Legit obsessing over AnderFel but wouldn’t their phylacteries be ineffective for tracking grey wardens because of the darkspawn taint?

tldr: felix mixed the joining blood into the phylactery. that’s how he found anders. what a romantic.

so this is actually a thing ive thought about before. i do subscribe to the idea blighted bood makes it significantly harder to track ex-circle wardens via phylactery. im sure it still sort of works, it just gets increasingly less reliable the more blighted they get.

i do want to reiterate just how unhinged our dear Felix Amell is. he oversaw anders’ joining. he prepared the ritual himself. and whatever blood was left (or oghren left anyway 😕) either went into the amaranthine warden oaths or he preserved. and he used that very blood to mix into anders’ phylactery and find him.
