it, using your body to ram it shut- and god, the expression on his face. Hell would freeze over.
"What the fuck is wrong with you, Y/N? You're fuckin' lucky I figured out where you were gonna be and came to save your ass- otherwise you would be so dead right now." Those blue eyes absolutely burn into yours.
But yours burn right back, as you struggle to get his hands off you. You stop, when he just fetches his gun out of his pocket and shoves it into your stomach, causing your to freeze- but your eyes are still like stone, staring fearlessly back at him. "It is none of your business what I do with my life Chucky. And I was saving you people- "
"Oh don't give me that bullshit. You're lucky I'm such a good, fuckin, guy, or I'd really fuck you up about now for the fuckery you just tried. You should thank me for saving your life- " He leans in close, noses nearly touching. "Its not really my thing."
"Thank you!?"
"Honey you better start givin' the option a good think, cuz my trigger finger itches." This time you say nothing, seeing the look in Chucky's eyes change. Still angry, still totally boiling with rage - to an extent he has never felt, before, - but more desperate. He presses his forehead into yours just as firmly as the gun in your gut. "I don't think you quite get how bad I got it for you, Y/N."
Dark Link:
"So??" Zalgo prompts, getting tired already of this game you and Dark are playing. Where the boy tells you that you don't have to this, when you definitely do, and you say oh but I'm doing this for you Dark, which makes the demon feel sick honestly, and so on and so forth with no foreseeable, logical end- The first couple turns were entertaining, but now he's just wholly grossed out by the squishy lovey stuff.
You take a deep breath, and prepare to shake Dark's relatively gentle grip on your shoulder off of you to move forward towards Zalgo- but Dark's tone suddenly shifts. He heaves a great sigh, and you turn to watch his head fall forward, surrendering.
Not you, though. As his hand curls more tightly around your arm. "Y/N... damn, I tried to do this the cute way. But I guess that isn't gonna work, is it?"
"What?" You ask, blinking up at him with eyes as the silver haired Link-Look-Alike raises his head again- looking far less desperate, this time. More determined. Cold. And hard.
Resolute (You aren't going anywhere.)
"You think I'm going to let you go anywhere with this jackass? Come on." He rolls his eyes. "Give me some credit here. I kinda love you."
"I dont have much of a choice, Dark- " You try to separate from him and his grip tightens even more- hurting, now. A gasp is torn from you, followed by a pained whimper. "Dark!- "
"You try to get out of this grip again sweet cheeks, and you'll lose this arm."
Freddy Krueger:
You close your eyes, and wait for the pain. You expect a blinding pain, as a bullet tears through your body, you expect to double over, or maybe to just fall... but none of that happens. You feel nothing.
But you do hear a squish, and a thump. And when you open your eyes, you see the Springwood parent on the ground, gun skittering across the floor a few feet and Freddy standing behind the, now, corpse.
His blue eyes look poisoning when he looks up at you, and you immediately feel fear shoot through you like lightning. That's a horrible, scowl- and you thought his leer was bad to be at the receiving end of. This, is much worse. He looks like he wants to tear you apart.
"Now sweetheart... what do we say to Daddy when he goes out of his way to come out of the dream world, weakening himself, to save your little, disobedient bitch-ass." He talks slow, annunciating every syllable, carefully. When you're too afraid, you're actually shaking, to say anything for a few moments, his shoulders drop and he sighs. "I think that'd be thank you." He raises his brows. "Don't you?"
"I... I was handling it." You force out, crossing your arms over your chest- heart beating against it so hard hard that you're afraid it'll break free and fly across the room. "I- I was saving everyone."
At this, Freddy's eyes narrow dangerously, and he walks over, pushing himself into your personal space as you turn your head away, avoiding behind nose to nose with him. Afraid if you look back at him, you'll fall apart. You'll lose the tiny little bit of resolution that you have. "Sweetheart, look at me... " You refuse, closing your eyes. "I said look at me." His non-gloved hand comes up and drags your face, and squeezes, so you open your eyes and look at him- gasping in surprise at the action. "Listen good, bitch. The naughty acts good for roleplay babe but that's where the fun ends. Do you fucking understand?"
"... yes... " Your heart breaks a little at the defeat, muscles relaxing and arms dropping from their crossed state; Your eyes look to the floor as Freddy smirks, pleased.
"That's what we like to hear!"
Michael Myers:
After Michael barged on into that abandoned building, easily took out the others in there that were his enemies, that you were giving yourself up to, and then knocked you the hell out... he disappeared for 2 weeks.
You woke up on your bed, still in your clothes from last night, including your shoes, and above the covers with a killer migraine... and Michael wasn't there. nor was he there at bed time, when he would usually come and visit you. Or the next day, or the next.
This is not to say that throughout those two long weeks, you weren't aware of his presence. No, he made it quite clear that he was still there, that he was just pissed as all get out but would know and stop you if you tried anything like the other night again.
You would catch glimpses of him on your way to work, and home again. Just dark figures following you every now and then, and watching you through windows from across the street.
And, the notes.
Yes he left you notes.
Horrible, cold notes that were written crayon you knew he stole from a child he probably killed, that made you feel sick. They would have words like 'DONT' and 'STOP' and 'I WATCH' written on them in big, capital letters. Over and over again. These would be left carefully on the floor, just inside your front door; Facing you.
You also watched the news and witnessed the rate of his murders increase drastically.
After the 2 weeks were finally over, he came back to your surprise. He was just there, in your room, waiting for you when you got home one night. He stood stock still, of course... until you approached him. The second you got too close, he snapped into action and grabbed you; He threw you on your stomach on the bed, and yanked your top up...
Then carved his name in your back with his knife, and left you there to stew for a while as he went to make himself a sandwich.
Peter Hale:
Peter just looks exhausted. He holds his head in his hands for a while, occasionally shaking his head and chuckling as he thinks through what you did, and you watch him. You're slightly afraid, to be honest. Its scary when Peter loses his cool. I mean, it was for sure worse when he found you and dragged you out of harms way, and glared... but this isn't much better.
You wonder what he'll do when he pulls himself together.
Should you make a run for it?
No... he could catch you.
Finally, after literally 3 hours - you should never underestimate Peter's ability to be still, - he looks up, and rests his chin in his hands. He raises his brows at you. "So?" He prompts. "What were you thinking?"
"I-I... I wanted to keep you safe... "
His eyes are cold, and lifeless. "Aw... how sweet." And there's no warmth in his voice, either. Its like a slap in the face.
Still, you don't retaliate. You just set your hands in your lap, and meekly ask him: "What... what are you going to... do?"
His gaze flicker's from the floor in front of his, to you thoughtfully, before he shrugs. "Well I'm going to have to teach you a lesson, that's been made abundantly clear. You nearly gave me a stroke back there, sweetheart, and you know how much I hate being reminded of my age."
"Y-yeah, but... how?" You ask, looking up innocently at him. He tilts his head to the side.
"... I'm still plotting."
Scarecrow / Jonathan Crane:
Jon paces the room, and you stand off to the side with your arms crossed. He glances back at you once again, and prompts you. "Explain it to me again."
Frustrated, you deeply roll your eyes; teeth grit. How many times are you going to say this before he lets it go? "I went to Jervis to save you. He said if I gave myself up to him, you would be spared. What is hard to understand??!"
His eyes flash and he whips around properly to advance on you. Pointing at you with a gloved finger, and he snaps; "The part where you were idiotic enough to believe that man." Is that disgust, in his tone? Or disappointment? Possibly, both. And you don't care for either.
Your eyes slowly narrow, and you talk slowly. Precisely. "Don't talk to me like that, Jon."
"I am the Scarecrow." He tilts his head to the side, inclining his neck. "And I'll speak to what's mine, however I see fit."
Your brows lift up your forehead. "What's yours??"
"Yes."
"I do not belong to anyone- "
"Do not fool yourself, Y/N. You, your person and your body, your past, present and future, belong to me, the Scarecrow." 'Scarecrow' approaches you closer, almost in your personal space- which is a lot seeing as Jon has never been one for touching, ever. Your heart's beating out of your chest, you can feel it all throughout your bones- scared, suddenly. "Which is why these events have displeased me so dearly. Never do anything like this, again. Or I will be forced to take drastic measures to prevent you from exercising free will in this way... or at all."

━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Blaise Zabini
“A what, now?” your boyfriend asks, halting the movements of his quill to look up at you; brows furrowed as if it’s the most absurd thing he has ever heard in his entire life.
“You know, those wiggly things that—”
“I know what worms are, (y/n). But what the hell?”
“Dunno,” you shrug. “I’m bored.”
“So you thought about what it’d be like to turn into a worm?” his eyes narrow out of pure bewilderment, blinking once, twice, as he finally turns back to his unfinished essay. “Sometimes I wonder what goes on in that head of yours.”
“Not my fault you’re taking so long with that assignment,” you grumble as you begin to shift on the puffy couch, feeling somewhat annoyed by how cold and empty it is without the other boy in it. “And besides, you love me.”
An amused chuckle escapes his lips. “Can’t say that I don’t.”
“Even as a worm?”
“Will you stop asking if I said yes?”
You nod happily, giving him the answer he needs— or well, wants, really. Even though Blaise couldn’t quite understand the pointless question, he knows it’s significant to an extent.
“Yeah, alright. I would. Now give me five minutes and we can get out of here. Deal?”
A glint of satisfaction flashes through your eyes as you give him a hum in return, thinking to yourself that maybe the silly questions could be more useful than you thought.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Cedric Diggory
The moment the words leave your mouth, Cedric's first reaction is to laugh. He didn't mean for it to come out in a condescending way. He hadn't even meant to laugh, to begin with. But judging by the way you pout with both arms crossed, that might just have been how it came accross.
"I'm sorry," he offers sheepishly. "you were saying?"
"You heard me. I said what I've said," you grumble, despite not being genuinely upset at the hufflepuff boy you've grown to love.
"Wait, I need to get this straight," he takes another breath of air. "You're serious?"
"What do you think?" you pout once again, turning away slightly from your boyfriend. This only seems to ignite his amusement as much as it does his guilt. A second or two later, his arm finds its way around your shoulder, the other brushing a few strands of hair behind your ear.
"You really haven't figured it out yet?" he asks with a genuine grin on his face. You begin to eye him curiously, appreciating the charm of his pearly white teeth as you wait for the boy to go on. Soon, he pulls you into his lap where his arms craddle you lovingly.
"Sunshine," he begins. "I'm surprised you still have to ask. But if that's one way of putting my love for you, then yes. You'd be my favorite worm in the entire world."
"Promise?" you present your pinkie finger as a final means to seal the deal.
With one last chuckle, he wraps his fingers around yours. "Promise."
Everything that happens next is a flurry of innocent pecks and kisses planted along your skin, coupled with the security of two warm arms holding you in place.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Draco Malfoy
"And what exactly do you expect me to say to that?" comes his first response after a long moment of trying to figure out just how in Merlin's name your mind came up with that question.
You, on the other hand, can't help but giggle at the slytherin boy's confusion. "Whatever's on your mind right now will do."
"Well, to be honest with you, I can't quite stomach the idea of my own girlfriend turning into a bloody worm." he nearly spits the words out, softening his edge only when your eyes meet once again. "If you were expecting a different answer, I suggest moving on to the next bloke."
Draco wasn't lying about that first bit. Worms have always been an insignificant, unseen creature in his world; wiggling in the muckiest of places where they could easily be stepped on. Hence, he doesn't like to imagine you—someone so perfectly ethereal and quintessential in every single way; the only source of light shining into his pathetic excuse of a life—to be compared to a dirty worm, of all things.
"That doesn't mean I don't love you, though," he adds in a bit of a guilty tone; voice much, much softer this time. He brings your hand to his lips, dropping a few kisses on its skin. "I just much prefer having you as you already are."
You snuggle deeper into him, indicating that you already know exactly what he means.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Fred Weasley
“A worm!” Fred exclaims, nearly forgetting the food on his plate altogether. "What a brilliant idea!"
A few seats away, you can already see Ginny clamping her mouth shut as to not burst into fireworks of laughter. You mirror her gesture, eyes now on Fred once again, watching him announce this idea of yours to your entire group of friends.
Ron, who's not that thrilled to see his brother's public displays of affection, lets out a groan. "Wouldn't have asked him that if I were you."
"You think so?" comes your reply. "He seems to be having a lot of fun with this." you both glance at Fred, who is indeed already coming up with some sort of thrilling plot.
"Did you hear that, George?"
"Sure did, Fred."
"I reckon we could come up with a potion for that," he muses, turning back to look at you. "Give me a week or two and we can start living out that worm dream of yours, love."
"Wait, Freddie, you're getting it all wrong," you begin explaining, tugging on the boy's sleeve slightly to keep his attention on you, "It was just a silly little question. I don't actually plan on turning into a worm or anything like that."
At this point, you half expect his enthusiasm to die down from the grounding effect of your words. In reality, it doesn't.
"S'that so?" he replies, earning a nod from you. "Looks like you're missing the bigger picture to me, (y/n). Isn't that right, George?"
"Right you are, Fred." the said boy affirms. "Sorry, (y/n). I'm with him on this one."
With a sigh, you turn back to Ron, who's busily stuffing his mouth with a look on his face that says I told you so. You shake your head with a small smile at your boyfriend's shenanigans. You're not sure how you can both dread and anticipate the day of his worm adventures.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━
George Weasley
"That's a new one," he asserts with an amused laugh. The boy rests his head against one of his palms, feeling instantly intrigued by your proposition. "Now tell me more about this worm business of yours."
"That's about it, actually." you admit sadly.
George frowns at this, wishing he could hear more worm stories and whatnot. Mostly he's just happy to see the way you talk about things passionately. Makes him feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside in a way he can't ever get enough of.
"That's quite alright. I'll do the talking, then." he offers, rubbing his chin to think of what to say next. You light up in your seat, eyes wide in anticipation. Now it's your turn to eagerly wait for his response once again.
"I've got an idea. We could run off and start a new life— as worms!" he beams all of a sudden. You raise a brow for him to go on, not exactly complaining about your boyfriend's excitement towards the topic. "I'm only turning into a worm to make sure I can properly take care of you, of course. Wouldn't want to—er—squash you between my big human fingers, now do we?"
You both erupt into a chorus of laughter at the conjectured image, melting into one another like two fitting puzzle pieces. When you finally catch your breath again, you pose the main question once more, "So I'm concluding you're still going to love me, then?"
"Love you?" he repeats. "Oh darling, I'll be marrying you in a grand worm wedding!"
You can't hold back the gasp that escapes your lips, more than thrilled to have the first mention of marriage between you. Not too long after, you transform into a complete fit of giggles when George continues. "Then we'll happily live our worm lives, 'till death do us apart. Or when, you know, some bloke accidentally steps on us. Whichever comes first."
You lean into him lovingly to steady yourself after all the laughing. Taking a deep breath in, you mumble a soft, "You always know how to make me laugh, Georgie."
And the truth is, he wouldn't have it any other way. Worms or not.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Hermione Granger
"I'm sorry, I don't think I understand the point of this question."
"Which part, exactly?" you inquire, watching your girlfriend pull out another book from the wooden library shelves.
A few seconds pass before you get your answer. "You're not a worm," she states simply, eyeing you up and down as if to prove her point.
"Yes, thank you for pointing that out, 'Mione," you follow her to the next section. "Which is why I said if I turned into a worm."
The girl looks at you again, analyzing your words and expression briefly before coming to another conclusion. "I still don't understand." she pauses to think. "Unless you might be interested in becoming an Animagus? Even then, opting for a worm wouldn't be very... effective."
You roll your eyes, speeding up to block the girl's way. She lets out a non-committal "Hey!", only for you to quickly muffle it with a warm kiss. A moment or two later, you pull away with a smirk that makes her heart melt. "Just answer the question, would you?"
Still slightly caught off guard from the contact, Hermione finally caves in. "Alright, you cheeky flirt. I love you. Even as a notional worm."
Satisfied with her answer, you plant another peck— this time on her cheek, before announcing a gentle "I love you, too."
━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Harry Potter
The way his lips purse into a straight line tells you that Harry doesn't exactly understand the question. Not really, at first. Aside from being an entirely foreign concept to his ears, it also seems like an odd thing to ask someone, unless— "Oh! You're an Animagus!"
The smile on your face instantly drops at this. "What? No—"
"Why didn't you just say so, (y/n)?" he begins what—at the time—you don't know is going to be a nearly endless ramble. "I was planning on telling you this for a while now, but I know someone who's an Animagus, actually. In fact, I think you two would get along fantastically!" he lights up at the sudden idea, flailing his arms in the air out of excitement. "Yes, maybe I can try getting the both of you to meet up. No promises, of course, but what do you think?"
"I think you've got it all wrong," you frown; knowing you would have to disappoint your boyfriend and how you're not very fond of the idea.
"What do you mean?" he asks, albeit barely giving you a second to reply. "(y/n), it's alright, really. You know you don't have to hide yourself from me. Besides, I think it's brilliant!— what you can do, I mean."
The smile he gives you is the epitome of love itself, and now you're not quite sure how to handle the messy situation without pulling out the rug underneath Harry's feet. All you can do is squeeze his shoulder with a guilty smile, promising to talk about it again after dinner.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Luna Lovegood
"Of course. Worms are lovely, don't you think?" she says with a dreamy smile. You gape at how easily the answer could be pried from your girlfriend; no questions asked. But then again, it's not like you hadn't expected this exact outcome already.
"Really?"
"Mhm," comes her gentle hum as she begins to stir her honeyed chamomile tea. A soft smile stays glued on her features, as if she's enjoying the conversation. "What kind of worm would you like to be, (y/n)?"
"I haven't really thought about it that far," You admit. "Are you sure, though? We won't be able to hold hands or anything like that."
You can't tell if you had just imagined the almost-frown tugging on her lips, because when she looks back up at you again, her sweet signature Luna smile is back in its place. "I suppose you're right. But I could carry you around everywhere with me. Wouldn't that be lovely?"
"It would be," you nod. "but can a worm even fit into that pocket of yours?" you question, noticing how hers are stuffed with unknown items; blades of grass sticking out ever so slightly. Flowers, perhaps.
"Oh, there's nothing to worry about. See?" she pulls out a couple of daisies and fairy foxgloves to reveal a now empty pocket. "Now, would you like some tea?"
You eagerly join her on the table, snuggling against your girlfriend ever so slightly as you both begin to talk about your day. The entire worm ordeal is slowly slipping out of your mind already.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Neville Longbottom
Neville stops in his tracks at your question, taking a moment to toss the idea back and forth in his mind before he can give you a proper answer. You nearly giggle when his face scrunches up, brows knit and lips parted as he innocently asks, “But why would you turn into a worm?”
"Neville, love, no. It's a hypothetical question."
His entire body relaxes at this, releasing what you assume is a breath of relief. "Oh. I thought you were being serious for a moment there."
You shake your head with a giggle, taking a step closer to adjust the scarf around your boyfriend's neck. "I'm just curious is all. Would you still love me, then?" you ponder.
"Yes! Of course!" comes his instant reply, hands balled up into fists that match the determination on his face. "I would get you a nice worm house with all your favorite flowers in it," he bends one of his gloved finger inwards, beginning to keep count of this hypothetical to-do list. "Would you still be able to have human food? Well, either way, I promise to feed you every single day!"
He pauses, only for a second or two. "Oh! And I'll sing you worm songs! Or maybe we can sing them together? I don't know if you would still be able to talk as a worm though."
You swiftly pull him into an affectionate hug, effectively bringing his rambling—as well as the entire worm topic—to an end. His hands sheepishly find their home around your waist, where he places them softly as if it's his first time hugging you. After all the months of being together, it certainly isn't.
"What was that for?" he dares himself to ask, avoiding your eye contact shyly.
"For being the most loving and adorable boyfriend I could ever ask for," you lean in to plant a soft, gentle kiss on his cheek. You don't miss the way he pulls up his scarf to hide the blossoming blush afterwards.
I have no idea why I wrote this either lol <3

A/N: This is absolutely the first time that I wrote the whole fic through Fred's POV.
(Fred’s POV)
“Finally!” George said as he hopped off the couch, stretching a bit, “What took you forever? I’m starving.”
I rolled my eyes at him, flipping him off, “Don’t be overdramatic. I only took five minutes.”
George scoffed, “Whatever, let’s go. I’m hungry.”
The two of us then headed down to the Great Hall then we sat down next to Ginny.
“What took you two so long?” She asked as she took a bite out of her toast.
“Oh nothing.” George said, filling his cup with pumpkin juice, “Fred just wanted to make sure that he looked good for his favorite girl.”
I felt my cheeks heat, “I did not!”
“Yes, you did!”
“I did not!”
“Yes, you did!”
“I did not!”
“Can we at least eat breakfast first before you two argue?” Ron said impatiently, cutting off the argument.
“Who’s Fred’s favorite girl anyway?” Harry asked.
Hermione looked at him, “You seriously don’t know?”
Harry shook his head.
“His favorite girl is none other than Y/N L/N.” George said, teasingly nudging my shoulder.
Harry still looked confused, “Who?”
“Miss Popular!” Ron said through a mouthful of food.
“She’s the most intelligent.” Hermione said.
“The kindest, the sweetest, the prettiest, the hottest, the sexiest and the most amazing person in school.” I said, smiling dreamily.
“Aaw.” Ginny cooed, “Look at that, Freddie’s in love.”
George chuckled, “In love? He’s whipped for her. He’s basically a simp!”
“And, here she comes now.” Hermione said with a small smile.
As if on cue, Y/N came in with Angelina and Alicia.
At that moment, the world seemed to fall into slow motion, the way her eyes seemed to almost disappear behind her smile. Her laugh was a tune that came straight from heaven.
I wondered what it would be like if I made her laugh, if I was the cause of her laughter.
I wondered, as I always did, what it would be like to hold her, hug her, kiss her, love her so freely and openly to show the whole world how lucky I am to have her in my life. To call her mine.
I felt Ginny gently tap my chin, “Fred, you’re obviously gaping at her and you’re literally drooling.”
I could feel the blush rising up to my cheeks as I wiped the spit off my chin.
“Seriously Freddie.” Ginny said, smacking Ron’s hand away as he tried to reach for her toast, “Why don’t you ask her out? She’s really nice.”
George snorted, almost spewing his pumpkin juice on Harry, “Ginny, before Fred could utter a single syllable in front of Y/N he would’ve already melted just by looking at her.”
“Yeah.” Hermione said with a small giggle, “Fred would do absolutely anything Y/N would tell him.”
Harry laughed, “That’s how much he’s whipped for her.”
“Mate, he’s practically wrapped around her finger.” Ron said.
Harry leaned forward, “You better get a move on mate. Before someone else beats you to it.”
--
George and I were walking back from the library, having finished researching for one of my products when I heard someone calling me.
“Hey Fred! Wait up!”
I turned and my heart skipped a beat when I saw that Y/N was the source of the voice.
“H-hi, what’s u-up?” I asked, praying that the blush could only be mistaken for the heat.
She gave a small smile, handing me a book, “Here, you left this in the library.”
I took the book from her, “T-thanks.”
She nodded, “I’ll see you around.” Then she headed back inside the library.
George nudged my shoulder teasingly, “Aaw, somebody’s a simp.”
I flipped him off, “Who wouldn’t be? Just look at her.”
He tried to reach for the book Y/N handed me, but I swatted his hand away, holding the book close to my chest.
George scoffed, “You really are obsessed.”
--
News about the Yule Ball traveled around Hogwarts spread like wildfire. Now guys were asking their dream girls left and right.
Ron was planning on asking Hermione, Harry was too late for Ginny and George had already asked Angelina.
My only problem: How was I supposed to ask Y/N L/N?
I was walking back from the owlery when I overheard a conversation from a bunch of guys I didn’t know.
“Mate, do you already have a date for the ball?”
“No, I was actually planning on asking Y/N.”
“You’d be one lucky guy to date her.”
“She’s literally the girl of my dreams.”
“Come on, whoever gets to marry her. I would be so jealous of.”
My hands immediately clenched to fists at my side as I walked away from the group.
My thoughts were so clouded that I accidentally bumped into someone.
“Oh, sorry.” We both said at the same time.
I looked up and my eyes met the y/e/c ones of Y/N.
“Sorry.” I apologized sheepishly, “I wasn’t looking where I was going.”
She gave a reassuring smile, “It’s fine. I was just heading to the owlery.”
I nodded, “Yeah, I had just gone there.”
Y/N was already halfway up the stairs when an impulsive and possibly rash decision made me call after her, “Hey Y/N!”
She turned around, “Yeah?”
“Will you go to the ball with me?” I asked, immediately regretting my decision and started to brace myself for rejection.
But she just smiled, “I would love to.”
My eyes widened, thinking I’ve misheard her, “Come again?”
She giggled, the sound similar to angels singing, “I said that I would love to go to the ball with you.”
I grinned, “Thanks. I’ll pick you up at eight?”
She nodded, her beaming smile never seemed to leave her lips, “Sounds brilliant.”
I walked back to the common room with a spring in my step, not believing my luck that out of all the people in this school, I was Y/N’s date to the ball.
“Someone’s in a good mood today.” George said.
I grinned, “How couldn’t I be Georgie? The sun’s shining. It’s a beautiful day.”
“Come on.” Ginny said, suddenly interested in the conversation, “We know there’s something going on. So just spill it.”
I smiled, leaning back on the couch, “I asked Y/N to the ball.”
“And?” Ginny and George said in unison.
“She said yes.”
“Yes!” Both of them said, doing a little celebration dance along with the chant, “She said yes! She said yes! She said yes!”
It was honestly the best day of my life.
--
Christmas couldn’t come any faster.
Next thing I knew, I was already standing at the end of the staircase by the Great Hall.
I fiddled nervously with the end of the jacket the dress robes came with, hoping that Y/N didn’t back out last minute.
I then heard soft footsteps growing louder and louder with each passing moment.
“She’s beautiful.” I heard Angelina say next to causing me to turn around.
My jaw literally dropped when I saw her. She looked like a goddess dressed in a y/f/c gown that fell a bit past her knees with her hair tied up in a half-up half-down look. Giving a shy smile when she saw me staring at her.
“You look absolutely gorgeous.” I said, when she arrived at the bottom of the stairs.
Her cheeks were suddenly painted with a tint of rose pink, “You look quite dashing as well.”
I offered my arm to her, “Ready to party?”
She giggled, taking it, “Absolutely.”
Everyone was looking at us when we entered, I saw George give me a thumbs-up from afar.
--
We were taking a small break after dancing the night away. Having a drink in a secluded part of the hall.
“What are you doing on the arm of a Weasley, L/N?” An, obviously, drunk Adrian Pucey calls out.
Y/N’s brows furrowed as she answered, “Why? What do you care?”
Pucey gave a drunken laugh, “Shouldn’t you be on the arm of someone better? Like me?”
I was ready to go and teach the guy a lesson on manners when Y/N placed a hand on my arm, “Are you trying to make me laugh Adrian? Whoever told you that you were better than Fred Weasley is talking dragon dung. And I would rather skip the ball than not be on Fred’s arm. So, if you excuse us, we have to go.” She said, dragging me back into the Great Hall.
“I’m so sorry about that.” She apologized, “Pucey could be such a prick at times.”
I paid no attention to her apology, “Do you really mean it?”
She gave me a confused look, “Mean what?”
“What you said. That you would rather skip the ball than be someone else’s date?”
She blushed, “Yeah.”
I couldn’t believe what I heard; has she been waiting for me to ask her this whole time?
“I’ve actually fancied for such a long time.” She admitted, fiddling with a stray strand of her hair.
Have I actually died and this is already heaven?
Y/N was stunned at her sudden confession and started to ramble, “Oh Godric, I’m sorry. I just made things so awkward. It’s okay if you don’t feel the same. I mean, of course you won’t feel the same. Why would you? I could be so annoying at times and I’m not even that pretty. Besides, I’m sure there are other girls that are way in your league-“
She wouldn’t let me speak, so I did the only thing I knew to shut her up: I crashed my lips onto hers.
I rested my hands on her waist as she rested hers on my shoulder.
Once our lungs started to demand for air we pulled away.
“Will you let me talk now?” I asked.
Y/N looked up at me, cheeks painted red, “Yeah. Sure.”
“I love you too.” I confessed, “You did not make things awkward, you made it feel like I was in heaven. You are the prettiest, the hottest, the sexiest girl I have ever laid eyes on. My whole family teases me for being such a simp for you. I am so whipped that I would gladly do anything you ask me to do. So, now all those have been sorted out, will you give me the honor of being your boyfriend?”
She giggled, pressing our lips together in a brief kiss, “That’s the best thing I would ever be: Fred Weasley’s girlfriend.”
There was no denying that Fred Weasley is a simp for Y/N L/N.

The door to the darkened alley next to the Alibi Room opens behind him, letting out a jumble of voices and loud music. Mickey expected Ian to find him there sooner or later. That’s why he’s so surprised to see that it’s not his husband pushing the heavy door open with his hip, his hands occupied by holding two glasses of beer, but Tami, his—
Well, whatever they are to each other.
Strangers, mostly. Both holding the title of Gallagher family appendages—the husband and the baby mama—who occasionally shared a laugh over some Gallagher bullshit. But that has always been as far as their relationship went.
“Occupied,” he informs her curtly before he takes another drag of his cigarette.
Tami smiles, undeterred.
“I was actually looking for you,” she explains as she lets the door close behind her, cutting the sounds from the inside to mere thumps again.
“Look, if you’re already tired of your baby daddy’s dick, I can’t say I blame ya, but you’ll have to find someone else because, on principle, I don’t fuck Lip’s sloppy seconds—”
Tami makes a face. “Jesus fuck. Is that really the only reason you can think of why I might want to see you?”
His eyes dart around her head of hair as he tries to look at anywhere but her, suddenly feeling very tense.
“Yeah?”
“Well, fuck you, too. No, here, listen.” She passes him one of the beers. “I saw the way you looked back in there and thought you might wanna talk.”
Mickey’s felt sick all evening. Ever since their big announcement when Ian threw his arm around Mickey’s shoulders, squeezed him tight, and gave him that blinding grin before he told everyone the good news.
There was clapping and noise, so much fucking noise. People were reaching out their hands to tap him on the shoulder or shake his hand, and it made Mickey feel like those hands were all grasping his throat while his blood was pumping in his ears.
His plan was to spend the rest of the party here, where he could breathe again, chain-smoking his way through the ordeal. He thinks he’ll be sick if he drinks anything right now, but he takes the glass from Tami anyway.
“About?” he shoots back noncommittally.
“Why you’re scared.”
On instinct, Mickey scoffs out a laugh. “Fuck off, I ain’t scared.”
“Right,” Tami replies, giving him a pointed look over the rim of her glass as she takes a sip. “That why you’re hiding out here during your own party?”
“Just needed to—” Groaning in exasperation, Mickey pinches the bridge of his nose and composes himself. “I just needed a second away from everyone congratulatin’ me. Or callin’ me daddy Milkovich. Or fuckin’ Kermit asking if I was gonna be the mom or the dad—” He cuts himself off again, measuring Tami with a hard stare. “What’s it to you, anyway?
She responds with a sincere smile.
“Believe it or not, I was scared of having a baby, too.”
Mickey’s brows furrow in confusion. “That why you decided to have another?”
“Doesn’t mean I’m not scared anymore.”
“Sounds fuckin’ stupid.”
“Maybe,” Tami admits with half a shrug.
They spend the next few minutes in silence, Tami drinking her beer and Mickey finishing his smoke, his own beer left untouched.
“But you’re a chick, you know, so it’s different,” Mickey states resolutely after he lights another cigarette, confident he’s found an argument she couldn’t dispute. “You have, like, all those motherly instincts and shit. I don’t.”
For some reason, she snorts and shakes her head. Then, her expression softens again, and she says, “I have it on good authority that there’s one little boy who basically worships the ground you walk on.”
“He’s five. Fuck does he know,” he retorts back derisively, immediately chastising himself because Freddie knew a lot, in fact. Most importantly, how to get underneath Mickey’s skin.
Not that he didn’t love and pester Ian just as much, obviously. Everyone loved Ian, the charming motherfucker. But Mickey and the kid had a special bond, much to Lip’s irritation.
Freddie was one of the main reasons Mickey decided that he was ready to have kids all those months ago. He isn’t so sure of it now, though.
He takes another drag and lets the smoke out through his nose.
“I never thought I’d be this,” he explains ambiguously, not just meaning being a guy who gives enough shit to smoke outside a bar. “Always knew how to survive. I was good at that. I was gonna see forty, most of it behind bars, maybe fifty, if I was lucky enough and didn’t lose a fuckin’ limb at some shitty construction job. And then, one day, I wake up to a tire iron to my spine—”
“If that’s a metaphor, I don’t follow.”
“—and next thing I know, I have a whole ass husband, a fuckin’ condo on the West Side like some yuppie, and I catch myself sayin’ things like, fuck it, let’s have a kid. What’s wrong with me? I can’t fuckin’ do this, can I?”
The truth he’ll never admit to anyone, probably, is that Tami’s right. He is scared. Fucking terrified, really. Because there’s a kid who will have him for a dad, and Mickey feels sorry for it.
The poor bastard isn’t even a proper baby yet. It’s just a sonogram stuck to their fridge. A baby-like matter that Ian’s app insists is the size of cauliflower now. When Mickey finally managed to spot one in Whole Foods, he found himself apologizing to it for some bizarre reason.
He doesn’t want to be like his dad. He wants to do this right, but he doesn’t know if he knows how.
“The most important thing?” Tami breaks the silence then, reading Mickey’s reaction correctly even when he doesn’t say anything. “You don’t bail on this kid. Or Ian, because he’ll need you to be there just as much.”
Mickey bites his cheek and nods. There’s a chance he’d say more, ask Tami for advice even, maybe, if, at that very second, Ian didn’t come out to join them, bursting out of the alleyway door as if summoned.
“There’s the pops-to-be!” he cheers a little too loudly with a smile that splits his whole face. He stumbles forward on clumsy feet and envelops Mickey tightly in his arms. “I was looking for you.”
“Fuckin’ octopus-man,” Mickey laughs, careful not to let the drunk idiot spill his beer. “How much did you have to drink?”
“Just a couple beers,” Ian answers as he nuzzles into Mickey’s neck.
“Such a fuckin’ lightweight.”
Humming his agreement, Ian snags Mickey’s glass and knocks down most of its contents in one go. He belches before saying in a low voice, “I was planning on dragging your ass to the bathroom later and having my way with you, but since we’re already here, alone...”
He already has his free hand palming at Mickey’s dick over his jeans when Tami makes a sound behind him, something between a snort and a cough.
Ian’s eyes take a minute to properly zero in on her.
“Tami! Hey!” he greets her with exaggerated excitement. “You’re here, too. Why are you here, too? Something wrong?”
Tami looks pointedly at Mickey. “Wanna tell him, or should I?”
He seriously considers being honest for a second, but his next words are out before he can stop them.
“Your brother’s girlfriend was tryna jump me.”
Tami almost chokes on the incredulous huff of laughter she lets out. She finishes her beer and shakes her head, staring Mickey down.
“You’re such a fucking asshole, Mickey, I swear to God. Forget I ever said anything,” she barks at him as she goes for the door.
“Hey, Tami,” Mickey stops her last minute. “Thanks, or whatever.”
Tami rolls her eyes. Still, just before she slips back inside, she throws a quick smile over her shoulder.
“Did you just thank her for trying to fuck you?” Ian inquires stupidly when the door closes behind her.
“Sure,” Mickey sounds off without further explanation.
He turns back to his husband and lightly pats his cheek, letting his hand slide all the way down to his junk in hopes of pointing his attention in the right direction again. “So, about those plans you had—“
But all of a sudden, Ian’s white as a sheet, giving him a look of absolute horror.
“What?” Mickey asks, mirroring his look.
“Think I’m gonna puke.”
“’ Course you are,” Mickey has enough time to groan before Ian bends in half and proceeds to throw up on the sidewalk.
Mickey takes a few steps away, trying to give Ian some privacy, but he’s stopped by a hand clutching his wrist and pulling him back.
“I’m so sorry, Mick,” Ian says in between spits as his hand slides down to hold Mickey’s awkwardly.
“Hey, that’s okay,” Mickey tells him gently—just as gently as he strokes his back in big circles. “I’m here.”

When you usually think of cute little date nights, you would think of things such as dinners at home, movies or even a walk in the park under the light of the moon as a list of things romantic. To Kate and Freddy, staying inside on a Friday night on their computers was something they considered their date nights.
Kate had long since forgotten how she was dragged into this tradition by her robotic boyfriend but she couldn’t find herself caring for those little details — seeing the way his eyes would crinkle with a smile whenever they defeated a raid boss, hearing how he would encourage her from behind whenever the two were questing across the lands of the computer game he so adored, those were the things that made her heart swell with joy. He was just simply a sweetheart wanting to share his world with her and she ended up becoming a part of it.
He always gave her the best loot, always bought her the best armour with the in game money he had and yet refused her offers of giving her something in return and it frustrated her to no end. Freddy was always doing things for her, why can’t she do something for him?
Watching, thinking, planning, Kate observed the giant bear for weeks until he finally mentioned something in passing; a rare weapon he had apparently spotted being weilded by another player in the wild. “It’s so cool looking!” He said to her, “It would match my character so well.” And she agreed when he showed it too her; something right out of a steampunk movie.
She knew in that instant she had to get it for him.
Given that Freddy sucked with player-versus-player and, to a certain extent, so did she, Kate knew that trying to duel it out with the player for the weapon defiantly was not the way she was going to approach the situation; she’d lose out on too much of her own loot if she wanted to bet everything on the weapon in the arena.
What could she do that wasn’t involving hacking…? Tapping her finger against the keyboard as she thought, she could hear Freddy typing away at his own as he tried to solve a puzzle in the dungeon they were stuck in.
The answer came to Kate so hard that she was shocked she didn’t slap her own face when she finally realized what she could do; rumors were that the dude was one of those ‘neckbeards’ that wanted a girlfriend, she was a girl.
“Hey Freddy, do you want that weapon?” Hearing a small hum from behind her, she smiled, “I have an idea.”
Now Kate understood why Freddy didn’t want you to talk to him. Looking over at her boyfriend who sat beside her with a blank face, the two of them stared at each other as they listened to the wheezy flirting that went on through the earbuds they shared.
“I bet you you’re super pretty in bed,” MILFer69 said into his microphone, the crackling of what possibly was spit onto the microphone that made Kate flinch slightly at the noise, “I’m surprised you even wanted to campaign with me.”
Freddy’s jaw visibly tightened at the man’s words, his fingers tapping faster against the desk but kept his tongue, Kate taking a moment to lick her lips before she responded.
“You’re just such a big, strong guy! Who wouldn’t want to campaign with you?” Her words were coated with sugar to bite back against the bitterness that ate at her mind as she attempted to keep her own calm — it was true that the comments that he kept spouting about how sexy she probably was and how he wanted to see her face was beginning to tire her resolve.
This was just for Freddy, this was just for Freddy.
Even the strongest trees had their breaking point, however; Freddy’s was reached far too soon.
“AeuronutBear doesn’t deserve you, how about I show you what a real man is like?”
Freddy’s body raised far too quickly, the coat he usually wore missing as he leaned his body in towards the screen, as if trying to intimidate the player character that was on the screen.
“You keep your hands away from my missus!” Freddy yelled from beside Kate, a startled surprise coming from the man on the other end as Freddy took the mouse away from Kate, forcing a close to everything before he ripped out the earbud in his ear, slamming it down with an audible crunch. Sure, he could be a bit reckless and pouty, but watching as his paw raised from the spot where he had slammed it down the remains of the earbud stared up at Kate.
The silence was thick, gears clicking and turning, fans whirring and buzzing as the animatronic bear made a sound most similar to a sob and Kate already knew that his buttons had been pushed too far — he was an animatronic, a machine with sentience that allowed for him to laugh, love and be in a relationship with her. Being reminded that he wasn’t a breathing being, intentional or not, always set the bear off whenever someone dared dance near the concept.
His body slumped back into the chair, his paws coming up to cover his face for a moment as steam hissed and released from between gaskets: he was beginning to overheat. Pressing her lips together, Kate shuffled herself from her chair to his lap, her thighs spread over his waist as she gently moved his paws.
“I’m real to you, am I?”
His voice was so soft, so raw and it made Kate’s heart shudder on the verge of breaking when she heard it; her sweet teddy bear, his eyes would probably be brimmed with tears if he was able to cry. Planting a gentle kiss to his forehead, Kate’s own eyes threatened to spill over as she muttered over and over about how she loved him so much. Her heart oozed and poured from her lips as she kissed his face all over.
Metal cooled as the fans kicked into higher gear, feeling as his thumbs rubbed gentle circles into the flesh of her thighs.
“You know I’m always yours.”
There was something about that line that always got him going but as his face gently nuzzled against her neck, she felt the oddly wet tongue of the robot slide across her skin — she never questioned how his tongue was always lubricated or even tasted nice as much as she didn’t question the dick that was tenting the fabric of his pants.
“You better not rip these pants, Freddy.”
“They’ll look better on the floor anyway.”
It was a whiplash when she suddenly found herself with her back on the velvet green covers of her bed, her clothes scattered across the ground as well as his own and him between her legs, blue eyes focusing on Kate’s expressions as the animatronic worked his dexterous fingers in and around her cunt — when had she become this wet? She didn’t know, but from past experiences, it was easy to remember that he had memorised every part of her like a puzzle in a dungeon and he played that part well.
He may be goofy and shy at times, but seeing his eyes glow with a fire that could rival any human’s she couldn’t help but throw her head back as he grazed a special spot inside of her. Self-lubricating fingers, his own body modification to himself when they had first started being sexually active together; he had said it was only a quality of life upgrade to himself and she always regret calling it stupid.
She could feel herself coming to her first high much too quickly and reaching down, she gently grabbed at one of his ears, giving it two gentle taps with two fingers.
Slow down.
A small little symbol of trust between them, a symbol of their understanding of each other, and Freddy listened, nuzzling gently at one of her naked thighs as he planted a soft kiss followed by a nip, one that she knew would find its home amongst the other hickies, fading and new, that decorated her thighs.
“You don’t know how much I love you, princess,” she heard him mumble against her thigh, “I don’t think I could ever let you go: I won you fair and square.” Oh, what a tease he was, especially as he removed his fingers from Kate’s heat and stood, trailing them down her leg as she forced them to wrap around his waist, the silicon cock pressing against her in replacement of his fingers.
But that nickname, Princess, that was a nickname he rarely used and yet her heart always exploded every time; even with there being no clothes, even with his cock pressed against her cunt that wanted to be filled, she swore that there was a small halo around his head. Lifting her arms up and pressing her fingers against the red circles on his cheeks, she leaned up and kissed him softly.
“I think I’m the true winner here.” And it was true, he had stolen her heart in more ways than one. As his paws braced her back as he bought her back down to the bed, laying a fluffy pillow underneath her behind, she could feel the happiness that shot through his system — as he finally pushed himself into her, Kate had to avoid squealing from seeing his ears twitch around, it was too cute.
His paws gripped her waist softly and yet his thrusts started out firm, the suddenness being enough to knock the air straight out of her lungs from the first thrust. He usually was so soft, so gentle, even when he did the occasional topping — this was so new, so out of character for him… and yet Kate loved it. Kate loved the rough thrusts that sent butterflies to her core, she loved how he bit at her shoulder just light enough that it wouldn’t break skin.
Kate really did learn something new about him every day.
Between each love bite, between each thrust, Kate swore that with each movement her animatronic lover made she could hear him mumble a soft “Mine”, and that single word made her heart swell each time; she could’ve been with any man in the world, one that was organic and alive and yet she found her soulmate within a mechanical being.
Burying her own face into his shoulder, her pants and moans were muffled slightly into the plastic as she moaned his name, the plastic warm under her skin as she felt herself hit her peak for the first time that night, her walls clenching around the warm silicon inside of her, feeling how Freddy held her close, especially as one of the thumbs of his giant paws prolonged her high as he rubbed circles into her clit.
Nerve endings within the dildo attached to his pelvis were also his idea — watching as his eyelids slid shut as he too came to his own climax inside of her. Being the animatronic he was, he didn’t have to follow the limits of the human body for himself, Kate feeling herself swell slightly with synthetic cum knowing it would cause a slight bump. He didn’t like kids himself but he always enjoyed seeing her swollen light that.
Pulling himself back to the tip, Kate could feel his cum start to seap out of her before he thrusted back in, feeling as his cock forced the cum back up and into her, her legs beginning to turn to jelly as he fucked up into her overstimulated hole once, twice, three times before he was satisfied, pulling back out of her and allowing Kate to fully flop back onto the sheets.
Mechanical whirring could be heard through out the room as Kate allowed her eyes to slide shut slightly, watching as her boyfriend set to work for the aftermath. He may be a bit of a silly goose but he did some good aftercare, feeling how he raised her hips to remove the pillow and replace it with a towelthey kept in the bedside table underneath her.
“You ok? I didn’t hurt you?”
Kate’s head was still spinning slightly from her high as she nodded, hearing Freddy give a robotic chuckle in response, Kate sliding one of her eyes open enough to see as he bent over, starting to pick up some of the clothes scattered across the floor. He always did this, always made sure to pick up their clothes, always made sure that there was nothing they would have to worry about in the morning — even if it was just the risk of wrinkly clothes, folding each article neatly and placing them on the top of her dresser.
“Babe?” Kate muttered softly, watching as Freddy’s gaze turned towards her, “do you think you can help stretch out my legs? I think they might’ve started cramping.”
And he obliged, sitting beside her on the bed as he kneaded her calves and thighs, the pads on the end of each finger warming slightly as he helped the legs stretch out, working his way up from her legs to her hips where he had held her.
“Shit, you’re good at this…”
“I know you, princess.” The smile in his voice was adorable as he nuzzled his softly against her stomach, fingers tickling gently at her sides as he did so, “I bet you’re wanting a mocha with baileys mixed in, right?”
“You know it.” Like every little thing about her, Freddy knew her favorite drink by heart; no other living being would ever be able to make it as perfect as him down to the exact measurements, no other being would remember exactly how she liked to be held.
No other living being was like Freddy.
A gentle kiss to her forehead brought her back to reality, her sweet bear whispering how he would be right back as he left the room, Kate smiling as she shuffled herself and the towel to sit underneath the covers of her bed, the velvet duvet cover lovely against her flushed skin as she allowed herself to snuggle into it.
The sounds of the expresso machine filled her ears as she waited for Freddy’s return, hearing him hum a tune that he always seemed to sing that filled the home with the sound of him. His heavy footsteps against tile, the sound of mugs clinking and clanking against each other as Freddy worked, it was him as he worked.
It didn’t take long for him to return with the drink, placing the mug on the bedside table along side a vanilla glazed donut, his fingers gently tucking a piece of Kate’s hair behind her ear before sitting down at her feet, watching as she took the mug in her hands.
Heaven, it tasted like pure heaven if it was caffeinated with a dash of liquer, cream and chocolate and her eyes fluttered close momentarily, savouring the first sip as if it was always the first to her. “Perfect…”
“As you like it.”
The silence was comfortable as Kate drank her drink, occasionally broken by Freddy’s inner mechanisms whirring and moving, functioning as his heart as a heart would beat.
That was until he spoke, “you know how we’re married in the game, right?”
Kate knew that, of course she did; he was the one that had suggested to her in the first place so then they could get the benefits that came with being a married couple, sure, it had got a pretty penny of their real world money in order to show them as a couple, but it had been worth it; it had given them more storage and a bigger home base within the game and exclusive equipment that only activated their abilities whenever they were together in battle.
There was something weighing in that CPU of his though and as Kate raised an eyebrow, she nodded, “yes?”
“What if we got ma-married in real life?” His voice glitched slightly with how fast he spoke, but taking a deep ‘breath’, he repeated slower and even though Kate had caught what he said the first time she couldn’t help but feel her cheeks flush.
“Married? We’re already living together and-.”
“But I want to make sure people know you’re mine, i’ll even take your last name!” His hands came to clasp her free one, blue eyes burning with a fire that was hotter than when they were intimate, hotter than when he had first made her his. His eyes held no hint of a lie, no hint of jest and Kate swore her heart was going to explode. “When he was saying that… I’m not a real man, I knew that I wanted to spend the rest of my days with you.”
He was speaking his truth, and his truth hit Kate deep within her soul, feeling her eyes brim with tears as Freddy spoke about how he wanted to make her feel special every day, how he would happily do everything she wished and needed, how he wanted to provide for her. With each word, with each ramble, it just solidified how much he needed her, how much he wanted her.
Lifting his hands to her mouth, she placed a gentle kiss against the plastic of his fingers and felt how warm they were underneath her touch.
“I thought we already were.” They already lived together, he already bent down to her whims and wills, being with him always felt like a pure fantasy. Watching as his blue eyes glitched for a moment at her words she worried she broke him until he smiled, scooping her into his arms.
And in that moment, she knew she was right at home with a person who loved her the most and she wouldn’t give it up for the world.

Desperado | G. W
WARNINGS // Smut 18+, Degradation, Rough Sex, Daddy Kink, Oral (both receiving), masturbation, semi-public, AFTERCARE
This is 3.1k of pure smut because I high key watched a tiktok and went I’m finna make this fanfic so enjoy.
‘This isn’t a good idea’ you thought, walking across the room to join him, an extra bit of flare added to your step, the intent obvious in your strut. It was no secret that George was absolutely enamoured with you, the way your hair flowed behind you with every step, walking effortlessly in your heels and burgundy gown; a simple cinched bodice, with flowing train and a slit up to the thigh. He felt in a trance, taken away from the conversation he was having, completely focused on you for the few moments it took for you to reach him.
It wasn’t often you and George would get all scrubbed up, but attending a dinner at Malfoy Manor was one of those evenings. It was no surprise to anyone, that their Annual Ball Dinner was a very expensive, prestigious bash. You were truly lucky to be invited back year after year, glad you’d befriended Astoria and Draco as a young Slytherin. You were watching your Husband from across the room, he was talking to a couple of wealthy businessmen, a smart move from a business stance but from your eyes, you were frustrated he had been neglecting you for most of the night. He was dressed up in a gorgeous tailored navy suit, hair slicked back perfectly to compliment his winning smile.
The way you just delicately placed your hand on his chest the moment you were at his side had him swooning but after all the years you had been together, he had come to recognise the glint in your eye all too well - the glassy look of pure adoration, the way your lips turned up into a soft smirk. Being around you was like a drug to him, he would do anything at your beck and call and right now all you wanted was to be tangled beneath the sheets with a man you loved dearly. He knew that, recognised it even, in the soft hum that left your lips as his arm snuck around your waist, pulling you into him.
He pressed his lips to your temple, breathing in the scent of your shampoo, whispering a soft ‘later’ to you. Those were not the words you’d wanted to hear at all, you wanted him to oblige and take you home to the comfort of your shared bed. Quite frankly you were sure you’d let him lift up your skirt and have you in the back of the car, but you’d told yourself you wanted things to be special and you would get your way, no matter how bratty you had to be to get there.
It started with you biting the inside of your lip whenever he would look down at you, then you added the bedroom eyes into the mix - you could’ve sworn that would’ve been enough to sway him, but nevertheless he brushed off your attempts, this evening was important for business and he knew that you knew that too. You decided to leave George to his businessman talks and find his older twin, who was to no surprise, sat at the bar.
“Hi, Freddie,” you sighed, lifting up your skirt so that you could sit on the bar stool next to him, he smiles, pushing his glass over to you, sensing the stress radiate off of you. You take the glass, downing the shot of whiskey, biting back the taste with a squeeze of your eyes shutting, you weren’t sure how people could drink the vile liquid until now, when you had let it pass your lips with ease.
“Your brother is an arse,” you roll your eyes before looking over your shoulder, seeing George laughing, strong hand gripping the dainty champagne glass, his veins peeking out from under the cuff of his shirt before disappearing up under the sleeve, leaving you to your own imagination once again. Your favourite thing was always George’s arms and yet he hid them from everyone’s view, including yours, making you even more frustrated.
“What one?” he jokes, gesturing to the bartender to bring another drink, you look over to the man sitting next to you, with a look that could’ve hexed him if you’d really tried. “What’s he doing to you?” he prompts from you, causing you to let out a long staggered breath.
“It’s more like what he’s not doing to me,” you tuck your hair behind your ears, resting your elbow on the bar so that you could prop your head up, “I take my time to look good for him and be the perfect wife, but he won't even acknowledge me for more than a minute, Fred, what am I doing wrong?” he chuckles, shaking his head, looking over to his brother who seems to be rounding off the conversation with who Fred can only hope would be the shop's potential new investor.
“Oh, Y/N, you see who George has been with? That’s Mr. Greengrass, He and I are both sure if we can get him to invest, we can look at more new products, more advertising, better quality. We need it.” You sigh, Fred was right, you knew how important this evening was to the business, and although you have a deep need to be selfish and take
your husband home, Fred had convinced you to see the evening through.
At some point you had found yourself drawn back to your husband’s side, breathing in his cologne and admiring the passion in his voice, you could still feel the ache inside of you, as if he had the power to tease you without touch, which you had to admit he was unsurprisingly good at although, you wouldn’t let him know or it would definitely go to his head.
George had noticed early on in the night your intentions, he was aware of what he was doing, how frustrating it was for you and he was more than ready to play the game you had started. He had been waiting patiently until the sit down meal, where he knew he could really start to play the hand he had been dealt.
He counted his luck that your dress had a split, taking the opportunity to rest his hand on your thigh after finally taking your seats, it wasn't an unusual gesture for your relationship, he was always a sucker for physical touch, especially when it came to you. That however, wasn't enough for you, and you knew you were pushing your luck as you pressed your hand on top of his, gently moving it higher up your thigh, resulting in him giving your leg a firm squeeze.
The first course had slowly rolled its way out and you sighed, being no closer to your end goal, you were unaware of George's plan tickling around in the back of his head, you really thought you would get something out of him by now and you were getting brattier as the evening continued, an idea popping into your head.
You had pulled out a few things from your bag, a couple of them 'accidentally' falling to the floor. You slipped onto your knees, grabbing George's wrist, taking his long, slender, pointer and middle fingers into your mouth, swirling your tongue around them in a way to mimic what he could be getting if he just obliged. You found your dropped items, pulling his fingers from your lips before his hand found your throat with ease under the table, squeezing it gently. You came back up from under the table, an innocent look plastered on your face.
George however, was not having any of it. The eyes he gave you were fuelled with fire, staring down at you with a pure anger that only you could recognise in his eyes. You knew you’d won the game you’d been playing and he knew that there was absolutely nothing he could do about it, in front of everyone. At least not without giving you what you want or without leaving dinner now to have his way with you.
When sitting back in your chair, adjusting your hair from the friction of it being caught against the tablecloth, George’s hand found its way back to your thigh, pinky finger brushing teasingly close to where you wanted him, you huffed a little, grabbing your glass of champagne from the table to take a sip, when he began to trace small circles on your inner thigh with his pointer finger. The action caused your breath to hitch in your throat, almost spitting out the bubbly liquid back into the champagne flute.
You placed the drink back down onto the table before resting your hand on his shoulder, smiling sweetly at him. He returned the façade gesture, smiling at you all while catching eyes with his brother who started up a conversation “Any good news with Mr Greengrass?” to which your husband nodded, quickly.
“I think all we need is for you to sweep in and seal the deal, Freddie, he seems really interested.” as he was talking to his twin, George’s fingers had found their way to tease your clit, feeling you already soaked through your underwear - having to hold back his usual string of degradation in favour of continuing his conversation, “You know how investors can be, they’re always eager at the beginning, you have to catch them while they’re hot and really get involved, get what I mean?” It became evident to you very quickly that It was you he was talking about, causing you to bite your cheek. “I hope you don’t mind me leaving it down to you, I have something that really needs doing at home.”
Fred, fortunately, had quickly caught George’s drift, taking a moment to observe you shifting in your seat, as well as the shit-eating grin plastered across his twin’s face. “Of course, dear brother, I know how, uh, urgent that is for her- sorry, you.”
Getting you towards the car was a struggle, putting on your bratty attitude as soon as you were out of earshot from others, pulling your wrist quickly from his grip and crossing your arms, standing still in the middle of the once bustling reception hall, “Fucking hell, Princess, don’t make this any worse for yourself.” you rolled your eyes at his tone, you’d already got him to this point, why not push it further. He wasted no time in grabbing your jaw to force you to look at him, causing you to giggle. “I wouldn’t be laughing if I were you, my desperate little whore, move or I’ll leave you here.” he was practically growling at low his voice was, his eyes darkened past a point you’d ever seen before and you could tell he was all too close to throwing you over his shoulder.
George had managed to get you into the car without a blazing argument, however the way he was gripping the steering wheel was turning his knuckles a pure white, and he was still yet to say another word to you, forcing you to study every inch of his body. You could see the new veins in his neck and all you wanted to do was press little kisses to his jaw.
“Get your foot up on the dash and touch yourself, now.” he seethed, his hand moving to shift gears, before using it to squeeze your thigh, “Suck on those pretty fingers like you did for me earlier, keep yourself nice and wet for me.” It was a sight to behold, his beautiful wife in his passenger seat, spread open and touching herself for him. His eyes were flitting between the road and the way your head was thrown back as you circled your own clit. “Don’t go quiet on me, angel, let me hear those moans.”
He had parked up outside your home, unbuckling his seatbelt and leaning over the centre console to get his own taste, his tongue licking a bold stripe before sucking your clit between his teeth, his low hums sending electricity through you. He didn’t seem to care much that he was uncomfortable, just that you were a mess of moans for him, your fingers tousling his once neatly styled hair. “You’re lucky I’m doing this, considering what a fucking brat you’ve been tonight.”
You were an absolute babbling mess for him, he had brought you right to the edge of release, before storming out of the car, managing to pull you out of the quickly before he tossed you over his shoulder, making sure to give a firm slap to your ass, desperate to get you into bed. The warmth of your home was a comforting contrast to the bitter cold of the winter night.
He had thrown you onto your mattress, earning a laugh from you, it was exhilarating being beneath him, especially when he still had that darkness to his eyes. “Knees, now.” His curt tone gravelly against the echoes of your laughter, not that you weren’t happy to oblige, you slipped off your soft sheets onto your knees, hands making light work of his belt as you watch him shrug off his suit jacket, loosen his tie and slowly unbutton his shirt.
When you had him in your hands, you were always pleasantly surprised at how well you were able to take him, not hesitating to take as much of him as you could, right until the tip was to the back of your throat, his loud moan was enough to make you wet, as if you weren't enough already, knowing better than to touch yourself at this moment.
“That’s my fucking desperate girl, trying to take all of me, you can take more though, can’t you princess?” his hands were already in your hair, coaxing his length further down your throat as he began to set a small rhythm, fucking your mouth was one of his favourite things to do, seeing the tears pooling in your eyes before running down your cheeks.
He pulled his cock from your mouth, guiding you up to a standing position by your chin before pressing his lips to yours in a passionate kiss, his hands beginning to bunch up the material of your dress, before roughly gripping your hips and getting you onto the bed once again, his fingers hooked into your underwear, toying them down your legs, “Georgie, what about my dress.” you questioned, reaching up so that your hand was playing with the hairs at the back of his neck. He simply laughed, pulling you so that your hips were at the edge of the bed, “Desperate whores get fucked with their skirts hitched up, no matter how pretty they look.”
His cock was already filling you to the hilt before you could protest, his hand coming up to wrap around your throat, pleased with the way your eyes rolled back as you finally got what you’d been playing all night for. He was fucking you at a relentless pace, your moans breathy and airy as he toyed with the pressure of his hand pressing against your windpipe, pleasure was coursing through the both of your veins, taking all he could from you until he felt you tightening around him. “Oh, I don’t think so.”
He pulled out of you completely, flipping you over so you were forced onto your hands and knees, leaving you not only breathless, but desperate for a release, “George, please… I need you so badly.” his hand threaded through your hair, pulling you up roughly so that your back was against his chest, “Oh yeah? well I much prefer you gagged by a cock, I think you need a lesson in being a good submissive thing.”
“I want to see those tear stained cheeks, Princess, Daddy isn’t stopping until he ruins your makeup.” He was inside you again, this time pushing your face into the mattress as he had you screaming, his other had reached around to rub against your clit, he wanted to push you right to your edge again, before stopping. “you like this don’t you? needy whore.” you were a moaning mess, begging him with any sentence you could string together to let you cum.
“Daddy, please keep going, I need to-” he cut you off, flipping you onto your back once more, “oh, you want me to keep going? such a slut for me, aren’t you?” you were nodding up at him, his hand finding yours to lace your fingers together. Even though your makeup was ruined and you were a mess at his will, he still thought you were a sight to behold, like the brightest star in the night’s sky or a perfect pearl in an oyster, and his weakness? Watching your face as you came undone beneath him.
He was inside of you once again, this time he didn’t stop, the moans he let out was music to your ears as you felt your stomach in knots finally coming undone as you released over him, he continued to fuck you relentlessly as he found his own release, twitching inside of you as he came. He pressed a soft and gentle kiss to your lips, hands still holding each other’s as he peppered soft kisses down your neck.
“Well done, angel, you’re such a good girl for me.” he swung your legs over the bed so that you could rest your head on the pillow. He made his way into the bathroom, turning on the shower to let it run warm, grabbing a makeup wipe to help clean you up. He returned to you, sitting you up so he could wipe away your makeup, smiling at you lovingly as he did so, your hand resting on top of his as he cupped your cheek. You were truly lucky to have a husband that cared for you the way he did and as foggy as your mind still was, the way his love and adoration shone through as clear as day, he slipped off your heels that were still on your feet, drooping them to the floor, “Let’s get you to the shower, my love.”
He helped you up, skirt falling to its natural position, you walked on shaky legs to the bathroom, leaning on the counter as he unlaced the gorgeous dress he had pulled you into earlier pressing a delicate kisses to your shoulder as he let the material fall to the floor, he grabbed the hairbrush, running it through your hair gently to help remove any knots that he was definitely the culprit of.
He pulled what was remaining of his clothes off of him before taking your waist, feeling comforted as his skin pressed against yours, as he helped you under the hot water. With your heels off, you forget how much he towered over you, your arms wrapping around his neck to pull him into a kiss. “I love you so much, Georgie.” he smiles, pushing his water soaked hair back, “I love you too, Angel.”
Maybe it was such a good idea after all.

George sat on the living room couch, the smile on his face persistent as he watched you lay on the floor, Ginny resting in your lap laughing, as you argued with Ron about Godric knows what about now. You rolled your eyes as Ron passionately exclaimed something about how body blowing should be considered a foul in quidditch.
“I’m not intentionally hurting anyone if I body blow someone, Ronald. I’m simply ensuring that they drop the Quaffle in a manner that’s not directly me hitting it out of their hands,” you explain as Ginny just cackles harder in your lap, making you chuckle at her hysterics and Ron’s frustration with the both of you.
Ron throws his hands up in exasperation before exclaiming, “But you do end up hurting someone, (Y/N)! For Merlin’s sake, it’s called body blowing! Meaning that you literally knock the wind out of someone from sandwiching them!” His frustration only makes you and Ginny laugh harder, clutching your sides as he groans out. “Whatever, you two are impossible.”
George watches your amusement and his heart beats faster and his eyes glow with adoration. You nose scrunches up as you laugh, grabbing Ginny’s arms as the two of you come down from your fits fo laughter. You wipe tears from your eyes as you catch your breath, George lightly chuckling to himself before rising from the couch to enter the kitchen to pour himself a cup of tea.
In the kitchen, Fred sits on the counter, sipping on a mug of his own tea as he watches George stride into the kitchen, whistling a happy tune to himself. Fred shakes his head and chuckles to himself, knowing the reason for his twin’s especially happy mood. “Enjoying yourself, Georgie?” he wiggles his brows as he takes a cautious sip from his hot tea. Georgie looks at his brother who has a teasing smirk on his lips, making George roll his eyes. “Don’t lie to me, brother. I know there’s a reason for the goofy grin.”
George shakes his head, pouring hot water from the kettle into a matching mug over a tea bag. “You would be happy, too, Freddie, if your girlfriend came home with you for holiday break,” he tells Fred. “I’m just happy that I can spend some more time with her away from school and all.”
Fred laughs, “Oh, I bet. No one to disturb you or inconveniently interrupt a tender moment.” George throws the spoon he stirs his tea with at Fred who dodges it quickly. “Temper, temper, my dearest brother,” he giggles as George slaps him in the arm with a tea towel, Fred taking the blow with a chuckle. “Alright, alright, I’m done. I swear.”
“Having fun without me?” you interrupt from behind the two boys as you walk further into the kitchen, George turning towards you with a bright smile. He opens his arm as you happily run into it, hugging his side as George plants a kiss on your forehead, smiling down at you happily. Fred mocks you by making gagging noises as you roll your eyes. “Jealous, Freddie?”
He hops down from the counter, placing his mug in the sink. “Oh, extremely. Who wouldn’t want to be cuddled next to my ferociously handsome twin? Oh, right. Me,” he teases as you laugh, George mimicking him sarcastically. “I’ll leave you two be,” he speaks as he exits the house with Ginny running after him outside, the two of them now racing to the shed to grab broomsticks for an impromptu game of quidditch.
You turn towards George, looking up at him as he wraps both of his arms around you. “Hey there,” he speaks as you chuckle. “Having fun?”
You nod up and down. “Lots. Thanks for inviting me to stay here for winter break,” you place your hands on his, giving them a squeeze.
George smiles, “Please. Mum practically begged me to invite you. She adores you.” Your heart warms up at his words. George’s family was so welcoming and kind to you from the day you first met them. The Weasleys took you in as if you were their own and you couldn’t be more grateful to have your boyfriends family adore you as much as you adored them. “I’m just glad that we can spend time with each other outside of the castle,” he sighs as you smile, grabbing his tea cup, stealing a sip from it.
“Agreed,” you tell him. Most of your time with George was, in fact, at Hogwarts. It’s where you met, where he asked you to be his girlfriend, where you shared your first kiss, everything. Hogwarts held a majority of your memories as a couple. Even though you loved school, it was nice to escape and make new memories outside of Hogwarts, especially somewhere as special as his childhood home. “Anytime with you is a special to me.”
Your words make George beam with happiness. The time that you shared together was precious to George. Each moment filled with love and tenderness that he wouldn’t change for the world. He hated not being around you, that’s the majority of the reason why he desperately begged you to come home with him for winter break. George knew that winter break would be simply unbearable without you near him. Sure, he could always visit you at your parent’s house, but he preferred having you at his side, sleeping next to him in his bed, sitting next to him at dinner with his family, running outside with his siblings. But regardless where you were, you were on George’s mind, nine out of ten times. To George, you were simply unforgettable.
George ducked down and placed a sweet kiss to your lips as you pressed yours harder onto his. He pulled away with a smile, pressing his forehead against yours. “You’re special to me,” he retorts as you roll your eyes at his cheesy line, but nevertheless, it still made you swoon.
The day rolled around too quickly for George’s liking. He wished the days could be longer so he could spend more time next to you, making you smile at him with that smile that could make him drop everything. But the nights with you were George’s favorite. It was when you two could be truly alone. Without Fred barging in on a tender moment, or Ginny dragging you away to hang out, or Ron pulling you into a conversation about quidditch. The nights where were George had your complete and undivided attention, just the way he liked it.
You stood in the bathroom, brushing your teeth in your fresh pajama shorts and t-shirt as George squeezed into the bathroom behind you. His hands placed on your hips as he pressed a kiss into your hair before reaching next to you for his toothbrush, joining you in your nighttime routine. The two of you stood in the bathroom, brushing your teeth, mouth foaming with minty toothpaste as you giggled as white foam dripped down George’s chin. You tried wiped it away, but he swatted your hand playfully. “I like it like that,” he teased you with a mouthful of toothpaste as you giggled. “Makes me feel sexy,” he insisted as foamy toothpaste spit out of his mouth and onto the mirror which only made you two laugh harder.
It was absolutely childish, but that was the thing you loved most about George. He wasn’t afraid to be childish and laugh about something as silly as toothpaste being spat out onto a mirror. You spit your toothpaste into the sink, rinsing your mouth before George did the same. “Breath check. I don’t want to kiss dragon breath,” you tell him as he blows onto your nose as you sniff. “Minty fresh. Well done.”
“Your turn then,” he says as you mimic his previous actions, George sniffing the air. He contorts his face with disgust as you look at him strangely. “Ugh, better brush again,” he teases as you swat his arm, making him chuckle. “Kidding, kidding,” he retaliates as you walk out of the bathroom with a roll of your eyes. “I’m teasing you! Come on, give us a kiss!” George chases after you down the hall as you squeal, running down the stairs now away from your boyfriend.
Quickly, you divert yourself into Ginny’s room, running onto her bed as she shakes her head with a smile. “The two of you are ridiculous,” she huffs as you lay on her body as she tries to read a copy of the Quidditch Times. George then stumbles into Ginny’s room as she sits up straight, pointing a warning finger at him, “No funny business in here, I swear to Merlin. Out of sight and earshot, please!”
George walks straight to the bed and grabs your body in his hands, pulling you into him as you squeal in protest. “We’ll be out of your hair in just a second, Gin,” he winks before grabbing you by the legs and hoisting you up as you flop over George’s shoulder with a yelp. “Night, small fry!” he calls out as he leaves Ginny’s room, heading back up the stairs to his room.
While walking up the stairs, George passes Fred who makes his way downstairs. Fred groans, “This is really what I’m sacrificing my room for!” You laugh as George continues to walk up the stairs, ignoring his brother’s comment. “You’re really making me spend another night in Ronald’s room? The bloody kid sleep talks! You know what that’s like?! One minute being fast asleep and the next waking up to the sound of your brother moaning Granger’s name?” Fred huffs.
“Shut the bloody fuck up, Fred!” Ron bellows from his room as Fred rolls his eyes before disappearing back down the stairs.
You finally reach George’s room and George flops you onto his bed before shutting the door and crawling into the bed next to you as you giggle. George places a kiss to the tip of your nose, lips, and then chin. “Good evening,” you smile at George as he smiles, you running your fingers through his freshly washed ginger hair. “Ready for bed?”
George shakes his head, “Eh. Not just yet.” He crawls off of you and sits up as you follow, facing him criss cross applesauce. George pulls you closer to him as you smile, kissing his lips quickly. As you pull away, the look in George’s eyes is so soft and tender, making your heart skip a beat. There was a look on his face that you have never seen before as you give him a puzzled look. What could he be thinking about? But before you can ask him, he opens his mouth and says, “Sometimes...I just forget that you’re mine.”
You let a breathy laugh escape your parted lips. “What do you mean? Of course I’m yours, darling. I’ve always been yours,” you tell him, placing a hand on his cheek. It was the honest truth. Even before you and George had been official, you were always his. Your heart belonged George before you even knew it. He was always the first person you thought about when you opened your eyes and the last one when you closed them. You went out of your way to “bump” into him in the halls or “accidentally” find him in the common room. George Weasley had you wrapped around his finger no matter how much you hated to admit it. But soon enough, you came around and accepted the fact that there was no one else for you but him.
The words spoken make George feel like he’s on cloud nine. When George met you, he knew you were special. Special in the sense you were a person George couldn’t forget. No matter how many girls he flirted with, how many activities he occupied himself with, no matter how he tried to distract himself, you were unforgettable. Never before has someone been more unforgettable.
George gives your hands a squeeze before he tells you, “I mean you have always been on my mind. You’re never not there. And knowing that I really have you, all of you, is something incredible to me. It’s incredible that I have someone who is unforgettable. And that same person thinks that I am unforgettable too.”
With a happy sigh, you melt into George’s touch. As if he couldn’t get more perfect than he already was. The love that you had for each other was enough to move mountains and part oceans. It was a love that was so powerful, so immeasurable that it almost terrified you. You didn’t think that such a love was possible, but George made it easy. Loving him was like breathing. It was second nature to you. Involuntary even. “Georgie...” you trail off, gazing into those deep brown eyes that could make you melt into a puddle on the floor. “You’ll stay unforgettable forever. You’re my one and only,” you tell him, placing both of your hands on his jaw. He sighs and leans forever, connecting your lips in a gentle kiss as you inhale deeply, goosebumps erupting on your exposed skin. Kissing him was like the first time every time. It never got old.
George pulls away, pressing a quick peck on your lips again. “I could listen to you say those words over and over again,” he speaks with his eyes closed, smiling happily as you chuckle. With a dramatic sigh, he flops onto his back, “I’m living in a dream.” You laugh and shake your head, trying to pull him back up. “Shhh, don’t wake me up. It’s a lovely dream,” he protests.
“You’re so dramatic,” you huff teasingly as George peaks one eye open. “Come on then. We’ve got all night. What do you wanna do?” you poke his chest as he lays for minute, trying to think of something.
George puffs his cheeks, lost in thought before an idea pops into his head, eyes brightening up with the idea. “Put on a jacket,” he speaks with a smile before jumping off the bed and opening his door and disappearing down the hall.
You furrow your brows in confusion. What could he possibly want to do that required a jacket? It was the middle of December. It would be freezing outside. “What?” you speak to yourself before scooting off the bed and eventually following him down the hall.
In typical George fashion, he insisted that the two of you go for a walk outside. He claimed that cold winter nights were his favorite. “It’s freezing, Georgie. You could have at least told me to put on proper pants rather than have me in pajama shorts,” you tell him as you pull your jacket closer to your body, trying to keep in your body heat.
George pulls you into his side, “Don’t be a cry baby. It’s so nice out.” You shake your head, mostly from exasperation, but also from the windchill. The two of you start on a short walk outside, a little ways away from the Burrow, but not too far. You had to give it to George. The moon beautifully illuminated the countryside, the Burrow standing behind you two in all of its glory. Suddenly, George darts away from you and starts running into a grassy part off of the road as you roll your eyes and follow him. In the grassy field, there is a small bush full of beautifully blossomed winter white roses. George plucks the most full rose from the bush with a smile and hands it to you. “A rose for my rose.”
You accept the gift with a blush and kiss his lips quickly. “Cute,” you tell him. “I didn’t know that roses grew wild out here,” you sniff the rose in your hand as George places a hand on the small of your back, guiding you away from the rose bush.
“They don’t,” he tells you as he quickens his pace. “That bush belongs to the house over there,” he points before he breaks out into a light jog. “So start running before we get caught!” he calls before breaking out into a full sprint.
“What?!”
“What are you doing on my property?” an unfamiliar voice calls out as you immediately start running, following George as he cackles. “Weasley!!!” the voice screams as George runs faster, you trying to keep up. Obviously this wasn’t the first time George had trespassed the property.
After running, George slows down his pace with a breathless laugh as you catch up to him, slapping his bicep. “Are you out of your bloody mind?!” you yell at him as he laughs. “You realize how much trouble we could have gotten into!”
George shrugs, “What’s life without a little trouble?” You roll your eyes before looking down at the gorgeous rose he had plucked for you. You sigh, giving in, and sniffing the beautiful rose again as George smiles proudly, knowing you had liked the token. He pulls you into his side and places a kiss to your forehead. “But I reckon we’ve had enough trouble for tonight,” he sighs as you both walk hand in hand to the Burrow, both smiling messes.
As you walked back to his childhood home, you looked up at George. In the moonlight, he was breathtaking. George was really one of a kind. There was no one like him in the world and being loved by him was better than anything you could have imagined. Being loved by George was simply unforgettable. “Hey,” you stop in your tracks as George follows suit. “I love you.”
George smiles and cups your face in his hands. “And I love you. Forevermore.”

pairing- dad!fred weasley x mom!reader
warnings- angst, mentions of blood, delores umbridge, fluff at the end
word count- 1.1k its so short im ashamed
(lmfao i dont even write for harry potter but i loved the idea of a fic like this so why not? honestly contemplating writing for hp just for fred and neville)
who would have thought? at the ripe age of seventeen in only your seventh year at hogwarts, becoming a mother was something you wouldn't resent. no, it was almost as if a hole in your heart had been filled and the rosy cheeked little bab in your arms was what did it.
you have mcgonagall to thank for the room you'd now shared with your lover, she had given you the privilege of raising your baby, together due to your predicament, so long as you continued your classes and did not make the same mistake that led to your predicament in the first place.
a sweet, small, read-headed baby girl was now sat in your arms as you watched fred twiddle with the end of his tie. “she wouldn't take a bottle.” he turned his head to look at you with guilt in his eyes. “i don't have time to feed her before class starts freddie, ugh.” you grunted in frustration.
but just staring down at the half-asleep baby whose drool coated her chin and cheeks dotted with freckles. you almost believed you'd be able to hold out until after your first class until her small fist reached up from the swaddle and rubbed harshly at her face and she whimpered quietly.
her eyes slightly opened, and you knew there was no way around this so with as much as a sweet smile from fred and a kiss to your cheek you folded your robes over your forearm and began popping the buttons of your top open.
with a loud huff you cradled the fiery red-heads neck until she latched and you were able to reposition you arm to hold her close to you. “she's starved fred,” you chuckled, glancing up at him, “there's no way she'll finish before i have to leave.”
like clockwork, the small alarm on your bedside table rang through the room, alerting you that breakfast started soon and you were absolutely famished after skipping most meals the past month. “help me up.” fred reached for your hand and gently pulled you up from the plush chair you were sat on.
you grabbed a small blanket and a burp cloth for when she finally finished, gingerly throwing them over your shoulder and heading towards the door, fred trailing behind. no one even batted an eye in your direction, with the exception of luna who'd stopped to inform you that she just adored the sweet baby and stroked her hair a few times.
your walk to breakfast was uninterrupted until george pulled fred away from your side to talk and he left you with a chaste kiss. looking down at your baby, a smile formed on your face at how content and peaceful she was, until you suddenly felt a sharp jab to your arm, your eyes darting up to face delores umbridge.
“what in gods name do you think your doing?” she snapped causing your brows to crease together. “walking to breakfast?” you stated incredulously. her jaw visibly tightened at your words as she stared at you with utter disgust.
“i mean, what are you doing walking around the halls with that bastard child attached to your teet, like a slut.” she was fuming and you gasped at her harsh words, expecting nothing less, yet still taken aback at the way she so easily insulted your baby.
“i'm feeding my ‘bastard child’ and walking to breakfast, hardly slutty if you ask me, delores.” you spit harshly towards her earning you a slap to the cheek with the back of her hand. it knocked you back a bit, immediately checking to make sure your baby was ok, not even acknowledging the burning of your cheek.
you brushed the soft locks from her eyes before pulling her from you, causing her to shift in discomfort. you turned to the nearest, trustable, student and passed her to hermione with a pleading look and she just held her close trying to soothe her as she watched your actions.
you were swiftly pulled back towards delores who was now dragging you towards her office, attempting to pull your shirt together with one hand to cover yourself. “you will not act like some no good whore in my school, y/n.” she said, pushing you into a chair and locked her door. pulling out a quill and some parchment, sliding them towards you on the desk.
“you will write ‘i will not be a slut’ until it sticks.” she said in a peppy but harsh, deliberate tone. you picked up the quill and in your messy handwriting, began sprawling the words across the page. a burning sensation appearing on the back of your hand, blood dripping from the slowly appearing words.
“ah, i- i think, i think it’s stuck.” you spit out with a gasp as the burning became unbearable.
“good. maybe from now on, you'll keep whatever it is you have to offer in the privacy of your room and not in my halls.”
you gripped the back of your hand, taking the time it took for her to open her door to quickly button your shirt back up. you rushed out and ran for the great hall, pushing the big doors open and not skipping a beat to crash into freds arms, his face struck with worry at what hermione had informed him.
“hey, hey love it's okay. mione got her to take the bottle, just- just breathe.” fred attempted to satiate your sobs as people began looking towards where the two of you stood. pulling away finally, you stalked over to where hermione still held the baby who was finally taking her bottle. you scooped her in your arms and sent hermione a grateful glance before taking your seat back next to fred.
“she's awful fred, the thing she said about our baby, the-the thing she did, she called me a slut fred.” you stuttered out, “she called me a slut for- for feeding my baby?” your cheeks were hot and your under eyes were puffy.
“and, and she- she did this,” you pulled your hand from the baby's bum and revealed the carved words to fred. he grasped your hand and his mouth gaped in shock, “y/n, you've- we've got to tell someone.”
“they won't do shit, fred, they know the shit she's doing and let her get away with it.” you sighed as he rubbed his thumb iver your knuckles in a soothing manner. he brought his free hand to your chin and lifted your head to leave a sweet kiss on your lips, one full of love. it left you feeling weak in the knees, his touch was always so comforting.
“i love you, and i love our little bun. i promise you, i will take you away from this place and never let you feel less than whole ever again, love.”

A Triwizard Baby Part 3 - F.W
Masterlist, Requesting Rules, Writing Prompt Masterlist
Fred Weasley x Fem Reader
Part 3 of my 'Triwizard Baby' mini-series, please read Parts 1 and 2 if you haven't already. Want to be tagged? Let me know!
Warnings: Swearing, Mention of smut/light smut.
After that night, Fred dreamt of you more often, and the pain inside of him spread throughout his body, his twin looked at him differently, everyone in Hogwarts looked at him differently now - how could they not? He knocked you up and toyed with your feelings, breaking your heart.
You couldn't believe how fast the months went by as your bump grew in size and your pregnancy journey progressed now reaching halfway through seven months pregnant; being in your third trimester made you incredibly tired, sore, moody, and irritable, and with the final task of the Triwizard Tournament one week away, you felt nervous and slightly on edge.
"What have you decided?" Your mother smiled at you, pulling your hand in hers.
You smiled and stared at your bump, your hand resting on it, you looked up at your mum "I'm keeping it, I want this baby, I want to raise them."
Madame Pomfrey sat across the room, smiling at you, putting together your delivery bag, which was empty - aside from a pack of nappies and one baby bottle.
"Do you need a top-up of your potion?" she asked, nodding to your bump.
Shaking your head you smiled "No, everyone will know soon enough."
"I'm so proud of you, Y/N." Your mother smiled and squeezed your hand "You won't be going through this alone." she reassured you.
You nodded your head, thanking your mum and pulling her into a hug.
"I had you very young" she sighed "I'll make sure that you won't struggle like me and your father did."
"Now," Madame Pomfrey sighed "We need to make a plan for the birth."
Sitting on your bed in your pyjamas, stroking your bump whilst catching up on the classwork you had missed due to constantly being tired and sick, your friends talked amongst themselves, the bedroom now warm and cosy.
"I think it's amazing that you're keeping the baby!" Katie beamed from across the room, flashing you a smile "When we get out of here, we can all move in together and help you raise the baby."
Your heart warmed at the idea and a smile formed on your face, knowing that you had supportive friends helped numb the pain of Fred's absence when you no longer passing in the halls or sharing a class together.
"Really?" you looked up, smiling at your friends, putting down your quill and rolling up your parchment.
"Of course," Angelina smiled "It's what friends are for, and we'll obviously need a strong quidditch player in your family!"
Your heart instantly lost its warmth and started to fall victim to the freezing cold.
but my baby does have a strong quidditch player in the family, their dad is one of the most amazing beaters Gryffindor has ever seen...
"We'll be living in a big house, we'll have our dream jobs, and we'll be helping you raise your baby." Angelina smiled "The world is your oyster!"
Fred waited for his brother to laugh at his joke, but he didn't, which had become a regular occurrence after George found out the truth - and when Fred got with his crush, but it wasn't just George who brushed Fred aside, and he couldn't pretend to not notice anymore.
"Shall we get started on planning our business then, Georgie?" Fred asked eagerly, clapping his hands and rubbing them together.
George shook his head, a plain expression on his face "No, I can't actually, I've uh.. got plans." he slowly got out of his chair, and walked away from his brother, hoping Fred would be too tired to care.
"Plans?" Fred asked, following him "Without me?"
George stared at his twin, he hated him right now.
"Yeah, without you." George walked away, cursing under his breath.
'If mum and dad knew, they would be so ashamed' George thought, starting to think of what clothes the baby would need, the clothes that his brother couldn't provide.
Fred rolled his eyes and puffed out his chest, the pain of his best friend hating him, and the other avoiding him, started to chip away at his ego. He didn't want to plan the business alone, and he couldn't plan it with anyone else. Fred couldn't handle being lonely when he wanted company, so he searched for Angelina, finally catching up to her on the Quidditch pitch.
"Oi!" he called out, panting, out of breath from running "Angelina, do you want to go to Hogsmeade with me this afternoon?"
Angelina stared at Fred, clearly uninterested and more excited about something else.
"Sorry Fred, I can't."
Fred sighed, 'why is everyone avoiding me?'
"Why?" he asked, frowning "You're always free on weekends."
"I've got plans!" Angelina smiled, unable to hold her emotions back, the bottle lid slowly starting to tremble as the liquid inside bubbled up.
"What's going on?" Fred asked again, slightly puzzled as he had never seen her so excited.
"You don't know?!" Angelina gasped "Me, George, and the girls are planning a surprise baby shower for Y/N!" she beamed.
Fred's heart dropped, his heartbeat thumped in his ears, a lump formed in his throat.
baby shower... for Y/N... and George is involved...
Angelina continued to ramble on excitedly, Fred couldn't pay attention, he felt sick, the quidditch pitch wouldn't stop spinning.
How could she be pregnant - do I... do I know the guy? She never told me...
"She's in her third trimester already and she doesn't have a single thing for the baby! Can you believe that? Poor girl!"
George. He's done this. He's been seeing her behind my back.
Fred remembered how you and George got close just before the second tournament, when began to you avoided him and constantly turned him down, spending more time with his twin who was a stranger just months earlier.
"No..." Fred mumbled, "I can't."
"Well, I better get going, baby shopping and all!"
Fred nodded and parted from Angelina, he bunched his hands into fists, tears formed in his beautiful eyes, storming back into Hogwarts he looked everywhere for you, finally finding you in the dim and surprisingly empty library. He couldn't believe his eyes, you were sitting back in your chair, flicking through your charms textbook, your bump huge and the empty potion bottle sitting on the table, staring at Fred, calling him closer.
She's pregnant and she couldn't even tell me.
Looking up, your eyes landed on Fred, your heart skipping a beat, your stomach doing little flips as the father of your child walked up to you, his eyes fixated on your bump.
"So it's true" his voice croaked "you are pregnant."
You swallowed hard, you wanted to tell him the truth, right here, right now - but you couldn't, the damage has already been done, you couldn't get attached to a man who couldn't settle for you, for now, you have a piece of him - and that's enough for you.
"Yeah" you replied "It's uh, scary."
George held the long roll of parchment in his hands, going through the long list whilst Angelina, Katie, Lee, and Matt searched the shops, turning them inside out to find your stuff.
"We've got enough bottles, nappies, and clothes." Lee smiled, picking up the tiniest pair of newborn socks with tiny broomstick patterns on them.
"You can cross the crib off your list too" Matt walked over, carrying a white crib in his arms, covered in astrology symbols "Think this one will do?"
George examined the crib closely and smiled at the thought of his niece or nephew sleeping through the night with a blanket and soft toy beside them.
"It's perfect." George smiled "Y/N will love it."
The more you and Fred spoke in the library, the more you realised just how much you needed him, and how hard bringing up this baby without him would be, the urge to come clean getting stronger and stronger, but you kept quiet. You couldn't put such a burden on your best friend who couldn't possibly entertain the idea of having a child so early on in his life, after all, he had been the reason why many girls before you were in the hospital wing according to Madame Pomfrey. How many other girls struggled to tell him? Did they even go through with the pregnancy? You didn't know.
"Why didn't you tell me?" Fred asked softly, now sitting on the table, closing your charms book.
because you're my best friend and the baby inside of me is yours, you can't even remember what happened that night.
"I-I don't know" you sighed "I got scared, I thought you'd hate me."
"Why would I hate you? Y/N you're my best friend!"
Exactly, I'm not your girlfriend, I'm just your friend.
"My best friend is having a baby and I didn't even know!" Fred laughed, shaking his head, staring at your bump again.
Your baby, oh Freddie... if only you knew.
"Yeah..." you laughed it off "Sorry about that."
"Can you at least tell me who the father is?" Fred asked, swallowing hard, unsure whether or not he actually wanted to know.
It's you, Freddie, it's you...
"I can" you replied, "but I won't."
Fred tutted "Can you at least give me a clue?"
You sighed and nodded a clue won't hurt, "Okay, shoot."
"Do I know him?" Fred asked, getting heart palpitations.
"Yes," you replied "You know him really well."
"Is he my best friend or classmate, or something?" Fred asked quickly, his mouth going dry, his heart thumping, his ears burning, his heartbreaking into pieces.
"A bit of both" you replied.
Seeing Fred get so choked up and upset made you feel guilty. Why couldn't you just tell him? Spit it out and act as if worse things have happened between the both of you.
"Does..." Fred tried to swallow the enlarged lump in his throat "Does he know?"
Give it up, Y/N, stop playing with him, just tell him the truth.
You nodded your head "he knows I'm pregnant" you paused "but he doesn't know it's his."
"Is George the dad?" Fred asked.
You wanted to laugh, at times you wished the dad was George, but the two of them were so different, and you always preferred Fred.
"What makes you think that?" You asked, crossing your arms, staring into Fred's dull brown eyes.
Fred sighed "He knows you're pregnant but he never mentioned it to me, if he knew that baby was his... he would've told me, Y/N." He paused "The two of you got close just before you drifted from me."
I'm sorry, I didn't mean to, if only I could tell you, make you understand.
"Well," you sighed, torturing yourself even more "I'm still not telling you."
"I wish you would," Fred mumbled, "because I would do anything to be him right now."
Your heart dropped again, sinking deeper into your tummy like an anchor into the ocean.
He wishes he was the dad... that must mean... he can't be? can he...
Fred leaned over to you, his gentle hand resting on your cheek, his thumb tracing circles into your skin, your scents engulfing one another, his nose brushing up against yours, and finally, for the first time in what felt like a lifetime, his lips connected with yours.
Fireworks erupted between your lips, sparks flying in every direction, the feeling of him spooning you in bed after hooking up filled your head, your heart craving the intimacy that got you into this muddle in the first place.
Fred pulled away for a moment, pursing his lips and licking them, your cheeks went red, the two of you silent, staring at one another until your lips collided once more until Fred's lips attacked your neck, and the two of you exposed yourselves to one another.
This wasn't like the night you both shared together for the first time - for starters, the two of you were sober, and instead of being fueled by lust, love had taken over, steering the wheel and controlling the wand, the father of your baby now making love to you, showing you his vulnerabilities - allowing you to look through the window of his soul.
Fred's hands, fingers, mouth, his sex, all felt so incredible, making you feel above the clouds, loved and cared for, you didn't want him to pull out, to get dressed and disappear again, you wanted to be with him, forever.
Pulling out and quickly getting dressed, wiping away the beads of sweat from his forehead, Fred helped you put on your shirt and jeans, before his hand rested on your bump, his eyes focusing on it, pouring his heart and soul into the image of him being the father of that baby, something he wanted more than anything.
"I wish they were mine." Fred croaked, picking up his bag and leaving the library.
Guilt, pain, and regret flowed through your bloodstream, you felt queasy, your face went hot and tears pooled into your eyes, your vision going glassy, grabbing your book, you swallowed down the lump in your throat and left the library, running to your dorm room, collapsing on the bed, torn up to shreds.
"I'm so glad we've managed to get Y/N what she needed." Angelina smiled, carrying the shopping full of baby clothes, shoes, and toys.
"Me too" George smiled, unsure of what else to say, his mind constantly thinking about you and Fred.
Angelina could sense the tension, George wasn't usually this quiet in her company "Everything alright, George?" she asked "Is Fred okay too? He seemed a little upset earlier."
"Why do you ask?" George replied, growing concerned for his twin, thinking that perhaps staying to plan the business would have been the better option.
Angelina stared at her shoes "He just didn't seem so thrilled when I told him about the party-"
"You told him?!"
Shit! If he knows... does Angelina know he's the dad? Was she the one who told him?
"Well yeah?" Angelina replied, "He's her best friend, isn't he invited?"
Brilliant, this is just brilliant.
"No! He wasn't even aware she's pregnant!"
"George I'm sorry, I just assumed... why hasn't she told him?"
George paused, this wasn't his secret to spill, but he decided to do it anyway.
George pulled Angelina aside the footpath, sighing and taking a deep breath "because he's the father, and Y/N doesn't want him to know."
Angelina and George sprinted back to the castle, the feeling in George's stomach grew too strong to ignore and he knew that if he didn't speak to his brother, everything would fall apart. Angelina needed to find you, to tell you the mistake she made and promise to fix things, her heart racing, feeling guilty for any trouble she might have caused.
Angelina burst into the dorm room, you wiped away your tears and sat up in your bed, clutching onto your jumper.
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"Tell me what?"
"That Fred is the dad!"
You buried your head in your hands, pressing your palms against your closed eyes "because" you mumbled into them "I know you and Katie both fancy him, I didn't want our friendship to be ruined over him knocking me up."
Angelina sat on your bed next to you, wrapping her arm around you "Don't be silly, Y/N. Katie only had a tiny crush on him which is long gone, and I prefer George." she smiled.
You looked up at her and smiled back, blinking away the stars in your vision.
"You're the one who got Y/N knocked up then" Fred glared at his brother "The baby is yours, thought you deserved to know!"
George scrunched his eyes shut, shaking his head, gritting his teeth "Freddie, don't be stupid mate-"
"How could you do this to me?!" Fred yelled "To her!" Fred grabbed his trunk, packing away his clothes and books.
George stayed silent, staring at his broken brother, trying to speak but unable to find the words.
"You fucked the girl of my dreams behind my back, you've gotten her pregnant and I have to live with that!" Fred yelled again, slamming his trunk shut, now carrying it.
"Fred-"
"Fuck off, George!"Fred snapped "I can't trust you anymore."
Fred stormed out of the dorm room, out of the common room and down the halls, his throat sore, his eyes tear-filled, focussing on a safe place to rest his head. In front of him, a door enlarges from the bricks out of nowhere, he opened the door and walked inside, slamming the door behind him as he hid away in the room of requirement.

Sneaking Around || Fred Weasley
Character: Fred Weasley
Word Count: 4.3k
Requested: No, but feel free to send some in!
Summary: Your Slytherin friends would never approve of your boyfriend, but then again, who said they had to know?
Warnings: Fluff, swearing, Umbridge, Slytherins being bullies, sexual innuendos
Disclaimer: I did not make this gif, credit to the lovely person who did
A/N: School has certainly kept me busy, but this is finally up! This fic was written for @theweasleysredhair 9k writing contest with the trope “secretly dating” and the prompt “I could kiss you write now”. I hope ya’ll like it <3
PLEASE DO NOT COPY OR STEAL MY WORK. REBLOGS ARE JUST FINE :)
The throng of students going back to the school was filled with loud chatter over the results of the Quidditch match, but you weren’t joining in. No, instead you were frantically scanning the crowds the moment you stepped out of the locker room, hoping you could catch a glimpse of red hair.
Montague was beside you, a sickly grin on his face despite the loss. In his and Malfoy’s opinions, the match had been a success, as last they saw George Weasley and Harry Potter they had all but been dragged off the pitch by McGonagall.
“Try to aim a little better next time, L/N,” Montague said. “With Weasley defending the goal it shouldn’t be that difficult to score points.”
“Well tell Goyle to get a bit more accurate,” you snapped back. “I can’t do anything with fucking Spinnet on me the whole time.”
Though it hurt to spit that out, Montague didn’t notice. None of them ever did. You really would deserve an award for the incredible acting you had done over the past year.
Montague made a face. “There’s only so much I can do with that oaf. Just step it up, L/N.”
You mock saluted him as he walked away, before quickly restarting your search for the all to familiar Weasley.
But once more you were stopped short when Malfoy caught up to you on the grass path back to the school.
He was quietly humming Weasley is Our King under his breath, an action that made you desperately want to punch him in the face. He already had a wad of cotton shoved up his nose from the last person who did that, and you could see some light bruises beginning to form on his arms. If he was in pain, he didn’t show it, though you had a feeling he would have the act ready for dinner that night.
“I’m looking to add some new verses to the song, any ideas?” he asked, falling into step beside you.
You shrugged hoping your shoulders weren’t as tense as they felt. If he had asked you last year you would have had a long string of words to call the Weasley family, but now you could hardly bring yourself to even hum the tune.
“I don’t know,” you finally answered, hoping he would get off your back.
Draco didn’t take the hint. “I need some rhymes for ugly and loser,” he said, a sadistic smirk on his face as he brought up the words that had sent Potter and George over the edge.
“How about you’re a real loser so talking to you is quite a snoozer,” you muttered, “and I know you’re already to begin with quite ugly, but you need to upgrade your fangirls, they’re a little to fugly,” you finished, eyeing Parkinson a few yards away who was bouncing up and down on her toes as she waited for Draco.
“Fuck you,” Draco said, rolling his eyes. “You're terrible help, you know that right?”
You ignored him, not even bothering to look back as he stepped off towards where Parkinson, Crabbe, and Goyle were waiting. Merlin you hated Draco Malfoy and tried to make that plenty obvious when he was around, but for some reason he kept coming back. At least you managed to take a few jabs at his ego. You were rather pleased with your little poem, if you did say so yourself.
You were all the way up to the castle when a small paper bird fluttered over to you, it’s delicate wings flapping wildly as it battled the wind. It landed gracefully on your palm, neatly unfolding itself to reveal the scrawled out message inside.
7th floor, back corridor, behind the tapestry of the One Eyed Witch
8 o'clock
It wasn’t signed but by now you were well familiar with the messy handwriting and a smile lit your face as you thought of the Weasley you had been looking for earlier. Glancing quickly over your shoulder to make sure Draco and his goons were far enough away, you hastily shoved the parchment in your pocket and continued on your way.
By now you were well used to the odd meeting choices, the cramped alcoves under the stairs and the dusty long forgotten classrooms. Yet as unpleasant as they could be sometimes, the exhilaration of sneaking around, the thrill of not getting caught, left your heart racing.
You could hardly focus during dinner that night, trying your best not to send too many glances over to the Gryffindor table. The red and gold were all in different stages of gloom, their eyes dull and smiles non-existent ever since they heard the recent news about the state of some of their best quidditch players. Potter, George, and Fred had both been banned for life on Umbridge’s orders, which had led to a buzz of glee around the Slytherin table as they gossiped excitedly over the news.
You did your best to sound just as thrilled, laughing over the Gryffindor’s bad fortune, pitying Malfoy when he dramatically limped over to the table, and snickering with the rest of them as Pansy and Draco worked on more verses to their song. But anyone who looked close enough could see the white of your knuckles as you gripped your glass of pumpkin juice, they way you had to restrain yourself from crushing the glass as they laughed at the expense of the Weasley family.
By 8 o’clock you were so fed up with the Slytherins that you were more than happy to flee from the common room, pounding up the many flights of stairs to reach the seventh floor.
You followed the instructions you had been given, navigating your way through the halls until you found the large tapestry that had been mentioned.
You slowly pulled it aside and immediately got hit by the strong stench of dust and mold. But you didn’t care about the smell, for almost instantly a strong pair of arms were wrapped around you and let out a giggle as you were spun around, before pressing a kiss to Fred’s lips.
Fred Weasley was grinning back at you, the light in his eyes that had been lost at dinner back as he took in your smiling face.
He kissed you again hard, pouring all his frustration and stress that had built up in the last week into it as his mouth moved roughly against yours.
When you pulled back for air, you were finally able to take him in. His cheeks were flushed red, and his hair had already taken on a tousled appearance from your fingers running through it. Fred’s eyes were bright with happiness as he looked back at you, his lips quirked up in the Fred Weasley smile you loved so much. But as you glanced down, you could make out the subtle hue of bruises forming on his arms from where Angelina, Alicia, and Katie had been gripping on to him for dear life to prevent him from attacking Draco just hours earlier.
Fred followed your gaze. “I got banned you know,” he finally said, the sadness creeping back into his eyes.
“Yeah, I heard,” you replied downheartedly.
“I didn’t even do anything to that prat,” Fred continued. “If I knew that hag would ban me anyway I would have punched every inch of Malfoy’s fucking body.”
You could see the anger spike in his eyes and you quickly placed a hand on his chest.
“Calm down, Freddie,” you said softly, waiting for his heart rate to return to normal. “I should have made them stop,” you whispered, “all I did was sit there and watch, I feel horrible.”
“Don’t apologize love, there’s nothing you could have done without anyone getting suspicious.” Fred said, absently running his hand through your hair.
“Suspicious of us?” you laughed. “I think we do a rather good job if I do say so myself.”
Fred’s smile returned. “Yes we are pretty secretive,” his lips quirk into a smirk and he pressed his mouth against yours. “Abandoned classrooms, ducking into alcoves,” he whispered against your lips. “There’s something sexy-” at that word his hands slipped lower, giving your bottom a squeeze “- about sneaking around.”
“Are you groping my ass?” you asked, humor dancing in your eyes.
Fred’s smirk widened and he placed another kiss on your lips. “What would you do if I was?”
“I’d tell you to stop wasting your time talking when you could have me up against that wall,” you whispered, biting your lip.
Fred’s eyes darkened in lust. “You really are little Slytherin, so coy at getting what you want.”
You smirked. “What can I say? That Sorting Hat picked right.”
“It sure did,” Fred agreed huskily, walking you back towards the wall.
As your body pressed against the stone you jumped, wrapping your legs around his waist and dragging his mouth down to meet yours.
Needless to say, you and Fred snuck out forty five minutes later, well passed curfew and both looking rather disheveled.
“Don’t get caught going back,” Fred whispered, glancing both ways down the hall.
“I won’t,” you assured him. “Besides, if I do Umbridge will probably get me out of it, she seems to have taken a liking in me.”
You gave him a pointed look. “It’s you I’m worried about, one bad step and she’ll expel you.”
Fred shrugged. “I’ve stopped worrying about that ever since she came to town.”
You sighed. “Just don’t do anything stupid yet, okay?”
“Okay okay,” Fred agreed grinning. “Just for you I won't.”
“Thanks,” you smiled, standing up on your tiptoes to kiss him. “I’ll see you later.”
Fred pulled you in to kiss you once more, then let you go, being sure you were well down the corridor before he himself snuck off in the other direction.
You managed to make it back to the Slytherin common room undetected, only running into Mrs. Norris, who you stunned, then slipped by before she came to. The Slytherin common room was still bright with life at 9 oclock on a Saturday night, but no one questioned you when you walked in. Most students had snuck out past curfew their fare share of times, so they wrote you off as being no different then themselves
Doing your best to hide the grin on your face that usually came after being with Fred, you slipped upstairs to the girl’s dorms. Only one of your roommates was there, sorting through her trunk, but after exchanging pleasantries she left to go downstairs.
Falling onto your bed, you let out a sigh, the smile finally getting to appear on your face. Merlin this boy was going to be the death of you.
You had met Fred at the beginning last year after you both landed yourselves a week's worth of detention with McGonagall. At the time you had thought the redhead was the biggest prick you knew, and in turn, he saw you as a stuck up brat. Somehow though, amidst trophy cleaning, quiz grading, and classroom organizing, you had taken a liking to him. There was something about that easy smile and stupid sense of humor that got to you, and in turn, your quick wit and dry sarcasm had left him smitten.
It had been over a week after your time together in detention when you had seen Fred again, this time when he had come up behind you during passing time and, with a firm grip on your wrist, proceeded to pull you behind a statue in one of the more quiet corridors of Hogwarts.
“What the hell are you doing Weasley!” you had hissed, frantically looking around to make sure no one was near.
Instead of answering, Fred had gently placed his hands on either side of your face, fixing you with an intense gaze that left your heart racing.
“What are you doing?” you had whispered again softly, unconsciously stepping closer to him.
“For some idiotic reason, I can’t stop thinking about you,” Fred had said.
“Really?” you’d breathed, your heart starting to pound more fiercely.
“And for some even more idiotic reason,” Fred had continued. “I really want to know what it’s like to kiss you.”
The speed of your racing heart increased and you unconsciously found yourself glancing at his lips
Fred noticed, a smirk spreading across his mouth. In one flourish of motion you were pressed against his chest with his lips only inches from yours.
“But our houses,” you had whispered, looking up at his dark eyes.
A smirk had slowly spread across Fred’s face. “Who says anyone has to know?”
And then he had kissed you, hard, and from that moment forward you had completely and utterly fallen for Fred Weasley.
~
“Professor Umbridge wants to see you in her office,” a voice behind you said, causing you to jump violently, dropping the book you had been reading.
Turning in annoyance, you glared at Draco, who was behind you snickering.
“Prick,” you muttered under your breath, reaching down to pick up your book with the intention of continuing it.
“She really does want to see you,” Draco said.
Instantly you froze, your mind drifting to Fred.
“Why?” you managed to squeak out.
Draco gave you a suspicious look. “I don’t know,” he finally said. “She wanted me to round up a good lot of us. Your name was on the list.”
You let out a sigh of relief.
“Okay then,” you said, getting up from the couch, your demeanor returning to normal again. “Her office?”
Draco nodded. “I have to go tell Zabini and Montague, but I’ll meet you up there.”
“Sounds good,” you responded, stepping past him to leave the common room.
When you reached the office of Professor Umbridge, you were rather surprised to find its door ajar. Tentatively pushing it open, you were greeted by an extremely pink room and at least fifteen other Slytherins looking just as confused as you were.
“Ahh, Ms. L/N, thank you for coming,” said a high pitched voice that made your blood boil.
“Of course Professor. Thank you for inviting me,” you replied, a fake smile on your face.
She let out a little giggle. “Oh do I have a treat for you.”
She quickly ushered you over to stand with the rest of the group, then, once Draco showed up with the rest of the recruits, quickly clapped her hands for attention.
“I have received some shocking news,” she started, a grave look on her face. “It seems Harry Potter has formed a club. A club which wasn’t approved by me, and a club to teach others illegal and dangerous magic.” She paused dramatically.
For effect, you raised your eyebrows in surprise, though inside you were suddenly filled with a deep sense of dread. Anything Potter was involved with had a high chance Fred would be there too.
“Now, from a source we have learned where these meetings are being held, and it turns out there is one tonight. You all have been chosen by me to come stop this atrocity and give proper punishment to those involved.” Professor Umbridge's sickly smile widened. “Your services will be greatly rewarded by the minister himself.”
Around you, you could feel the Slytherins buzz in excitement, their smiles widening at a chance to get the Gryffindor's into trouble. Your smile was equally wide, but inside your nerves were piling up.
“They’re on the seventh floor, in the left corridor, across the painting of Barnabas the Barmy,” she said, jumping up and down on her stubby legs, a look of glee in her eyes. “Go catch them.”
There was a flourish of movement as everyone made for the door, pushing up the stairs and trying to be the first to catch the wrongdoers. You too were pushing to the front, but not because you wanted recognition from the ministry, but because you desperately wanted to be the one to catch Fred in hopes that you could find a way to get him out unscathed.
As you reached the seventh floor, it seemed the Gryffindors had been given a heads up, as swarms of people were running out of a doorway you had never seen before. Upon closer observation, you realized that there were far more than a few Gryffindors, as Umbridge had suggested, but in fact there were more than fifty people from a wide range of houses sprinting down the hall.
“Get them!” Umbridge shrieked from behind you, and you instantly took off, shoving your way through the chaos.
Fred and George ran from the Room of Requirement, for once not joking about their predicament. Behind them, Harry was quickly running around, trying to usher everyone out as a mob of Slytherins filled the corridor.
Together with George, Fred ducked down one of the side corridors, hoping he could make it to the boys bathroom that was only another turn away.
But before he knew it, his legs locked together and he tumbled to the floor, quickly shouting at George to run as he tried to squirm away from his captor.
Fred felt a hand grip tightly to his shoulder, pulling him up from the floor as another jinx whizzed by him towards his brother. George managed to duck it, but from behind Fred, Montague came running by, his wand in hand as he chased the other redheaded twin.
Fred reached for his wand to hex the Slytherin, but someone behind him got to it first, shooting a jinx that caused Montague to stiffen up, before falling face first on the floor.
The grip on Fred tightened, and he felt the spell on his legs release as he was suddenly able to walk as his captor pulled him down the other hallway.
Fred, sensing an opportunity, kicked his left leg back, trying to throw the Slytherin off balance, but they easily dodged it, dancing out of the way of his weak attempt at escaping.
“Merlin Freddie, that’s the thanks I get?” they asked, and Fred quickly turned in surprise to see you looking at him in amusement, a smirk playing at your lips.
“Love?” he asked, his eyebrows shooting up. “What are you doing?”
“Trying to save your arse,” you replied, a slight grin on your face.
Fred looked at you as if he were seeing you for the first time. “Damn that was so hot,” he breathed, “I could kiss you right now.”
Your heart gave a little flutter, but you tried to keep your expression neutral. “Let’s put a pause on that for right now,” you said, as Ernie McMillan ran by with Theodore Nott hot on his heels.
“I’ll hold you to it,” Fred grinned.
You rolled your eyes, then glanced around the hallway, but amidst all the chaos you hoped nobody had noticed your quick exchange.
“Just do me a favor and look pissed off and try to put up a bit of a fight,” you instructed. “I know a place where we can hide.”
Fred didn’t respond, instead quickly reverting his expression to one of anger as he pretended to pull away from your hold, though making sure he didn’t do so hard enough that you couldn’t drag him down the corridor.
Once you were out of sight of the madness of the main hall, you pulled Fred in after you into one of the secret passageways he had shown you last year. It was cramped and not well lit, but the tunnel was suited well enough for the two of you to stay in until the corridors cleared.
“Were you the one who hexed me back there?” Fred asked the instant the passage was sealed.
You shrugged. “I had to make it look convincing.”
“But why? Couldn’t you have just let us run off?” Fred pressed.
“Crabbe and Goyle had circled around to block that end, I couldn’t risk you going that way,” you replied.
“George went that way though,” Fred said, his eyes filled with concern for his brother.
You sighed. “There wasn’t much I could do in the moment,” you admitted, “I was more focused on you. I did jinx Montague for him, so hopefully that gave him enough of a head start,” you added with a laugh.
Fred grinned. “That was a rather good one.”
“You have no idea how long I’ve been waiting to do that,” you said, amusement dancing in your eyes. “It’s probably the highlight of my year.”
Fred put on a face of mock hurt. “You mean I’m not the highlight of your year?” he asked dramatically.
You rolled your eyes. “You make a close second,” you teased.
A smirk creeped across Fred’s face and he suddenly pulled you up against his chest, his lips brushing against yours.
“Let’s see if I can get myself into first,” he said cockily.
~
It wasn’t until after the Easter holidays when you saw Fred again, and this time, due to a new Educational Degree (number twenty nine if you were being exact) you had a silver I hooked to your robes and about the same amount of power as the teachers.
“How’s that Inquisitorial Squad going for you?” Fred asked, the moment you stepped into your latest meeting space.
“It’s so stupid,” you complained rolling your eyes. “It just inflates Malfoy’s head more than it already is and gives Slytherins a chance to pick on everyone.”
Fred wore an amused smile on his face. “It seems you’re taking advantage of this new found power too,” he commented lazily.
“Zacharias Smith is a twat and everyone knows it, so I don’t particularly care how many points I dock him,” you stated bluntly.
Fred snorted at your response. “Bloody hell I love that about you.”
You raised your eyebrows. “Love what?”
Fred laughed, pulling you towards him so he could kiss you once on the lips.
“How when somebody pisses you off you are so determined about getting back at them,” he finally said.
“Most people say it’s one of my worst traits,” you managed to get out as Fred’s lips began attacking your neck.
“It’s actually rather adorable,” Fred hummed against your skin.
“Fred?” you asked quietly, a thought suddenly popping into your head.
“Yes love?”
“Was there something you needed to talk to me about?”
Fred detached himself from your neck to properly look at you.
“It’s just that you said you wanted to see me and we only just got back two hours ago,” you stuttered quickly, suddenly feeling you had gotten the wrong idea. “Not that of course this isn’t a good reason,” you motioned between the two of you.
A slight smile spread across Fred’s lips. “Your two observant for your own good,” he said jokingly.
“What is it then, what’s wrong?” you asked, every possible reason filling your mind.
“Nothings wrong,” Fred quickly reassured you. “But you told be not to do anything stupid yet at the beginning of the year,” he paused, “that ‘yet’ has finally come.”
Your eyes widened. “What are you going to do?”
“Harry needs some help, so George and I offered ours, though I doubt we’ll get through this without being expelled,” he said, pausing to gage your reaction.
Your eyebrows had shot up and your jaw dropped. “What?! Why would you do that?”
“Because love, George and I don’t see the need to continue our education-”
“But what about-” you tried to interrupt.
Fred held up his index finger. “Just give me a minute to explain.”
“Okay,” you agreed, though your face still held a look of concern.
“We bought a shop,” Fred continued, “Harry gave us his Triwizard winnings so we bought one in Diagon Alley. You’re the first person that knows, and well, we were going to wait until after this school year but now with Dumbledore gone and that hag taking over the school, you’re the only reason left for me to stay.”
Fred looked you in the eyes. “That’s why I had to ask, can I do one last stupid thing? I am so in love with you Y/N, and you know that and if you want me to stay I will, and I promise nothing will change. I’ll be happy either way because I have you. I just knew I could never leave you here without first asking if you would be okay.”
A swell of love for the boy sitting across from you filled your chest and the concern had left your face. In its place, a single tear rolled down your cheek as you looked at the boy who had just told you he would leave all his dreams behind for you.
“Of course you can go Fred, I could never hold you back from that,” you said, letting him pull you against his chest. “But what about-” you looked up at him “-what about us?”
Fred grinned, kissing you once on the lips. “We’ll get to finally be together,” he answered softly. “There’s a flat above the shop, George has his space, we’ll have ours.”
“But George doesn’t know about us,” you protested. “What if he doesn’t-”
Fred cut you off by placing another kiss on your mouth. “If I have to marry you with only the two of us and the official at the service, then that would be enough. I don’t care about what he thinks about you and me.”
“Marrying me?” you whispered.
Fred interlaced his hand with yours. “The moment you graduate if you want love. Then we’ll never have to be apart for more than a second.”
You looped your arms around his neck, kissing him hard. “I love you so much Fred Weasley,” you whispered against his lips.
“And I love you a thousand times more,” he replied, his mouth barely leaving yours.
Fred tugged your thighs and you jumped up, wrapping your legs tightly around his waist.
“Now,” Fred said, and you could feel his smirk against your lips. “Why don’t we make this a night to remember.”

--
You and Fred started dating 3 years ago. Fred would like to believe that the relationship is strong, other people believes it so too. However ever since the start of 5th year, something started to get on his nerves, or should he say someone.
See, Fred had noticed you getting closer to his Quidditch captain, Oliver wood. He didn’t want to blame it on the summer you two spent apart but he could quite help himself. You had spent the entire apart, no letters whatsoever. At first, he tried to be understanding, it was after all a summer you and your family spent in Italy while attending your aunt’s wedding, you had told him that this was the first time in 8 years that the whole side of your mother’s family was present as they were all scattered into various parts of the world. He understood the importance of family so he had let it slide that you and he hadn’t communicated in the past 2 months- besides, it must be really exhausting to overwork the owls to post cross country.
Which was why he was so excited to finally see you in person at Platform 9 ¾ on the first of September, to his dismay, you had arrived with Oliver Wood. Back then he had pushed his jealousy aside and concluded as a coincidence that you had turned up together at the barrier. You and Oliver are just friends, he told himself, and that was completely fine.
Fred had sneaked a hug behind you and whispered into your ear. ‘Had a great summer?’
You had jumped at the touch but once you realised who is was from you relaxed. ‘Ohh Freddie!’ You turned and hit his chest. ‘Don’t scare me like that!’ Earning a laugh from him. ‘I did, I had such great times catching up with my cousins! You wouldn’t believe how much trouble we almost got into. But of course.’ Your fingers played with the back of his head. ‘I missed having my love around.’
~
‘Hey love I’m off to Quidditch practice now.’ Fred informed, kissing your cheek. ‘Will you be there?’ Ever since you and Fred got together 3 years ago, you would go cheer him on during Quidditch practices whenever you can.
This year however, more are at stake.
During the semi-finals, Quidditch matches are dotted with professional quidditch team mangers in hopes to scout for potential recruits to join their team upon graduation.
It is rumoured that the manager for Puddlemere United would be attending the next match, Hufflepuff vs Gryffindor. Puddlemere United being Oliver’s favourite and dream team, he had been pushing the team with more frequent trainings then ever, hoping to perform the best game they would ever play, to further increase his chances to chosen to be part of the team.
You looked up from the letter you were writing. ‘Yep, just gotta make a quick stop to the owlery. I’ll soon you soon okay?’
~
Arriving at the owlery, a large parcel instantly caught your eye. ‘Oh mum..’ Examining for any potential damage, which thankfully weren’t any.
The barn owl nearest it hooted. ‘Alright! Alright! I was looking if there were damages.’ The owl flapped its wings in annoyance. ‘Here,’ offering your owl some treats. ‘You’ll need to store up some energy on the way back.’ Another hoot sounded, this time from a grey owl, that you recognised belonged too your mother. ‘There’s some for you too.’ After the 2 owls finished their food, you attached your letter your owl’s leg. ‘This is for mother, a thank you note on behalf of Ollie. I’ll write another when we see his reaction to this-I can’t wait.’ You bid the 2 birds goodbye, watching until they disappear unto the horizon.
Now you turn to face your major problem. You had thought that your mother would have had it placed in a box, rather what you got was a large parcel that is clearly wrapped with parchment, with no subtlety in hiding what it truly is.
~
You had finally manged to sneak the parcel into the Gryffindor boys’ locker room, though it had taken a lot more effort than you thought.
You were just leaving when you had bumped into someone.
‘oopf! Sorr-‘
‘y/n love! What are you doing here?’ Fred wondered, looking over your shoulder, trying to figure out what you were up to. ‘You missed the whole practice.’
‘ohh it’s nothing really----Ayyeee! Not so fast!’ You grabbed Harry’s shoulder, preventing him in enter any further. In all honestly, you hadn’t hidden Oliver’s surprise well, there aren’t a lot of hiding places in the changing room. Determined to not ruin the surprise, you need, you must get Oliver to see it first. ‘Had any of you seen Oli-‘
Right then you heard his unmistakably Scottish accent. ‘I’m just saying George, with this new and improve game plan, we are for sure going win the House Cup!’
‘Oliver!’ You shouted, pushing your boyfriend and Harry aside to reach him. ‘Come quick, I’ve got something to show you!’ With all your strength you hauled him to move faster.
‘What is it now y/n? Can’t you see I’m……..’ Oliver had come to a stop. Based on his sudden lack of complaining, you knew he spotted it.
‘It’s a gift from mum and dad. We thought it would future help your chances to be in the professional league.’ You noted. ‘I wasn’t sure which one of these was your locker, so I decided to just hide it behind the benches.’
Oliver hurriedly torn away the wrappings. ‘Oh my…. y/n! A FIREBOLT!’ He turned towards his teammates with eyes watery. ‘A FIREBOLT, A 1993 EBONY WOOD WITH BIRCH TWIGS FIREBOLT!’ He declared with glee.
Too caught up in your cousin’s precious reaction to your gift, you however had failed to noticed Fred displeasure.
‘I think I’m gonna be sick. So much for a girlfriend.’ He grumbled to George. ‘Excuse me.’ Shoving his broom to Harry, Fred walked out of the locker room.
The next thing you knew, you were spinning through the air. Oliver had lifted you in celebration, ‘Thank you y/n thank you so much!’ He mumbled into your hair. ‘Pass on my gratitude to Aunty and Uncle.’
‘Wait? Did you just say Aunty and Uncle?’ voiced a very confused Harry.
‘Yea.’ Confirmed Oliver. ‘Y/n is my cousin.’
George’s bafflement turned into a startle. ‘You’re joking right?’
‘No, why would be joking George?’ You frowned. ‘Didn’t you know?’
‘Nope’ He replied, popping the “p”. ‘Now it clears everything up. Freddie is going to be--.’
‘Speaking of, where is Freddie?’ You scanned around, wondering where he might have gone to. Which was when you spotted Harry holding up not one but two brooms. ‘Harry…’
‘y/n listen…..Freddie is uhh ’ George was trying to come up how to break it to you gently.
When Harry blurted out. ‘He left.’
‘He whot?’ demanded Oliver.
‘He left, said something about being sick of his girlfriend.’ Commented Harry frankly. ‘owhh!’
Even though it would have been too late to stop Harry from spitting out more wrongfully worded sentences- the damaged has been done- It still made George happy to put some sense into him. Praying that a smack on the head would have made Harry shut up, George took control of the situation, hoping it could still salvage the weakening remain of his twin’s and y/n relationship.
‘Listen y/n. Regarding my idiot brother, you got to know that he, like everyone else in the room, had thought that you and Oliver were flirting with each other.’
‘eww!’ You couldn’t control your reflex.
‘yeah, his emotions got to the best of him when he witnessed everything that got down here and stormed out because of jealousy.’
‘Oh gosh.’ You head towards the door, you could see a red figure walking towards the castle, kicking at fallen leaves every now and then. ‘I’ve got to get to him.’
You felt someone grab your arm ‘No let me handle this y/n.’ voiced Oliver. ‘I’m part of this… complication after all, besides I bet Fred’s fuming right now and as your older cousin, I am willing to take the heat and make him see reason until he has finally calmed down to talk to you with a clear head.’ He explained reassuringly.
‘But---
‘No buts.’ Oliver kissed your forehead. ‘Stay here and send for him back so all this misunderstanding could be sorted out. Now…’ he addressed Harry to get his new firebolt. ‘I’ve got a relationship to fix.’ Oliver hopped on the broom and sped away.
~
‘Fred! Fred!’ Screamed Oliver.
Fred choose to ignore him, picking up his pace.
Leaving Oliver with no choice but to cut him off.
‘WEASLEY!’ Oliver jumped off his broom.
‘Get Out of My Way Wood!’ Fred raised his hand to shove the other boy away but met with resistance. ‘I SAID GET OUT!’ Fred tried to free his fist from Oliver’s grasp, but the older boy was much stronger.
‘Not until you calm down and listen to what I have to say.’
‘Fine.’ Oliver let go of him, he raised his arms high in surrender. ‘y/n sent you, didn’t she?’
‘No. I came here on my own will. I told her to stay behind to protect her.’ Oliver confessed.
‘To protect her?’ scoffed Fred. ‘From what? From me?’
‘Yes, as a matter of fact.’
‘Oh of course, it’s HER who needs protecting and not me. Not me, after I see you both shamelessly act so close to one another, closer, might I tell you then her own boyfriend! If was as if I wasn’t there’
‘Fred,’
Fred brushed his hand away, ignoring Oliver’s interruption. ‘When did you two get so close anyway? You know at first, I tried to pass it off as friendship but as time when on, I could help but think-‘
‘Y/N IS MY COUSIN!’ blurted Oliver, unable to hear another person thinking that they were other than family. ‘THERE’S NOTHING GOING ON BETWEEN US!’
‘what?’
‘Apparently for some reason most of you lot don’t know. George and Harry were just as surprised too. But yes, y/n is my cousin, on my father’s side. My father and her mother are brothers and sisters. I thought with all these years we’ve known each other that you’d know we’re related. Guess I was wrong.’
‘I….I didn’t know.. I’m sorry.’
‘Apology accepted but we both know there is someone more deserving of hearing that apology.’ Oliver nodded towards the locker room. ‘She’s there waiting.’
‘Thank you, Oliver.’ He held out his hand. ‘Friends?’
‘Friends’ Oliver shook his hand, the stared straight into his eyes. ‘BUT…’
‘but?’
‘But if you hurt her again Weasley, you have me to answer for, that is of course after she’s done her share.’ Without another word, Oliver flew off, testing out his new gift.
~
Fred ran full speed ahead, praying that he didn’t completely ruin a wondering 3-year relationship with the girl of his dreams. Before entering the room, he conjured up a bouquet of your favourite flowers, hoping that could help out his image.
Testing the waters, he called. ‘y/n? are you in here love?’
‘In here’ you sighed. He hated hearing you so sad. He hated it more that it was him causing you to feel that way.
Cautiously he made his way to you with arms outstretched. You accepted the flowers, to that he let himself relax a bit, bringing them up to you nose, you noted. ‘They smell nice, thank you.’
Fred was grateful that you hadn’t scolded him off on his baseless jealousy, still he knew he had to apologize and win his girl back. Kneeling in front where you sat, Fred took your hands and poured out his heart.
‘Y/n, I am sorry. I made a huge mistake, I… I got jealous of how you had gotten close to Oliver this year.’ He confessed.’ Ever since the start of this year, I thought that Oliver was stealing you away from me. I thought that perhaps you two had something going on behind my back.’
Chuckling to himself he continued. ‘I didn’t even realise that you were cousins until he told me just now. I feel so stupid. 3 years together, 5 years of knowing you. It was so obvious.’ Fred closed his eyes.
‘Still, with my worries, I should have asked, asked what you and Oliver were.’ He stressed. ‘I should have come and talked to you, to sort this out like what a, healthy, trusting and understanding relationship would. But instead I keep all my doubts and insecurities brew, I went deep into my own conclusions that were without evidence, I let my jealousy get the best of me.’
Fred brought your knuckles to his lips. ‘y/n love, I’m sorry. I love you and if you want a space, I understand. But there is no a day in this world where I would not rather be back in your loving arms. I hope that you could forgive me.’
‘Freddie, I forgive you.’ You cup his tear stained cheek. ‘It was just a stupid misunderstanding.’
Gesturing for him to sit beside you ‘I thought it was common knowledge that Oliver and I are cousins. Apparently not. Yes, we weren’t that close before.’ You admitted. ‘But we really did get to know each other in the summer. 5 weeks either being sounded by adult relatives or small children, we hung out often, being the only 2 cousins similar in age.’
You return back into a more serious tone. ‘Of course, I did wish you had voiced it out, we could have avoided this conflict altogether. So, promise me this. Whatever problems may arise, before we delved into our own assumptions, we would always talk it out. Alright?’
‘I promise.’
