today is one of those days where it's like idk I woke up and now it's 1pm

love it when I wake up super early on a bank holiday because an electrician is coming at 8am to fix the water heater circuit after I've been without hot water for two weeks (even though they actually changed the water heater a couple of days ago because they first thought it was just that the previous heater was too old - which was true tbh) so I rush to wash my hair (with cold water) and clean up bathroom before they arrive and then it's past 9am and they're still not here and I have no news 🙃

New water heater installed this morning 🙃 I sent a text to work to let them that I was on my way ..

It's exceptionally hard to motivate myself to draw lately or do anything, and I'm 99% sure it's because of the black mold outbreak I just acutely became aware of hidden in my house. I need a new water heater cause it's fckin leaking, there's soaked carpet spots in my room, and when we took the wall off to see the water heater, there was black mold EVERYWHERE.

It would absolutely explain why I've been sick as a dog for a month straight with respiratory issues 🙃 the only saving grace I have to sleep with is my CPAP because of the filters. Thankfully my parents are gonna help me take care of this by fixing the water heater and bombing the house for the mold. I'm just. Ugh why this lmao

Oh, sweetheart, I’m so sorry to be getting back to you this late. Life’s been… hard as of late and I’m just trying to hang in there. Take it day by day. I mean, that’s all I can do, no? Between a new bout of ✨depression✨ (as you put it lol) to family troubles to strange men making me uncomfortable while I go about the things I have to do publicly, I just want to hide in the woods with wifi in a little cottage and talk to my friends (like you!) and daydream about my husband Shinsou… ok and Hawks, but that’s besides the point lol. I look at life recently and I’m just like, “Do I have to be a bad bitch today? I just want to sleep.”

I’m sorry but, I had a little chuckle at the whole wanting to drink a vodka/bleach cocktail, because honestly, SAME! 😭

I hope you’re feeling better for your depression spell, and if not 100%, that it’s at least better than it had been. I’ll fight that shit for you, fr fr 😤

Congratulations on the new job!! I’m so happy for you, bb! I’m glad the new place has been such a great change for you and your family! Honestly, ain’t it crazy the shit we be getting excited about now as adults? I’ll literally be happy to be able to convert a decent shed into a tiny house that I don’t have to pay any rent/mortgage on cause I’m so tired of paying people lol. But if I just have to pay for water/electricity/& wifi (cause I want a little wood stove heater & a little AC unit, I’ll be happier than a 🐷 in 💩 lmfaooo. Like, I wish I was joking 🙃.

Seems like I’m waiting to get out of my creative slump myself, I have so many wips, too! A heartbreaking Shinsou one that I think some folks are gonna @ me for lol, part 3 &4 to Catch and Release, a Dabi one, more Hawks, and my series where the reader can “choose their guy route” type of thing, and my daddies series on how the ones I write for as single dads… I want them all to be good and to please my readers. So, just hearing you’re out of it, makes me so happy cause I know how that is. And I’m proud of you for branching out more, I can’t wait to catch up with everything 💜🥺

Life is lifing and though the urge to drink a vodka bleach cocktail is strong I will persevere through my love of fictional characters and my beautiful Mutuals (such as yourself) that provide me with quality content to distract me from ✨depression✨ lol. But no seriously, thank you bb for checking in on me. It means so much. Things have been great since the move, I really like my new apartment and I already got a new job ! It’s a really good one and the benefits are excellent (that’s how I know I’m getting old I’m excited about insurance 😭) Ive also gotten out of my creative rut so that’s good.
