You might see this image and think to yourself, "Wait, are those people playing baseball on skis?" and the answer to that question is yes.

Between 1940 and 1975, the Silver Belt Race was held at Sugar Bowl. It was a giant slalom run that began near the top of Mt. Lincoln. In 1955, the contestants played a baseball game on skis after the race. Contestants included: Bill Beck, Warren Miller, Chris Schwarzenbach, Doc Howard, Suzi Harmon, Joyce Conner, Gardner Smith, Steve Knowlton, Yves Latreille, Joan Auckenthaler, John Jay, Cathy Cary.
