It's an abandoned fortification in Colle di Nava (Province of Imperia), a little town located in the Italian Alps.

It's part of a defensive system built around the 1870s and 1880s by the House of Savoy. It was used during the Napoleonic Era (but was never a battlefield) while during WW1 and WW2 it became an armory.

This one is one of the two lookout towers: Forte Richermo and Forte Pozzanghi. There are other three buildings in this system; some can be visited (like the most important one, the Forte Centrale) while others are closed to the public.
