#fragrancerecommendation ~ Spicy Beasts Do you enjoy spicy fragrances? I do, a lot! These three are some of my favorite spicy fragrances in my collection and quite naturally great for the cooler months of the year. Tobacco Mandarin by Byredo ~ Opens with a lovely dose of cumin and coriander Liwa by Widian ~ A beautiful saffron opening defines this wonderful elixir Bapteme du Feu by Serge Lutens ~ Has a decent mix of cloves and cinnamon As it happens, these three have nuclear performance and are in heavy rotation for me these months. I also happen to enjoy the color of these fragrances as I tend to gravitate towards the darker juices around this period. #fragrancerecommendation ~ Marvelous Leather Fragrances. These are some of my favorite leather fragrances due to the use of notes such as incense and iris along with leather. They all have a 5⭐ rating from me. Oro 1920 by @bois1920 ~ A smoky leather fragrance that is fruity yet spicy and smoky. The leather here is luxurious and perfectly blended with tobacco and other notes for a perfect balance. Dior Homme Parfum by @dior ~ Tuscan Iris and leather....passion and confidence...…smooth and intense. Easily the most interesting from the line up and in my opinion the best suited to the mature individual. Though modern in its composition, I still get an exotic vibe to this fragrance every time I wear it. Ombre Leather by @tomford ~ It doesn’t get more matcho than this animatic leather fragrance with a hint of florals and wifts of an earthy smoky accord. Extremely strong and potent, this is rarely a love at first sniff for most but it grows on you quickly thanks to its smoky and slightly sweet base. #fragrancerecommendation ~ Bold and Audacious Fragrances ✍︎ I call these trio 'The Bold and Audacious Trio' because that's what they represent to me when I reach for them. There's nothing bashful about these bad boys and yet they are easily some of the classiest fragrances in my collection with a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. ◎ Black Afgano by Nasomatto {2009} An ode to the sweet smell of burning hashish. Sweet and hypnotic with elements of smokiness. Oud and hashish as star players in a powerful blend that is mysterious and exciting. I also detect hints of #cannabis and coffee in each wearing. Think hashish, incense, cannabis, oud, tobacco, coffee.........a sexy potion with the ability to incite trouble. ◎ Scentence 360 by Mystery Modern Mark {2019} With oud and cedarwood in the opening, this opens quite woody which is a unique approach. The strength and character of this fragrance continues as it progresses into the heart with Nagarmotha, patchouli and leather providing a distinct smoky and earthy vibe. The dry down is magical as the balsamic notes provide an unexpected sweetness and sensuality. Oud, Cedarwood, Nagarmotha, Patchouli, Leather, Sandalwood, Amberwood, Tonka Bean, Vanilla ◎ Terroni by Orto Parisi {2017} A dark and complex fragrance from start to finish, 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶 is not for everyone as it is quite challenging. This opens very earthy and spicy and smells like soil with smoky birch and incense blended with roasted nuts and spices. This blends lightens as it progresses into the heart and the woody notes and musk carry the day to an excellent finish. Incense, Patchouli, Oud, Guaiac Wood, Cedarwood, Smoke, Spices and Musk Do you enjoy of these daring fragrances?
