I had a dream that I was trapped with a group of people in this vault like building. We didn’t know how we got there but pretty quickly we realized what we had to do. Inside each vault was a new creature who was out to kill us and our job was to avoid the creature and find the exit of terminate it. So very quickly we got ourselves organized into a team and I was actually left with just roaming around trying to track it.
In one of the vaults we were in a store. I was going through the smaller toy aisle when I spotted a pretty pink heart necklace and beads that I told myself I’d take right before we escape. I turn the corner and I feel like I’m being watched. I walk down towards the longer aisles made of large industrial shelves and I’m between the items the creature stares at me. He snarls and starts coming around to attack me.
Naturally I scream and ran off towards the team. They quickly sprung into action and dealt with the creature.
To celebrate we decided to take something from the store. I headed straight towards the toy aisle to find the necklace but it wasn’t there anymore. Instead I I noticed a box of Pokémon figurines and picked up what looked like charzard. I took that with me and showed my teammates. We opened the box to see how cool it was and it was a little more realistic than we thought?? It pieces were divided into both bones and flesh.
I wasn’t quite sure how to put that together but a friend said he could do it for me. So in the next vault, which seemed to be a street corner of a hotel, he sat piecing it together in the lobby while the rest of us dealt with the new threat. He only finished right before we were to leave for the next vault and presented me with the finished box. When I opened it up I noticed that not only was the figure done, but had left me a the heart necklace as a gift 🥺
#dreams as I wrote them#I wanted to remember that it was a nice dream despite the horrible setting 🤣#there was another vault too where they were sister monster and it was a house party#the party was going to start soon and we had to ge tinto the house before the outside monster got us#and then when we got in the sisters went loose and you had to hide#the fake party goers were left unbothered#fortunately when I hid in the closet twice she was going to kill me but another friend screamed and distracted her#then I popped out and yelled at the monster 😭 and it turns out she was actually really nice and insecure so I showed her around the house#which was familiar to me and I did her makeup and I befriended her sister#and it turns out they were dealt with that way#🥰 PEACE AND LOVE#melifails

chapter 4
A couple weeks had passed since Deku joined the gang and he was starting to feel at home. Dabi and him shared a room but they usually kept their respectful distances.
“Hey, Izuku.” Dabi called from the makeshift desk in their room. “Master has a task for us.”
“So soon?” Deku questioned. “What’s the target?”
“Our target is a high school girl named Ochaco Uraraka.” Dabi said as he prepared himself, grabbing a belt full of weapons from his closet.
“I’m sorry, who?” Deku clutched his chest as he remembered the girl who had always been so nice to him even when he was a wreck.
“Ochaco Uraraka. She’s from U.A. high school.” Dabi turned to look at the green haired boy. “What’s wrong?”
“What are we going to be doing to her?” Deku whispered.
“We have to kill her. Her father can’t pay back the money he owes. We’ve even been generous enough to give him an extra year to get his shit together.” The scarred male said and inspected his outfit. “This should be enough for him to understand we aren’t fucking around. Come on, let’s go.”
“They’ll recognize me, can I wear a face mask or something?” Dabi looked through his clothes before throwing a hoodie at him.
“That’s gonna have to do for now. You ready?” Deku looked down at his hands. ‘Am I?’
“Yeah, let’s go.”
“Where is she?” Deku whispered to his partner. Dabi discreetly pointed at the target and Deku’s heart caught in his chest. As Dabi was about to move in, Deku put his arm out and put his hood down. “I have an idea.”
“Better be fucking good.”
“I haven’t talked to her since I ran away. I’ll lure her away from the crowd and we can move in from there.” Deku offered but saw Dabi wasn’t watching him.
“No need. She’s already leaving alone.” The males separated on predetermined paths. Deku hid behind a corner of a shady building and waited for the girl to come close before grabbing her and covering her mouth. She thrashed against him but couldn’t escape. ‘Am I actually going to kill her? She’s my friend! Or.. maybe she used to be. I need to do this! It’s my job now.’
“Sorry, Uravity.” Deku whispered and brought his hands to the top and bottom of her head before jerking his hands in seperate ways. Her neck made a sickening snap and her body crumpled to the ground, her lifeless eyes staring up at the sky. “Oh god, oh god, oh god.” Deku came undone and slumped against the wall, tears streaming down his face.
“Izuku,” Dabi’s quiet voice said from around him. “You did good. I’ll take care of it from here.” Deku looked away as his partner hoisted the dead girl into his arms and disposed of her. He came back and sat next to Deku and placed an arm around his shoulder.
“I killed her.” Deku breathed.
“The first few are always hard.” Dabi comforted him. “Come on, let’s go home.”
“Izuku! How was it? How did it feel?” Toga swarmed around him as they entered the hideout. “That face doesn’t look good to me.”
“I- sorry Toga, I can’t right now.” Deku pushed past her and into the shared room, Dabi following after him. The green haired boy sat on the edge of the bed and stared aimlessly at the ground, his actions haunting him. Dabi’s face appeared in front of him as he squatted down to be eye level with his partner.
“I’m not going to ask if you’re okay because I know you’re not.” Dabi sighed. “Just know I’m here for you. I have to go report back to Master. I’ll be back soon.” After he left Deku laid down on the bed and tried not to let his feelings overwhelm him. The sound of her neck snapping still echoed through his mind and he clutched the blankets. He got up and shuffled back to the main room and sat next to Toga.
“You don’t look too good, Izuku.” The blonde pointed out but Deku heard the concern in her observation. “Do you need a hug?” Deku nodded and the girl’s arms went around him and for once he didn’t mind that she was touching him.
“How about movie night?” Twice’s voice rang from across the room. “There’s a comedy I’ve been wanting to watch.”
“Sure, Twice. I think that would help.” Deku sniffed and pulled back from Toga’s hug. “Thanks by the way, Toga.”
“Anytime!”
The movie just started when Dabi came back and sat down next to Deku, his arm instinctively went around the boy. Deku rested his head against his partner’s chest and tried to focus on the movie to forget what he had done.
“Aww, Jin look!” Toga whispered to Twice and pointed to Deku and Dabi. “Izuku’s sleeping! He’s so adorable when he sleeps.”
“What about me?” Twice whined and Toga giggled at him.
Dabi gently positioned Deku on top of him and hoped he was comfortable. He was new to the whole caring about someone thing and wasn’t sure if he was doing it right. Deku shifted in his sleep and ended up sitting on top of Dabi and the scarred boy struggled to control his urges. ‘He’s sitting right on it! God, this is so not fair. Get yourself together, he’s asleep for crying out loud.’
The movie ended but Twice wanted to watch another one and Toga decided to stay with him.
“I’m not watching another stupid movie.” Dabi groaned as he stood up and carried Deku to their room before setting him on the bed. He walked back into the main room and got their attention. “Hey, I’m going on a quick patrol. I’ll be back soon.”
But he wasn’t back soon. It was late into the night when Deku woke and searched for his partner.
“Have you guys seen Dabi?” He asked Toga and Twice who shook their heads.
“He went on patrol like five hours ago but he said he’d be quick.” Toga yawned. “He’s probably fine.” Deku put on his shoes and started to leave. “Wait! Take this with you.” She tossed a knife at him and he fortunately caught the handle instead of the blade.
“I can defend myself.” Deku said and gave her a confused look.
“I know, that’s why I gave it to you.” She giggled. “Have fun!”

Chapter 30
CAMILA
Today is my best friend's wedding. Jessica and Matthew are finally tying the knot. The first time she was with Matt I never got to meet him but Jess always spoke highly of him. When they announced that they were having a baby, I was shocked beyond belief. Matt proposed to her the first Christmas holiday that we all spent together so their love story is somewhat traditional. Which was all Jessica’s mother wanted for her. They chose to hold off on the wedding until their little girl was old enough to walk and talk. Now that the day has finally come everything is moving so fast.
I got the girls and the baby up kind of early because we needed to be at the beach house by a certain time. Matt and Andre are making last minute trips to the different venues we have reserved to ensure this day will be as hassle free as possible. Jessica and Matt didn’t want to spend a fortune on a location plus extra wedding costs so Andre and I offered them the beach house as an introduction to their wedding presents from us.
Although today is about celebrating the love of my best friend and future brother-in-law, it’s also another day of grieving for my family. Karissa passed away on January 2nd at the hands of Chris. After that fight between the guys, our relationship with Karissa was strained. She didn’t call as often as she used to but I know there were other reasons for that. There was tension coming from all sides but Zoe was the only person to keep us together as friends/co-parents. Chris filed charges against both Andre and I, and came at us hard but Paz managed to bypass jail time for Andre so I’m very relieved. Dre is never again allowed to purchase a weapon of any kind and that’s a court order. His gun license was revoked and shredded in front of everyone in the courtroom. Luckily for the safety of our family, I still have a few guns locked away.
Zoe went to stay with her mother for the remainder of the holidays and she was then able to meet Chris. Andre threw a huge fit and went off because he didn’t want Zoe breathing the same air that Chris did. However, Karissa really wanted to spend time with their daughter so Andre had no choice but to push aside his personal hatred for Chris to keep the peace. Zoe called home on her second day in Texas to tell me that Chris made her feel uncomfortable. She and I spoke thoroughly about her feelings towards him and once she felt a little more at ease, so did I.
Two days after that, Zoe called again saying that she hid from Chris when he stopped by her mom’s house. For three hours she hid in a closet so he wouldn’t find her. When she called later that same day once Kari had returned from work, she was really missing home. Zoe said she was so afraid of Chris that she didn’t want to be around him any longer. I had Zoe put her mom on the phone so I could talk to her directly about everything that happened so far. She kept saying that Zoe was just exaggerating but I knew better. I sensed a lot of fear and uncertainty in Karissa’s voice when we spoke. She tried and failed to pull the wool over my eyes regarding Zo’s feelings about her man.
I was mature and kept the conversation respectful because I didn’t want to offend Karissa or bring about unnecessary drama. Now the fourth time Zoe called me just in the first week of her being in Texas, I made Andre go and get her. He took the first flight out to Dallas at midnight to get our little girl. Zoe was a mess when she called me. She was crying so much and she sounded so broken. Lately I’ve been teaching the girls about their body and which parts do what, being as they’re growing up and their bodies are approaching the pubescent stage in life. They understand all of what I’ve taught them so far. They also understand that it’s not okay for anyone to touch them intimately for a long, long time.
Andre didn’t let me know when he landed in Dallas. I more so got that text the following night. He, as I, was enraged when Zoe told him what happened at her moms. He was so pissed that he beat the shit out Chris but didn’t kill him surprisingly. Andre and Karissa had an emotional blow out. Zoe called to talk to Kenja and I while the fight was happening and I couldn’t believe what I heard. Chris touching Zoe inappropriately introduced all of us to a new side of Andre that not even I knew he had. Andre filed for sole custody of Zoe being that he no longer felt she would be safe with Karissa. I stood by Andre through the whole ordeal for the sake of Zoe’s health, state of mind and safety.
When Dre and Zoe finally returned home, he didn’t let her out of his sight. Andre apologized every hour on the hour hoping to take Zo’s pain away and makeup for what happened. About a week later of being glued to her dad’s hip, Zoe eventually gravitated towards me. I was saddened that she was apologizing for such an event that she did not orchestrate nor deserve. She kept asking why Chris touched her in places she didn’t like and I couldn’t even answer. Me being the super emotional woman I am, I struggled with not having a breakdown over that whole situation. She and I had a lengthy and emotional discussion. I ensured her several times over that what Chris did was in no way her fault. No girl should feel ashamed for being touched in such a way they don’t agree to.
When news broke that Chris murdered Karissa, Dre went ape shit. He loved Karissa in a much different way that I was fine with. She’ll always be the mother of his first child so the value she held to his life is different from mine. Chris received a life sentence for first degree murder and child molestation with no chance of parole. When it came time for the funeral Andre and Zoe were a wreck. Kenja and I stepped back to give Andre and Zoe some time to grieve the way they needed to.
Zoe didn’t understand where her mom was going nor the purpose of death. Karissa didn’t want to be buried so we had her cremated like she wished to be. Her ashes are now at the house with us. Any time Dre goes to be with what’s left of her, he loses himself. He doesn’t cry nor does he speak. Instead he goes to a different place for at least an hour every other day.
Zoe has been dealing with her mother’s death in a very strange way. For some reason Zoe doesn’t like for Karissa to be addressed as her mother anymore. She’s mad and deeply hurt that Karissa didn’t believe her when she said Chris made her uncomfortable. I ask Zoe why she no longer wants ties to Kari and her reply always makes me tear up. “You’re my mommy. Not her..” are her exact words. Clearly, I’ve been a mother to her ever since Dre and I started raising the girls together but now it’s like I’m the only mother she’s ever had. She doesn’t even go near Karissa’s ashes. Instead she always tries to throw the urn away. Dre and Zoe have argued about what to do with Karissa’s remains. Zoe hates her mother for not believing in her. She’s so angry but when I remove her from around the urn, she settles down.
“Mamá,” Kenja announced.
Turning over on my side I removed my headphones as we made eye contact. “Sí bebé?”
“Jorden está llorando.” Kenja said, eating a sandwich that Jess made her.
Getting out of bed I went over to where Kenja sat and lifted Jorden out of his bassinet feeling bad that I wasn’t listening out for him. I changed him twice before putting him down to sleep so he must be ready to eat now. I walked over the bed, getting comfortable to feed him. Unbuttoning my jersey, I tossed my hair behind my back. Jorden found me before I had the chance to lift him higher up. His hand cupped my right shoulder as his fingers searched around for my hair. I think he’s starting to find comfort and enjoyment out of playing in my hair while he’s feasting. Airily I started giggling, presenting my unkempt hair to occupy his busy little hands.
“Oh Jorden Ali Maree, eres siempre jugando con mi cabello al igual que tu padre. Pero está bien.” I laughed some more at how excited Jo is to play with my hair.
“Camila! Something is wrong! It’s not fitting!” I heard Jess cry from upstairs.
Laughing at her struggles I got out of bed, pushing my feet into my slippers. “Vamos Kenja..” I called her. She and I reached the third floor finding Zoe laid out on the bed stuffing her face with bananas.
“Chica perezosa.” Kenja taunted her, going to snag a banana for herself.
“I am not.” Zoe retaliated after Kenja unpeeled her banana only to break off a piece and shove it in her mouth.
“Aren’t you supposed to be helping tia?” I asked, heading for the bathroom.
“I was but then I got hungry so she said I can have a break. Is he almost done? I want to play with him.” Zoe followed me into the bathroom trying to get a good look at the baby. He’s not worried about anything but my hair and left breast.
“Let him finish eating mi amor and then you can have him.” Pausing my steps I shook my head as Jessica tried to inch herself further into this slip that goes underneath her gown. “Wow, that slip cost an even two-fifty and you’re laying on the floor with it.” I muttered, lifting Jorden higher.
Jess rolled over on her stomach to scowl at me. “Don’t start with me bruja. I need the slip to fit and I need one now. You think maybe Matt will go and pick up another for me?”
Nodding assuringly I occupied space on the new rug Andre bought for this bathroom with Zoe next to me. The two of us occupied our time until I heard the door open. Having a strange feeling I pulled Jorden off my breast and fixed my appearance. He began to cry and fuss and while I hate to interrupt him I want to check out who's all here.
“Hold him for a minute, please.” With Jess keeping the kids I was able to sneak off downstairs to see who was here. I even managed to get my gun out of my purse just in case. I quietly crept down the stairs and up to the entrance of the kitchen. I can’t tell if the person was Andre or not based on the fact that I can’t see any tattoos.
The guy leaned over to set the bridesmaids gowns on the counter giving up his identity.
“Stop.” I demanded.
He turned around and when I locked eyes with Andre I took off my slippers to hurl them at his head.
“Aye girl, watch it.” He snickered, situating the gowns so they didn’t fall on the floor.
“What the hell did I tell you about sneaking around like that?! It’s not funny. I didn’t even know it was you.” I argued strongly.
“So you’re gonna shoot me? You’re like three years and many opportunities too late baby.” He joked, pushing his hat off and set his belongings on the counter.
“You can do better than that. Our kids and my best friend are upstairs, you could’ve been anybody so yeah I brought my gun.” I grumbled.
“Hey, I’m not knocking your instincts. I'll tell you how sexy you look holding a gun?” He smiled, standing right in front of me.
“All the time.” I nodded, tucking my gun in the back of my pants. With the safety still on I greeted Dre with the same amount of love I always do.
“You miss me?” He asked, kissing my cheek and resting his hands on my hips.
“Claro que si, amor. How did it go with the priest and the caterers?” Dre and I discussed little details of the wedding we are responsible for. “Does everyone have the address to get here? I don’t want anyone getting lost and being late or not showing up at all.”
“Everything is fine, Camila. I made some calls to make sure everyone knew to come here. Go get those dresses upstairs, the other ladies should be here soon.”
Getting out of his hold I went to grab the stack of dresses. I carried the gowns upstairs and into the room on the second floor. I hung the bags up in the closet, turning each one around so the name cards can be easily read. Dre met me upstairs and headed straight for the girls.
“Hi daddy.” They greeted at once jumping on his lap.
“What’s up little ones? Zo you have something on your face.” Andre picked at Zoe’s chin, wiping his hand on his favorite pocket square.
“It’s just a banana.” She mumbled laying on his chest.
Hearing the baby act up I went to the bathroom to find Jess and him on the floor. She was kissing his feet and playfully moving his legs about in the air. Sometimes Jo really is like his dad. He gets upset when I’m not around. Especially since I interrupted his fourth meal of the day.
“He acts just like his father, ay bendito! Moody and unpredictable.” Taking a seat opposite of Jess I finger brushed through his hair, rubbing his scalp simultaneously.
Jorden looked up at me blankly not realizing who I am being that I’m upside down.
“Mi angelito.” Bending over to kiss his lips I felt his hands attempt to grab onto my face. Deciding to play a little game with him, I leant forward to kiss different areas of his face and backed away before he could touch me. “You think this is funny don’t you?” I grinned, feeling someone touch my lower back. I looked back to see Dre removing the gun from my jeans to tuck it away in his own. “Sorry..I forgot to put it away.” After apologizing sincerely I returned to catering to my baby. “You kiss better than your daddy.” Turning the blanket around I held onto Jo’s hands and stood him up on his feet. Bringing him closer I hooked my hands beneath his underarms and laid him back on my legs.
“No he doesn’t.” Dre scoffed sitting on the floor beside me. Jorden looked over to Dre and giggled as loud as he could. “Yeah you know I’m right. But don’t you worry Imma teach you all my tricks when you get older. I’ma teach you how to be a man and how to pull all the ladies.” Dre toyed around with Jo leaving me to go help Jess with her hair and makeup.
As I was curling the front side of Jessica's hair I heard cars pulling up and people talking.
“Baby, go see who’s here so I can finish helping Jess. Please.” I plead kindly. Dre nodded and stood up from the floor with the baby in his arms. He walked out of the room and left Jo with the girls before jogging downstairs. “How are you feeling about all this? You’re getting married today. Are you excited?” I pressed on, pinning her curls up so the heat would set them well.
“I’m really excited. I never saw myself as the wife type, you know that. It’s scary though knowing the entire state of California will recognize us as husband and wife but I’m excited and I’m ready. This day seems unreal.” Jess spun the chair around so I could work on the back of her head.
--------- -------
All of the guests are here at the beach house now and it is hectic! People at every turn, kids running around like they have no common sense and the men making today all about them. Us girls are on the second floor getting hair and makeup done. The men are upstairs doing the same but with loud ass music seeping into the lower levels of the house. We had to close our door just to drown them all out. Everything for the ceremony is set up and the reception venue is prepped as well too. Jess and the stylist were prepping the bridesmaids’ hair and makeup. I moved over to the couch on the far wall to help my girls get ready. I tried to get the baby to spend some time with his grandparents but he didn’t want to leave me. So he’s up here with all of us ladies.
Some of the women have their bridesmaids robes on and some are testing out the bras Jess had specially made for us. The bras are beautiful and very expensive. I was the first to try mine on since I’m the maid of honor and I helped Jess pick out the color scheme for the bras. I’m scared mine is gonna break and I'll have to go braless because of how heavy my chest is now. After two babies and fully developing at a young age, I carry a lot of weight with these bad boys. The fabric is very lightweight and the material is sheer combined with lace detail. It’s a beautiful piece of lingerie but I’m just worried that I won’t be able to wear mine. A hard knock on the hard drew one of the woman's attention but most of us kept on with what we were doing.
“Mommy, it won’t tie.” Zoe whined, turning around so I could tie her bow.
I successfully made her a pretty bow and adjusted the flowers within her braid. The girls wanted their hair done too so I gave in. Kenja’s hair is straighter than you can imagine. Today was the first time she’s ever had heat pressed to her hair and I was a little nervous for the stylist to touch her hair. Kenja’s curl pattern is so pretty; I’m anxious to see how her hair will bounce back after today.
“Kenja, baby...come here. Your bow is messed up.” Motioning her over to me I turned her around to fix the bow so it was perfect.
“Mom, where’s papa?” Kenja asked, sitting down next to me and taking the baby to sit in her lap.
“Upstairs with the groomsmen getting ready.” I yawned.
“Your face is really fat Jorden. But it’s ok, you’re so cute.” Kenja giggled from beside me. I glanced at her funny only to find her squeezing Jorden’s cheeks like he was some kind of toy.
“Kenja be careful. He’s just a baby and his skin is a lot more sensitive than yours.” I warned defensively.
“Se pero le gusta esto.” Kenja defended pridefully. She continued to mess with her brother’s face, making the both of them laugh.
“Girl, why aren’t you dressed yet?” Tanya asked me suddenly. I looked to my right to see her slipping into her dress.
“I had to get my girls and the baby ready T. And besides I’m enjoying this time to sit back and relax.” I chuckled, throwing my body back on the couch.
“Well here..just in case someone has to come in.” Tanya handed me my robe and I graciously accepted it to warm myself up. This bra is not something you wear when your nipples are hard and you’re surrounded by so many people.
“Aw no, you can’t come in here. You see all these women getting dressed. Get out!” I heard Charise say loudly.
Looking up from Kenja’s lap I saw Charise and Andre going back and forth with laughter mixed into their conversation. Leaving the girls on the couch I politely walked through the women in the room and over to the door.
“I just wanted to talk to my lady. Why are you blocking Charise?” Andre argued with his hand over his heart.
“Thank you for handling his entry but I will take care of his exit.” Palming his chest I pushed him out of the room and closed the door behind me. “Que quieres, Andres?”
“I missed you. Let me see what you have on.” Andre pried his hands into my robe, fiddling with the bra clasp, and completely snapped both halves of it open. I quickly cupped my breasts to prevent them from spilling out of this bra.
“Thanks so much.” I muttered, closing my brassiere and adjusting the clasp.
“This bra is gorgeous. You gonna wear this for me someday?” He smiled, stepping closer to me.
Closing my robe I disagreed, “hell no. I cannot imagine the damage you would do to this bra in a private setting. Seriously, what did you want?”
“How’s Zo doing today?”
“Oh, um...she seems to be in good spirits. Kind of like nothing ever happened.” Looking him in the eye I felt my heart strings being tugged on. I know he hates when I give him that answer but it’s the truth and those are Zoe’s feelings. She’s a big girl now and she understands what it means to feel negatively towards a person, place, or object. Karissa hurt Zoe in an emotional sense and it’ll be a long time before Zo forgives her mother. If she even reaches that point.
“Really? She seems happy? I don’t think she’ll ever talk to me about what really happened. I don’t think she’ll ever trust me enough or feel comfortable enough to open up about any of it. Camila, I’m never going to be able to get over her dea-”
“Don’t go there right now. Today is not about us or our problems, you hear me?” Cupping his chin in my hand I lifted his face and searched his eyes. “As far as Zoe goes, you just have to be patient. I know it hurts that she hasn’t come to you about what she went through but remember that she’s just a little girl. She’s still feeling guilty and embarrassed. Zoe doesn’t know how to talk to you about this. Just give her time and don’t pressure her to open about it.” I advised.
He gave me a reluctant head nod and leaned down to kiss me. I don’t want to think about Chris, what he did to our daughter or Karissa no longer being with us. This day is about Matthew and Jessica solidifying their bond in front of our friends and family. There aren’t a whole lot of celebrations we partake in as a family. With that being said I want us to take full advantage of this day to smile, laugh, dance, and enjoy the moments that are on the horizon. In order to occupy his mind with happy thoughts I engulfed him in my arms, passionately displaying my love for him.
I quickly realized that we’re standing in the hallway and need to have more privacy. Pushing him off of me I checked to make sure no one was watching. I followed him into the room that was just across the hall. He swept me off my feet the second I crossed over the threshold. He carried me over to the chair gently setting me down. I’m not sure what Dre wanted to happen but like always I just let my mind float elsewhere. My robe came open in seconds, shorts came off in milliseconds and so he rightfully took his position in front of me.
Usually he likes to fuck around beforehand or talk to me while he warms me up. This is unlike the other times clearly. The strands of his hair nestled against my fingers tickled my hands just enough to force delicate laughter up my throat. Before I could open my mouth I heard rustling close by.
“Aw yes, Meah..”
Opening my eyes I looked over at the bathroom door and then down at Andre ready to question him. He’s still pursuing me with no regard to what’s happening up here. My thighs are fully covering his ears so he has no idea what I’m hearing. I softened at the awe-inspiring ability he has to blow my mind. My chest and legs quivered from his actions meanwhile my heart rate is steadily soaring to new heights. He’s developed a list of tricks that will surely cause one of many things to happen: I cry, convulse, shiver,or scream random shit that he likes to hear. In this case I opted for a faint cry and moan paired with some involuntary shivering. One of my favorites of his emergency traps is when he’ll encompass my clitoral hood with his mouth while dragging the pad of his thumb up my perineum down to my anus. His actions matched my thoughts, forcing me to forget about the noise I keep hearing. Careful not to rip this bra with my nails I squeezed and carressed various regions of my own body.
“Well Meah..I think I found your teacher. Or master I should say, demonstrating the greatest lesson of all time.”
Looking over at the bathroom door I saw Meah and NaTasha watching with proud smiles on their faces. Seeing as the flashbacks from the past are coming back I placed my hands on Dre’s head, trying and wanting him to stop. “Babe..stop.” I panicked.
“No.” Dre shot back with attitude, holding on tighter.
Trying to move back from him I found myself craving for him to finish me already. My cheeks were flushed with pleasure and embarrassment but as all times in the past and right now, he’s pleasing me just the way I like.
“Oh mierda..” I cried aloud. The conscious half of me wishes for him to cease this moment but the needy half of me is saying to just enjoy this before it ends. When he got the response from my mouth and body that we both love, I was quick to close my legs. My face contorted in all sorts of ways feeling my own cum rubbing all over my thighs. Sitting up in the chair I covered the top portion of my body with my robe. Some shield is better than none at all.
“You are a magnificent teacher.” Meah laughed, making me blush so much more.
Andre wiped his mouth, finally turning around only to blush at the sight of our audience.
“How long have y'all been standing there?” He asked not able to wipe the cheesy smile off of his face.
“Enough to realize I took some great advice. She tried to stop you twice but you just seemed like you were doing such a great job.” Meah teased leaning on Tasha’s body.
“How much did you two hear from us?” Tasha spoke up wrapping an arm around Meah’s waist.
“Not a whole lot but enough to know what was going on.” I shrugged innocently.
“Well this felt like an unplanned orgy. How long were y’all in there?” Andre rose to his feet, going to retrieve my shorts. I hurriedly accepted them and left the room to make myself decent.
“Oh my god.” I gasped quietly and to myself. Meah and her wife just witnessed Andre and I during a very private moment. Honestly, I’d rather relive today a hundred times over than the day my father barged in on us years ago. Upon leaving the bathroom I saw the three of them looking at me. I tried to leave but Andre wasn’t having it.
“Let me go. I have to go get ready.” I blushed, hiding my face.
“I know.” He laughed and kissed my forehead. The girls left us, providing us true privacy.
The flood of embarrassment hit me again prompting me to punch him in his chest, moderately rough.
“What did I do?” He scoffed.
“I tried pushing you off so you’d stop because they were watching but no..you were too focused.” I argued, tightening the robe strings once more.
He laughed and tried to kiss me but I blocked him.
“That was embarrassing. We’ve already had my dad walk in on us and now your assistant and her wife.” This is all fun and games for him. He’s still chalking up chuckles like I’m telling him a joke. “Stop laughing, it’s not funny!” Leaving him behind I locked myself in the room with the bridesmaids and the kids to focus on myself now. Now the time has come for us to get ready.
ANDRE
Tightening my tie I looked at myself in the mirror.
“How in the hell did you manage to mess these up?” Matt griped. Looking briefly to the side I shrugged like I’m clueless as to what he’s talking about. “I know you heard me speaking to you. What happened to my sweatpants man?”
“I doubt you really want to know.” I said plainly.
“I’m never again letting your nasty ass borrow my shit. You’re foul Dre, foul.” He shoved me to get past and continue getting ready.
Camila wound up in our room, keeping me company until it came time to begin the ceremony. Jorden coincidentally erupted in tears as it’s time for the bridesmaids and groosmen to line up. My mom was able to get Jo settled with a bottle and no Camila. The walk outside seemed to take a toll on me because as Cam and I went to our assigned places I felt myself missing her. Although she’s standing less than a hundred feet away from me, she feels so far away. I hope Cam and I can find the right time to get our wedding plans together soon because I’m ready. I’m so ready to take the next step in our relationship. I’ve come to terms that this woman is the best partner I’ve ever had without question.

I wish... (Ethan Ramsey x MC) part 7
Open Heart, Ethan Ramsey x MC
Author’s note: Hello, hello, hello! We are back with I wish… and, well, not gonna lie, we are approaching the end of this story, not sure how many chapters left but not more than three. Meanwhile, I have a brand new series already written and ready for you to delve into.
As always, English is not my first language, my MC is Clarissa “Claire” Herondale and Open Heart is going to destroy me yet again, isn’t it.
Word count: 2576
Chapter 7: From the other side
Claire was walking down the corridor, a file in her hand, greeting kids and their families as they went by. Her day was quite good so far, all her patients were stable, no emergencies or accidents to distract her and she was supposed to meet up with Ethan in a few minutes to talk about Naveen. Or, at least, that’s what he thought they would be talking about.
She wanted to tell him. Tell him that he never seemed to leave her head. That every time she closed her eyes he was there, smiling at her. That he was in her dreams. That he was important to her.
She didn’t care if it would destroy everything they had, their friendship, their work relationship.
She wanted him to know all of this.
Upon entering the room of her little patient she was greeted with a wide smile and a squeal from her.
“Dr. Claire!” Lucy exclaimed and got off her bed, running carefully towards her doctor. She caught her in her arms, hugging her gently to not hurt her.
“Hello, you big girl. How are we feeling today?” she smiled at Lucy, touching her nose with her fingertip playfully.
“Awesome! I feel like I could fly!” she released herself from Claire’s arms and stretched her hands, pretending to be flying.
Before she could begin examining her, an alarm went off. Lucy jumped, startled at the sound, running back to Claire. She grabbed her hand, going through the door towards the emergency exit. Suddenly, Lucy tugged on her arm.
“Dr. Claire, look. That’s the dangerous man!” she pointed towards a stranger at the end of the hall, coming towards them.
“Do you know him?”
“Yes. He sometimes comes to our house, Mom shouts at him, she said he is dangerous.” She looked straight at Claire, not a shade of doubt in her voice.
She believed her, turning around and looking for a place to hide, just until the man leaved and they could get to safety. She spotted a closet, walking in and locking the door behind them, checking twice. She told Lucy to sit down by the furthest wall from the door, standing next to her, ready to defend her if needed.
It was quiet. And then it was not.
The doorknob was pressed, someone was trying to get in. When the door wouldn’t budge the person begun shaking the door, trying to pry them open but to no avail.
“Lucy! Come out and play! It’s me, your dad! Come on, I’ll take you home and we’ll play. I won’t go without you! You have to come with me, I will find you anywhere!” voice shouted right outside the door, as though he knew that they were there.
And then – silence, again.
Claire breathed out. Most likely the person gave up and left them be. She turned around to smile at Lucy when she felt the smell of smoke in the air. Turning towards the door she noticed black clouds entering the room from beneath the door, the faint sound of wood burning reached her ears.
Her eyes widened as she realized what was happening. She heard footsteps departing from the door, a small laughter in the background.
Claire grabbed Lucy by hand and headed towards the door, kneeling down to look her straight in the eyes.
“Listen, sweetie. We will have to run. Don’t look around, try not to breathe until we don’t get away from the fire and hang on tight, okay? We’re going to get out of here.” Lucy nodded and latched on to her arms, hugging herself close to her doctor.
Claire stood up and opened the door, running out as fast as she could, praying to not get Lucy hurt by flames.
Thankfully they made it out, bolting down the hall towards the back entrance, not often used. She discovered it a few weeks ago, she knew most of the staff didn’t know it even existed. While walking she asked Lucy to tell her more about the man in question.
“I don’t know him. Mom and Dad don’t like to talk about him, they say he is dangerous and that if he ever tries to talk to me, I should tell them.”
“Okay… here we are.” They reached the door, opening them and checking if no one saw them. Once outside, she started running again. The words of a man ringed in the back of her mind. He would never stop looking for her. They had to hide. And they had to hide fast.
“Lucy… do you trust me?” she looked at the little girl in her arms, her eyes full of fear and confusion. Lucy nodded her head slightly. “Okay. I know it’s scary but we’re going to need to hide for a little while. We’ll find some place to sleep and some food and we’ll see what happens.” Lucy nodded again. Claire was amazed at how much the little girl understood, how mature she was at the age of twelve, despite being small and petite, she was strong.
So they hid. Found some shelter and food and stayed there for a few days. Claire knew they had to move soon. If they stayed in one place for too long the odds of him finding them were rising and she would never let anyone hurt her.
They were both hungry. She didn’t get the chance to grab her wallet, so they had no money to buy food. Thankfully, there are some good people left in this world, people who gave them food, blankets and clothes for Lucy. Meanwhile, she was keeping tabs on what the media had to say about the situation in the hospital. The man killed two people and was on the run. She decided then and there, that as long as he was out there, they would hide.
Then came day seven. She was walking by the back of the buildings, trying not to attract any attention to herself when she spotted him.
Ethan Ramsey. Her heart missed a beat. She was tired, sure, but her mind has never stopped thinking about him, her heart recognized him immediately.
He looked like hell. His hair disheveled, dark bags under his eyes, head hanging low. He was wrecked. She wanted desperately to reach out to him, ask for help, hug him. She resisted her urges. If she did that, she would expose the fact that they were hiding, she would not be able to protect and hide Lucy. So, Claire did the only thing she could do, no matter how much it hurt.
She watched him disappear behind the corner, feeling her heart shatter and her stomach drop.
Only later, when his broken face was haunting her dreams and every waking thought did she realize why he looked the way he did. She didn’t let anyone know where she was. No one knew what happened to her.
To them, she was missing.
The thought slammed into her like a speeding truck, throwing her off balance.
That was why Ethan looked like death. He must be so worried about her, not knowing where she is, is she okay.
She prayed that night. She prayed for the man to be caught.
Unfortunately or fortunately, her wish was to be granted a month later. Claire and Lucy were barely holding up at this point, usually there wasn’t enough food for both of them to satisfy their hunger, so Claire gave most of it away to Lucy. Sleeping was a luxury for the young doctor, staying awake for most of the nights, making sure that no one would pose a threat to them.
And then, the miracle happened. Claire was passing the restaurant that had a TV on.
They found him.
She couldn’t believe her luck. Running back to Lucy she shook her arm gently, waking her up and started walking towards the hospital. During the last month she was keeping an eye on her health, making sure she was not sick, but it was difficult without any equipment.
It was late when she reached the front door of the hospital, the sun was long gone from the sky. Adjusting her grip on Lucy’s hand she pushed the door open, bright lights of the waiting room blinding them both.
She heard gasps from the people in the room. They were both rushed inside, someone took Lucy from her, carrying her towards the bed. She heard what people were saying, about how brave and strong they were, surviving that long. In the middle of the commotion she heard a quiet gasp. Her head whipped towards the source of the sound.
Ethan.
-------------
“Now you know everything.” She shrugged, her body slumped forward, sitting in Ethan’s office again, officers and detective Cordato before her. “I don’t know if it was the wisest decision on my part to hide for so long, but in that moment I didn’t see other option. There was no way I was going to let that man take her, hurt her. I am responsible for the wellbeing of my patients, I couldn’t let her get hurt.”
“Dr. Herondale, we want you to know that you couldn’t have done better. No one blames you if that’s what you’re worried about.” She nodded and smiled a little.
“How is she? Her parents?” she aimed her question at the detective.
“They are okay, shaken up by the whole situation but impossibly grateful for everything you’ve done, Miss. As a matter of fact, Lucy asked me to give you this.” He reached into his briefcase and pulled out a book, handing it to her. She glided her fingers over the cover of the book softly, smile on her face, a single tear rolling down her cheek.
“She told me about that book. It’s her favorite, she reads it every night. I tried to tell it to her from memory but it was hazy. She said she’d get me a book so I can reread it.” after a moment she started laughing. “Thank you, I really appreciate it. Do you think you can give me some sort of information on how I can contact them? I’d like to reach out and keep in touch.” She was handed a piece of paper with everything she needed. After saying goodbye she found herself alone in the office. And for the first time in the past hour, Ethan made it known that he was present.
She felt his hand on her waist, his need to feel that she’s real back. But then again, was it ever gone?
“You okay?” Claire asked, turning to face him, her hands on his cheeks. He moved both of his hands to her waist now, keeping her closer.
“I had no idea how much you’ve been through. I mean, I knew that you lived through hell, but…” his face twisted with something she couldn’t quite place, a mix between anger, despair, sadness and loneliness. There was one thing peaking through it all though. And that was love.
“You’ve been through a lot too, Ethan. Don’t think I forgot.” She stroked his cheek delicately before placing a tender kiss on his lips. He brought her closer, kissing her more desperately and that was the moment that Harper Emery decided to walk in with Zaid and Ines in tow.
They jumped apart, shock and embarrassment on their faces, walls and plants suddenly becoming the most interesting things in the room.
Harper was smiling, Ines had a shocked but happy expression on her face and Zaid… well, he couldn’t say he was surprised, he did see the looks his coworker was giving towards his intern and he saw what her “death” did to him.
To everyone who looked at these two it was obvious that they were meant to be together, through thin and thick.
“Ethan… dr. Herondale…” Harper nodded her head towards the two doctors, amused at their blushed faces. “Dr. Herondale, would you mind leaving us for a moment? There are a few things we need to discuss regarding the competition.” She felt a cold shiver running down her back. She nodded her head before leaving the room, not even daring to look in Ethan’s direction.
Her duties were keeping her from overthinking the situation. Keeping her mind from wandering towards the conversation that was taking place a few floors above her head.
At the end of her shift they were all gathered by Chief Emery and their Attendings. She spotted Ethan up front, but he didn’t meet her gaze, not looking up from his shoes. She took it as a bad sign.
“I’m sure you’re all wondering why you are gathered here. Well, let’s not keep you waiting. First of all, I’d like to welcome back dr. Clarissa Herondale. I think we all agree that she managed to do something not everyone would be able to do. Her behavior proved that she is indeed a great doctor, worthy of the highest praise. Which brings me to the other reason why you were all summoned here. We were talking and thinking about it long and hard, thinking about what we should do and we realized that there is only one thing that we could do. We decided to end the competition today. All of you are great doctors but I think we all agree that there is one doctor who is exceptional. Her ranking before the emergency happened was high, her courage to protect human life is admirable and exactly what the diagnostical team needs. So join us all in congratulating dr. Herondale for gaining the spot that she clearly deserves.” She finished, looking for her in the crowd of stunned interns.
Claire didn’t know what to think. She wanted the spot on that team. She dreamed about it. But she just couldn’t figure out what made those doctors pick her.
She made her way over to the front, thanking them all for giving her a chance. What she didn’t expect was to be pulled into a tight hug by Harper.
“Take care of him for me.” She whispered into Claire’s ear, squeezing her shoulders. There was a big smile on her face when she leaned back, nodding her head and winking mysteriously before letting her go. Claire moved towards Ines, being pulled into a bone-crushing hug, then a handshake form Zaid and finally she stood before Ethan himself. Their eyes locked and she saw something in there. Determination.
“Thank you, dr. Ramsey, I promise to try not to let you do…” her lips were suddenly pressed against his, in front of all the interns and other doctors. For everyone to see.
His arms held her close, not letting her go, trying to savor the moment for as long as he could before they would be swarmed with questions.
Finally, they separated, his lips leaving one final kiss on her cheek before smiling at her softly.
“Sorry, I couldn’t stop myself.”
“You scared me there for a minute.” She recalled his behavior right before Harper gave her speech.
“Yeah, my bad. I just didn’t want to give anything away.”
“Well, you gave me a heart attack.” She laughed, relieved that it was all over. She knew that the real work was about to begin and that she would have to face some mean people and their gossip, but she was ready for it.
She was ready for anything, as long as she had him by her side.

JACK AND THE BEANSTALK – a Free Story
From “Favorite Fairy Tales”
JACK was an idle, lazy boy who would do no work to support his widowed mother; and at last they both came to such poverty that the poor woman had to sell her cow to buy food to keep them from starving. She sent Jack to market with the cow, telling him to be sure and sell it for a good price.
As Jack was going along the road to market he met a butcher. The butcher offered to buy the cow in exchange for a hatful of colored beans. Jack thought the beans looked very pretty, and he was glad to be saved the long hot walk to market; so he struck the bargain on the spot and went back to his mother with the beans, while the butcher went off with the cow.
But the poor widow was very disappointed. She scolded her son for an idle, lazy, good-for-nothing boy, and flung the beans out of the window in a passion.
Now the beans were magic beans, and the next morning, when Jack awoke, he found some of them had taken root in the night and had grown so tall, that they reached right up into the sky.
Jack was full of wonder and curiosity; and, being fond of adventure and excitement, he set out at once to climb the beanstalk, to see what was up at the top of it.
And he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed—until at last he climbed right up to the very tiptop of the beanstalk.
Then he found himself standing in a strange country. In the distance he could see a big castle; and, as he was hot and tired with his long climb, he thought he would go and ask for something to eat and drink.
He had not gone very far before he met a fairy, who told him that the castle belonged to a wicked ogre, who had killed and eaten a great number of people.
"It was he who killed your father," she said. "And it is your duty to do your utmost to destroy the wicked monster. Go now, and see what you can do. If you can carry off any of his treasures you are at liberty to do so—for none of them really belongs to him. He has taken them all by force from the people whom he has robbed and killed."
Jack was delighted at the idea of this adventure, and set off in high spirits towards the castle.
The castle was farther off than he had thought, and by the time he reached the gates, it was so late that he made up his mind to ask for a night's lodging. There was a woman standing in the doorway; but when Jack made his request, she was very frightened, and said—
"Indeed, I dare not take you in and give you food and lodging. My husband is an ogre who lives on human flesh. If he were to find you here, he would think nothing of eating you up in three mouthfuls. I advise you to go away at once, before he comes home."
But when she saw how tired and hungry Jack really was, she took him into the house and gave him plenty to eat and drink. While Jack was eating his food in the kitchen there came a loud knocking at the door. The ogre's wife, in a great flurry, hid Jack in the oven, and then hurried to let her husband in. Jack peeped through the oven door, and saw a terrible-looking ogre, who came stamping into the kitchen, and said in a voice like thunder—
"Wife, I smell fresh meat!"
"It is only the people you are fattening in the dungeon," said the wife.
So the ogre sat down and ate his supper. After supper, he commanded his wife to bring him his money-bags. He then began to count his money—thousands and thousands of pieces of gold and silver.
Jack wished he could take some of this money home to his mother; and, presently, when the ogre fell asleep, he crept out of his hiding-place, and hoisting the bags upon his shoulder, slipped quietly away with them. The ogre was snoring so loudly that it sounded like the wind in the chimney on a stormy night. So he never heard the little noise Jack made, and Jack got safely away and escaped down the beanstalk.
His mother was overjoyed to see him, for she had been very anxious about him when he did not come home the night before; and she was delighted with the bags of money, which were enough to keep them in comfort and luxury for some time.
For many months Jack and his mother lived happily together; but after a while the money came to an end, and Jack made up his mind to climb the beanstalk again, and carry off some more of the ogre's treasures.
So one morning he got up early, put on a different suit of clothes, so that the ogre's wife should not recognize him, and set out to climb the beanstalk.
And he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed—until at last he climbed to the very top and found himself in the ogre's country again.
When he reached the castle the ogre's wife was again standing in the doorway. But when Jack asked for a night's lodging, she said she dared not give him one, for only a few months before she had taken in a poor boy who seemed half dead with fatigue and hunger, and in return for her kindness, he had stolen some of her husband's money and run away in the night.
But Jack begged so hard that at last she relented. She gave him a good supper and hid him in a closet before her husband came home.
Presently there was a great noise outside and heavy footsteps that shook the castle to its foundations. It was the ogre come home. As soon as he entered the kitchen, he sniffed suspiciously, and said:
"I smell fresh meat!"
"It is only the crows on the housetops," said his wife. "They have brought home a piece of carrion for their young."
After supper, the ogre told his wife to fetch his hen. This hen was a very wonderful bird. Whenever the ogre said "Lay" she laid an egg of solid gold. Jack thought that if he could only get this wonderful hen to take home to his mother, they would never want any more. So when the ogre fell asleep—as he did after a little while—he came out of the closet, and, seizing the hen in his arms, made off with her. The hen squawked, but the ogre's snoring was like the roaring of the sea when the tide is coming in, and Jack got safely down the beanstalk.
The hen laid so many golden eggs that Jack and his mother became quite rich and prosperous; and there was really no need for Jack to go again to the ogre's country. But he liked the danger and excitement, and he remembered that the fairy had told him to take as many of the ogre's treasures as he could; and at last, without saying a word to anybody, he started off once more to climb the magic beanstalk.
And he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed, and he climbed—until at last he reached the very tiptop, and stood in the ogre's country.
This time when he reached the castle he began to be afraid that the ogre's wife really would not let him in.
"Indeed and indeed, I dare not," she said. "Twice lately have I given shelter to a wayfaring youth, and each time he stole some of my husband's treasures, and made off with them. Now my husband has forbidden me, on pain of instant death, to give food or lodging to any traveler."
But Jack pleaded and pleaded, and at last the good-natured woman, moved to pity by his travel-stained appearance, gave way and let him into the castle.
When the ogre came home, the wife hid Jack in the copper. As usual, the ogre's first words were:
"Wife, wife, I smell fresh meat!" And, in spite of all his wife could say, he insisted upon searching all round the room. Jack was in a terrible fright whilst he was hunting: but fortunately, he forgot to look in the copper, and after a time he sat down to his supper.
When supper was over, the ogre told his wife to fetch his harp. Jack peeped out of the copper and saw the harp brought in and set down before the ogre. It was marvelously made; and when the ogre said "Play!" it played the finest music without being touched. Jack was enchanted, for he had never before heard such wonderful music, and he felt that he must have the harp for his own.
The ogre was soon lulled to sleep by the sweet sound of the harp; and when he was snoring heavily, Jack crept out of the copper, and taking up the harp was about to make off with it. But the harp was a fairy harp, and it called out loudly: "Master, master, master;" and, although the ogre was snoring so noisily that it was like the sound of a hundred dragons roaring at once, yet to Jack's dismay and horror he heard the voice of his harp, and, starting to his feet with a bellow of anger, rushed after the daring thief.
Jack ran faster than he had ever run in his life before—still carrying the precious harp—while the ogre ran after him, shouting and roaring and making such a noise that it sounded like a thousand thunder storms all going at once. If he had not drunk so much wine for supper, the ogre must very soon have caught Jack; but as it was, the wine had got into his head, and so he could not run nearly so fast as usual, and Jack reached the beanstalk just in front of him.
It was a very close shave. Jack slid down the beanstalk at his top speed, calling at the top of his voice for his mother to fetch him an axe. The ogre came tumbling down the beanstalk after him; but Jack seized the axe and chopped the beanstalk off close to the root. Down came the beanstalk, down came the ogre, and falling headlong into the garden he was killed on the spot.
After this, Jack quite gave up his lazy, idle ways, and he and his mother, with the magic hen and the wonderful harp, lived in happiness and prosperity the rest of their lives.

Chapter 30
Luckily for the safety of our family I still have a few guns locked away.
Zoe called home on her second day she in Texas to tell me that Chris made her uncomfortable.
Now the fourth time Zoe called me just in first week of her being in Texas, I made Andre go and get her.
No girl should feel shame for being touched in such a way they don’t agree to.
Karissa didn’t want to buried so we had her cremated like she wished to be.
“Sí bebé?”
“Jorden está llorando.” Kenja said, eating the sandwich that Jess made her.
Pero está bien.” I
“Camila! Something is wrong! It’s not fitting!” I heard Jess cry from upstairs.
Laughing at her struggles I got out of bed, pushing my feet into my slippers. “Vamos Kenja..” I called to her.
“Aren’t you supposed to be helping tu tia?” I asked, heading for the bathroom.
“I was but then I got hungry so she said I can have a break. Is he almost done? I want to play with him.” Zoe followed me into the bathroom trying to get a good look at the baby. He’s not worried about anything but my hair and left breast.
“Let him finishing eating mi amor and then you can have him.” Pausing my steps I shook my head as Jessica tries to inch herself further into this slip that goes underneath her gown.
He began to cry and fuss and while I hate to interrupt him I want to check out whose all here.
“Hold him for a minute, please.” With Jess keeping the kids I was able me to sneak off downstairs to see who was here.
He turned around and when I locked eyes with Andre I took off my slipper to hurl it at his head.
I ever tell you how sexy you look holding a gun?” He smiled, standing right in front of me.
“It’s just banana.” She mumbled laying on his chest.
Hearing the baby act up I went to the bathroom to find Jess and him on the floor. She was kissing his feet and playfully moving his legs about in the air. Sometimes Jo really is like his dad. He gets up upset when I’m not around.
But don’t you worry I’ma teach you all my tricks when you get older. I’ma teach you how to be a man and how to pull all the ladies.” Dre toyed around with Jo leaving me to go help Jess with her hair and makeup.
As I was curling the front side if Jessica’s hair I heard cars pulling up and people talking.
“Baby, go see who’s here so I can finish helping Jess. Please.” I plead kindly. Dre nodded and stood up from the floor with the baby in his arms. He walked out of the room and left Jo with the girls before jogging downstairs. “How you feeling about all this? You’re getting married today. Are you excited?” I pressed on, pinning her curls up so the heat would set them well.
“I’m really excited. I never saw myself as the wife type, you know that. It’s scary though knowing the entire state of California will recognize us as husband and wife but I’m excited and I’m ready. This day seems unreal.” Jess spun the chair around so I could work on the back of her head.
-------- -------
All of the guests are here at the beach house now and it is hectic! I tried to get the baby spend some time with his grandparents but he didn’t want to leave me.
It’s a beautiful piece of lingerie but I’m just worried I won’t be able to wear mine. A hard knock on the hard drew one of the women’s attention but most of us kept on with what we were doing.
Why you blocking Charise?” Andre argued with his hand over his heart.
“Thank you for handling his entry but I will take care of his exit.” Palming his chest I pushed him out of the room, closed the door behind me and threw my arms around his neck. “Que quieres, Andres?”
“I missed you. Let me see what you have on.” Andre pried his hands into my robe, fiddling with the bra clasp, and completely snapped both halves of it open. I quickly cupped my breasts to prevent them from spilling out of this bra.
“Thanks so much.” I muttered closing my brassiere and adjusting the clasp.
Kind of like nothing ever happened.” Looking Dre in the eye I felt my heart strings being tugged on.
Today is not about us or our problems you hear me?” Cupping his chin in my hand I lifted his face and searched his eyes. “And as far as Zoe goes, you just have to be patient.
Pushing him off of me I checked to make sure no was watching.
Before I could open my mouth I hear rustling close by.
The conscious half of me wishes for him to cease and pause this moment but the needy half of me is saying to just enjoy this before it ends.
“I know.” He laughed kissing my forehead. The girls left us be, providing us true privacy.
Now the time has really come for us to get ready.

ANDRE
Tightening my tie I watched myself in the mirror.
“How in the hell did you manage to mess these up?” Matt griped. Looking briefly to the side I shrugged like I’m clueless as to what he’s talking about. “I know you heard me speaking to you. What happened to my sweats man?”
“I doubt you really want to know.” I said plainly.
“I’m never again letting your nasty ass borrow my shit. You foul Dre, foul.” He shoved me to get past and continue getting ready.
“Do you know where Andre is?” I heard my name get called. I looked around the room to see Mil searching for me.
Camila kept us company but separated from me when Jorden began crying out for her. After he was taken care of, us groomsmen and bridesmaids lined up accordingly. The sunter out back seemed to take a toll on me. I hope Cam and I can find the right time to get our wedding plans together soon because I’m beyond ready to take the next step. All of these thought plus many more have me realizing I’m making the best decision for me. Soon I’ll be marrying my best friend, my savior, my lover, my angel, the mother of my kids, and the love of my life.
