Desde que fora informada a vinda do príncipe regente da Inglaterra para o palácio francês, a Dama de Companhia da princesa da França não conseguia se manter calma ou se quer tranquila. Andava distraída, sempre derrubando algo, ou fazendo alguma coisa de errado, o que era super incomum para ela que sempre dera o melhor de si em qualquer que fosse a situação ou tarefa que devesse cumprir, e era exatamente por isso que Audrey sabia que algo não ia bem. Claro que quando princesa perguntara se o fato de Henry estar chegado a afetava Francesca negara. “Eu estou completamente bem!” - Ela afirmou em um sorriso muito determinado, porém no fundo ela sabia que aquilo era apenas um disfarce, uma máscara para enganar as pessoas. Ela fingia que não tinha sentimentos algum pelo príncipe quando na verdade ainda se pegava pensando nele. A quem ela estava querendo enganar? Nem mesmo ela acreditava naquela mentira, apenas esperava que ele acreditasse. Talvez se continuasse dizendo em voz alta se tornaria realidade para ela. “Você não não tem sentimentos por ele. Ele faz parte de seu passado. Foi apenas fingimento.” - Aquelas eram as frases que ela repetia constantemente para si mesma incansáveis vezes durante o dia. 

“Audrey, pela milésima vez, eu estou bem. Não, eu não preciso de férias, não preciso me ausentar de minhas obrigações. Eu nunca gostei dele de verdade, nós eramos apenas amigos!” - Ela repetiu naquela manha, poucos minutos antes do carro que trazia o príncipe chegar. Sentia-se estranhamente calma naquele dia. Talvez seu mantra havia mesmo funcionado. Talvez ela realmente não tivesse sentimento algum por ele. É claro que não tinha. Era tudo uma bobagem, apenas um crush. Talvez o fato de que ele era muito apresentável e gentil e ela estava um tanto quanto carente naquela época. “É, definitivamente é isso.” - Ela pensou consigo mesma, abrindo um sorriso satisfeito enquanto esperava graciosamente ao lado de Audrey a chegada de Henry. Sentia-se segura de si e de suas emoções, achando-se uma tola por ter sofrido nas últimas semanas a toa, não era necessária toda aquela ansiedade, noites sem dormir. Sim, a mesma tola que ali estava, olhando vidradamente em direção ao poderoso caso preto, lustroso, que parara do lado de fora do palácio. De repente, seu mundo escureceu e a tempestade chegou. Seu estomago virou de ponta cabeça e ela sentia que iria vomitar a qualquer segundo, suas mãos suava enquanto seu sangue borbulhava em suas veias. Ela estava a ponto de desmaiar? Não, aquilo não poderia estar acontecendo. Sua visão estava embaçada, desfocada enquanto o pânico se instalava dentro dela. Ela não sabe quanto tempo se passou até que ouviu seu nome ser chamado, ao que parecia ser, à distância. Ela abriu a boca para responder, mas nada saiu, não até que ela ouvisse seu nome se chamado novamente por uma segunda voz, uma voz que entrou suave por seus ouvidos, mas mandou uma corrente elétrica por cada extremo de seu corpo, aquecendo-a por dentro enquanto sua visão voltava a se focar, dando forma a casa detalhe do vulto masculino que estava parado a sua frente. Vulto que se transformou na mais bela visão que havia visto em tempos. Tudo estava claro agora, parecia que alguém havia acendido a luz. Quando ele entrou no palácio naquele momento fora como se o sol estivesse surgido. Como se o sol tivesse entrado no local junto com ele. Ou pelo menos era assim que ela se sentia naquele momento. Momento na qual ela precisou reunir toda sua força e se concentrar no que acontecia a sua volta. Ele havia chamado seu nome mais uma vez enquanto sua bela feição mudava para um ar preocupado. Por sorte Audrey interviu com a desculpa de que Francesca estava se recuperando de uma forte gripe que se encontrava rouca, por isso estava evitando conversar. “Droga!” - Pensou ela, agora teria que forçar a voz para fingir-se de rouca. Mas pelo menos era isso ou a humilhação de parecer uma tola em frente a ele. “Seja bem vindo Hen... Majestade!” - Ela forçou enquanto se corrigia e curvava diante dele.

15. why did you choose your URL: in 8th grade I really liked funny-sounding big words (indubitably) and i had anxiety that made me awful in social situations (awkward so I just threw to two together). About Miles: As the only child of Rory and Frannie O’Neill, Miles was born on April 17, 1918. At birth, he weighed five pounds and seven ounces, as he was born four weeks prematurely, causing his father to marvel at how tiny Miles was. He inherited his mother’s blonde hair and his father’s blue eyes, although his father usually only saw the aspects of his mother in him. He is his father’s pride and joy and has been ever since he was born. He has no memories of his mother, though, as she passed away shortly after he was born. 

His father eventually got married for a second time, to Ethel Malinda. Miles liked Ethel. He liked that she never asked him to call her “ma” or “mum.” He liked that his dad was lighter, more playful. He liked the little sisters he got in 1932, when he was 14. The age gap and time away at Hogwarts made it a bit difficult to form relationships with Jane and Kate, but he did his best. About Arden: In many ways, Arden is the exact copy of his father. He and Colm have the same risk-prone qualities. They’re both competitive and stubborn and practical. However, Arden is a lot more reserved than his father. He doesn’t talk incessantly. He pauses and considers how and when he wants to contribute to a conversation. Arden is still as private as Colm, he just doesn’t talk as much. 

As the youngest, Arden is very much the baby of the family. After all, he’s a full decade younger than his sister, Mabel. He’s closest to his sister, Willa, although there’s still a four year age gap between the two of them. Due to these large age gaps, Arden often finds himself being babied by his older siblings. He’s not the biggest fan of that, especially as he gets older. In addition, Arden often finds himself feeling a little jealous when Mabel and Del and then Willa go off to Hogwarts without him.

Upon starting Hogwarts, Arden was sorted into Ravenclaw without much hassle. He finds that Hogwarts is pretty enjoyable and he loves how much he can learn. However, the first month or so each year, Arden feels quite homesick. He misses his parents and their home and their dog. Arden always gets over it, it just takes a while. He also feels a little awkward about it because it always seems to him like no one else is homesick. Plus, by the time Arden arrives at Hogwarts, Mabel and Del have graduated and Willa’s in her fourth year. He feels a little alone at the beginning of his years at Hogwarts. In his third year, Arden makes the Ravenclaw quidditch earning the position of seeker. It makes the loneliness disappear a bit. 

After graduating from Hogwarts, Arden pursues history. He worked as an archivist for a few years before becoming a full fledged historian. He eventually writes a book about the history of quidditch in Ireland.

As the youngest, by nearly a decade, Malachi has spent a lot of time as basically an only child. His older brother, Constantine, had spent most of Malachi’s childhood at Hogwarts, leaving him to spend time alone with their parents. Thus, Malachi doesn’t have a close relationship with Constantine. He deeply admired his older brother, but they’ve never had a close relationship due to their age difference.

Upon starting Hogwarts, Malachi was sorted into Hufflepuff. It took him a few weeks to grow comfortable at Hogwarts and being away from home for the first time. Eventually, Malachi grew to love Hogwarts. In his fourth year, he tried for the Hufflepuff quidditch team on a whim. And while he didn’t make the official team, he was reserve keeper from that moment on, and only played in a total of ten games. In his fifth year, Malachi was named prefect. He liked the responsibility that the position gave him. 

After graduating from Hogwarts, Malachi went on to become an arthimancer and comic strip artist. He followed his gut and after tiring of his career as an arthimancer, he made the gut decision to try his hand at comic strips. Much to his surprise, he was able to make a career out of being a comic strip artist.

Rory O’Neill had entered Hogwarts as a guarded eleven-year-old. He’d kept a gruff and aloof demeanor throughout most of his time at Hogwarts, the trauma of living on the streets and becoming estranged from his only living relatives caused him to be wary of letting people in. People generally avoided him… except for a Hufflepuff named Francesca Ashby, whom Rory called Frannie. She was beautiful and somehow wriggled underneath all of his walls, making Rory want to tell her everything. At seventeen and falling in love, Rory had no idea what the future would hold but he would cherish whatever time he had with Frannie.

Seria realmente um crime se Francesca matasse a herdeira da França? Iria ela para a cadeia ou direto para a guilhotina? Logicamente nunca tocaria em um fio de cabelo de Audrey sem o consentimento dela, porém naquele momento ela sentia seu sangue fervilhar. Era claro que todos esses anos, seu tremendo esforço para esconder seus sentimentos por Henry haviam ido por água a baixo, claramente Audrey podia ler sua própria Dama de Conpanhia e saber o que a loira estava sentindo, mesmo que ela mesma no conseguisse. Estava irritada, não apenas com a princesa mas muito mais com ela mesma, fizera um péssimo trabalho, o que levará Audrey a orquestrar um excelente plano na qual Frannie não podia escapar. Estava em cima de um cavalo, longe de tudo e todos, com Henry. E agora, mais do que nunca envergonhada com a pergunta dele. “Não, não é o que eu quis dizer.” - Tentou se explicar. “Apenas não é correto, não deveríamos passar um tempo sozinhos.” - Ela engoliu em seco sem saber como continuar.

Notou que Henry estava indo na direção oposta, se afastando do palácio e de Audrey, deixando-os cada vez mais sozinhos e longe de tudo e todos. Droga! Pensou ela, sentindo-se à beira do prescipicio, escorregando, sem ninguém para poder puxá-la de volta. Ela revirou os olhos diante da sugestão dele, mesmo que ele não pudesse vê-la. “Okay, mas acabe logo com isso.” - Ela se referia ao cavalo. Cada trote a fazia estremecer por dentro. “O logo não está tão longe daqui, siga em frente.” - Ela o instruiu, enquanto tremia por dentro, agora agora sem saber se era por medo do cavalo ou pelo fato de que não tinha mais como fugir, teria que encará-lo e conversar com ele pelas próximas horas. Ela então respirou fundo, deixando um suspiro sair por seus lábios, estava se rendendo ao fato de que deveria se manter afastada. “Como você está?” - Ela perguntou em um sussurro.
