Before it gets too cold in the autumn I want to share this summertime illustration I had made a little over a year ago (can you tell most of what I’d draw was Fossil Fighters related :’)

Honestly, my favorite part of making this one was creating scope with the background. It took way longer than I thought, but it felt so satisfying as I was illustrating, always trying to perfectly match the architecture of the building from the games. I wanted it to feel like you’re seeing Cranial City, but now it���s an anime ❤️ (if that even makes sense).

Some bonuses from as I was working on it down below. Hope you enjoy and don't mind me sharing old art. It's still very special to me, I almost have this fear inside me that I can't replicate something like this, even a year later. I hope I can find myself someday, but a cry for help isn't too fitting for this time of year. Let's enjoy the autumn by saying a nice goodbye to summer.

Love this little guy! My starter the first time I ever played Champions when it first came out. Drawing this guy has pretty much convinced me to play it again, as I just recently finished replaying the original and have been thinking about Champions ever since. I've replayed it a bunch, but can't remember the minutia of the story. (Like I remember the overall main events and it's so great but if you were to be like "tell me the entire plot of fossil fighters champions" idk if i could do it). So I think it's time.

Next in my favorite creature catcher critters, we have Fossil Fighters. It’s a super under rated game that would have been higher on the list if Coromon wasn’t objectively better. That doesn’t necessarily mean the ones after this aren’t also objectively better haha. It isn’t super high quality, but I love it nonetheless.

Here's Dimetrodon! Done on today's stream. I need to fix the spiky bits on its head and the sail, I was getting a bit lazy at the end of stream. I'll get it fixed up before textures and rigging. Let me know if you want to see this guy finished with everything!
